Her mind is a papyrus the Nile could not drown…
etched in obsidian thought, soaked in the oil of the ancients.
You will not find it in books.
You will find it in hips that speak in hieroglyphs,
in breath that tastes like incense and omen.

pyramids
The word pyramid is popularly supposed to be derived from πῦρ, fire, thus signifying that it is the symbolic representation of the One Divine Flame, the life of every creature. John Taylor believes the word pyramid to mean a "measure of wheat, " while C. Piazzi Smyth favors the Coptic meaning, "a division into ten."
Tumblr media
The twelve signs of the zodiac, like the Governors' of the lower worlds, are symbolized by the twelve lines of the four triangles--the faces of the Pyramid. What else could the Zodiac rep the number 12= 3 threefold spiritual body  In the midst of each face is one of the beasts of Ezekiel, and the structure as a whole becomes the Cherubim. The three main chambers of the Pyramid are related to the heart, the brain, and the generative system--the spiritual centers of the human constitution. The triangular form of the Pyramid also is similar to the posture assumed by the body during the ancient meditative exercises. The Mysteries taught that the divine energies from the gods descended upon the top of the Pyramid, which was likened to an inverted tree with its branches below and its roots at the apex. From this inverted tree, the divine wisdom is disseminated by streaming down the diverging sides and radiating throughout the world. ( Lungs - look like the inverted tree ... wisdom coming down because the brain  ...when we breathe out )
The temple is complete only when the initiate himself becomes the living apex through which the divine power is focused into the diverging structure below.
Relating Hermes to the Pyramid emphasizes anew the fact that it was in reality the supreme temple of the Invisible and Supreme Deity.
Tumblr media
The power to know his guardian spirit was revealed to the new initiate; the method of disentangling his material body from. his divine vehicle was explained; and to consummate the MAGNUM OPUS, in derivatives "sky, heaven, god." there was revealed the Divine Name--the secret and unutterable designation of the Supreme Deity, by the very knowledge of which man and his God are made consciously one.
Tumblr media
Supreme Deity - "highest, "situated above, - " divine nature, godhood, attributes of a god; "to shine," in derivatives "sky, heaven, god."" /heaven, space, high level, ascension God - to call, invoke "divine entity summoned to a sacrifice.""invoked, Man The Pyramid again shall stand as the ideal emblem of solidarity, inspiration, aspiration, resurrection, and regeneration. As the passing sands of time bury civilization upon civilization beneath their weight, the Pyramid shall remain as the Visible covenant between Eternal Wisdom and the world. The time may yet come when the chants of the illumined shall be heard once more in its ancient passageways and the Master of the Hidden House shall await in the Silent Place for the coming of that man who, casting aside the fallacies of dogma and tenet, seeks simply Truth and will be satisfied with neither substitute nor counterfeit.

Benefits of Belonging to the illuminati
It is no coincidence that all world leaders have vast networks of wealth. There are no poor kings, queens, or presidents. Even the pontiffs are richer than most on this planet. The lack of need for money removes many of its threats: someone with wealth costs more to bribe than someone else, and this financial clarity is necessary to effectively manage your planet.

In the realm of low poly dreams, where faceted time gently gleams, Stories unfold in colorful planes, history dances with vibrant refrains. Jubilant pixellated knights, their armor a mosaic of light, Parades of prismatic queens on checkered steeds in the golden night. Ancient cities rise in geometric grace, each pyramid a smiling face, Echoes of laughter in polyhedron halls, wisdom bouncing off polygonal walls. The past becomes a play of shapes, a joyful tapestry that time escapes, Turning history into a kaleidoscope's bliss, each angle a sweet, harmonious kiss.

~To win her hand~
(Yautja x reader)
Part 2 is available on my account now! WARNING: it contains smut
(This is based in the ancient civilisation in shown in the AVP movie, the reader is an emperors daughter and when he decides it is time for her to be wed, she wants to find a worthy husband) (art is not mine I found it on Pinterest so I’m sorry for not crediting but I couldn’t find the creator!)
