#i get it bc theyre both spaghetti and pink but my hope is his pool floaties would make him unique at least #theres been a few times irl that someone has said my art reminds them of hazbin hotel (and genshin too but thats another beast)#and i know they mean it as a compliment so i'm polite and say thank you/arnt an ass #bc i dont know how to tell them that im an alpha hater of HB and when designing characters my goal is 'dont look do that'#it would be like telling your culinary friend that their homemade dish reminds you so much of chef boyardee #i know they meant to be nice- its just funny to me that they inadvertently stepped on my personal psychological landmine

#echolalia #(? cloest match to what I've been able to research. it would make sense as a comorbidity of mine but I'm #in the middle of trying to find a way to get medically recognized by someone without just getting diagnosed with tourettes bc i already am #aware of my tic disorder and a loved one of mine who could not avoid diagnosis said its not worth it with my particular goals in mind #(which is to avoid Autism Diagnosis bc Places Wont Let Me In If They Know I Have Autism Bc They Think I'll Poision Their Gene Pool With My #Horrible Brain Disease That Makes Me Rock And Love Myself As Much As It Disables Me Lol #close parenthesis).#and its also just not that intrusive to my life its just A Symptom I Am Aware Of That Happens Semi Frequently. Pouting about having to be an adult and buy things slowly for turtle instead of just getting everything Right Now Already so I can set it up and play with it and make sure it all works well and ahhhhhhh.

I need to be focusing on Crab Con, someone put my brain in time out

#fbw rambles #brain trying to make plans and diagrams for how to set up the basking platform #needs to be nice and big and sturdy bc he's a big baby #need to look at the storage room to see where outlets are too #so far i think the plan is using eggcrate panels since they'll be fine with water #but may use some wood for some of the supporting structure to make sure it's stable #and can take his weight #and then cork panels for the flooring and the ramp to climb up #won't be bothered much by water #won't shed into his water #won't catch nails and should absorb heat nicely for basking #i already have an led panel coming #probably going to do some general led over the whole pool #since the room light can't be on a timer #but then he may have more plants in the room which will need light too #so overall the room should end up well lit eventually #UVB and basking light obviously most important #but i suspect they would benefit from lighting set ups like beardies #so that's my end goal i think #okay I'll stop tag rambling now
