drew some of my fav ody designs! wasnt originally meant to be also replicating the styles but thats sort of just how my brain works. except i didnt copy the lineart styles of anyone here so its DEFINITELY a bit uncanny for a couple of these (LOOKING AT YOU QINNY IM SO SORRY) but whatever

WAUGH its scary i need to do anatomy studies in general maybe #uhh havent commented on the gigi one. he was really easy to draw though lol. weirdly enough gigis style was close enough to my current one-#-that i didnt have any trouble whatsoever? and i think its the most accurate too but only because of the lineart styles being similar lol #ALSO NOT TO PLAY FAVORITES BUT FOOP ODYSSEUS IS MY FAVORITE #I LOVE HIMMM I LOVE HIS SILLY SHAPES HE LOOKS LIKE A WEIRD CAT KINDA. #final fantasy x #i mean it legitimately. this game was such a formative experience for me #i know jrpg designs are often mocked for being super over the top but final fantasy x's have something SO good about them.#they're very... idk the game REALLY managed to have a sort of very specific aesthetic? i think they really peaked in it's uniqueness #the world is so colorful. the way people wear clothes #the temples the patterns the symbols the everything it does really all come together even in the monsters #and also like i watched my dad play this game for the first time when i was like 6 or 7yo and i saw a big feathery dragon with a giant halo #and understandably i went: HOLY SHIT.........????#anyways. i guess this is all to say: half of my monster designing brain came from this game specifically #i've joked this a lot about my campaign but sometimes i call it an “extremely long and convulsed ffx reference”#just because this game was so influential for me #my favourite is final fantasy ix yeah but. i think ffx did really shape me faaaaar more #like dont get me wrong ffix is GREAT i absolutely adore it and it's got a very good style and environment design and such #but ffx was probably the game that got me drawing #anyways HAHA that's a lot of tags oops

me realizing i havent ever posted my initial designs for tox and leo/ive stopped talked about ttos as a whole:

#that have yet to be or are already mentioned in the story #idk lmao not too many ideas for it after my initialization #like should i turn it into a fic? probably #im just so awful with long term motivation/completion of fics i can never write anything longer than drabbles #and by that i mean i can write PARAGRAPHS upon paragraphs but those are literally just certain specific scenes within a whole story #i think i would gen burnout trying to write it bc i would spend HOURS writing a few paragraphs and be like 0.5% done with the fic as a whol #bc im just nitpicking every paragraph to be as specific and detailed as possible bc; as i like to say; im a maximalist in writing #not only do i suck at zooming out bc i get too invested on a small part of it; but also generalizing as a whole for that matter #bc my writing style (ego) cant suck it up and write a less detailed and non obscure/not referencing 6 other things paragraph- /hj #less detailed non arbitrary not obscure and not referencing 6 other things #this is literally my toxic trait which is really unfortunate bc i'd like to turn this into an actual fic i just know it would be REALLY lon #which is something i personally find hard to read at sometimes- like pen's fics are a good length but theyre not more than one chapter #and i'd have like 6 million or something- /hj #ALSO THIS?? Okay genuinely I think some answers are unhelpful to the question, but your system might might might seem like "friends in your head" when you are in a Good Space :3

Whether that mean that you have overcome something great, or not.

When an event happened recently, everything got Fucked Up. We could no longer relate to plural and pro endo posts, but we could to the disordered and some anti endo ones. We didn't know who was in front most of the time, but we knew that we felt sick.

Everything was nauseous. What we knew to be safe was Wrong, what we trusted was Bad, who we thought was kind we found was actually someone we wish we never met in the first place.

Our fronting was messed up. You may notice that for a while everything was tagged with "Blaze | 🔥" and "Alter Soup | 🍲".

Blaze, I guess, is the protector-ish thing of our system.

We originally excused Blaze's tagging as somebody with slightly different beliefs than the rest of ours, and somebody who hated antisemitism, which was apparently quite prevalent in the community at that point. We bascially said the antisemitism thing was why he was fronting so often, which wasn't quite it. It was another thing.

As we've said before, the day syscourse begins to affect our mental health (too much) is the day we leave syscourse.

Why? Why did this happen?

Because we weren't in a good space. We were doing terribly. We still are recovering. We aren't doing great still.

We still aren't fully over it. It's not even fully done. We haven't worked through it all, and we're still going through it. It's still currently happening. But I guess we are at a point where most of us are in decision of trying to get rid of the issue. We'll get as far away as we can, and make sure we don't get anywhere near where we were again :3

We are in a better place (mentally) now, and we have a better fronting situation. No longer are our fronts suppressed pretty much >:3

We've made progress to being able to do the headspace stuff again!!! :D one of our headmates, Maril, is very active in headspace and helpful in this <3 !! :3

we are getting closer to "friends in your head" again! our brain will be a safe space. we are not our own enemy and We Can Trust Ourself.

but... you know how some fanartists can't really do justice to the characters they like? yeah i feel like that's the problem here lmao

(okay i get it now why it looks so off compared to mitsui's... his bangs and sideburns is too... short. so that's why naruto looks a bit awkward with that haircut lol)
