Just Dance Care AU!
Ok ok so I thought of a story for this Au but it’s nothing really impactful or full of drama and angst like my other au’s, I wanted to leave this au easy and fun to play around, because, let’s say it. Just Dance and drama in the same sentence makes me laugh.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
story and PNG version under the cut!
(I gave up on Y/n design because I couldn't figure out a general look for them. This is you we are talking about! Draw your own JD fit, I'll draw mine soon XD)
Anyway here’s the story so far:
Year 2029, videogames industry made a huge step forward and classic consoles and devices were substituted by the new and upgraded VR headsets with full body tracking. It’s something like the NerveGear in Sword Art Online without the kill switch. Some games still require you to actually move your body (like fitness games or sports because yeah, they don’t have a purpose otherwise).
Y/n wanted to buy the newest VR headset but, while searching for the best offer, they found out FazCo entertainment was hosting a giveaway, the prize? One of their prototypes, a VR meant to be released the next year coinciding with the opening of their first mega pizza plex.
(so the plex doesn’t exist right now). You decide to sign up for the giveaway and after a while you receive an email telling you you won the VR headset and that, to claim it, you need to read and sign a series of NDA policies (understandable, it’s a prototype headset that’s not even in commerce). Some clauses are a little bit concerning but nothing you hadn’t read on other electronics booklets, so you decide to sign. After, like, a day, you have the VR in your hands.
The box let you know with super saturated and colorful writing, that the VR came with a game pre-installed inside. Uh, that’s why they were giving one away, they wanted a free game tester…but you know what, it’s worth it.
You always liked Just Dance games, they make you think about happy memories of your childhood. This pre-installed game called “Five Dances at Freddy’s” is a close copy of your childhood game with original FazCo songs, characters, environments and also some collaborations with other famous artists. It probably will be the cause of a big copyright infringement report.
There are various ways to play it: story mode, Casual dance, Five Dances, and Just Dance Care.
The first one is similar to the casual dance mode but with little cutscenes between a dance and another to tell a tale, Casual dance is how you can play the collab songs, Five Dances is the multiplayer mode and Just Dance Care is a more uhhhh “hard” way to play the game with all the other modes mixed in it. You stare at the description of the last mode smirking and decide to try it first just to see how far you can get before losing (yes you can lose in hard mode in this Just Dance, but you don’t die, you just have to restart from the beginning). Turns out the FazCo wasn’t kidding when they advertised the new headset as a breakthrough in the world of virtual reality headsets, the thing TRANSPORTED you inside the game itself.
You almost have a heart attack when you can’t find your VR on your head, but before you can try something you are blocked by two tall individuals who you think are the “tutorial” characters.
Yadda yadda, tutorial, you can pause the game and exit whenever you need just by opening an hidden menu, you find out your tutorial characters are called Sun and Moon and that you are way worse than you remembered at dancing (damn full body tracking, there is no way you are going to do a cartwheel in the middle of a dance, you still don’t know if your body is inside your home and if you’ll physically feel pain if you fall and you don’t want to find out).
You pass an embarrassingly long time trying to win your first dance battle just to discover it was still the tutorial.
You try to go on with the story but you fail at the first real battle with a bear character named Freddy.
And guess what? You have to start again from the tutorial! Y/n is gonna spend A LOT of time with Sun and Moon if this goes on.

Hi uhh how did you learn anatomy? I’ve been drawing for years, and one thing I really want to improve on is my understanding in that area. More for speed’s sake than anything else because I can usually make a pretty good pose, it just takes an hour of agonizing. Since you’ve said you’re making a webcomic I assume that’s something you’ve overcome to a certain extent. It’s easy to find beginner anatomy tutorials but you seem really good, so how did you learn? Did you teach yourself?
im mostly self taught, i drew alot of stuff like this when i was a kid
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
then i went to uni for art (and cs and game design) and did a little bit of this stuff.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
my program was mostly just like. thinking about art and meaning making and cough grant writing cough
but yeah, it still takes me a long time to come up with poses and make them feel natural and interesting, and thats why the comic only gets like 4 pages a month ahahahah
i also have always used references and will always use references, i love looking at stuff, but understanding what you’re looking at helps a lot

Love at First Paint: A Beginner's Guide to Painting
Tumblr media
"Almond Blossom" by Vincent van Gogh (1853 - 1890), Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, February 1890
Have you ever dreamed of being like Picasso or Vincent Van Gogh? If you do, you are looking at the wrong blog because I am far from them. But hey there! I'm Eden Amor, a freshman student and a self-taught artist who just loves to paint.
