Happy Anniversary A Study in Pink

Depending on your time zone, it’s almost too late to announce:

today Jun 25 is the 9th anniversary of the first airing of BBC Sherlock S1E1. 

No, I wasn’t actually in the fandom way back then, in fact, I didn’t catch on until the week (that was Dec 2013) before S3 aired on PBS.  

i have never been a fan of anything or anyone before in my life, so I have no expectation how long this obsession will last, but I’m still here.

patrick stump INVENTED teen angst with tttyg. of course pete is an incredible lyricist but even his stuff doesnt make me want to scream as much as chicago is so two years ago does that amlbum is just so .

no no ur absolutely right like. i might be self proclaimed tttyg hater (purely a joking title i think tttyg is great, just their worst album objectively bc like. they got better at music after it lmaoo) But i will say the Highest point of the album is the emotion and passion in it like. u can feel palpable teen angst in every biting word, patrick wrote that shit from the heart and sure it's a lil messy and imperfect but that is undoubtedly the charm of the lyrics like. tttyg cuts deep and captured teen angst so specially it's incredible
