How to Ensure Quality When Using Ready Mix Concrete
In today’s construction industry, speed and quality go hand in hand. Whether you're building a house, office, or any commercial structure, maintaining construction quality is extremely important. One material that plays a key role in ensuring strong and long-lasting construction is Ready Mix Concrete.
Ready Mix Concrete is a mixture of cement, water, sand, and aggregates, prepared in a batching plant and delivered to the site in a transit mixer. It saves time, reduces labour costs, and ensures consistency in quality. However, just ordering ready mix is not enough. To get the best results, proper steps must be taken to maintain quality from production to pouring.
Let’s look at how you can ensure quality when using Ready Mix Concrete.
1. Choose a Reliable Supplier
The first step in ensuring quality Ready Mix Concrete is selecting a trusted and experienced supplier. Check the company’s background, customer reviews, and years of experience. A reliable supplier will follow proper quality standards while mixing Concrete cement and ensure timely delivery without delays.
2. Confirm Mix Design and Grade
Every construction project has different strength requirements. Make sure you get the right mix design and grade as per your building’s structural needs. Talk to your structural engineer and get the right mix ratio for the Concrete cement. A good supplier will follow the exact design and avoid adding extra water, which can weaken the concrete.
3. Check Transit Time
Once Ready Mix Concrete is prepared at the plant, it should be delivered and used within 90 minutes. Delays can reduce its strength and workability. Ensure that the concrete is transported in a transit mixer and poured on time. If there is a delay, retarding admixtures may be required to maintain its quality.
4. On-Site Inspection
Before pouring, always check the consistency, slump value, and temperature of the Ready Mix Concrete. The slump test helps understand the workability of the concrete. If the mix is too dry or too wet, it may not set properly. Ensure that there is no segregation in the Concrete cement and that it flows smoothly when poured.
5. Proper Placement and Compaction
Once the Ready Mix Concrete reaches the site, it should be poured immediately and compacted using vibrators. Proper compaction removes air bubbles, reduces voids, and increases the strength of the concrete. This also ensures that the Concrete cement settles well and binds with the reinforcements effectively.
6. Curing is Key
Curing is one of the most important steps to ensure the final strength of the Concrete cement. After pouring, cover the concrete with wet jute bags or start water curing for at least 7 days. This helps the concrete retain moisture and gain full strength over time. Skipping this step can lead to cracks and poor durability.
7. Testing and Quality Reports
Ask your supplier for quality test reports of the Ready Mix Concrete batch. Many professional suppliers provide compressive strength test results and material quality certificates. This ensures transparency and confirms that you're getting the correct grade of Concrete cement as per your project requirement.
Conclusion
Using Ready Mix Concrete is a smart and efficient way to speed up construction, but only if proper quality checks are followed. From selecting a good supplier to checking the mix design and curing method, each step matters. Also, monitoring the quality of Concrete cement throughout the process ensures long-lasting, crack-free, and strong structures.
So, next time you plan a construction project, don’t just order Ready Mix Concrete—ensure you follow the right steps to guarantee quality, strength, and durability.

Kendrick Bangs Kellogg (1934 – February 16, 2024)
Kendrick Bangs Kellogg was the pioneer of organic architecture. In the past decades, Kellogg completed over a dozen striking structures (residential and public), each marked with his distinctly curved, irregular, and expressive style. Influenced by his family’s ties to Frederick Law Olmsted, the ‘Father of Landscape Architecture’, Kellogg’s independent architectural journey began after a brief meeting with Frank Lloyd Wright in 1955.
However, unlike Wright and organic architect Bruce Goff, his style explicitly defies categorization, often alluding to a mix of the Sydney Opera House and Stonehenge.
In fact, Kellogg prioritized durability, solidity, and intricacy, a vision reinforced by his collaboration with visionary clients, using high-quality materials like copper and concrete.
Sculpted over 30 years, the Kellogg Doolittle estate in Joshua Tree California is probably the greatest example of organic architecture signed by Kellogg.
Nestled among the rocky terrain of Joshua Tree, California, the house takes the form of an organic object made up of a cluster of sculptural piers. There is an ambiguous relationship between the built space and the extreme landscape as the house navigates between the protruding rock formations. At certain moments, these natural elements pierce through the interior and become sculptural elements of the conditioned space.

Minho x reader: Loyal
After you come up with the Platform, you run into the maze.