Art has been my passion since I was a kid, and as I grew older, I fell even more in love with it and started trying out different mediums and styles. But there's just something about painting that really excites me! I started with graphite, then moved on to colored pencils, and even dabbled in charcoal (although I never got around to using those charcoal pencils I ordered online). Finally, I found my true love in watercolors, and I've been obsessed with working with wet mediums ever since!
If you are a beginner in painting (like me, have been a skill of a beginner for years), you can enjoy my blog and get some tips that I learned from my starting journey. But if you are just interested in painting or in art generally, you can still read this blog.
Just a disclaimer: I am no expert and just a self-taught artist. Some things might work for me and not for you, and vice versa, so take this blog with a grain of salt.
LEARN ABOUT PAINTING
Since I am a self-taught artist myself, I never applied for workshops in drawing or painting. But most of my art knowledge is from YouTube tutorials, shorts, and IG reels (I have no TikTok, I don’t know why). I suggest learning about the basics before painting whatever you want because you’ll get disappointed after the result or wondering why everything is not working the way you wanted.
But before anything else, find the medium that you want. Mediums like acrylic, oil, gouache, and watercolor. There might be more but these four are some of the common wet mediums. One thing to address about these mediums is that they all have different properties and the techniques you’ll approach, the materials you’ll use, and the finish or outcome of the painting will depend on the medium.
MEDIUMS
Watercolor
Tumblr media
My recommendation for anyone wanting to start painting with no experience is to use watercolors. The only things you need are watercolor paint and water. Unlike acrylic paint, which, although water-based, can get pretty messy and dries quickly, giving you little time to blend and touch up unless you use an acrylic medium called Retarder, which is a medium that you mix with the paint to slow its drying time, but will cost you more. So, as simple as watercolor can be, it's a great starting point for a beginner in painting.
However, watercolor painting can be tricky when it comes to water manipulation. The amount of water your brush holds affects in creating an even layer of paint. The drying time takes hours, especially if you are working in layers, if you paint the still-damp surface too early, you will ruin everything and you cannot cover it up since watercolor is transparent. That is why watercolor painting is done light-to-dark because dark colors cannot be covered by light colors. So planning ahead of time is suggested and should not paint with watercolor impulsively.
Acrylic
Tumblr media
If you want to take the next level or just explore other mediums, acrylic painting is great for high coverage and textures. What watercolor doesn’t have but acrylic has is the ability to cover mistakes. In acrylic painting, you can paint on top of a painting, which is great especially if you change your mind or decide to start all over again, as long you coat more than one layer of white paint then you have a blank canvas again.
However acrylic paint, as said earlier, dries quickly which can be a disadvantage if you are a slow painter (like me) and especially if you are making a seamless gradient, which is very difficult to achieve and not as easy as you think. Since acrylic is water-based, cleaning is very easy with just water as long as the paint is still wet. Hardened paints can be peeled off easily but only on smooth surfaces, but if you got it on something like fabric, it will be forever on it.
Gouache
Tumblr media
I describe gouache (pronounced as ‘goo-aash’) as a combination of watercolor and acrylic. Because like watercolor, gouache is water-activated paint, which means that dried paints can be revived and used the paint again when wet. And just like acrylic, gouache has high coverage and a thick consistency which is great for texture. But unlike acrylic, which has a glossy finish, the gouache creates a matte finish once the paint is dry and it also dries fast giving you no more time for creating flawless gradients.
I use gouache for mini projects, or creating art trends I saw online, but I don’t recommend it for painting a big major project since it can be smudge once wet, and as of now, I don’t know if there’s an appropriate varnish for gouache so if you have any idea please let me know in the comment section.
