From watching him flip out over realizing he doesn't have a tail, to watching him in the distance rip into his "evil" twin like a feral unhinged dog, she's just giggling to herself about him and his antics and dramatics and it's so cute???

It’s very ironic and funny to see people freaking villainize Ragatha for losing it for once, ONCE! Geez, relax people. I never even liked her as a character in the first place but she does not deserve the hate. Jax has been an absolute dick to everybody for 5 eps straight but it never seemed to bother people. And yes, he has his own reasons to behave the way he does but that only explains his behavior, but does not excuse it in any way. The same goes for Ragatha. There are some valid reasons why she’s such a people pleaser. Does that explain her? Yea, but does not excuse her either. Honestly it’s hard to tell whose behavior, and coping mechanism is better and less hurtful towards the others and themselves.

The worst thing that Jax will do is going to be a flashback of him making his friend (frog guy) abstract.

Jax is becoming a good friend to Pomni and less of a jerk to everyone else. I don’t think it’d make sense for him to become horrible again.

Loose theory: Pomni liked urban exploring in abandoned buildings. What if she found her VR headset in a building she broke into? That would imply the office is empty and the company has been shut down. Which would maybe explain why none of the characters have been taken out of the circus- if they're all in an abandoned building.

I am REALLY enjoying this new, odd friendship between Jax and Pomni

Although I'm VERY curious, I think it's interesting that they kept their conversation private. Obviously they talked; and from how Pomni had started it, it sounds like he was telling her about his old friend. Normally he would've been more embarrassed, probably, but here he was, humiliated enough, sitting in a maid's outfit, with essentially nothing left of his dignity to lose. Between generally feeling safer around Pomni because of their lack of history, and Pomni's genuineness towards him, hopefully this was what he really needed in order to open up. 🥹

On a less deep level, I just really like the dynamic that's quickly growing between them. They're both a little crazy (or more than a little), she's starting to find him genuinely funny, they're both a bit of a rascal, and both very dramatic, idk I'm very excited to see how their dynamic will be starting next episode 👀😁

lowk wish jax had more rabbit-esk tendencies. like even just little stuff like him thumping his foot whenever he gets super annoyed. or his ears flattening against his head (they droop a few times in ep4 tho so crumbs!!!) i also kinda wish he squeaked or sumn, like it doesn’t even have to come OUT of him, they could just play the sfx when he moves sometimes idk (im insane)

on that note tho! rabbits “flop” when they’re tired, which is what i headcanon kinda happened here when jax was talking to pomni!

idk im a sucker for when animal adjacent characters have habits based on their irl animal counterparts

I really, REALLY like the fact that there are no canonical romantic relationships in tadc, and seeing an actual representation of platonic attraction/relationships makes me incredibly happy.

Omg this took me 3 freaking hours to sketch, add ink, and color. My hand hurts 😅 Anyway, I was just doodling until this was coming out pretty good that I was getting into it and it ended up like this. With goosework saying that Jax will do something pretty bad and unforgivable, it just makes me love Jax a lot more. I honestly find him way more interesting as an antagonist than just some jerk. I know it's wishful thinking but it would be cool to see pomni confront him like this if he does become more villainous and he would mess with her. Idk just an idea I got when drawing this. I was even hearing Kalafina's song "Magia" on repeat while coloring this 😄