Words:700 Read here on AO3
Chapter 1 : Getting lost
-------------------------
Your eyes flutter open, the dim light filtering through the wooden slats above casting eerie shadows across the small, enclosed space. Panic sets in as you realize you’re in a confined metal box, the walls vibrating with a low, mechanical hum. The air is thick, and heavy with the scent of damp earth and metal. Heart pounding, you scramble to your feet.
But before you can even register anything else, the platform stops, and you are blinded by sunlight. After a split second, your eyes get used to the light, and you realize you are surrounded by multiple boys around your age, with expressions ranging from curiosity to concern. Without thinking, only driven by fear, you push through the cluster of boys and start running over a green grass field in the direction of high concrete walls covered in moss and vines.
Realizing in which direction you were running, some of the people in the group try to follow you and save you from running through the tall concrete gate. But their efforts were in vain, you were already past the stone pillars into the Maze.
After some time, you tired yourself out. You sit down against the cold, hard wall, trying to steady your breath and collect your thoughts.
But there were no thoughts, your mind was blank. You had no idea where you were or how you got there, you didn't even know your own name. The only thing you realized was, that running away from the only people who might have answers for you was a stupid move. You needed to go back. You rose slowly, your legs shaky from the exertion. Retracing your steps was your best bet, even if you weren't sure where you were going.
This notion ended up being futile since you had no idea which turns you took before. With each turn, your sense of direction slipped further away, leaving you more lost than before.
After wandering around the maze for some time somebody tapped your shoulder, turning around you saw a boy a little taller than you, with a fit and athletic build and short dark and messy hair. Wearing a pale blue lightweight shirt, durable pants and a utility vest that straps a knife to his back.
“Who are you?” he asked, his voice a mix of curiosity and suspicion as he eyed you.
“Uh,” you answered, not being able to answer the question because you couldn't even remember your name.
“I'm lost,” you admitted, feeling a bit embarrassed.
“Are you the new Greenie?” he continued, his brow furrowing slightly.
“What?” you responded, confusion evident in your voice.
“Did you come up with the platform today?” he clarified, his tone softening slightly.
“Yes?” you replied
his attitude shifted from being a little suspicious to a softer, understanding demeanor
“I'm Minho, I know you probably have a lot of questions, but it's not safe here so let's get back”
Following Minho through the Maze, you couldn't wait any longer for answers. The walls loomed high on either side, the air thick with anticipation. You finally broke the silence:
“Why can’t I remember my name… or anything else for that matter?” you asked, glancing at Minho’s steady figure ahead.
“You'll remember your name in a few days, but Nobody that lands here remembers anything else ”
“And where is “here” ?”
You say, turning a corner and finally seeing something else than concrete for the first time in hours. The stone pillars open into a big open area that you take in for the first time.
In the middle, you recognize the platform where you came up with hours prior, It's stacked with boxes and other supplies that a few people are inspecting.
To one side, a small, dense wooded area catches your eye, a cluster of tall, ancient trees offering a shady refuge. The air here feels cooler, the sounds of rustling leaves providing a momentary escape from the bustling activity.
To the opposite side, you see rows of lush, green plants stretching out in the Gardens. The vibrant colors of vegetables and herbs stand in stark contrast to the muted grays and browns of the surrounding structures.
“Welcome to the Glade Greenie”

Would it be possible to make a Quirk consisting of all of Gigantomachia's abilities? I don't think it would be difficult for a gigantification Quirk to have those different abilities.
So normally I wouldn't have much interest in doing a question like this. However, I've had a theory of what Gigantomachia's Quirk was before it was revealed he had multiple powers. So this is the perfect chance to have that idea leave my brain.
I see it working as a Transformation type Quirk allows the user to take on form uniquely adapted to large-scale excavation, making them grow and giving them rocky additions on their body. This makes the user larger, roughly the size of a dump truck, and augments their strength and durability. Furthermore, this covers their body with thick armor to help them dig. The user has a minor control over of the armor, like using it to make claws. This lets them burrow through tough objects like rocks and concrete. This, mixed with their large size, lets them apply themselves on a large-scale, such as letting them form trenches with a sweep of their claws. This gives the user a unique form of terrain control, acting as a human bulldozer against their surroundings. They can crash through the terrain, dig out encampments for their allies, bury their enemies in dirt, provide great support in landslide disasters, or just make giant sandcastles. Though the user's immense size can be a problem, especially in smaller areas. This is not helped by the user's lack of control or precision in this form, not helped by their armor. This is based a lot on the user's mental state, needing to be focused and stalwart to keep the Quirk going. A possible name for the Quirk could be "Excavator".