Oil
Tumblr media
The most expensive of the four mentioned paint mediums is oil paint. However, oil paint creates the most realistic paintings. Despite its high cost, what makes me love oil paint is how smoothly the paintbrush glides, like butter. Blending oil paint is very easy, and you can create flawless gradients between colors. Oil paint has a very slow drying time. For small projects, such as those the size of half a sheet of bond paper, it can take days to weeks to fully dry and be ready for varnish. This slow drying time can be both an advantage and a disadvantage, depending on the complexity of your painting. It allows you to fix mistakes or make adjustments even the next day. Additionally, a small amount of oil paint goes a long way.
Oil painting can be hazardous because it involves flammable oil-based paints, as well as mediums like thinner and linseed oil. While water is used to dilute watercolor, gouache, and acrylic paints, oil paint requires the use of thinner. It's important to avoid washing oil paintbrushes with water, as it can damage the brushes and won't effectively remove the paint. Additionally, it's crucial to store oil paints, thinner, and linseed oil away from sources of heat and fire.
Since I am only new to oil painting, I cannot give much in-depth information about it and if you do please I beg for some advice and tips in oil painting.
Materials in Painting
Tumblr media
Painting can be an expensive hobby given that the materials used (especially the branded ones) are not really as cheap as a pencil and a piece of paper. But aside from being a painter, I am also a cheapskate.
I will never buy an art supply that is as expensive as my kidney, UNLESS if it is worth it or I can make money out of it. I don’t really have all the money to buy all the art supplies I want, I am still dependent on my parents and have no job yet (currently at college, 18, and an irresponsible young adult).
That is why I chose to buy art supplies online instead from the art stores near my place. And I think as a beginner, expensive materials are unnecessary because for me an artist should be able to make a masterpiece with his/her skill and not the tools. But that doesn’t mean the quality of materials will not make a difference. So if you are the same as me, you can use my tips.
Paint
Tumblr media
The paints I use are not of great quality, but they are good enough. I honestly thought that some of the paints I bought were much better than the pricier ones.
In watercolor, there are two common types: in the tubes and in the pans. The tubed paints have a consistency of acrylic, unlike the ones in the pans, which are hardened. What I have is the Superior Watercolor in pans set. I bought them online for less than $10, and it is a set of 18 colors with a brush pen and sponge included. The quality is great, it is not chalky, and it doesn’t smudge once dried. I spent my money wisely, and I do not regret buying it even though $10 is already a lot to me.
When it comes to acrylic and oil paint, I suggest buying the primary colors (ultramarine blue, crimson red, cadmium yellow), titanium white, black, and magenta only. I highly suggest buying a large amount of white because you’ll need it most of the time. Buying a set is very costly, but with these 6 colors, you can create any color, save money, and at the same time improve color-matching skills, which is an essential skill as a painter. If you wonder why I added magenta, it is because the combination of red and white is not bright enough to be pink or it is just different from the color magenta, and I think having magenta in the collection is a good addition. I used the Mont Marte brand in acrylic and Marie’s for oil paint.
Paintbrush
Tumblr media
There are different shapes of brushes: flat, round, filbert, and detail are the commonly used shapes, and it depends on the medium you are using. For watercolor, a round brush is recommended, and a flat brush is recommended for thick paints like acrylic and oil paint. A filbert brush is also a flat brush, but the trim is round, and it is good for painting clouds. A detailed brush is used for small details like painting dots and thin lines or for small paintings. There are more shapes of brushes out there, but having a variety of brushes can be overwhelming. Get only the brushes you need and have them in sizes small, medium, and large. The size of the brush will depend on how small or big your painting is. Using the appropriate shape and size of the brush will lessen your expenses and you’ll learn to depend more on your skills than the tools.
There are cheap but not too cheap brushes available online. They are not branded, but the quality is good enough (like the ones I use), and the bristles don’t come off easily.
Paper
Tumblr media
We can paint on anything, but nothing beats paper. However, the paper used in painting is not just an ordinary paper. The thickness of the paper used in painting, particularly watercolor paper, is important so that the paint would not easily destroy it.
Watercolor paper is usually combined with cotton, making it more durable than regular paper or cardstock. The percentage of cotton in the paper varies as the price varies. It is recommended to use 200 gsm paper, which is what I have because it is affordable and good enough to hold a few layers of paint.
