Businesses today have access to volumes of data on their customers. This vast amount of data is gathered from numerous sources. All the collected raw data hold a tremendous value that requires proper extraction to generate valuable business insights. Tapping the power of data is a must for businesses, and sustainability in the competitive marketplace, as it solely depends on how advanced businesses operate.
Turning Data into Purpose
Capturing volumes of data creates the problem of sorting through and analyzing all the information to generate insightful outcomes. And no human can sit down and read through the heaps of customer data. With analytical tools, the data can be analyzed and assembled quickly and efficiently.
Within an organization, data is spread across multiple spreadsheets, and the data processing is done using inconsistent emission databases. In addition, organizations often fail to see the value in investing in sustainability measures. Many are even adopting a much narrower definition of sustainability and reducing it to environmental sustainability alone. However, it is critical for organizations to take into consideration the main pillars: people, planet, prosperity, and partnership. To close the data gap, enterprises need to drive impact beyond environmental sustainability and integrate a more holistic social value.

I've finally done what I inevitably do for nearly every fandom i get into: I've made a deranged spreadsheet tracking some linguistic element in a piece of media! this time it's tracking the usage of swears in Scum Villain. if you're curious, here's the full spreadsheet, but I'll write up my findings here
some notes on my methods!
I differentiated between internal and external use. external use is pretty straight forward, that's just dialogue said out loud. for internal use, that's when it's used in the narration. obviously, this is skewed towards Shen Qingqiu as our primary POV character, but occasionally the narration dips its toes into other characters' perspectives, so I kept that in mind and assigned the usage to whoever seemed most relevant in that snippet of narration. also, in the case of the transmigrators, I also counted speech directed at the System as internal because they're less likely to self-censor when talking to the System because no one else can hear them
this was done by searching for specific words and their variants in online copies of the official English translations of all four books. there are a bajillion different swears in the English language, but I tried to focus on the most common/most likely to be used. also, since I was searching for the words manually, there are going to be some that are missed because they're written out abnormally, like lengthening the word for emphasis (eg. fuuuuuuuuuck) or censoring it (eg. b- [BLEEP]). side note, i don't know why the hell SQQ ever censors anything since he seems pretty comfortable thinking some pretty foul things without censoring them, but whatever.
now for the results! data breakdown under the cut
in total, of the swears I searched for, there's 286 swears across all four books. book two is the most vulgar, with 82 swears, and book three is the least, with only 52. book two also has the most variety (14 different words) and book three has the least variety (only 10 different words)
perhaps unsurprisingly, out of these 286 swears, SQQ's internal narration is responsible for 200 of them. his most used swear is "fuck" which appears 106 times in total and 86 times from SQQ (internal) specifically
following SQQ (internal) in the rankings is Shang Qinghua (internal) at 30 in total. his most used swear is "fucking." after that is SQH's external dialogue (14 swears, most used is "fuck") and then SQQ's external dialogue (11 swears, tied between "fuck" and "fucking"). considering how much he swears in his head, I think SQQ is exhibiting a surprising amount of restraint when it comes to swearing out loud!
aside from the transmigrators, the most vulgar side character is, surprisingly, Shen Jiu! he gets two internal uses of "fuck" and two external swears ("shitty" and "damn"). these are all from when he was younger, so perhaps this is a habit he broke when he got older and had to present a particular image as peak lord
the only other side characters who swear are Sha Hualing (internal), Bingge (internal), Linguang-Jun (external), Qiu Jianluo (external), and Ming Fan. all of them only swear once except Ming Fan, who gets two (one internal and one external)
of the 18 swear words I tracked, SQQ used all of them except one. the only person to say "bitch" is Ming Fan, out loud. #MingFanMisogynyMoments
SQQ does, however, have a monopoly on motherfuck/motherfucker/motherfucking, goddammit, dumbass, dick, and pussy. damn dude, you kiss your disciple with that mouth?
pre-transmigration, Shen Yuan swore three times in one forum post, those being "fucking," "damn," and "ass."
most usages of "ass" are for emphatic purposes, like "Relax, my ass!" Both SQQ and SQH really enjoy this construction lol
despite volume two being the most vulgar, it has the least variety of speakers! SQQ is responsible for all but two of those swears, the other two belonging to Sha Hualing and Ming Fan. volume four has the most variety, likely because it just involves a wide variety of characters
and that's my data roundup! go forth and use this as a resource when choosing how to insert swearing into your SVSSS dialogue <3

I have so many thoughts about Pantheon and the ending that I need to be put down like a rabid animal.
Why does Caspian assume that after SafeSurf leaves, Maddie will wipe his memory and “throw” him back into one of the simulations? He sounds so empty and defeated when he says it, as if he’s already accepted his fate. As if he believes there is no way to either permanently exist outside the simulation or that this older Maddie even wants him around. Both options are fucking heartbreaking.
I am unsure if Caspian understands she became a god because of her feelings for him, or maybe he does understand and believes she resents him for his hand in her deification.
There is also the option that Caspian does not believe he can permanently exist outside the simulation, which makes sense since the entire situation, including but not limited to being a literal clone, first death via uploading, second death via Holstrom, third death via virus, final resurrection?, and your girlfriend becoming god - must make your brain ache so hard that smashing it against a brick wall sounds almost therapeutic. However, head trauma aside, I cannot see Maddie Kim, creator of a literal Dyson sphere, as being willing to accept anything less than Caspian being able to fully integrate into her world outside the simulation. Reality and scientific laws be damned.

