Here's my entry! Sorry that the lineart/markings look a little off if you zoom in, I decided last minute to dull her main blue a little bit, after I had merged the lineart and coloring layers together, and IbisPaint's tool for selecting only parts of the canvas that are a certain color is...not perfect.