However, I highly recommend using 300 gsm paper because the 200 gsm papers I use still curl up or bend and get wavy, which is a hassle when painting. The higher quality, 300gsm paper or paper containing 100% cotton is easier to work with, as I have observed online, even without taping the paper down, it doesn’t curl up. But of course, high-quality paper costs more, so 200 gsm paper is good enough.
If you are wondering why I called the paper used in painting "watercolor paper," it's because you can also use watercolor paper for acrylic, gouache, and oil painting.
There are two types of watercolor paper:
Cold Press - Cold-pressed watercolor paper has a rough texture, which is great for watercolor painting because it gives more depth to the flat painting (water is water, they can't have shapes and textures like acrylic).
Hot Press - The hot-pressed one is recommended for thick paints because it has a fine, smooth surface, which is great for blending smoothly.
Aside from paper, you can also use canvas paper, stretched canvas, or a canvas panel for thick paints. However, since you are only starting in painting, paper is recommended for practice and is much cheaper than the canvas mentioned above.
OTHERS
Masking Tape
Why masking tape? It is used for tapping down the edges of the watercolor paper so it stays put and flat on the surface which makes painting much easier, and also it creates a clean border. You may see other artists use washi tape because they are less sticky and won't damage the paper once it is peeled off, but I think using washi tape costs more, instead, stick first the ordinary masking tape onto your clothes until it becomes less sticky, and then you are good to go.
Mixing Palette
Usually in watercolor paint sets, the lid of the container serves as the palette. However, when using thick paints like acrylic or oil, a better alternative to a traditional paint palette is a picture frame. Mixing paint on a glass surface is convenient for two reasons: (a) it is smooth and does not absorb the paint, and (b) it is easy to clean. Dried acrylic or oil paint can be easily peeled off the glass or scraped with a blade or glass scraper, leaving a fresh and clean surface for mixing. Additionally, the wood or plastic frame around the glass provides protection against breakage and sharp edges.
Towel/Tissue
A used towel or tissue is not only used for cleaning; it is also mainly used for soaking up the excess water on a brush or for wiping off the excess paint. It is very handy, so you should always have it by your side while painting.
Jar
A brush washer is a must-have for painting. This is where you wash off the paint with water from the brush. You can use an old cup or jar as a brush washer instead of buying the fancy ones which is unnecessary. I prefer using a jar because it is heavier than a regular plastic cup, which prevents it from tumbling or spilling.
Here's a tip I learned from YouTube: use two brush washers. When you wash your brush once in a single container, the water gets muddy. This can make your fresh paint muddy when you switch colors. To prevent this, wash your brush twice: once in the first container and then again in the second container. This ensures that the water picked up by your brush is clean and not muddy.
ART STYLE
Tumblr media
Early in my painting journey, I started practicing by painting scenic landscapes because they seemed easy to me. Of course, I overestimated myself. So I continued practicing more. Painting nature has grown on me, and I realized that my genre is landscape painting. The good thing about it is there is less structure unlike a portrait of a person, and shapes are organic so I will have no problem with imperfections.
However, I still don’t have the ability to create my own work. I still have to watch tutorials online to have a guide. Most of my artworks were tutored by the artists I follow. Once I start painting with just a reference from Pinterest, I tend to get lost and suddenly don’t know what to do. I end up not continuing the work, which is a waste of time, energy, and material.
Lately, I returned to working with watercolor, but instead of nature, I used a reference photo of a person as a subject. Sketching the face first is my least favorite part, because if I mess up sketching the face, the whole painting is also a mess. Most of my subjects are K-pop idols, especially BTS, because I am also an ARMY! Working with faces is difficult but once you succeed, it is all worth it.
Social media has highly influenced my art style. The fact that I get envious whenever I see new art trends gives me a push and inspires me to continue doing my art and explore more.