Are you still awake?
I drew this at the small edge of my page knowing very well that it would lead to cutoffs and overlap with other sketches because I really do feel more comfortable doing certain positions like this. It just makes it hard to get a snap of them with a "complete" feel.
In a majority of my previous works focusing on Juno's eyes, they were slightly relaxed, as he had just woken up while also going along with his typical calmness. But I've also tried (and failed many times) to see how they would look when they're totally open-- this is excluding the shots where he is straight-up trying to kill someone. :)
In this context, Juno is activated but not totally working if that makes sense? As you may kinda make it out, he isn't upright, so his whole body isn't there either. I was going for something "still, blank, empty".
#and even then he still appears very docile#such is the nature of juno's unusually soft features#uh anyway#this is actually a part of some random scenario I had#say if somehow volnutt were to come across juno again#(idk how exactly it was an abstract thought so it doesn't have to be literally-- he literally Died Forever)#and then he'd piece together another small part of his past through the latter's own memory banks#I really-really-really want to know how they know each other#juno doesn't respond to volnutt with any hostility when he realizes who he is#so it makes me wonder two things (one of which I picked up from another user elsewhere)#1) how well do they know each other? regardless if the impression from either one is positive or negative#2) does juno even know about trigger's aberrant status?#he never brings it up and even so much as asks for volnutt's data to come with him to eden afterwards#wouldn't it be dangerous to bring an aberrant unit (esp one as strong as trigger) to a place with over 10000 other units?#that user's post considered that during sera's decision to fight trigger maybe it was immediate so she chose not to alert anyone#(jokingly I think if sera /had/ sent an alert juno might've been asleep already and missed the memo-- that's kinda cute)#but again I will never get the answers I want and go back into my evil prison cell to roll on the ground :)#-in the distance- See SEE there are things here that can help us uncover more about trigger my feverish obsession over juno has a purpose#reminder: this means nothing because juno himself is missing information and is now dead so we will never get those answers#doodle-daas#megaman juno#rockman juno#ahaha I almost forgot to tag this with actual tags :D

Quil I have a question for you and your followers
So when you were in middle/high school (or the equivalent of) did you all say thank you to your teachers as you left the room, along with a good bye? Because I realize that I instinctively do it, as do a lot of other kids at my school, and I want to know if this is a universal experience for others or not.
Well, let's see!
Personally, I think it depended on whether I walked past them? If I had to go past their desk I'd say bye, but otherwise hit or miss depending on if I liked them. But, at least high school, I tended to sit up front more, so I'd walk past them more, and ergo said bye more.

Just got asked by my adhd stoner roommate if, in my “professional opinion” as an English major, I agreed that vowels were the nouns of the alphabet
So now I pose the question to you, because I was able to come up with and explain my answer, and now I want to know how that goes down with the rest of us.
Just in case anybody needs a key to help them consider this very important question…
Vowels = A E I O U (and sometimes Y)
Nouns = people places and objects (fox, dog)
Verbs = action words (jump)
Adjectives = descriptors (quick, red, lazy, brown)

idk if this needs to be said or not bc I've been kinda leaning this way for a while, but just in case it does here are some things to expect from me going forward;
- mainly and most importantly, i do not care about predicting babies, courtships, marriages etc. speculating on these people's lives to that degree hasn't been interesting to me for a while, but particularly now, I truly couldn't care less when so and so will get pregnant again or start dating someone, etc, I am just not interested at all in investing any of my time thinking about the big life moments of fundamentalists. That's not to say I won't comment on something that's already happened every now and then but expect "when do you think X will have their next baby??" asks to go unanswered.
2. I'm never not going to be interested in people who choose to live in high control religious situations, it's probably something I'll always want to talk about in some way but kinda to the first point, now more than ever I want to make it super clear that this isn't a fan club. I don't admire any of these people and I'm not interested in talking about them like they're characters in a TV show and not real life people whose choices have an impact on those around them, esp politically. I pay attention to them in the same way you do a specimen under a microscope, they're interesting to me from a sociological stand point and I like to poke fun here and there but even that's getting harder to do.
3. This applies to anyone who is active in a high control religion, particularly Christianity or Mormonism
so yea I know most of the regulars probably know all this already, but I don't think I've ever explicitly stated it.