Does a Patio Need a Foundation? What You Should Know Before You Build
So, you’re thinking about adding a patio. Maybe you want a cozy spot for morning coffee, a space for weekend BBQs, or just a solid upgrade to your backyard. But before you break ground, there’s one big question—does a patio need a foundation?
The short answer? It depends. Some patios can sit right on the ground, while others need a solid foundation to keep them from shifting, cracking, or sinking over time. Let’s break it down so you can figure out what works best for your home in South Bend.
Patio vs. Deck—Is There a Difference?
Before we jump into foundations, let’s clear up a common mix-up: patios vs. decks.
Patios sit directly on the ground. They’re made of materials like concrete, pavers, brick, or stone.
Decks are elevated structures, usually built with wood or composite boards, supported by posts and footings.
Decks always need a foundation, but patios? Not necessarily. The deciding factors include climate, material, and ground conditions.
When a Patio Needs a Foundation
While patios don’t need the deep foundations decks require, some situations do call for a stable base:
1. You’re Using Heavy Materials
If you’re going for a concrete slab patio or large stone pavers, you’ll need a compacted base underneath. Otherwise, over time, the weight can cause shifting or cracking.
2. You’re Dealing with Soft or Shifting Soil
South Bend’s climate can be unpredictable, with rain, snow, and freeze-thaw cycles affecting the ground. If your soil is clay-heavy or prone to erosion, a foundation helps prevent sinking and uneven settling.
3. You Want a Long-Lasting Patio
Technically, you can lay pavers right on the ground, but without a base, they’ll shift, sink, and grow weeds in between. A compacted gravel and sand base keeps everything stable.
4. You’re Building on a Slope
Got a slightly sloped yard? A foundation (or retaining wall) helps level out the area before installing your patio. Otherwise, you might end up with a lopsided setup.
When a Patio Can Skip the Foundation
There are some cases where a full foundation isn’t necessary:
If you’re using gravel or mulch for a casual, relaxed patio space.
If you’re installing interlocking pavers and using a flexible, well-compacted base.
If your soil is naturally firm and doesn’t shift much with seasonal changes.
Even in these cases, you’ll still want some level of prep work—like clearing out grass and compacting the ground—to avoid future headaches.
What Type of Foundation is Best for a Patio?
Okay, let’s say you do need a foundation. What kind should you go with? Here’s a quick rundown:
1. Gravel and Sand Base (Best for Pavers and Brick)
Ideal for DIY patios
Provides drainage and prevents shifting
Requires compacting with a tamper or plate compactor
2. Concrete Slab (Best for Permanent Patios)
Durable and long-lasting
Works well in South Bend’s freeze-thaw cycles
More expensive but low maintenance
3. Crushed Stone with Geotextile Fabric (Best for Preventing Weeds and Erosion)
Great for areas with soft soil
Helps prevent weeds from growing between pavers
Adds stability while allowing drainage
4. Pier Footings (For Raised or Covered Patios)
Needed if your patio will support a structure (like a pergola or sunroom)
Ensures stability and prevents sinking
Common Patio Foundation Mistakes to Avoid
Even if you’re hiring a contractor, it’s good to know what not to do. Some of the biggest mistakes include:
Skipping the base entirely. (Sure, it saves time—until your patio starts sinking.)
Not compacting the base properly. Loose soil leads to shifting over time.
Ignoring drainage. Without proper grading, water can pool and damage your patio.
Using the wrong materials for your soil type. South Bend’s clay-heavy soil? You’ll need extra drainage layers.
Do You Need a Permit for a Patio in South Bend?
In many cases, no. Most simple patios—like pavers or a concrete slab under 30 inches high—don’t require a permit in South Bend. However, if you’re:
Adding a roof, walls, or a pergola
Digging deep footings
Building near property lines
…it’s best to check with South Bend’s building department to avoid any surprises.
Final Thoughts
If you’re investing in a patio, taking the time to prep the ground is absolutely worth it. Even a basic gravel base can prevent long-term headaches like sinking, cracking, and uneven surfaces.

Over the years Que grew in the ranks and eventually became the front man for the group, often tasked with leading missions and organizing assassinations.
In his 30's Que was approached by Uni, Who explained to him his past as a god. While Que didn't believe him, Uni was offering good money in exchange for his help in obtaining a special tome from his apparent killer Gidex.