Hi there! Your art is amazing, and actually inspired me to learn how to draw. I wanted to do the one year course of Marc Brunet to see how it goes. However, I have been told drawing is an innate gift and I would never get as good as the great masters of history. I am nervous because I have started it before before giving up at my apparent lack of progress. My point is, is there truly any hope for a completely novice artist like me? Could I ever be as good in drawing as you? Thank you for ur time
Skill being inate gifts is a lie. Having good genes will not substitute regular study and training. I have a cousin who I though was the coolest artists ever when I was a kid. He drew dragons and knights, and they were awesome. But then he went to uni and got a job, and he stoped drawing. His skill has atrophed and he has to do art studies again to catch up. Now he chose to paint warhammer figurines (also awesome, but not the same). You don't need to get Marc's course. It's rather expensive and does not substitute regular training. I got it but I haven't used it that much because Im a lazy asshole. There is a youtube channel called LinesSensei. He focusses more on anime waifus (sfw), but his tutorials and full process drawing videos are easy to follow. A good book I like is "Colors & Light" from the Artists' Master Series. Though nothing beats consistant work.
The thing you will need to overcome is your art sucking, just like the first songs you play with a new instrument will be bad. You will need to tackle many fundamentals which can be overwhelming and make you feel inferior or like a failed himan being, but this feeling will never really go away if master artists are to be believed.
But here is my tip where to start. It's not anatomy, or perspective, rendering or composition, but contrast and value. They are the most important things people see in an image and carry the most amount of information. Those things define shapes on a page, make images pop. Basically, start with black and white drawings.

Ways to feel little as a toybin kid! (๑•ᴗ•๑)♡
Tumblr media
Wear more colorful clothing or accessories (sweaters, socks, bracelets, hair ties if you have long hair, etc)
Paint your nails if you can.
Wear warm clothing if it's cold, parents usually prioritize warmth over looks for their kiddo! Or if it's warm, wear tank top and shorts! Tank tops are very very common for kiddos.
Watch educational kid shows! If your caretaker questions it, say it's for the education.
If you have little siblings, play with them! It helps me personally get into that mindset when I play with my baby cousin.
Go to a park! if you have a park near you and you can go, bring a backpack with some toys!
Play with pets!
Draw! This is a good excuse especially if you're already an artist.
Read a manga or something with pictures, you can pass this off as having dyslexia.
Drink out of a reusable water bottle! Stores have cheap and usually colorful ones.
Eat cookie shaped things!
Collect plushies. You can easily pass it off as being a collector.
Wear cute slippers!
Make a "bed nest" to feel more like a bassinet. Here's a tutorial!
Drink milk! For the first 6 months or so babies drink only milk, and it's easy to make it taste better if you don't like the taste of milk! Search Angel's Milk, Ponyo Honey Tea, and Golden Milk.
Sleep in common child positions (On your back, fetal position, head down toosh up, etc).
Eat and drink "childish" things (Cut fruit, mac n cheese, orange juice, apple juice, colorful food, etc).
Do tummy time!
Wiggle your toes and kick your legs!
Sing! You can pass singing kid songs off as it being stuck in your head, especially if you live with younger kids!
Pick flowers!
Read before bed.
Sleep in long pajamas! This can mimic a onesie.
Take a bubbly bath! Dish, hand, and hair soap can all make bubbles if you don't have bubble bath soap! Or play with toys!
Nap. Naptime is essential for kiddos! This can easily get passed off as just being tired from school, work, etc.

Replies! About ships, about past drawings, about Vil, Neige and Rook, and about Jamil (AzuJami, KaliJami), about some random hcs. And one about AzuIde Marriage AU!
I also wanted to note that we have some asks related to the way I draw things, and I feel like it requires a tutorial, so it’ll probably take some time until I reply… sorry.
Anonymous asked:
🫙 + 👻 + 🏹
( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
sdfihsduh THE SECRET CODE… 😭 so confusing yet so meaningful!! Long live Rook’s special jar
Anonymous asked:
I have seen you draw Greenviolet before but have you tried Redwer?? (Redmond x Bluewer)
We like these two, but not as much as we love Greenviolet; so even though I have nothing against the idea of drawing them together, I haven’t done it, and I don’t know when I’m going to.
