fun story I met someone who's also in the corpse party fandom so we had a little conversation and in the middle of which he says "oh yes, I often see edits with your arts and you've done a lot for the fandom" and i was like huh???? no???? It wasnt me no no no dude you are confusing smth.

Hello all! Just a random little scene I thought up the other night. Let me know what you think! I would really appreciate the feedback. Juley ~

Weff felt like a thief, standing in the middle of a bustling market-square, wearing his grey cloak with the hood up despite the heat.

Nevertheless, he kept it on. In fact, he pulled it lower over his eyes when he walked up to a booth selling herbs. His fingers felt the herbs, and he even sniffed some as he searched for the kinds he needed. As he found them, he placed them carefully into neat stacks, mentally counting up the cost.

“Can I help you?” the booth’s owner asked. Weff detected the subtle wariness and tried not to show his own. He gestured to his stack and even pushed them forward to emphasize. The owner nodded, and deftly twisted each stack together with a small bit of twine. Weff watched, desperate to just pay the man and go. The owner counted the herbs and smiled gruffly. 

“Four copper, two iron.” He said. Weff bit down on his lip. He had known it would be costly, but he had hoped he had overestimated the amount. He had not. With a sigh, he carefully brought his coin sack out and slowly laid out the heavy pieces which the owner demanded. Setting down the last piece of copper, Weff felt the atmosphere change, and an insurmountable thunder of distrust washed over him so strong he almost stumbled back from the force. Glancing up quickly, his eyes sharpened on the owner before him. 

“They are all real,” he said quietly, softly, careful not to let his voice be memorable. The owner shifted uncomfortably.

“Of course, good traveller. Never would have thought otherwise,” he said, scooping up the coins and handing Weff his bag of herbs. Weff smiled, bemused. He was annoyed at the man's lie. He was tired of how they always denied the emotions he was cursed to feel so strongly. The emotions of others. 

Weff took the bag, nodded his thanks, and left quietly. He drew concealment around him like a cloak. Now, no matter how hard the owner looked for him, he would simply fade into the crowd. Just another unremarkable person to be overlooked by the passing eye.

As he slipped though the bustlingly crowd, the hairs on the back of his neck stood up. Looking around, he spotted four darkly clad figures lurking off to the side.

Weff looked away quickly, dread spreading in his gut. He had stayed in one place too long. He could sense the eyes of the Hunters were on him. And they were getting closer. Weff felt anticipation, greed, and hunger for the catch all at once and the force of these emotions caused him to stumble a little. With shaking hands, he secured his satchel tightly to his body and ran. 

If only his ability to go unnoticed was universal.

jakes so good at darts because post breakup he used to practice his aim with pictures of rooster. the mustache was the bullseye, of course.

javy wholeheartedly encouraged this activity.

penny came over to stop him after the first time she saw him doing it at the hard deck, but after a very convincing talk with jake she was like... well... and mav’s face joined his son’s on the dartboard. penny, as it turns out, is very good at darts too.

after they make up, bradley sees the pictures jakes got in his wallet and hes like aw babe you carry around pictures of me? and jake goes oh yeah! watch this! and he shows bradley just how accurately he can hit that mole beneath the corner of his eye.

three positive things i have witnessed today:

1. i was helping filing my chorus teacher’s stuff (because im the librarian) without her asking to because i just assumed it was something that needed to be done and her face lit up in pure joy when she walked into the room and found almost all of them done

2. i had rrrrrly bad period cramps during history today to the point where i didn’t rly care who knew i was on my period so i asked my friend if she had advil and she said no (i feel kinda bad cause she felt super guilty) and then a bunch of people offered me advil. this guy had this huuuuge container filled to the brin with ibuprofen. told me to let him know if i needed any. my friend ran across the room and slid my advil. idk it was such a small gesture of kindness that rly made my day 

3. on the way home from school my cramps acted up again, and i curled into a ball in the front seat (my brother was driving). he asked what was wrong and i said i had period cramps. instead of acting all weird about it, he said that if i ever felt the need during the drive i could a) rant, b) scream, c) take a sip of his iced coffee, or d) cry and he was so understanding and empathetic it made me feel so so so so so wholesome

my day was pretty sucky today, and humans are biologically wired to focus and remember the bad things (as it helped our ancestors learn and survive). but now we are advanced and capable organisms. we can afford to focus on love and peace for a while, even if the whole world is slowly decaying into hell.

So my Dad and I had this conversation this morning. He called me to ask what should we have for lunch, and then conversation but when we were about to end the call because the conversation was done. He looked at me straight from the camera, I dunno at the time why was he making that weird face, I just looked straight back at him with furrowed eyebrows then asked him 'what's wrong?' And he's just there saying things I couldn't hear, and then I told him I would end the call. And he texted me this:

God! I forgot his birthday the worst is I missed his signals. T~T Gawd. I hope I could make it up to him. He has never sent that long sad or plead emoji before.