Your father had been nagging at you for months now, bringing you suitor after suitor, all of which were of course men that he deemed “worthy”. But you? You saw them all as pathetic boys, all driven to you by either the power your father held, or their lust for you. It was no secret that your family held vast power, not just within your own land, the beings who brought unfathomable wisdom from the sky had made your empire one to envy. From your architect, to your technology, there was no other nation who could come close to your own. It was also no secret that you were a great beauty, your people had said you were a gift bestowed from the heavens, that you must have been the daughter of the sun and moon. Intelligent, wise, kind, beautiful and obviously filthy rich, you were a prize in the eyes of many. And yet, there was not a single suitor who could woo you, not with their extravagant gifts nor their laughable attempts to charm. You wished for more, though you weren’t sure what, could never quite articulate it into words.
Finally one day your father, at his breaking point and running out of suitors, had asked you what he needed to do to find you someone worthy of your hand. You had pondered for a full day when finally, sat on the balcony in your room within the palace, your eyes wandered to the pyramids, another gift from the beings in the sky. Well, it wasn’t necessarily a gift for your people, it was something they had built for themselves as a hunting ground when their kind had reached a certain age from what you had gathered. They used this hunting ground, as well as your people in the process, to prove themselves worthy, you weren’t sure of what, titles perhaps? Honour? That’s when it had hit you, whatever it was they were hoping to achieve, it wasn’t just handed to them, they had to fight for it, to earn it. You couldn’t hide the mischievous grin from your face as you had rushed from your chambers to your father, telling him that you knew how you wanted to find your suitor. His eyes had lit up, until of course you told him that you wanted a challenge for them, a challenge to kill the great serpent as the creatures you worshipped did. He was reluctant at first, but you gave your word that you would wed the victor, you even raised the stakes telling him that you would allow anyone to fight for your hand. Be it man, woman, old, young, nobility or peasant. Whoever brought you the head of one of those beasts would win your hand. He had asked you why, and if you were honest with him and yourself you weren’t even sure why you had thought of it. Was it that you thought it would be an impossible fruitless task? Was it that you wanted someone who would risk their life to be with you? Did you want someone of unmatched power and strength? Honour? You rattled your mind but came to no conclusion, simply telling him that it’s what you wanted, so, he agreed. Not that it was that simple of course, first he had to ask permission from the leader of these beings who had built the pyramids in the first place.
He sent out a servant the very next day to the ship the creatures stayed in while on your planet, asking for a humble audience, which was accepted. You could see your father was nervous, of course he had met with these godlike beings many times, but that was when they had demanded something from him, up the number of sacrifices, give them more land for their ships and other similar requests, never had anyone dared ask them for such a bold favour. When he finally arrived for said audience he too looked taken aback that your father had summoned him, this leader had watched over your fathers reign, just as he had for his father and his father before that. Their long lifespans, perhaps even immortality you thought, as well as all their other impressive attributes were part of the reason that your people had assumed that surely they must have been gods. And yet they had never encountered this, even with their unique faces you could see they were taken aback, sharing glances between them as their leader listened intently through the translation device as your father explained the extent of the “challenge” you had set. However this look turned to one of somewhat amusement, maybe even a hint of admiration and faster than you had anticipated, he had agreed. Under one condition. He had brought to attention that you said anyone could participate in what he called the courting ceremony, and his condition was that any of his own kind could participate if they so wished. The blood had drained from your fathers face and he turned to you, expecting you to decline the offer and drop the proposition entirely, but to his surprise you didn’t, instead you simply said “very well” and that was that. You hadn’t even hesitated and you found even you were surprised, but you couldn’t ignore the curiosity you had with these beings. They had been around long before your time, and they had never made their presence unnoticed, strutting your streets as your people bowed and presented gifts to them. Although they were alien you had become completely used to them, almost desensitised to the point where their unique appearance didn’t even register in your mind, or those around you. In fact, there were many humans who seemingly held a sort of desire for these alluring creatures, Yautja they were formally called. So even though you told yourself you accepted the terms out of necessity, there was something in your heart telling you otherwise.
