We know these concerts are very intense and we all want to be close and have a good spot, but it’s really important to stay hydrated and protect yourself from the sun in this weather 🏳️🌈🧡🫶

How to Deal with Dry or Damaged Hair
Medline states that “dry hair is hair that does not have enough moisture and oil to maintain its normal sheen and texture.” (2022).
How do we deal with dry hair?
Trimming one’s hair can help get it to a better state. Watson states that trimming helps dry ends disappear leaving a fresh cut (2023). From experience, having long, dyed, and layered hair made my ends very dry. However, getting a trim and the right shampoo and conditioner made my hair look fresh and healthy!
Make sure to get the right vitamins. Iron, biotin (also known as vitamin H), vitamin C, and vitamin A can all help hair appear healthier, claims Watson (2023). Trying a vitamin that has hair, skin, and/or nails on the label will be an easy way to research for the correct vitamins. Nonetheless, people need to make sure to read the ingredients on the back of the label making sure they have the correct ingredients too.
Make sure to use heat protectants or stop heat styling all together. Lee mentions,
“Repeated cycles of wetting and blow-drying can cause multiple cracks on hair cuticles9. Other studies reported damagecaused by curling irons. Hair shampoo surfactants and daily hair drying (including heat drying) causes damage to the ultrastructure of the hair, as well as color changes.” (2011).
Don’t wash your hair everyday! Washing hair everyday or using too much shampoo can strip sebum. “Sebum is the natural oil that makes your hair easier to maintain and, when you have the right amount, shiny. Too much sebum leads to a greasy hair appearance.” (Watson, 2023)

Frizz-Free and Fabulous: The Magic of Rosemary Heat Protection Spray
Introduction:
In today’s world, heat styling tools like straighteners, curling irons, and blow dryers are often a regular part of our hair care routines. While these tools can help you achieve gorgeous hairstyles, they can also cause damage, leading to dry, frizzy, and brittle hair. That’s why Cure It Herb’s Rosemary Heat Protection Spray is a must-have in your hair care arsenal. It not only shields your hair from heat but also keeps it looking smooth, shiny, and healthy.
Why Heat Protection is Essential for Healthy Hair
Heat styling tools expose your hair to extremely high temperatures, which can strip away moisture, weaken the hair shaft, and lead to split ends, breakage, and frizz. Without a protective barrier, your hair becomes more vulnerable to these issues, ultimately affecting its overall health and appearance.
How Heat Damages Your Hair Without Proper Protection
When exposed to heat without protection, the cuticle, which is the outer layer of your hair, lifts, allowing moisture to escape. This process weakens your hair, making it more prone to damage. Using a heat protection spray is essential to prevent this from happening. By creating a protective shield, it helps lock in moisture and preserve your hair’s integrity.
The Power of Rosemary: A Natural Hair Savior
Rosemary is an ancient remedy known for its beneficial properties, particularly when it comes to hair care. It is rich in antioxidants, anti-inflammatory compounds, and essential nutrients that nourish your scalp and strands.
Rosemary’s Antioxidant and Anti-Inflammatory Benefits
Rosemary helps protect hair follicles from damage caused by heat and environmental factors. Its antioxidant properties prevent the degradation of hair cells, while its anti-inflammatory benefits soothe the scalp, promoting healthier and stronger hair.
How Rosemary Promotes Hair Growth and Strengthens Strands
Rosemary stimulates circulation in the scalp, encouraging hair growth and strengthening hair roots. By regularly using Cure It Herb’s Rosemary Heat Protection Spray, you not only protect your hair from heat but also nurture its growth, resulting in fuller, healthier hair.
How Rosemary Heat Protection Spray Works
Cure It Herb’s Rosemary Heat Protection Spray forms an invisible barrier on your hair that prevents damage from heat styling tools. It locks in moisture and minimizes the direct contact between heat and hair, ensuring that your strands remain smooth, shiny, and damage-free.
Creating a Protective Barrier Against Heat Damage
The spray acts as a shield, coating each strand with a lightweight layer that absorbs and disperses heat. This prevents excessive heat from damaging the hair shaft and reduces the risk of frizz and split ends.
Nourishing Ingredients that Keep Your Hair Shiny and Healthy
In addition to rosemary, the spray is infused with nourishing ingredients like vitamin E and aloe vera, which hydrate your hair and restore its natural shine. These ingredients work together to maintain the overall health of your hair while protecting it from heat.
Suitable for All Hair Types: Curly, Straight, and Everything In-Between
One of the best things about Cure It Herb’s Rosemary Heat Protection Spray is that it works for all hair types. Whether your hair is curly, straight, or somewhere in between, this spray provides the protection and care you need.
Frizz Control and Shine for Curly Hair
For curly-haired individuals, the spray helps tame frizz and enhance shine without weighing down your curls. It protects your hair from heat damage while maintaining its natural bounce and definition.
Heat Damage Prevention for Fine and Straight Hair
If you have fine or straight hair, the spray provides excellent protection against heat without leaving a greasy residue. It keeps your locks sleek and shiny, ensuring that your hair stays smooth and damage-free after styling.
How to Use Rosemary Heat Protection Spray for Best Results
For optimal protection, follow these simple steps when using the Rosemary Heat Protection Spray:
Start with Clean Hair: Apply the spray to damp or dry hair before using any heat-styling tools.
Spray Evenly: Hold the bottle 6-8 inches away from your hair and spray evenly, focusing on the mid-lengths and ends.
Distribute the Product: Comb through your hair to ensure the spray is distributed evenly.
Style as Desired: Proceed with your usual heat-styling routine, knowing your hair is protected.

magic system where “dark magic” and “light magic” are literal terms - dark magic consumes photons, making an area around the spell visibly darker, sometimes to an Extreme extent, and light magic releases photons.
because of this most dark mages tend to work in very brightly-lit areas (either artificial light or outside in the daytime) to fuel their spells and wear and use lightly coloured clothes and tools so that they’re easier to see in the dimness their spells create, whereas light mages wear heavy, sometimes leaden robes (depending on the work being done) and the magical equivalent of welding masks to protect themselves from what can be an extreme amount of light, and sometimes other kinds of electromagnet radiation!
needless to say this is incredibly confusing for anyone unfamiliar with the culture
#light mage about to unleash an absurd amount of infrared radiation wearing those heat suits volcanologists use:#of course many light mages dabble in dark magic as extra layers of protection#and vice versa - dark mages using light magic to light up their work spaces#though most specialize#sadly all theories of perpetual spell craft - light spell powering a dark spell#have been proven to not be feasable
