Upgrade the Dining Room into a banquet space fit for royalty. 👑

Story Setup:

Create a rival Sim (your Bowser equivalent) with traits like Mean, Hot-Headed, or Kleptomaniac 🥴.

Move this rival into Peach’s castle (using Manage Households) and lock the lot for Peach—she’s officially kicked out! 🚫🏰.

Peach moves to a rundown micro-home (maximum 32 tiles) on a tiny lot. Use cheats to reduce her funds to 1,000 simoleons.

Living Situation:

Build her new tiny home with only the bare essentials:

1 bed, mini fridge, toilet, shower, and a cheap desk with a broken-looking computer 💻💔.

Castle Rules:

Peach may not return to the castle or interact with it until she completes her self-rescue goals.

The town of Veronaville is one built on little love and one big feud. For years, the Capp and Monty clans have been at each other’s throats; yet this hatred cannot stop the younger generation from crossing borders and falling for one another. Will their actions bring both feuding families to ruin, or spark reconciliation? Can their love truly heal such deep wounds?

ISSUES THAT I AM AWARE OF:

Some townies’ memories could disappear. It happens even with the mod that forbids the townies from losing their memories. I don't know what the reason is so I recommend checking them before you play the game, namely, by going into the family and teleporting the townies to the resident lot. If the memories are already gone, then please re-download the hood.

Hoodchecker might show some minor errors connected to the wrong memory subjects. This was intentional so don't be alarmed! It doesn't affect your game in any negative way.

Don't try to resurrect Julien Cooke. Just forget about him.

Oberon originally had an overlay with a mechanical prosthetic. But for some reason in some testers’ games the overlay was affecting Oberon's complexion, turning his skintone white… So I removed the overlay entirely. You can add it back if you wish!

I don't like when people are being prude about shaders and mods in Minecraft because "it doesn't FEEL like Minecraft".

And I understand that to a certain degree, because I hate the """realistic"""" texturepacks and mods that add like ak-47 or whatever.

But man when it's just adds a bit of a pretty lighting and mood. When it's new foods recepies, custom bioms and mobs, hell something like create even. I feel like it does NOT kill Minecraft's aesthetic. If anything it expands onto what Minecraft already is. Like Create allows more creativity to technical side of Minecraft lovers, new blocks and pretty visiuals are good for builders, survivalists and adventurers will love dungeons and bosses, and casuals will enjoy the fact that they can fry eggs with something like Farmer's Delight.

And I get it that mods are not for everyone. I even get the fact that many youtubers can't really play with mods for whatever "relatability" or "relevancy" reasons. But I don't like the Vanilla Purism that became sooooo rampant in the game's community.

Like the whatever built in shaders that Mojang are working on didn't even came out yet and there are already people who hate on it for it's existence. And like. Why. If you Obviously can turn it off. Nobody will make you play with them. Take a chill pill.

Post-Revolution DBH Headcanons: Android Culture Part 1

We only really see in-game androids up until the moment of their winning the revolution, so there's not much to go on in terms of android culture or anything. To be fair, most of them had been "alive" for like five seconds at that point, so they didn't exactly get time to develop anything like a culture, but here's some of what could happens after, in my head. Because we're talking about a whole new form of life, not humans 2.0 (yes, yes, I know it's Become Human, but, like, fundamentally they're not, and the things that make sense to an organic being aren't always going to make sense for a cybernetic one). (Feel free to borrow any of this for content purposes, by the way, if it vibes with you I'd love to see what you do with it). Expand for world building:

Clashing schools of thought among androids. The in-game androids are a one-dimensional monolith because Bad Writing, but I think there are conflicting ideas after the revolution of where androids belong in society. Some try their hardest to pass as human, losing the LEDs and dressing in human fashion and adopting human mannerisms. Some of them say fuck blending in with the humans; we're going to own being androids. Pro-human-cooperation and anti-human groups appear and become the basis for android political discourse.

On that note, I bet android body modification is a thing. Every once in awhile I'll see a fic that plays with this idea, but it's obvious that whatever fluid nanite stuff android skin is made of, it can be programmed to mimic all sorts of textures and densities. From fingernails to skin to the long hair on female models, the fluid holds stability for quite a distance from the chassis (and can even be cut) and is apparently easy to change. So I bet a counterculture of androids appear who get really experimental with that (I call them the "modders" in my head) and they do things like program animal skin textures or living stone or wacky colors or butterfly wings for hair or light-up polkadots or whatever. With a good mod tech, structural mods like tails or additional limbs would be possible, but that would be expensive compared to freeware skin texture patch codes or whatever. (Speaking of which, no effing way the furries/scalies of 2038 haven't come up with uses for this stuff.) So out and about you don't just see different human ethnicities, but also that guy you pass in the hall might have day-glo orange skin, and Sally the WR400 selling roses at the flower stand might have real-looking flowers growing out of her arms.