After destroying the tome Que regained is memories and with Uni's help began to search for the other pieces of his former self.
While he was able to get Vii involved with his cause, he struggled with finding his last brother Zan. That is until he somehow psychically connected to his(now her) brain. With this connection Que was able to track down that Zan was hiding out somewhere in the Faywild and with Uni's help was able to pin point the location to Daisy's house.
Unexpectedly Que was then directly invited into the void of the cultivator, by one of Zan's friends, who summoned him in an attempted to talk things out. Now with direct access to Zan's place of living Que, with the help of Vii began planting bugs to gather info on the people of the house.

The Impact of Super Rings on Concrete Projects Using TMT Saria
An official TMT Saria manufacturer plays an important role in supplying the backbone of structural reinforcement for concrete tasks, with accessories like Super Rings remodeling construction performance. When sourced from a longtime steel pipe company, those components are painted collectively to decorate constructing sturdiness and structural integrity across tasks of all scales.
Superior Materials for Structural Excellence
Construction excellence starts off evolved with choosing the right substances. TMT (Thermo-Mechanically Treated) Saria represents the gold standard in the reinforcement era, providing superior tensile electricity and versatility compared to conventional reinforcement bars. The quenching and self-tempering technique creates a more desirable mixture of a sturdy outer layer with a ductile center—exactly what modern production needs.
Revolutionizing Column Formwork with Super Rings
Super Rings have revolutionized the formwork support system in concrete construction. These circular steel supports create precision in column formwork alignment, ultimately leading to straighter columns with minimal deviation. Unlike traditional wooden supports, Super Rings provide consistent dimensions throughout the project lifecycle, reducing material wastage and improving construction timelines significantly.
Enhanced Load-Bearing with Strategic Reinforcement
The marriage between quality TMT Saria and properly designed Super Rings creates structures that stand the test of time. When concrete columns are reinforced with precisely positioned TMT Saria held firmly in place using durable Super Rings, the result is exceptional load-bearing capacity. This combination prevents common construction defects like honeycombing and segregation during concrete pouring.
Proven Seismic Resistance Performance
Field tests demonstrate that concrete columns reinforced with TMT Saria from a certified TMT Saria manufacturer and supported by industrial-grade Super Rings show 30–40% better resistance to seismic forces. This performance enhancement stems from the improved bond between concrete and steel, allowing the structure to flex slightly during stress without compromising stability.
Quality Indicators in Steel Ring Manufacturing
The choice of a reliable steel pipe company becomes evident in the quality of Super Rings provided. Premium rings feature uniform welding, perfect circularity, and appropriate galvanization to prevent rust formation even in humid environments. These quality markers translate directly into extended formwork life—often lasting through 100+ concrete pours compared to just 20–30 with inferior alternatives.
Cost-Effective Material Selection
Construction project managers report significant cost savings when selecting high-grade TMT Saria paired with professional-grade Super Rings. Initial material costs might appear marginally higher, but the reduced labor requirements, faster construction pace, and dramatically lower rework needs generate substantial return on investment.
Environmental and Sustainability Benefits
Environmental considerations also favor quality materials from a trusted steel pipe company. Premium Super Rings produce minimal waste since they remain serviceable for multiple projects. Similarly, properly manufactured TMT Saria requires fewer replacements due to superior corrosion resistance, lowering the construction carbon footprint significantly.
Accelerated Project Timelines
Project timelines benefit tremendously from this material combination. Construction crews working with properly manufactured TMT Saria and professional Super Rings typically complete column formwork 40% faster than teams using conventional materials. This acceleration compounds across large projects, sometimes shaving weeks or even months off completion schedules.
Reduced Maintenance and Longevity
Maintenance requirements decrease substantially with quality materials. Structures reinforced with properly manufactured TMT Saria show minimal corrosion even after decades of service in challenging environments. Similarly, Super Rings from a reputable steel pipe company require only basic cleaning between uses, maintaining their structural integrity through hundreds of concrete pours.
Conclusion: A New Standard in Construction
The construction industry continues evolving toward greater precision and efficiency. Builders seeking excellence increasingly recognize that the foundation of exceptional concrete work begins with choosing the right materials from established sources. By selecting premium TMT Saria supported by professional-grade Super Rings, construction professionals ensure structures that deliver on promises of strength, durability, and long-term performance—a true testament to construction excellence.

