I am now a size 24 (UK) which might sound big bug considering I was a 36 (UK) this is one hell of an achievement!

I'm not there yet, ideally I want to be about an 18 (UK) but with some muscle and fitness. 16 is a possibility but I'm aiming for realistic.

One thing they don't tell you about however is the excess skin. But with some toning and maybe a conversation with my GP now that I can prove I'm loosing it and want to keep the weight off, I might be able to get help from the NHS for it.

This is such a huge thing for me. I've struggled with my weight for years, due to various problems both physical and mental.

I'm determined to keep going.