I’ve mentioned it just the other day: we’re not in Kuroshitsuji mood right now, and while it could change very suddenly and I might feel the urge to draw our faves from there out of nowhere, the chances of us drawing Redwer are kind of low…
But when we revisit the manga (idk when), I’ll most likely sketch them together at least once – it’s a shame that I haven’t drawn them as a pair even once.
Anonymous asked:
Day 1 of asking you to draw Edgar Redmond x Lawrence Bluewer
I’m going to stop you right there, Anon, I’m sorry, although I understand your feelings. Please don’t ask: I don’t take free requests, and the more you ask, the less likely I am to draw them.
Anonymous asked:
Lol, Silver looks so done with Lilia in your Touhou art
Heheh he’s just a little sleepy 😌 As always.
Anonymous asked:
The bit about the sextant reminds me of ed, edd, n eddy’s big picture show
(referring to the cursing hcs post)
Yes! It’s kind of a sneaky reference, Anon, I’m glad you got it! lol
The fact that it’s a quote from a kids’ show… EEnE is special.
Anonymous asked:
Wait, if it follows the story and it was the boar's heart and not Neige's, that's kinda heartbreaking if you don't pay attention to how messed up it is.
I can imagine Vil being both outraged and saddened if/when he finds out it's not Neige's. (if it follows the original storyline)
(related to this Vil drawing)
Yeah, he might even snap and decide to get rid of Neige himself! Nothing could be trusted to his trusted hunter, it seems >:C
But if we’re going with rkvl angle, it is also easy to picture Rook protecting not only Neige but Vil’s soul that way: of course Vil isn’t the one doing the killing, but it’s his decision; and wouldn’t Vil start to regret this decision after going past the point of no return?
The answer is no, Snow White needs to die, that bitch >:c
Sigh… sometimes betrayal is beautiful~
blackbutlerfandomnerddomain asked:
So I heavily love the headcanon/idea of Neige being all sweet and innocent but then when he's alone he's more "mature" than what the public assume, and VERY vulgar about his admiration/maybe crush on Vil. The dwarfs are the only one who know his actual personality and accepts him. What are your thoughts if Vil saw Neige's side when they're alone?
I think Vil would be shocked because Neige must be an amazing actor to pull something like that off – Vil is a good judge of character, and if he didn’t clock him being a fake person, he is genuinely impressive. But Vil would also feel kind of pleased at first, because of course no one is that much of a saint and a good person, and it feels good that the bitch you hate is actually vulgar and unlikeable (subjective and caused by Vil’s own bias lol). But even then, after that first “heh” emotion ends, Vil will likely feel disappointed… I guess he really wanted Neige to really be that good and that innocent deep inside.
But then he’ll learn that Neige is super horny and outspoken about what he would do to Vil’s body, and start avoiding him like a plague lol It will create weird tension between them, that’s for sure. It’s not like Vil can reveal Neige’s secret to anyone either, because he would also get attention like that…
Anonymous asked:
I notice you said that Idia wasn’t really in love with Azul. If so, why did he marry him?
Anon! I’m sorry but I’ll use your ask to note that there is another asks related to this AU, but I can’t post the reply just yet because it requires some context (a comic that we haven’t posted yet). I thank both you and that Anon for your patience and your interest in this AU <3
To answer your question! In terms of benefits, it’s true that Azul has more to gain from their marriage than Idia (Idia is aware of that), but Azul actually makes Idia’s life easier in a lot of ways! He keeps Idia’s human interactions to a minimum and does all the talking for him, he is his representative in every affair that would require Idia to actually go out and communicate with others. Azul organises anything that needs to be organised, he basically does all the thinking for Idia. This is pretty much how Azul pitched this whole thing to Idia: imagine if you didn’t have to think about anything other than doing your thing? Imagine if no one bothered you? Of course, Idia still has stuff to do as the future director of S.T.Y.X., but being with Azul is… comfortable. It’s like Azul always makes sure that Idia’s environment is perfectly conditioned for him.
But in a lot of ways, I think both of them have some feelings for each other. For whatever its worth, Azul gives Idia some comfort. Aside from Ortho, he is probably the closest person to Idia, at least in terms of understanding how each other’s brains work. He knows Azul, he knows his flaws and knows where it is and isn’t safe to trust him. Idia wouldn’t open up completely (Azul wouldn’t either), but hey, if he has to pick someone to spend the rest of his life with while slowly getting tired of each other and starting to feel resentful (funny how Idia views marriage considering his parents seem to love each other), he would rather allow Azul to sign up for that role than someone else. He wouldn’t get any better option than Azul anyway.
