I have an AU ive been working on. (And Art for it, too!)

ENDLING AU:

Inspired by the extremely recent transmissions displayed in the Vessel - what if there were a means of connecting with the Nomai after the loop had been broken already?

Art i made, first and foremost. If i am egged on enough i may make a fic out of it.

First one, is some ancient Nomai, to get a good idea of what they look like as they are seen in the game. Second, is my idea for a Modern Nomai.

A doodle of two nomai after the plot has kicked off. Both of these two are ocs! Almost every nomai you will see out of this au is an OC contributed by a friend! But these two are mine.

Speaking of, here is Ficus. Hatchy’s rescuer and resident dad. Ill definitely explain more of the plot later, but for now, here you all go. Feel free to shoot me asks about the AU, and ill answer them for everyone!:)

Fandom Friday, 1/17: Fanfiction!

Hello again, everyone…and welcome to another installment of Fandom Friday, the somewhat regular series where I go off to find new and interesting fanworks that might need a bit more visibility.

Before we get started today, I hope that I can lead with this short, but sweet, announcement:

Yes, I have to say that I'm posting later than I normally do, but I think I have a few good reasons for this--the winter season wears on me a bit harsher than all the others, so I haven't been able to focus as well as I would like to.

I also had to deal with a snowstorm rush last week and I only just now gained all my lost energy back, so I hope all of that is a fitting explanation for why I haven't been running at my normal speed lately.

And third...

Some old Minecraft OC art :D

I used an online translator, so it might not be accurate translations for the names. Just pretend they are.

These characters were created for a Minecraft origins rp I was invited to! Eloy was the character I played and the other two were NPCs for my lore. These are the post rp versions - at the start, Eloy hid his scars and had a green, shorter poncho instead.

I struggled to draw Eloy, so I just recently finished colouring him.

Basic lore was there are 3 types of Endermen. Stars (Eloy and Prophet), Netherlings (Merchant), and Endlings (not pictured).

Netherlings were Endlings that were banished to the Nether - Stars are Endermen created from the souls of dead dragons. They are called stars due to combusting into light like Dragons do upon death. Endlings are just normal Endermen from the End. Endermen on the surface are just a mix of them all. Enderlings and Netherlings can procreate, but Stars are infertile due to being created as a singularity.

Eloy was created from the Enderdragon "Mother" - having split up into two, creating twins. His twin was banished from the End due to a misunderstanding, and Eloy went looking for them (they had already died).

There, Eloy met the Prophet, who was forced to give him a book due to destiny demanding it. Turns out it was a way to awake a sea Goddess (another player).

Blah blah blah, Eloy almost drowned the End, but made a deal to save it.

The side plot was basically; The Merchant is the Prophets wife. They end up managing to create an egg through ritual, and Eloy becomes it's Guardian. The Prophet kinda took Eloy under his wing since Eloy wasn't fully grown yet, and the Merchant just downright adopted him after meeting Eloy once.

Originally, Eloy was supposed to die in the battle for the End or at least almost do so - the egg and retirement/adoption also weren't planned. But I had to rewrite and shorten like 50% planned lore because my rp partner just didn't show up ever. I gave him a happy end because I grew attached to him (and out of spite). I had 3 possible ends planned and I ended on the best.

I joined at the end of the rp, so I had to make a quick and impactful story that gets others involved; so that's what I did. The next rp is planned to involve a more undramatic side character LOL