Top 5 technologies that, unfortunately, have fallen out of use
okay this was interesting, had to rly think. Also idk if my definition of "technology" is right, but anything resembling will go. ALSO damn I rambled a lot, sorry abt that, apparently I like thinking about old tech
CDs. I miss owning albums, it was so nice to like actually have the physical copy of something u love. I think that's what missing now and is why I sometimes get actually annoyed abt loving a band/song (rn it's The Vantages (a band) & I'm actually mad about it) bc the "listening to it is not enough, I need to inject it to my bloodstream"-mood, which in actuality is that I'd love a physical copy to make it feel like a concrete thing. It's like the next best thing to going to a concert, and I can't keep buying merch I'll never wear outside my house to compensate. Also made u like decide on what album u want to listen to & the songs are always gonna be in the same order the artist decided them to be in, no mixing songs from the same or diff artists, you had to make A Choice. (actually my dad has my fave bands CDs (old-ish band & he an og fan) and it's kinda comforting to me that if (/when?) some Spotify apocalypse eventually happens, I'll have a way to listen to them anyways). Also been thinking for years about buying either a CD- or a vinyl player, or something like that bc I want to have physical copies of my faves (but haven't decided on what yet (probs vinyl tho. for the vibes.) and also the money aspect of it is not great)
Nokias. I just talked with my sister how we've both been thinking abt just buying an old Nokia keypad non-smart phone and just using that instead of like the current phones (but alas, not rly possible, like I can't get into my gym without a smart phone and that's just one thing, u kinda need a smartphone or life becomes unnecessarily complicated). But the durability, the worm game, the ''oh no in a hurry and need the letter s, oh shit I went overboard and went right back to p''). Also Finland represent lol
tamagotchi type things. like a "gaming console" (it's not but idk what those are called) that has the one game with abt 3 pixels and no color. Also I had one like that had a monkey that collected dropping bananas and that was the whole game, the only function that thing had (I have a suspicion I got it from McDonalds??? idk why I keep thinking that) (Googled and yes it was from McDonalds, called Aiai banana catch)
those big computers that were for the whole household. We didn't have one growing up (bc my parents had computers at their work and so we didn't need one) but the thrill of going to like a friend who lived near and they used their 1h of computer time to like play some horse game; unparalleled. Or like the games at Miniclip ?? or later on CLUB PENGUIN !!!!! (still to this day the best game that has or ever will exist) (tho I think at around club penguin-era my sister got a laptop so I used that until I got my own)
Those calculators that prints on paper what u've calculated right after, idk what they're called. Never used one & obv never had one bc was a kid, and actually not fully sure if ppl still do use them (but guessing at least that they're not as popular anymore) but damn. The pure aesthetics and vibes. Like the movie scenes of a character calculating using that while looking at bills to indicate that the said character has some finance problems? phenomenal, cinematography etc.

Understanding Concrete Flaking And Its Similarities With Spalling
Concrete, which forms the integral structure of many modern buildings, is renowned for its durability and strength. However, despite its robust nature, it is susceptible to natural wear and tear, harsh environmental conditions, and poor construction techniques, all of which can result in damage over time. Two of the most common problems that afflict concrete structures are flaking and spalling. While they may seem similar, it’s crucial to delve deeper into these conditions to understand their nuances. In this article, we will primarily focus on flaking, but oddly enough, you’ll discover that it has a striking resemblance to spalling.
FLAKING: A CLOSER LOOK
Also known as scaling, flaking is a predominant issue affecting concrete surfaces. When concrete begins to flake, it means that its top layer is peeling away from the hardened, integral part of the material, exposing the underlying aggregate. This is not just an eyesore; it also compromises the integrity of the structure and can lead to broader issues if not promptly addressed.
UNDERSTANDING CONCRETE FLAKING
Flaking is a common occurrence in freeze-thaw settings. In such climates, water penetrates the porous nature of the concrete and freezes. When water freezes, it expands, exerting pressure on the surrounding concrete. As the thaw returns, the water dissipates, leaving a void. This continuous cycle of freezing, expansion, and thawing causes the surface of the concrete to weaken, leading to peeling off, or as it’s more commonly known, flaking.
Another common cause of flaking is the use of chemicals like deicers. Often, these chemicals can induce a similar freeze-thaw cycle, intensifying the process even more and leading to flaking. Inadequate concrete mix or improper application techniques can also be to blame for flaking.