Underneath all that rational reasoning could hide the fact that Idia genuinely likes Azul, but doesn’t want to fall in love with him.

Jamil being into powerplay porn feels so right! I sometimes wonder if he would enjoy acting like a brat, if he ever found someone he actually likes and feels comfortable with. I can't really see current Jamil doing it, since he seems like the kind of guy who thinks love and trust are for kids. Even if he suddenly went insane and admitted this, his most likely partners would be awful as "tamers".
Azul wouldn't need to have the details explained to him, but he might take the punishment too far a bit too quickly at the first act of disobedience. Also he is physically unable to turn off the smugness (at least with Jamil), even when he's supposed to act stern. At that point it becomes more like humiliation than "disciplining". Jamil can work with that too, it's just not quite what he's looking for.
Meanwhile Kalim wouldn't even understand (You want to be scolded???). It wouldn't even be entirely Kalim's fault, I think Jamil is worse at explaining things to him, and gets embarassed a lot faster than normal. To his credit, Kalim would figure it out on his own eventually (Oh, so it's like acting in a play!), but he still wouldn't be able to put it in practice. Time to ask the Film Research Club for acting tips!
Anyway essay over, but do you guys have these kind of headcanons where you're like "I could see this character being into this, but only in specific circumstances"?
Oh Jamil would make such a wonderful brat, if only he was comfortable enough doing that and had people around him who could handle him lol Both Azul and Kalim are simply horrible!
I agree that Azul would unintentionally turn disciplining into humiliation, and he would always go too far. He prides himself on his self-control, and he is very good at it usually, but it’s Jamil we’re talking about. Azul is just a man… Ironically, I can picture these two having a fling during which they kind of start arguing/aggressively bickering/flirting/fighting, which always leads to them having sex somehow. It’s very raw and unusual for both of them, and Jamil wouldn’t be comfortable admitting that he likes putting up a fight and being unapologetically rude just to get overpowered by Azul. It’s steamy, and it tickles the bratty bone, but like you said, this isn’t exactly that, and Azul’s face is way too punchable for it to be the perfect deal for Jamil.
Film Research club would be SUCH A GOOD HELP for Kalim! It also made me remember how Rook helped him to work on his wolf roar for Halloween, and Kalim ended up being quite good at it. It’s not impossible for him to learn! But it is difficult because scolding Jamil and punishing him feels so weird to poor Kalim :(
As for headcanons, it’s a bit difficult to tell, because there are a lot of characters, and there are a lot of kinks that they may or may not be kind of into but just a little bit. But answering in yes/no manner, yeah that happens a lot! I think you can see it while reading our hc posts about specific kinks. I think I do the “he wouldn’t be into it BUT” thing a lot lol

Real question: Who would do the dick in a box present prank? Who would do it completely nude? And who would open it?
My first instinct is to say Ace, but unfortunately I think even he would think that it’s kind of immature lol Floyd wouldn’t though! Well sometimes he would, but I could still picture him thinking that this is a hilarious idea and do it completely nude because he misunderstood the assignment a little bit.
Riddle would still open it… I don’t know what he expected.
Lilia could also do it, but neither Silver nor Malleus would want to open it because they know exactly what they’re going to see. Maybe Silver will do it not to upset Lilia…
Idia would also open it, but because he would feel like he’s being held at gunpoint lol Open the box, Idia 🔫

hii !! Just wanted to say your art is so good , how long have you’ve been into drawing ? And how did you find your style ? xoxo
Hiii! Thank you! 🩷🩷
I've been drawing since FOREVER lol, I think as early as 4 years old?
