Harnessing the Power of Vitamin D: A Game-Changer for High-Performance Athletes and Executives
Tumblr media
Introduction: In the world of high-performance athletics and executive leadership, achieving peak mental and physical health is paramount. Athletes and executives alike are constantly seeking ways to optimize their performance and maintain their competitive edge. One often overlooked but incredibly powerful tool in this quest is vitamin D supplementation. In this blog post, we will explore the numerous benefits of vitamin D for both mental and physical health, and why it's a game-changer for individuals striving for excellence in their respective fields.
The Importance of Vitamin D: Vitamin D, often referred to as the "sunshine vitamin," plays a crucial role in various bodily functions. It is essential for maintaining healthy bones, as it helps the body absorb calcium and phosphorus. However, its benefits extend far beyond bone health. Vitamin D is also known to modulate the immune system, regulate mood, support cognitive function, and promote overall well-being.
Mental Health Benefits: For high-performance athletes and executives, mental health is just as important as physical health. Vitamin D has been shown to play a significant role in mood regulation, with low levels of vitamin D being associated with an increased risk of depression and anxiety. By supplementing with vitamin D, individuals may experience improvements in mood and overall mental well-being, allowing them to better manage the stresses and pressures of their demanding lifestyles.
Physical Health Benefits: In addition to its mental health benefits, vitamin D supplementation can also have profound effects on physical health, particularly for high-performance athletes. Research has shown that adequate levels of vitamin D are associated with improved muscle strength, endurance, and recovery. This is crucial for athletes looking to maximize their performance and minimize the risk of injury. Moreover, vitamin D has been linked to enhanced immune function, which is essential for athletes and executives alike who often face high levels of stress and travel, making them more susceptible to illness.
Optimizing Performance: By harnessing the power of vitamin D supplementation, high-performance athletes and executives can optimize their mental and physical health, giving them a competitive edge in their respective fields. Incorporating vitamin D into their daily regimen can help them perform at their best, recover more quickly from training and work demands, and maintain overall well-being despite the challenges they face.
Conclusion: In conclusion, vitamin D supplementation offers a multitude of benefits for high-performance athletes and executives alike. From its role in promoting mental health and mood regulation to its impact on physical strength, endurance, and immune function, vitamin D is a game-changer for individuals striving for excellence in their fields. By prioritizing vitamin D supplementation as part of their overall health regimen, athletes and executives can enhance their performance, resilience, and overall quality of life.

Whispering Paddock - Part 3
Tumblr media
Masterlist || Part 1 || Part 2 || Part 3 || Part 4
Tumblr media
Summary: While you're asleep upstairs in the suite — thighs sticky, body sore, cockwarming Mercedes’ newest golden boy — Lewis Hamilton is across town at a rooftop bar, trying to forget everything. But when the drivers start asking where Kimi is, and why Toto, George, and their rookie aren’t celebrating… he breaks. The secret spills. The group chat explodes. The grid is never the same.
Warning: Mentions of smut (non-explicit in this part, but detailed memories). Discussions of dubcon, aphrodisiac use, ownership kink. The entire grid reacting to a tradition where Toto's wife is "awarded" to podium drivers. Emotional spiraling. Obsession. Power imbalance. Kink discussion. Lewises' guilt and pride. George’s smugness. Drivers begging to join. Reader is offscreen for this part but deeply central to the plot.
The rooftop bar was packed. Noise, lights, champagne. The Monaco skyline blurred behind it all, gold and silver streaks pouring into the water like melted money. Charles was nursing a Negroni, Max was stealing olives out of Carlos’ drink, and Oscar was halfway through a dramatic retelling of some cursed PR event. Everyone was laughing. Everyone was flushed. Everyone was buzzing.
Everyone except Lewis. He was quieter than usual, his fingers wrapped loosely around a tall glass of something amber and strong. He hadn’t spoken much since arriving. Not really. Just enough to nod along, offer a soft smile, fake a laugh. But there was something off. Something unsettled in the line of his shoulders. Something dangerous in the stillness behind his eyes.
It was Lando who said it first. “Wait… where’s Kimi?”
The table paused. Heads tilted.
“He should be here, right?” Lando asked, frowning as he glanced toward the stairs. “It’s his first fucking podium.”