After about a month on preparing, both on your part and the Yautjas, the “courting ceremony” as they called it was finally ready, and you could not believe the number of suitors who had shown up to take part, if anything you had hoped that with the risk of literal death being so high, that many people would simply decide that you weren’t worth it, apparently this was not the case. In fact, apparently you were VERY worth it, as over 50 individuals willing to fight to the death for your hand, some humans, some Yautjas. You eventually had to change your demand from whoever brought you the head of one of these creatures, to either whoever brought you one first, or whoever brought you the most as it seemed highly unlikely that you would only have one victor. All of the pyramids were having to be used due to the high demand for, well, you and you had felt incredibly guilty as even more people have volunteered to be sacrificed for this cause. Of course in your culture however this was completely normal, in fact it was seen as a high honour usually taken up by those who were either dying themselves, or had lost someone they loved and wished to join them in the afterlife.
So here you were, sitting atop the main pyramid with your father, looking down at the crowds of those who came to watch, and those who came to play. You eyed up all your potential suitors, until your gaze fell upon someone in particular. A yautja. He stood out from the rest as he looked ever so slightly different, he was just a bit taller than the rest, and whereas a lot of them were coloured with browns and greens, he was darker, almost an ashy shade. You had heard that much like humans, the appearance of these beings depended on their environment, the ones who were green and brown most likely came from the parts of their planet that were adorned with jungles and greenery, this one was perhaps from an area with volcanos or something similar? On top of that, his face was just a little smaller, his mandibles a little less pronounced, and those eyes…you had never seen such piercing eyes, you had to admit it. He was rather handsome. You had wondered so intensely getting lost in your thoughts, that you didn’t realise you were staring, and so was he, right back at you. You felt your cheeks warm as you averted your gaze “Are you even listening to me?” Your father’s words broke your trance completely as you turned to face him “Sorry what did you say?” He shook his head at you slightly, amused by your apparent day dreaming. “Now don’t tell me you’re getting cold feet, you know the strings I pulled to do this for you” he quipped raising his eyebrows at you “No no I’m not, I’m just…is it bad I feel a little guilty? I truly didn’t expect this many people to show up to this, so many people are going to die all for the sake of marrying me…” you trailed off, the weight of your words hitting you where it hurt, a lot of people were genuinely about to die for you. Your fathers eyes softened as he looked at you, he knew you hadn’t intended for this, you thought maybe 5 people at most would chance their luck with the great serpent in order to win you over, neither of you had anticipated such a turn out. “Hey, I know this is a lot and that you feel for all of these people, but they made this choice, they know what they’re in for and you have given them ample opportunity to back out, besides how many other nations fight to the death for honour, glory or of course a woman”. You knew he was speaking the truth, but still, you couldn’t help how you felt. You opened your mouth to speak again, but before you could the rhythmic drumming that had been pounding in your eyes a moment ago ceased, the hunt was about to begin. You watched as the doors to all the pyramids opened, the various champions immediately rushing their way inside. Now all you could do was wait.
