I'm glad you enjoy my writing. I have ideas and I write them is my short answer and explains nothing I realize.

The long answer:

I've written fanfic before, off and on for maybe the last 10-15 years. Very different fandoms. Started out with anime, dabbled a bit in Yaoi then transitioned to Marvel and now I'm firmly planted in the Pedro Pascal, Oscar Issac, Benny Miller triangle of hotness.

Fanfic for me is an expression of a story, show, movie, video game or pice of media that I enjoyed so much, I just had to make something. I can't draw, no mixing of hot tracks or beats, I've just started dabbling in photo editing this year and am a beginner at that. It's all purely fun for me. I enjoy it and it's fun to share with other people who create and are like, "Hey! You like that? I like it too. Let me see yours and I'll show you mine. Where'd you get the idea for that?" And then hilarious conversations leap from there.

What inspired me to start specifically in the Pedro Pascal fanfic world was The Mandalorian. It was the first time I realized, "that's the man I've seen before!" And then realized I've seen Pedro Pascal in many of my favorite shows, (The Mentalist was watched for the sake of completion. After season 6 and the first episode of season 7, there wasn't a real reason to continue other than spending time with my mom. She's fine, when I tell people that they think she's passed on but the woman is still lifting 50 lbs mulch bags in her mid seventies. She more than fine.) I then became fixated on this man, reset the password on my AO3 account and found Pedro Pascal character fanfics. I was then led back to Tumblr which before I was on years ago for anime and read fics by @secretelephanttattoo ( I shall always sing about Headshots. It inspired the first fic I posted on Tumblr and is just so damn cute. El is also just a sweetheart.) and @morallyinept whose Tendrils fic only deepened my brain rot for that tall beskar bucket, she's also a dear friend who's made me laugh, cry in a good way, inspired me and very time I turn around she's crafting something new. Fics, banners, self-care, doodles, smut, databases, and all sorts of Pedro interviews and dialogue. Because I'm a fangirl of them both and many others actually, I keep 👀 on them.

What keeps me going is the fandom overall and that despite, recent tribulations let's say politely, we're all still here. Geeking out over a goofy, handsome, I know he gives the best hugs, actor who loves what he does and has been working at it for years and it's finally paying off.

I've met wonderful friends and moots who reach out, give me encouragement, tell me I do well (I'm starting to listen to them I swear. I'm not good at taking compliments in person so it's even worse online FYI.

So I hope this answers your ask and I do encourage you to write that weird, funny, smutty, cute, sweet, dark, twisty, angsty fic that you want to write. I do hope whoever you are, you tag me in it so I can read it. 🤭

Okaaay, so I have this headcanon where Mikasa's the high school sweetheart and the most famous cheerleader who happens to have a secret crush on Nerdy Eren (idk if it makes sense to picture Eren that way 🤓) and it turns out that he also likes her the same way!!! So, they end up going out in secret until everyone at their school finally knows!

I LOVEEE THISSSSS!!! Omg, friend, I’m so sorry for taking a whole day to reply, literally, every time I say I’ll answer, SOMETHING ALWAYS HAPPENS. 😭 I’m so exhausted, and it’s only February, haha.

Anyways, I LOVE THIS TROPE SO MUCH?????? I’ve always imagined something like this, so soft and fluffy! Popular Mikasa, effortlessly cool and admired by everyone, suddenly finding herself in trouble because she’s about to fail the year. Not because she’s not smart, but because she’s so caught up in maintaining her reputation—parties, socializing, being the Mikasa—that she barely has time to study. And then the teacher assigns her a tutor… and it’s Eren.

The twist? She likes him. Like, actually likes him. And when she hears she has to ask him for help, she’s totally flabbergasted, caught between mortification and excitement. Meanwhile, Eren: smart, serious, and totally convinced that Mikasa is just another shallow popular girl, begrudgingly agrees to help her, but deep down, he already has a soft spot for her.

So it becomes this slow-burn dynamic where Mikasa, through late-night study sessions and quiet moments, proves to Eren that she’s not just her image. That behind the perfect hair and effortless charm, she’s insecure, passionate, and genuinely cares. And at the same time, Eren starts realizing that his feelings for her have been there all along, he just never let himself believe it.

Cue stolen glances over textbooks, accidental hand touches, and Eren trying so hard not to fall for her but failing miserably. And Mikasa? She’s just waiting for him to finally see her. Omg, I need this. 😭💕

NERDY PRUDES HEADCANONS GO (specifically Richie)

ok my main Richie headcanon is trans!Richie!!! i’m like a huge fan of ftm Richie idk why, it just makes sense. like. ugh. yesss.

Richie became the mascot around the time he transitioned fully and no one really knew who he was under the mask so when someone saw him they were like oh it’s that nerdy boy and he was like BOY?!?!? anyway trans richie yes

also, not really a headcanon, but i have this fun theory (that i’m writing a fic for) that the school also had whatever spell the Waylon’s put on the house, so Richie could also come back as a ghost demon thing.

richie and max were childhood friends until middle school, when max’s parents learned he was trans and made him drop him.

despite what she says, grace’s first kiss was ruth when they were in middle school. she doesn’t admit it EVER and ruth pretends it never happened bc she doesn’t want grace to get all defensive and hurt her feelings

steph and pete have sat next to each other since the second grade and steph used to steal his pencils as a kid to get his attention, and then would tell him to stop looking at her.

pete has a secret collection of leather jackets in the back of his closet. not to wear, just to look at. for fun.

ruth and pete met during dance class

pete was the first kid to accept richie for who he was and he gave him his old clothes until richie decided to buy his own because he was tired of wearing bow ties. also they bonded over getting bullied for their last names

richie and steph actually get along splendidly and they talk about random internet drama together while pete drinks his hot chocolate and tries to understand what the hell is going on

max is a secret bisexual i don’t make the rules

i think that’s all tbh i came up with most of these on the spot but ermmm i think they are all great and fit well.

The Lake Between Us for the ask game 👀

My sweet, sweet Mega. The Lake Between Us is one of my favorite series. ☺️

It's about Ezra from Prospect (modern as I'm still trying to brainstorm writing one set in the Prospect universe) and his neighbor Seraphina - Ezra gives her different nicknames during the chapters. It explores how the met and grow into their relationship, it also expands into how their families mesh or not. There's many a food reference and I had to get down exactly how Ezra speaks. Honestly for that I referred to @morallyinept 's Pedro Pascal character database which she's put extensive work into and I cannot stress how detailed, awesome and pretty to look at it is.

It was really fun to write and I think about them sometimes. Maybe I'll write a story or two for them, eventually but I'm not sure.

I did looks up different space and astrological terms for a few of the titles, especially at the end. I also had two smaller parts in the fic that are more comedic and sweet that give more background on Ezra and Seraphina's relationships with their families.

Screaming and kicking over the fact that Hatchet Town is used as a leitmotif any time Max kills simeone, and is heavily utilized in the song NPMD, especially right before the famous “who will pray for me” bit.

YEAH YEAH YEAH oh my god I love music stuff so muchhhhh. I go insane whenever someone points out even the tiniest musical detail to me, but it’s so annoying that I can’t find them myself T-T my brain doesn’t work with analysing music without help, so I will eat up every music morsel that I am handed with great gratitude. (I think I would spontaneously combust if I touched an instrument lmao)