Oscar agreed immediately, setting his drink down. “I saw him finish press almost an hour ago.”
“George isn’t here either,” Max pointed out. “And neither is Toto.”
That’s when Lewis flinched. Barely. Just a twitch in his jaw, a shift in his grip. But Max caught it.
Lewis didn’t speak.
Carlos narrowed his eyes. “Mate. What do you know?”
Lewis exhaled. Swirled the drink once. Then drained it. The silence stretched long enough for Charles to lean in, sharp and suspicious.
“You’re being weird,” he muttered.
“Really fucking weird,” Lando added.
Someone laughed, but it was thin.
Oscar tried to joke. “Don’t tell me they’re off plotting team strategy for next week already.”
Lewis shook his head. Not a denial. Not confirmation either. And then, finally, he spoke. “He’s with her.”
The words cut clean through the music, the laughter, the clink of ice and crystal. Confused glances flew across the table.
“With who?” Charles asked slowly.
Lewis didn’t blink. “Toto’s wife.”
There was a beat of stunned silence. Then Oscar actually choked on his beer. Carlos spat a cherry stem into the planter beside the table. Lando blinked like he hadn’t heard correctly.
“No,” Max said flatly. “No fucking way.”
Lewis just gave him a long, steady look. “He’s with her. In the suite. Right now.”
“What the fuck does that mean?” Oscar asked. “What do you mean with her?”
“It’s a thing,” Lewis said quietly. “A Mercedes thing. If you podium… you get a night with her.”
Dead silence. Max’s mouth fell open. “Wait, like- sex?”
Lewis nodded once.
Charles stared. “You’re telling us that Kimi Antonelli is upstairs… fucking Toto Wolff’s wife as a reward for placing third?”
“She’s not just his wife,” Lewis said. “She’s his… prize. And he shares her. If you win for the team.”
Oscar’s hands were shaking. “Are you being serious?”
“I wish I wasn’t,” Lewis muttered.
Carlos leaned forward, stunned. “You’ve done it?”
Lewis didn’t answer at first. But he didn’t deny it.
“Oh my god,” Lando whispered. “You have.”
Lewis’s voice was quiet, but sure. “More than once.”
Charles blinked, stunned. “So… what, you finish P2 and Toto’s like ‘thanks mate, go fuck my wife’?”
“Not exactly,” Lewis said. “But it’s expected. The suite’s always ready. Chocolates. Silk. Her in white. Always waiting.”
“She’s into it?” Carlos asked, voice cautious.
Lewis hesitated. “She doesn’t say no. She’s always… soft. Toto gives her these chocolates, and then she’s just… gone. Drunk on him. On whatever he gave her.”
Oscar looked like he was about to pass out. “Jesus Christ.”
Lando couldn’t stop blinking. “So you’ve… you’ve been with her. Like-”
Lewis nodded. “She’s everything. Obedient. Beautiful. Wrecked before you even touch her. She moans your name like she was made to say it.”
Max was fully silent. Watching. Calculating.
Charles just breathed out a soft, stunned laugh. “I always thought she was so sweet. So classy.”
“She is,” Lewis said. “Until you have her crying into the sheets, begging to be filled.”
Oscar buried his face in his hands.
Carlos looked around the table. “Okay but real talk- how do I sign up?”
And just like that, it spiraled. Max demanded to know how long it had been happening. Charles asked if there were rules. Oscar wanted to know if the aphrodisiacs were a mandatory part of it or if he could take his time. Lando was still processing. Carlos was all but vibrating with curiosity. The table exploded.
“She lets you fuck her raw?” “Do you kiss her?” “Does she remember it?” “Did George get her too?” “What about Bottas?” “Does she call you daddy?” “Can I watch?”
Lewis tried to keep up. Tried to answer. But it didn’t matter anymore. They were gone. Already burning for it. Already lost.
That’s when Max pulled his phone out. “We need a group chat.”
By the time Toto Wolff’s name lit up on the group notification screen, the others had already been added. Max had done it in seconds. Title: Podium Priority Access. Private. No press. No team reps. No distractions. Just drivers. Just the hungry ones.
Lewis. Max. Charles. Carlos. Oscar. Lando. George.
George joined with a grin so smug it radiated through the phone. Told you he’d crack.