There were many other Yautjas standing around the pyramids, ready to intervene in case anything went wrong, their leader had now also joined you on the top of the pyramid. Before you could settle down your nerves, you heard the advanced technology on his wrist “speak” on his behalf, translating his own language into yours “I had never imagined that a human girl would wish to use our traditions to find a mate, I must admit, I admire you a little for it” he titled his head slightly along with the words, then you were taken aback as he spoke to you, a little broken, but in your language “You want…strong mate?” He watched for your reaction as he held up his arm waiting for you to speak so he could read the translation. You sighed slightly “Honestly, I’m not sure what even compelled me to come up with such an idea, it isn’t very traditional I admit. Is this how your kind chooses its…’mates’?” It felt strange having a conversation with him, although their presence was always around you, you had never really spoken to them much. He analysed your response before once again his device piped up “Very similar, if we are to court a female we will bring them the skull of a dangerous beast, proving we can protect and provide as a worthy mate should” you just nodded at that, without even meaning to you had mimicked a tradition of theirs by asking for the head of those terrifying serpents. Before you could even muster up a response, once again the drumming sounded, the three of you turned to face all the pyramids. There was absolutely no way someone had completed their hunt already, it had only been half an hour at most? However your searching eyes soon found him leaving the very pyramid you were standing on, all be damned, it was the same Yautja you had locked eyes with earlier. The crowds erupted as he made his way out, holding not one, nor two, but three heads of those creatures. He must have taken the go big or go home thing literally, without a word yourself, your father and his leader made your way down the pyramid ready to meet your champion. You should have known a human would never have won, most of them had probably not even made it half way through the pyramids before being hunted down themselves. The ‘guards’ who had been standing around then made their own way into the hunting grounds, to finish off the rest of the creatures and bring the other participants out, whether that be alive or dead.
When you reached the bottom, you walked over to him nerves running wild through your entire body. His leader approached him first, bringing a fist to his own chest as what looked like a sign of congratulations of some sort. Your father shot a nervous glance your way, as if unsure of how he felt. I mean he respected and worshiped these things like everyone else, but having you wed to one of them was never something that he had imagined, but you gave him a reassuring look as you finally made your own way to him. He immediately kneeled before putting the three heads at your feet, you had to admit, you were impressed. You motioned for him to stand while your people and his cheered, this had turned out to be quite the popular event and you found no looks of disapproval in the crowd, not that you would have cared anyway. “Well, I must say I am very impressed, both with your timing and your efficiency” you said focusing on keeping your voice from shaking as you spoke, he let out what sounded like a purr bowing his head slightly. “Can I know the name of my champion?” He looked at his own translation device, but like the leader he spoke to you in your language, “Ka’Toah”. Fuck, even his name was attractive. You gave him yours and he repeated it in a slight growl.
After the hunt there was a sort of celebration within your home, people drank, ate and danced well into the night apparently not caring about the untraditional union, if anything it made sense, you were the daughter of the emperor after all. One that your people swore came from the heavens, it made sense that you be with what was seen as a ‘god’. You spent the night getting to know your new husband…mate? Whatever he was, and you couldn’t believe how well the two of you seemed to click, as if it were always meant to be. The language barrier was never an issue, you never felt tense or awkward, you felt comfortable and safe with him, and he seemed to enjoy your company very very much too. “Well Ka’Toah, would you care to accompany me back to my room…away from these prying eyes?” You whispered the last part eyeing up the people surrounding you, he gave you a nod and picked up the heads, purring again as you made your way to your room. As you walked you still tried to wrap your head around all of this, I mean it was insane right? You were now going to share your life with a being not even from your own planet, and what was even more insane was the fact that you didn’t even mind. You were now, although without an official ceremony, married to him, and as you made your way up the many stairs that’s when it hit you. That meant that tonight was technically your wedding night.
Part two??
I really hope you liked this! This is my first time writing any type of fanfic so I’m sorry if it’s not the best but I am open to constructive criticism to make part two better if you would like one! Also with it being their wedding night, let me know if yall would like some smut in part two ;) also this is the very picture that inspired this fic because WHY IS HE SO FINE

Doctors will not tell you this. But there are actually two serpents. The serpent of the West is a lying fake who enjoys apples and wisdom. The serpent of the East is your spine and your energy spine. Through the sexual magic of the great pyramids, we can combine these two serpents into an ancient being.

Let's talk about story structure.
