Bruce spat out his drink, laughing that grew louder to the point he had to place a hand on the counter top.

Bruce: I'm sorry... I'm sorry... It's hahahahahaha!

Jason (offended): Okay, it's not that funny.

Bruce: I care about you Jason and that's how I know you aren't a one night stand man. Oh God it hurts to laugh but it's worth it!

Tim: Where did he even get that idea from?

Jason covered his face with his book, blushing.

Tim: You made him believe that?

Jason: I wanted to look cool! Damn, Bruce stop laughing!

I know it is trying to be emotionally resonate and the flute is pretty but...#It really does have the energy of “Okay thanks for listening to my tragedies and traumas. I don't know how to segue out of this.”#This madam lan design is inspired by Qourmet's design! Really good stuff that I was not able to do more with in this one panel.#Speaking of...I know it is ambiguous on purpose and we are only told what happened through LXC's POV but...#I always interpreted madam lan's passing as a suicide. I think LXC was told it was illness to soften the blow.#She was stuck in a house with maybe a servant coming by to give her food. One day a month she saw her children.#Of course she was warm and loving in their memories-#She was trying to give them a version of her that would be remembered as such. She wanted to protect them from the truth.#She did her best but she was already dead a long time ago. She must have felt like a ghost haunting a house.#Love to her was waiting. And both her boys inherited that view of love.

My big storyboard sequence from Jurassic World Chaos Theory Season 3 Episode 2!

Surely Nonna didn't turn our baby dinosaur into meatballs???

This was probably one of my favorite comedy sequences to board on the show. I had a lot of fun leaning into this kind of horror parody style-- I was inspired by the scene in Monster's Inc. where Sully thinks Boo was turned into a cube of trash, as well as the episode of Tom and Jerry where the dog thinks his kitten friend was baked into a cookie hahahaha.

One of my goals was to make the meat to look as horrifying as possible, and the effects team really took my boards and ran LOL.

Can you spot some of the differences between my boards and the final animation? Some acting eventually got revised, and it was edited a bit more in the final ^^

From here, I wanted to draw them in the revised fire on the mountain script where Thundercracker was mad at Starscream for shooting Skyfire and blackmailing him, and Starscream was mad at Thundercracker for being traitorous, although it’s interesting that they kept the ‘no love’ line in the revised and final script