The chat exploded. Everyone needed confirmation. They wanted details. Proof. Instructions. George just laughed. Typed like a man who had nothing left to hide.
“She’s softest when she’s on the fourth chocolate.” “Toto watches. Always watches.” “She’s not scared. She lives for it.” “Last time she begged me not to pull out.” “She said thank you after.”
Oscar was losing his mind. Charles said he was ready to switch teams. Carlos asked where he could send his application. Max said nothing for a while. Then typed one word:
Interesting.
And then George asked the real question: Should we add Toto?
Lewis. They did. The first thing Toto wrote was a pause. Three dots. And then, very calmly: Is this about my wife?
There was no attempt to deny it. No cover. Charles simply replied: yes.
Oscar: respectfully.
Carlos: but yes.
George: they just want to join the rota, boss 😇
There was a pause.
Toto: Only winners. No exceptions.
Max’s response was instant: Say less.
Toto continued, each message delivered like a command.
She is not a toy. She is my wife. She obeys because she is devoted. You earn her. You do not demand her.
Charles was typing before the message had finished sending. He promised to earn her. Oscar swore he was training harder already. Lando said he was about to switch teams. Carlos said he was ready to win for the first time in years.
Toto answered all of it with silence. Then, finally: Be ready. She’ll be yours when I say so.
And upstairs, wrapped in silk and semen and someone else’s afterglow, you slept. Still soft. Still wet. Still warm around Kimi’s cock, his arm around your waist, breath slow against your neck.
You didn’t know what had just happened. Didn’t know what had broken.
You only knew that Toto had kissed your forehead before turning out the lights. That he’d whispered “Good girl.” That he told you the team was proud.
And for now, that was enough.
___
You wake up in silk sheets.
The light is soft, filtered through gauzy Monaco curtains. Your legs are tangled. Your body aches in that gentle, glowing way. Between your thighs, you feel slick. Warm. Used. But not in a way that scares you. In a way that makes your stomach flutter.
You smell like sex and something sweeter. Chocolate, maybe. You stretch one arm toward the other side of the bed but it’s empty. Still warm.
There’s a robe folded neatly on the edge. A glass of water on the nightstand. A small square chocolate on the napkin beside it. You don’t touch it. Not yet. You don’t need it this morning.
You slide the robe over your sore skin, padding slowly toward the ensuite. The mirror is fogged from Kimi’s shower. You wipe it with your palm. There’s a bite mark on your shoulder. You smile.
You only vaguely remember last night. Kimi’s voice, shaky and desperate. Toto’s hands in your hair. George smirking from the chair. You riding Kimi slow while he whispered “thank you” like a prayer.
You remember Toto holding your face after. Kissing your temple. Saying, “You made the team very proud.”
You remember smiling. Sinking into the bed. Letting yourself be soft.
You don’t remember Kimi leaving. You don’t know where he is now.
But you know this: You were good. You obeyed. You were useful. And that’s all that matters.
Kimi’s downstairs in hospitality, shaking hands with sponsors and pretending not to remember the way you moaned under him the night before.
He feels raw. Lightheaded. Every camera flash makes him flinch. Every congratulations sounds like background noise. He spent the night buried in his team principal’s wife. And he liked it.
He liked it too much.
George appears beside him like a shadow. Grinning. Elbowing him gently. “You’ve been quiet.”
Kimi shrugs. “Just tired.”
George lowers his voice. “She wore you out, huh?”
Kimi blushes. Looks away.
George’s smile sharpens. “You’ll want her again. Everyone does.”
Kimi doesn’t answer. Because he already does.
The group chat is on fire. Oscar’s messages are almost violent now. One after the other. Desperate.
has she woken up yet when can i see her i placed P5 last week that’s close enough she likes younger drivers right please just let me watch
Toto doesn’t reply.
Charles types slower. More measured. But it’s worse somehow. Every message heavy with longing.
I want her to say my name I want her to tell me I did good I want to touch her hair I’d drive through fire for her
Max hasn’t said anything in hours. Just left the chat on read. But everyone can feel it. The weight of his silence. The calculation brewing behind his eyes.
He’s watching. And he’s planning.
You’re curled on the chaise by the window when Toto comes in. His hands are full, phone, folders, espresso. But his eyes soften when they land on you. “Good morning, little one.”
