Welcome Home Update Spoilers!!!

Quick set of notes after listening to Wally’s tape! Probably will edit these later, I’m half asleep

1. He seems to be overwhelmed by his own emotions? they come to him very erratically, and he has to take a breath several times during the tape. Example: Sudden bouts of anger, the fit of laughter in the beginning, the unbridled joy when he said “joyful!” (The heartbeat also got stronger when he said that, which I found cool)

2. The tv is at least one way that he communicates with us! We can hear the static in the background

3. When we aren’t around, he feels nothing, and can’t find “this place” (the room he’s in when he talks to us? Maybe he can’t find Home at all? Or maybe he just can’t find the right channel)

4. He describes the urls as “words,” and he followed the words before he got blocked from the website? Maybe someone set a trap for him? I could be misinterpreting this

5. “Trouble. Are we in trouble?” “You are You in the dark” “The channel was dark” He doesn’t know what’s happening any better than we do— He’s asking us if we can tell what’s going on during the times when he can’t

6. “Maybe the gifts make you happy” Wally is the one sending the letters and packages ! I haven’t gone through the whole update though, correct me if I’m wrong!

7. “Everything was not where I left it” I just like imagining him rearranging the website like its a little play set tbh (obviously not that easy to do though)
