One thing the North Node in Aries and South Node in Libra has been getting me to see is “boundaries” aren’t really about how many people you can shut out, or how quick you can be to shut someone out at the first sign that they could maybe be problematic. I’ve lost out on many opportunities to learn from people and to receive love or support, doing this in my past.

No, healthy boundaries are something you have to be willing to work on within relating. By all means, if someone clearly purposely screws you over, turn your back on them and never look back. But if you’ve been taken advantage of a lot in the past, you might be prone to seeing potential toxicity someone will bring into your world, where it doesn’t actually exist.

I’ve learned that pushing away people before even actually learning what they’re about is not a flex. Also I’m no longer worried about being open to someone who turns out to have tendencies I can’t be around. Because I’m now confident that I can utilize boundaries other than just never letting anyone into my world in the first place. (And I had to be willing to be open to interacting with more people again to even be able to practice this.)

What a lesson truly synthesizing Aries and Libra. My boundaries these days are starting to feel so much more productive for me and I’m grateful. 🙏

Oh nothing, just thinking about the dragon symbolism tied to the nodal axis during the battle of Onigashima for like no reason.

Kaidou is hyper focused on strength, absolute domination and pushing towards the future. Similar to the North Node, the Dragon’s head.

Whereas Momonosuke, due to a a twist of fate/time travel. Stumbled onto the artificial devil fruit. Artificially made to mimic Kaidou’s strength.

Contrasting Kaidou’s confidence, Momo is timid. Having to constantly build up strength/courage by focusing on the bygone power of his lunar lineage. Like the South node, the dragon’s tail. Momonosuke is tied to the past.

Space Did Something Cool

So, not only are eclipses really cool, they also come up a lot in JttW adjacent Fandom, like LMK, for various reasons. One is because if Sun Wukong's non-cannonical children from the ancient fanfic that counts as literature, Journey to the South. They are Yuebei Xing (Lunar Apogee), Jidu (South/Descending Lunar Node), and Luohou (North/Ascending Lunar Node). I've known about these characters and these terms for a couple months, but I didn't quite grasp what things like the nodes were until I saw this. Red has a knack for explaining things, so I recommend giving this a watch if you're confused. Or if you aren't. Watch more of her content, is what I'm saying.

This New Moon solar eclipse in Libra is also a South Node eclipse. And along with the Moon and Sun conjoining in their exactness 🌚 just 4° from the South Node, Black Moon Lilith is in exact conjunction with them, and Mercury🗣️ is joining the close-knit party too!

This may bring the beginnings of a new chapter, through confronting the past. Communication, and perhaps communication that involves you standing up for yourself (Lilith), could be relevant topics.

There is also a grand trine🔺in the sky now between Venus in Scorpio, Mars in Cancer, and Saturn in Pisces. This suggests to me a couple different possibilities for harmonization of Venus and Mars, within a long term scope of greater security🪐. It could involve harmonizing your own “feminine” and “masculine” (or yin and yang) energies. Or it could suggest this occurring within a relationship.

The eclipse is square to Mars, and as it’s also exactly conjunct Black Moon Lilith, this does honestly make me think of scenarios where women may experience getting the upper hand, or taking their power back in some way.

There’s some intense activation of energies in the atmosphere now! I subscribe to the view that eclipses are gonna eclipse, no matter how you try to resist or control things, and that they can actually force change in some cases. Having awareness of the astrological climate in the case of an eclipse, including where it falls in your own chart, can help you keep your eyes open in the appropriate areas for developments or insight/intuition that may come. And simply prioritizing awareness, without much active effort to control right at this time, is going to likely be for the best until this passes.

mars direct in cancer, feb 23. mars things that have stalled start to pick up momentum again. don't expect smooth sailing for a while yet, though.

venus retrograde in aries, march 1. this is a classically quite weak venus but it does have its particular strengths; i think it can be very helpful in all fights for justice. probably not great for getting relationships off the ground though, and avoid major cosmetic changes.

full moon lunar eclipse in virgo, march 13. a new series of eclipses begins thanks to the shifting of the lunar nodes. the energy is volatile. many will try to tell you not to try to manifest in these conditions but i think we're always manifesting, so just don't expect the universe to do exactly what you think you want.

mercury retrograde in aries, march 14. joining venus in retrograde and in the same sign. i get 'even if your voice shakes' vibes from this.