You smile sleepily. “Hi.”
He sets everything down, crosses the room, kisses your forehead. You tilt your face up for it without thinking. “You were perfect last night,” he murmurs. “So beautiful. So obedient.”
Your cheeks flush. “Did I make you proud?”
He hums. “Always.”
You look down at your lap. “I don’t remember all of it.”
Toto doesn’t flinch. He just strokes your cheek. “You were safe. You were adored.”
You believe him. Of course you do. Still, you glance toward the bedside. The chocolates. He notices. Picks one up. Breaks it in half. Holds one piece to your lips. You hesitate. Just for a second. Then open your mouth.
Good girl.
George sends a selfie to the group chat. Him at the paddock, sunglasses on, smile smug.
The caption reads: She’s glowing today. Kimi must’ve done well 😉
Charles responds immediately. I hate you.
Oscar: let me have her before i lose my mind
Carlos: can i at least shake her hand or something
Max finally replies. Just four words. Cold. Precise.
There should be rules.
Silence falls.
Lewis types: He’s right.
George: Toto controls everything. There are rules.
Oscar: Then what are they? Because I will follow every single one.
Toto doesn’t respond to the chat. But he texts George privately. One line. They’re getting greedy.
George replies: They’re obsessed. You made them this way.
Toto: No. She did.
You feel it first at the next race. The way drivers look at you differently. Oscar holds eye contact too long. Charles doesn’t blink. Carlos looks like he’s about to say something every time he passes you. Max just watches. Silent.
Lando asks if you’re drinking enough water. Pierre offers you his chair. Alex gives you a hug that lasts too long.
You don’t know why. You don’t question it. Toto tells you to smile. So you do.
Charles writes Toto a message in private. Longer than anything he’s ever typed before. Careful. Respectful. Desperate.
I know I haven’t podiumed yet. But you’ve seen how close I’ve come. You’ve seen how hard I drive. I’ve never asked for anything from you. But I dream about her. Every fucking night. Please. Just once. I’ll make it count.
Toto reads it at his desk. Closes his eyes. Breathes in. Breathes out. And says nothing.
Max texts you directly. The first one to do it. How do you feel when they use you?
You stare at the screen for a long time. Then type back. Safe.
He replies instantly. I want to see that.

Yeah “athletes should have a voice” has literally always meant “gymnasts should not fear repercussions from the powers that be for advocating for themselves and putting their health and safety first even if their results ‘suffer’ for it, temporarily or persistently.” Not “athletes should have a carte blanche to indulge their most childish impulses when dealing with the public and nobody is allowed to judge them for it” lmao

Just some points on my modern au:
Both Dorian and Manon are from old money families (it’s how they met it was during an exclusive event)
Dorian hates it lowkey he wants freedom and to do as he pleases so he skips as many of these events as he can. But he also knows that if he leaves and Hollin gets in charge… their family would be over because his brother will ruin everything. So he stays around for the sake of his family.
Manon is the opposite. She is always present and taking charge of things in hopes that it would appease her grandmother. But just like everything else she does, it’s never good enough.
She’s a perfectionist who always needs to be in control otherwise she starts falling apart.
She was raised on the notion that emotions are a weakness, and she wouldn’t dare bring shame on her grandmother by being emotional. So from a young age she learned to suppress her emotions and carry on.
She is what her teachers would call ‘academically gifted’ but the truth is, she spent many hours studying and skipping sleep in order to be the top student at her school. Even when she was burnt out (she usually spends summer break studying for the next school year before it starts) she keeps going. Result? Getting a final score of 99.7% caused her to have a breakdown because how was she so careless as to lose that .3%? Her grandmother wasn’t too happy with her score, and she made that very clear.
She’s just so emotionally repressed and very anxious but she’s so good at hiding it no one can tell anything is amiss. Because when Manon is having a breakdown, she does so privately behind closed doors.
She has attachment issues and she’s very emotionality dependent on her dog. Abraxos is her rock and she has no idea what she’d do without him.
Those attachment issues? (Thanks to grandmother’s emotional and mental abuse) Manon often ends up with awful/toxic men just because they’re giving her the right attention that makes her easily want to be with them thinking it is ‘right’ and honestly just doesn’t think much of it (Asterin notices tho and she and Sorrel are always ready to interfere).