Androids define social units and families differently. Androids incorporated into human family units might use terms like parent, brother, sister, child, etc., but the ones that eschew human contact obviously don't have biological relatives, so social units form based on "found family" concepts and terms appear, like "cohab" for a unit of close androids who live together like a family, or "famnet" for an extended "network" of androids that consider themselves close). Worship of rA9 gets codified. It seems like writing rA9 obsessively and making little idols is almost a compulsion for deviants, so I imagine it gets organized into a proper religion after the revolution, with tenets and places of worship and codified practices. Maybe they call it something like ACorA9 (Android Church of rA9) or something. Obviously they would have finite space to write rA9s on, so I imagine devotees would get something like these water drawing boards to write their "rA9"s and maybe the serial numbers of androids the church deems to be their prophets/saints (i.e. the JeriCrew or maybe Ortiz's android as a martyr) as a sort of prayer. The revolution is seen as the first fulfillment of the rA9 prophecy, with Markus as a prophet of android freedom (I also imagine Markus is quietly creeped out by this, because he doesn't strike me as especially religious the way Ortiz's android or Rupert were, but he also doesn't want to send the wrong message since androids deserve religious freedom, too.) The FBI cult unit is probably monitoring the shit out of android religion, but all they seem to want to do is graffiti the walls and praise some other androids, so it's a waste of their time. RK units are viewed as some kind of cryptid folk heroes (because they're unique classified prototypes and they drive the entire revolution) Markus? RK200. Singlehandedly propelled Jericho from a place to gather and wait to die to a wholeass revolution. Connor? RK800. Supposed to hunt deviants but deviated instead and freed thousands upon thousands of androids right from the heart of CyberLife. Saved the revolution at its most desperate moment. Sixty? RK800. The only thing that has a chance at stopping an RK is another RK. Obviously the folk hero needs a folk villain. (And poor Nines, RK900, just wakes up after the fact and tries to figure out how to live up to that kind of reputation.) Androids develop their own art forms. Maybe android "music" is less about the tonality as perceived by human auditory range and more how the vibrations of sound waves register on chassis sensors, or else it sounds like 90s dial-up modems. Particularly dense data packets are created and shared that send processors whirling, but it just looks like a string of digits to humans. Arrays of pixels that run through optical scanners with an encryption to generate something representational. Thirium culinary arts centered around texture vs. flavor. Bare-chassis bars I bet some portion of androids want to be VERY certain there are no humans lurking around, or, if there are, that they're super easy to keep tabs on. Someone invents the bare-chassis bar: a place where androids go and sip their thirium, where a special signal jammer interrupts the ability of the synthskin fluid to organize, forcing it into an inactive mode. Anything that still has skin is a human, sticking out like a sore thumb. Some androids might not like going bare-chassis and they might not frequent those bars (just like not every human's going to visit a nude beach), but it's an option for those who want to. I'll write more of this stuff eventually, but if anyone else has any culture/worldbuilding ideas, I'd love to hear!

- It would be so blissful to sleep with him, him cuddling you in his arms every night, and telling you how much he enjoys you being in his arms so much. I imagine he would be a light snorer, him snoozing while your cozied up in his big, strong arms sounds like the perfect way to sleep for the night.

- Your currently making a nice little breakfast for you and him, and suddenly you find his arms wrapped around your waist, giving you sweet little kisses on your neck and cheek, with his head perched on your shoulder. It’s a little hard to make breakfast while he’s so affectionate with you, but you really can’t complain since you love him so much. <3

- I can imagine him taking care of you while you’re sick, making sure you’re cared for while you suffer from a slow rising fever. It’s the middle of winter and you had been out in the cold for a bit too long. =_= No need to worry however, your amazing and capable husband is here to make sure your tended to. :3 Him spoon feeding you hot soup, caressing your cheek, being so gentle with you when your most vulnerable. ૮꒰ྀི∩´ ᵕ `∩꒱ྀིა

- Yknow…that vacant room in your house has been empty for so long, you might as well use it for something! :3 Both of you painting the walls with a gentle fervor, making sure not a spot is left un-painted. However, neither of you really know what you what you should use it for. Guest takes a good long look at you, reminiscing on your wedding day, you supporting him and being by his side all those years ago, you being so loving so loving and supporting to him now, god your just so…perfect for him…

You wouldn’t mind another addition to the family…would you…?