FLAKING VS. SPALLING: A COMPARISON
Flaking and spalling often get confused, and reasonably so, given that these conditions portray similar symptoms. Much like flaking, spalling involves the degradation of concrete, causing it to chip or break off in fragments. The primary difference between the two stems from the degree of damage and the size of the affected area.
While flaking typically affects the thin top layer of the concrete, spalling extends deeper into the surface and affects larger areas. The surface degradation from spalling can reveal the aggregate and sometimes the reinforcing steel within the concrete, leading to severe structural deficiencies.
However, regardless of whether it’s flaking or spalling, these issues need proper and immediate attention. They indicate an unresolved issue with water ingress or a potential structural problem that could escalate if left untreated.
CONCLUSION
The longevity of a concrete structure primarily depends on the quality of the pour, the climatic conditions of the area, and long-term maintenance. It is crucial to consider environmental factors and utilize durable building materials to minimize the risk of flaking and spalling, thereby ensuring the longevity of the structure.
If you notice signs of flaking or spalling on your concrete structures, it’s advisable to consult with a professional as soon as possible. Remember, catching these issues early and addressing them promptly can prevent further damage, safeguarding the integrity and lifespan of the structure. Flaking might seem like a minor aesthetic issue, but it can be an indication of more serious underlying problems calling for your immediate attention.
So, understanding the complexities of concrete flaking, identifying its similarities and differences with spalling, and taking timely corrective action will go a long way in maintaining the health of your concrete structures.

Moreno 2681 by palca estudio
The project is located in Balvanera, a central neighbourhood of Buenos Aires that presents a heterogeneous built profile with a strong commercial presence and an identity characterised by cultural diversity. This pattern is further consolidated when understanding its direct link with the building of the Argentine National Congress, with the large number of hotels distributed throughout the area or with the Miserere Square, that acts as a hub for trains, buses and subways. Balvanera could be interpreted as a neighbourhood of national identity.
Architecture as identity. The assignment originates from the clients' need to have administrative offices in new building that determines their identity as an institution. These offices had to be complemented by apartments to be used by people travelling from the provinces of Argentina to Buenos Aires for a certain period of time. Among the clients' initial demands was the use of a glass façade as an image towards the city, which for us was an essential part of the initial program.
The potential of mixed uses. The initial idea was to locate work and domesticity in the same block. This option was rapidly discarded after the first tests when the incompatibility of the circulation dynamics was verified. Taking advantage of the long proportion of the site (7.60 x 47.60 m) it was then decided to divide the uses into two independent blocks: the office one in the front, more exposed to the street and the domestic one in the back, more reserved in the centre of the block. In this way, a daily relationship is generated between all the people who inhabit the building while providing privacy in each of the parts.
Adapt to the given conditions. Both blocks adjust their buildable profile to the limits determined by the internal front line. This imaginary line is determined by the Government of the City of Buenos Aires to delimit a non-buildable area in the centre of the block. Instead of looking for alternatives to deal with this restriction, the project adapts to the resulting silhouette. In this way, two individual blocks are proposed to take advantage of all the possible footprint and are developed with the necessary height to deal with the proposal.
The void as a meeting place. Both building blocks are connected through a central void that works as a meeting point. This void is projected through a garden of organic shapes, white stones and growing vegetation that aims to generate meeting places for the people who work and inhabit the building.
Versatile and timeless from the beginning. The office block is planned on four levels with open spaces that allow to deal with the constant changes in today's work dynamics. Each level has outdoor spaces materialised by balconies on the lower floors and a terrace on the upper floor. The domestic block is also planned on four levels but made up of two stacked duplex apartments. Each one of them operates as an individual unit designed with the minimum elements necessary to be temporarily inhabited.
How to be efficient in the Argentine context. In an economic context as complex and variable as the Argentine one, it is necessary to be rational and efficient in the materialisation of architecture. In that sense, the construction of the building is proposed in a synthetic and traditional way through the implementation of few elements, but optimising their use. To do this, we proposed a reinforced concrete skeleton and lightweight masonry walls, textured white anodised aluminium frames in the windows and airtight double glazing for greater thermal efficiency. In this way, we make it easier to deal with suppliers while achieving efficiency and durability in the use of the elements.
A new way of perceiving the environment. Faced with a complex and heterogeneous urban context, the project is created from synthesis as contrast. Pure lines, geometric composition and white elements characterise a building that aims to communicate order and timelessness.
