The bathroom door creaks open. He hears the sound of clothing dropping to the floor and he wills himself not to look. 

There’s loud sloshing against the water, then a comfortable weight settles on his lap. Like it was made to be there.

He ignores it. Best he can, anyway. 

Your voice comes through silvery and sweet, “Sae…” You call teasingly. Your fingers run along his firm chest. 

He grunts. He can ignore this. 

He hears the sound of your curse and you fumbling with something. A tall, thin, unstable candle you’ve almost dropped in the water. He suppresses an amused smile poorly. 

You pretend as though nothing happened, then lean in to kiss under his jaw, resting your head on the crook of his neck. 

“Ahem…” You call awkwardly, waiting for him to notice you. 

“Mhm?” He says, a small smirk on his lips. His arms betray him and wrap around your shoulders. 

You give up on catching his attention with a pout. If Sae has an idea of how an event should play out in his head, then it stubbornly does not budge. 

In fact, he makes it a point to remind you that it's his way, or nothing. Though… he mostly tells you that when he’s shoving your face against his silken expensive pillows.

You’re both silent for a long time, courtesy of you keeping still so you don't tear down something else. 

After a bit, he peels off his eye mask, letting it rest against his hairline. He notices your closed eyes and he rolls his own, an amused smile on his face. He clears it.

He kisses your forehead, letting out a deep sigh for the umpteenth time as if he was very inconvenienced, “I missed you, too.” 

You open your eyes and look up at him, blinking. Then an impish, wicked sort of smile spreads across your face at his word choice.

“Thats so…” You raise a brow, “generous?” 

His face is impassive, not betraying his amusement. 

“Watch it,” He tells you. Just to see you shrink. 

Oh, you think to yourself. So it's like that.

His hand runs along your body, agonizingly slow, “I'm tired tonight,” He grumbles, “So you better be good…” He pinches the fat at your waist, pleased at the sound of your little squeak. 

“Are you saying i'm not always good…?” You mutter, a small tease is in your voice.

You are. You’re always good for him, he thinks. Even when you’re bratty, or defiant, or on top, or pulling at his hair, or leaving deep scratches down his back that dont leave for ages, or whatever. He can’t think of a person who's been more good to him than you. 

“No,” His voice is cool, and his face is hard. His turquoise eyes bore into you, and your shudder isn't on purpose, “But I trust you will be tonight,” He raises a brow, a threat.

You swallow. Perhaps you should be.

That night, when he pulled at your hair to slide your mouth off his cock, your lips had dripped with his sticky release. You swallowed it dutifully, then coughed a bit. Like you were trying to expel the bruise that was already blooming in the back of your throat.

"Oh, and Sae..." You start as though you just remembered something, your voice entirely hoarse. Your head is dizzy with the rough treatment.