Fabricating the narrative structure of your story can be difficult, and it can be helpful to use already known and well-established story structures as a sort of blueprint to guide you along the way. Before we delve into a few of the more popular ones, however, what exactly does this term entail?
Story structure refers to the framework or organization of a narrative. It is typically divided into key elements such as exposition, rising action, climax, falling action, and resolution, and serves as the skeleton upon which the plot, characters, and themes are built. It provides a roadmap of sorts for the progression of events and emotional arcs within a story.
Freytag's Pyramid:
Also known as a five-act structure, this is pretty much your standard story structure that you likely learned in English class at some point. It looks something like this:
Tumblr media
Exposition: Introduces the characters, setting, and basic situation of the story.
Inciting incident: The event that sets the main conflict of the story in motion, often disrupting the status quo for the protagonist.
Rising action: Series of events that build tension and escalate the conflict, leading toward the story's climax.
Climax: The highest point of tension or the turning point in the story, where the conflict reaches its peak and the outcome is decided.
Falling action: Events that occur as a result of the climax, leading towards the resolution and tying up loose ends.
Resolution (or denouement): The final outcome of the story, where the conflict is resolved, and any remaining questions or conflicts are addressed, providing closure for the audience.
Though the overuse of this story structure may be seen as a downside, it's used so much for a reason. Its intuitive structure provides a reliable framework for writers to build upon, ensuring clear progression and emotional resonance in their stories and drawing everything to a resolution that is satisfactory for the readers.
The Fichtean Curve:
The Fichtean Curve is characterised by a gradual rise in tension and conflict, leading to a climactic peak, followed by a swift resolution. It emphasises the building of suspense and intensity throughout the narrative, following a pattern of escalating crises leading to a climax representing the peak of the protagonist's struggle, then a swift resolution.
Tumblr media
Initial crisis: The story begins with a significant event or problem that immediately grabs the audience's attention, setting the plot in motion.
Escalating crises: Additional challenges or complications arise, intensifying the protagonist's struggles and increasing the stakes.
Climax: The tension reaches its peak as the protagonist confronts the central obstacle or makes a crucial decision.
Falling action: Following the climax, conflicts are rapidly resolved, often with a sudden shift or revelation, bringing closure to the narrative. Note that all loose ends may not be tied by the end, and that's completely fine as long as it works in your story—leaving some room for speculation or suspense can be intriguing.
The Hero’s Journey:
The Hero's Journey follows a protagonist through a transformative adventure. It outlines their journey from ordinary life into the unknown, encountering challenges, allies, and adversaries along the way, ultimately leading to personal growth and a return to the familiar world with newfound wisdom or treasures.
Tumblr media
Call of adventure: The hero receives a summons or challenge that disrupts their ordinary life.
Refusal of the call: Initially, the hero may resist or hesitate in accepting the adventure.
Meeting the mentor: The hero encounters a wise mentor who provides guidance and assistance.
Crossing the threshold: The hero leaves their familiar world and enters the unknown, facing the challenges of the journey.
Tests, allies, enemies: Along the journey, the hero faces various obstacles and adversaries that test their skills and resolve.
The approach: The hero approaches the central conflict or their deepest fears.
The ordeal: The hero faces their greatest challenge, often confronting the main antagonist or undergoing a significant transformation.
Reward: After overcoming the ordeal, the hero receives a reward, such as treasure, knowledge, or inner growth.
The road back: The hero begins the journey back to their ordinary world, encountering final obstacles or confrontations.
Resurrection: The hero faces one final test or ordeal that solidifies their transformation.
Return with the elixir: The hero returns to the ordinary world, bringing back the lessons learned or treasures gained to benefit themselves or others.
Exploring these different story structures reveals the intricate paths characters traverse in their journeys. Each framework provides a blueprint for crafting engaging narratives that captivate audiences. Understanding these underlying structures can help gain an array of tools to create unforgettable tales that resonate with audiences of all kind.
Happy writing! Hope this was helpful ❤
