Snow Day por Don Kalkman Por Flickr: Maryland Area Rail Commuter MPI MP36PH-3C 32 was leading train 846 through a winter wonderland in Relay. The dusting of snow caused pandemonium on the streets as Marylanders are perhaps the worst winter drivers on the planet. After living in Chicagoland for the past 20 years and adjusting to real winters, I find it amusing that the Baltimore area practically shut down due to a snowfall that totalled less than an inch. What a bunch of snowflakes.
