what i think about the ORE'N shutdown

my main concern is how much information and lore will still be available. the OB1 website is still up after all this time, so i assume the official ORE'N website and notion site will also be maintained. the notion site Monster VIsual Dictionary has the base card illustrations. individual players upload their gaming sessions onto youtube, so there's plenty from where i can search for cut-ins.

something that i think might be taken for granted is the design of the user interfaces, like the battle ui, shop ui, map ui, collection ui, and the card/character info ui, etc. ive only really seen the battle ui because most ORE'N videos ive watched are, well, battles. recording yourself looking around the map or sorting your card collection is boring, but it's still part of the game. alright, this part turned into me wanting to know what the uis look like, but theres still the point that their appearance should get recorded.

and theres the ongoing story subplots that i remember off the top of my head that i hope will be resolved nicely:

remnants of Smirnoff's army and allies after he was defeated

Chapter 1 invasion of Sakyou and the NEO Onmyoudou School, whatever Aisa is searching for (invasion itself seems like its at the climax and will be done with first out of the ones im listing)

Evil God Satako's summoning shenanigans and Otocadoll

Radio Wave Girl Lemon/Mao da Ze!! sequel

whatever Missanga is doing after defeating Smirnoff and learning from Hien

past Anel's sudden reappearance, Coda, Gypse, and Selenite

im also curious about the part of the worldbuilding where theyre putting more emphasis on alternate dimension stuff recently with the introduction of Satako and Lemon. the fact that they set ORE'N in another word has a lot of potential and it should be used for a lot more things than throwback crossovers.

lastly since Sakyou has already took about 3 months by now, there might be time to cram 2 more chapters in before January 2026? or maybe since live service game events are planned ahead of time, they could change schedule and release what they already have prepared at an accelerated rate before shutdown. i should probably listen to the twitter spaces livestream archive to know some answers to my questions.