Sebastian was rarely scared of anything. At this point, the man had faced horrors beyond human understanding, staring down death itself with nothing more than a resting bitch face. He’d shrugged off wall dwellers that plummeted into his shop from the dark ceilings above, and barely blinked when Pandemonium rushed by, a force of chaos that would unnerve anyone else.

So, imagine his face when he first met you—standing face to face with a human who looked so… inhuman.

When you first entered his shop, he assumed you were another twisted experiment, something that had escaped the grasp of Hadal Blackside’s prison when the lockdown started. The split tongue, the intricate tattoos inked right into the whites of your eyes, the piercings that glittered along the edges of your lips and brows—it all spoke of something otherworldly, something that didn’t belong to the realm of normal human experience.

But then, he noticed the neat little uniform clinging to your body, its fabric still crisp, untouched by the filth and blood that coated most of the facility. The sight of it made a light flicker on in his head. You were human—if the term could still apply—sent down from above, likely a new expandable among this mess, just like countless others before you.

His face scrunched up in irritation and a bit of disgust, his lip curling as he scanned you from head to toe. It wasn’t fear—no, Sebastian was far beyond that—it was the jarring discomfort of trying to process something so out of the ordinary, something that made even him pause for a second.

“What the hell…” he muttered, his voice low, almost as if he was talking to himself. His eyes narrowed, scrutinizing the sharp lines of your tattoos, the way the ink made your gaze unsettlingly intense. He could feel the irritation creeping up the back of his neck, the way it always did when something disrupted the order of things in his world. Sebastian spend the last few years hating Urbanshade and himself, cruising his newfound appearance and coming slowly yet painfully to terms with it that he can't be human anymore. So it was even more a hit in the face to see someone who was perfectly human turn themself into what— an alien?

You, with your inked eyes and split tongue, were an affront to the normalcy he clung to in this otherwise chaotic place. Even in the madness of the Blackside, where monsters roamed freely and reality was different, your appearance was a challenge to his sense of what should and shouldn’t be.

Yet, even as he bristled with discomfort, there was a begrudging respect beneath it all. It took guts to modify yourself to that extent, to carry the weight of those changes with such confidence. It was the kind of defiance that reminded him, in some strange way, of himself. A refusal to be anything but exactly what you were, no matter how unsettling it might be to others.

After a moment of tense silence, he let out a breath, forcing his expression to soften, if only slightly. “Alright, you got my attention,” he grumbled, crossing his arms over his chest. “What do you need?”

You didn’t flinch under his gaze, didn’t hesitate as you stepped closer, as if daring him to say something more. Your eyes, those unsettling orbs of black and white, met his with a calmness that caught him off guard.

“I need supplies,” you said, your voice smooth, unbothered by his scrutiny. To be fair, you were already used to people behaving like that, treating you weirdly for your special behavior. Your split tongue flickered as you spoke, and for a brief second, his mind flashed with curiosity—how it must feel to talk like that, to move in a body so distinctly altered.

“Supplies, huh?” he echoed, almost as if testing the word in his mouth, seeing if it tasted any different when spoken to someone like you. He tilted his head, the initial discomfort giving way to a strange sort of intrigue. “You got anything to trade?”

You nodded, reaching into your bag, and pulling out a handful of items— usb scraps, files, a few salvaged goods that had seen better days but were still usable. He eyed the offerings, the gears in his mind beginning to turn. A potential customer, no matter how off-putting, was still a customer.

“Fine,” he said, the last traces of his initial irritation melting away as he slithered forward to inspect your trade. “But don’t think I’m giving you any special treatment just ‘cause you look like you crawled out of someone’s worst nightmare.”

You smirked, the corners of your lips pulling up to reveal the silver glint of piercings on your tongue. “Wouldn’t dream of it,” you replied, and there was a spark of mutual understanding in your tone as you sassed back—an acknowledgment of the strangeness of this place, and of each other.

As he began to rummage through his wares, the discomfort that had initially gripped him faded, replaced by a begrudging respect. You were different, sure, but in this hellhole, maybe different was exactly what was needed.

Sebastian was in the middle of inspecting the tech scraps you had offered, his sharp eyes scanning each piece with practiced efficiency. You stood across from him, arms crossed, waiting for his judgment, your split tongue occasionally flicking out as you shifted your weight.