I mentioned in another answer to an ask, but basically it was just me seeing drawings and characters that I really really liked (like in a kid's magazine or a comic or even online) and I'd just draw them over and over until the concept of said character or drawing is memorized and then I'll create a completely new drawing implementing all these ideas that I really like,,,
and I did go through a lot of phases, like drawing easy cartoons and then, of course, anime and chibi (like those really old YouTube tutorials and stuff, and also some of the really popular websites that teach you how to draw certain characters and styles),, and them eventually I found out about Pinterest and tumblr lol, that's where I first saw more art styles that sort of branch away from the generic anime style and are more unique... You know the ones lol, the Hamilton fanart, that one bill cipher gijinka... Also video games!! Undertale more prominently (I am NOT ashamed to say that I still adore this game!!!!!!)
I think funnily enough, what visualizes the change in art styles the most is the veey first time I drew Grace until this day,,, in 2015 she used to have blue curly hair and pink skinny jeans lol,,,,,,,,,,,,

Hello! My name is lola but you can call me loli, I’m a new follower and i love you’re art style!🪻💜 (Another blue color fan i see..💙) anyways, the news year post of 2025 (the 7th frame) i noticed the anatomy was so good!?? I am young artist trying to master (strangle-) the art of anatomy, do you have tips? Any way to make it easier? And the perspective is *chefs kiss*!
(My fist language is not english so sorry if i have any spelling or grammar mistakes💜💙) -lola🪻🪐
Hi Loli! Thank you so much for following and the kind words, i really appreciate your support, for real 💙💙💙💙 I'm not the best teaching someone, I'm really bad actually jfiuhgdf But I'm really trying here English is not my main language either, so this will be hard I never did something like that, but I really hope you understand my explanations and hope this helps at least a little. I dont know how much you know, so you can disregard some informations if you want. Im a woman of images, so i made a few, i thought this might make it easier to understand. (Sorry for the delay, i was thinking how to put this all together without make it all nonsense iojdfiojsd) So, the anatomy is tricky to master, but can be easier if you learn the proportions of the body first. The Legs usually are the same size as the upper body, an average adult can be 7-8 heads tall, of course this will change for kids or short/tall people, more short or tall the person be, less/more heads she'll measure, but the legs will aways be close the size as the upper body. (Some real people can have the legs a little bit taller than the upper body, and some artstyles can have that as well, nothing wrong with that.) The ears are localized from the top of the eyes to the bottom of the nose. Male ears are usually bigger than female ears, but this can vary to person to person.

The elbows line up with the navel/middle of the belly, wrists line up with the crotch, and hands go mid-thigh. Talking of hands, they are sure difficult, but can be simplifying, i use the shape in the example for the palm and then just draw the fingers. Fingers are close size of the palm, with the middle finger being the same size and the index and ring fingers being shorter and the pinky being the shorter. Legs and arms can be simplifying with cylinders, they will be your friend, they can help with the perspective of the members of the body.
Tumblr media
Simplifying the rest of the body can be made with some other shapes (like i did) but i really recommend using boxes, they show us the sides of the body, making it easier to make dynamic poses and perspective. You can rotate any box to make any pose, that so cool Not gonna lie, making boxes is a real pain, like, you think you can draw a box really easy, like, it's just a box, but then you make it, and it's hard (for me at least uhguidfg) It's a habit, the more you do it, the more you get the hang of it, i know we all want to make a final drawing, with a lot of details and cute clothes, but i really recommend to you to at least you make five of these per day, using references of course.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
References are your best friend in art, if you are struggling with an art piece, go see some references or tutorials, they'll will be handy for sure :3 A tip i have is to simplifying the reference photo, try coping it to make your sketch, don't trace the reference to use it as your sketch, in my opinion this will not help you at all.
Tumblr media
It it's just the way i personally do, and i really hope this can serve you for anything. There have other ways to study anatomy you can try, so I'm going to leave some videos that can maybe help you more! Video 1 Video 2 Video 3 I hope they can help you more, they explain better than me isifopdjfs This is going to be cliche, but it's true, it will be a long way of learning, it will be hard, you will be sad will some results, thinking "why can't i do it? Why can't i do it right?" But you will can do it in the future, as long you have the passion and the determination to learn, you can do it until you like the result. Keep studying and learning, you can do it, i believe in you. Thank you again Loli! Have a wonderful day/night! Wowie, this is my first ask :0
Thanks for coming to my yapping section guyssss