She doesn’t have much faith in men anymore. One night stands are way better than a steady relationship and so she swore off dating. All she needs is Abraxos anyway.

The Power of Routine: How High-Performers Harness Structure to Achieve Success
Tumblr media
Introduction: In the world of high-performance, whether in sports, entrepreneurship, or executive leadership, routine plays a crucial role in driving success. High-performers rely heavily on routines tied to specific outcomes to achieve and exceed their goals. In this blog post, we'll explore why routines are so important for high-performers and how they leverage structure to maximize their potential.
Consistency and Discipline:
Consistency: High-performers understand the power of consistency in achieving their goals. By establishing a routine, they create a framework for consistent action, enabling them to make progress towards their objectives day in and day out.
Discipline: Routines require discipline and commitment. High-performers embrace the discipline needed to stick to their routines, even when faced with obstacles or distractions. This discipline fosters a strong work ethic and a mindset focused on long-term success.
Efficiency and Productivity:
Optimized Time Management: Routines help high-performers optimize their time and prioritize tasks effectively. By allocating specific time slots to different activities, they maximize productivity and minimize wasted time.
Streamlined Decision-Making: Routine eliminates decision fatigue by automating repetitive tasks and eliminating the need to make constant choices about how to allocate time and resources. This streamlines decision-making and allows high-performers to focus their mental energy on more important tasks.
Psychological Benefits:
Reduced Stress and Anxiety: Routines provide a sense of structure and predictability, which can reduce stress and anxiety. High-performers rely on routines to create a sense of stability and control in their hectic lives, enabling them to stay calm and focused under pressure.
Increased Confidence: Consistently executing a well-established routine breeds confidence and self-assurance. High-performers trust in their routines to deliver results, which boosts their confidence in their abilities and enhances their performance.
Goal Achievement:
Alignment with Goals: Routines are often tailored to align with specific goals and outcomes. High-performers design their routines to support their objectives, whether it's improving athletic performance, growing a business, or driving organizational success.
Progress Tracking: Routines provide a framework for tracking progress towards goals. High-performers use their routines as a benchmark to measure their performance and make adjustments as needed to stay on track.
Adaptability and Flexibility:
Adapting to Change: While routines provide structure, high-performers also understand the importance of adaptability. They are willing to modify their routines as circumstances change, allowing them to navigate challenges and seize new opportunities.
Balancing Structure and Flexibility: High-performers strike a balance between the rigidity of routine and the flexibility needed to respond to unexpected events. They remain agile and adaptable, adjusting their routines as necessary while staying focused on their overarching goals.
Conclusion: High-performers across various domains recognize the power of routine in driving success. By embracing consistency, discipline, efficiency, and psychological benefits, they leverage routines as a tool for goal achievement and personal growth. Routines provide a solid foundation for high-performers to thrive amidst uncertainty, enabling them to stay focused, productive, and resilient in pursuit of their aspirations.

holy shit this is so annoying but the amount of times ive met alt girls (particularly punks) that will make their whole schtick being alternative and progressive then turn around and have racist, white boyfriends is insane.
like i genuinely hate calling people posers but holy shit. that is genuine poser activity. call me soft or wtv but i do believe that whoever you are actively dating says a lot about you and your beliefs.
like sorry dude but i find it hard to believe youre actually in the scene when your bf is a borderline racist, you actively make racist jokes, you dont even try to understand the history behind the scene, and the most punk thing you do is repost pictures of punks online. like dude can you and your racist crusty bf gtfo. no one wants you here
like, i get my entire brand is being involved in the punk scene, but outside of this account i dont even call myself a punk, yet somehow im more involved in the subculture than some of these leeches are.
idk this could just sound like elitist bs and if it does ill self reflect on that part but otherwise i genuinely hate performative mfs that claim to be alternative then turn around and act like or date complete assholes. like jokes or not idk if u and ur white bf should be joking about police brutality. maybe gtfo, break up and self reflect before turning around and trying to act like youre some "omg xd dirty rat saurr punk and aesthetic" girl despite never having evolved your political beliefs beyond "yeah queer people are cool".
yes this is targeted leave me alone i needed to rant