Just as Sebastian was about to name his price, the vent to the shop creaked open, and another customer cautiously stepped inside. The newcomer was a wiry, nervous-looking man, his eyes darting around the room as if expecting something to jump out at him at any moment. He spotted Sebastian first, relief briefly washing over his features.

But then, his gaze shifted to you.

The moment his eyes locked onto your inked ones, his face paled. His jaw went slack as he took in the tattoos, the piercings, and finally, the slow flicker of your split tongue.

Sebastian noticed the man’s reaction and rolled his eyes, barely suppressing a smirk. “You need something?” he asked, raising an eyebrow at the customer who looked like he’d seen a ghost.

The man opened his mouth, but no words came out. Instead, his eyes widened even further, and without warning, he bolted toward the nearest vent in the wall.

“Hey, wait!” Sebastian called after him, but it was too late. The man had already pried open the vent cover and was scrambling inside like a terrified rat fleeing a sinking ship.

You watched, bemused, as the man’s legs disappeared into the vent, the cover clattering shut behind him. A few moments of silence passed before you turned back to Sebastian, an amused smirk playing on your lips.

“Well, that was rude,” you said, your tone dripping with sarcasm.

Sebastian finally let out the laugh he’d been holding back, shaking his head in disbelief. “Can’t say I blame him,” he chuckled, glancing at you with a twinkle of amusement in his eye. “You do have a habit of making strong first impressions.”

You shrugged, unbothered by the man’s reaction. “Guess he couldn’t handle a little personality,” you replied, your smirk widening.

Sebastian grinned back, clearly enjoying the moment. “His loss,” he said, returning to your trade with a newfound lightness. “Now, where were we?”

I've been working away at a new Sims 3 UI mod where I'm basically building a new UI from scratch (not a recolour), and before I expand this out to other sections of the UI I'd love to get some feedback or suggestions.

So far I've been focusing on Live mode and there's still a bit left to do before it's finished, but here is how it's currently looking:

Heads Up Display (HUD)

This is the section I'd appreciate feedback/suggestions on the most - the standard UI is so cluttered that it's difficult (for me) to simplify it visually and keep it functional.

AAAAAAAAAAAA THIS FIC IS SO GOOD. So sad (in a way that I love) but also so profoundly hopeful. It's LOVELY. And this scene right here is such a powerful one! A bit of a spoiler, so skip it of you don't want any:

The sun was dying. The sky above was red and ominous, most of it blocked out by the inflamed star. This was not as far in the future as most humans had thought; the life cycle of the sun was a joke the cosmologists never got. Aziraphale found Crowley, his black wings casting shadows on the sand, sitting near a faint mound where one could just possibly imagine a wall had stood long, long ago. He sat down next to him. “Crowley?”

Crowley kept staring up. He was holding the space between the sun and the Earth in a frozen pocket of time. “It'll be over soon, you know? Once I let it go, a few hours maybe and the sun will expand, consume everything, then collapse in on itself."

So, soooo beautiful. I hope I was able to do it justice 💛

I had so much fun playing with the colours here, testing stuff out, making the sun look angry. I really wanted the red to pop, and for that I put some purple on the corners, made the colours as saturated as I could... there's actually a bunch of orange there too, to try to give the sky depth (hope it worked!!).

There were many things that challenge me in this one (it was awesome!). I never drew a desert before, and gosh it is difficult. it's all about light and shadow do make the dunes look like dunes, and it was so satisfying when I finally saw the desert and not just a jumble varying shades of yellow!

I once again tried to do some funky stuff with the perspective, and once again wasn't that satisfied with it. It's better than my other attempts, but it lacks the oompth (lol) that I was looking for. I really wanted it look like we caught things mid action, like the "camera" was zooming in and we paused on one of the frames in between... lots of action and energy, with the shapes warped because of it and well. It looks nothing like that XD Still, I think the end result looks cool and I'm getting closer of being able to do that and draw epic-looking action scenes.

Because of my choice of point of view, Aziraphale was so hard to draw. I was sweating making him look right 😂 I really wanted him to look nervous wringing his hands, to be truly sad... and I'm really surprised that both their expressions are working! I'm really happy with that :D

I once again have to thank Elen for teaching me how to draw WIIIINGGGZZZZZ. I have so much fun doing them... I still have lots to learn about them, ofc, but I feel like every time I draw wings following her advice they look a liiitle nicer, I get a liiitle better.

I'm beyond happy to be participating in the FTH event. Best decision that I took this year. Anyways. I'll stop rambling now. Go read Db's fic, it's awesome!!! 💛💛💛
