Millitary type whumpee who refuses to call whumper 'sir', because it's an actual term of respect and accepting authority, but it can be convinced to call whumper terms generally considered more embarrassing, like 'master' because that's a play-pretend word.

Defanged vampires with silver fillings to keep them from regenerating.

Thinking about stabbing a vampire with silver. See, in the real world, the advice for if you're stabbed is to leave it in until you can attend to the wound properly.
But what if silver infects and poisons the wound so you can't leave it in? What if the fact it was a silver blade means that if you pull it out, the regeneration doesn't work?
Either you can leave the blade in to blister and rot, or you can pull it out and the little blood left in their veins follows it out.
Maybe the blood loss triggers a feral state, turning the vamp rabid against its friends and allies.

Thinking about muzzles for vampires. Thinking about one vampire being ordered to muzzle another. Thinking about retractable fangs and a gag that keeps them pressed down. Thinking about fangs that come forward automatically when the vampire is stressed, especially if it's freshly turned, and that being read as aggression. Thinking about forcibly retracted fangs pressing painfully on the bit as the vampire has a panic attack. Thinking about a scared vampire allowing their fangs to be gently pushed back as the gag is inserted, because it would hurt if they thrashed.

We all know the trope of a recently rescued whumpee frustrated and scared at the lack of obvious rules caretaker has for them, and the solution usually being to have caretaker give them 'rules' to follow. I see that and raise a detail I don't often see:
Caretaker asking whumpee to physically write out the rules they had to follow.
Caretaker at this point may already know them. The big ones at least. Whumpee might be prone to reciting them anyway. But this does a few things. It gives the rules a physical manifestation. One that can be crossed out, torn up, burned, or that they can take a red pen to like its some kind of child's essay full of inaccuracies and flaws.
It might help the segway into giving whumpee the new 'rules'. Either with that red pen or on a new sheet of paper, caretaker dictates the new rules or new 'consequences' to the old rules for whumpee to write.
This process might also reveal minor rules, ones whumper never outright stated but punished anyway. Might reveal what whumpee Thinks was rules with a whumper that hurt just to hurt with no real meaning behind it, rules whumpee made up in their head to rationalize it.
Other things that would go on this list would be regular commands, or positions, or daily tasks and chores they would have been expected to carry out (if that doesn't already fall under Rules). Caretaker can see the routine whumpee had become used to. They can go through with whumpee and suggest replacements for tasks, or shuffling them around to be more humanizing.
And it's all mapped out, in paper and ink.

A defiant whumpee who doesn't realize just How Much it's been domesticated/trained until it's with caretaker and start acting towards them the way whumper always wanted from it.
Caretaker notices eventually and asks if whumpee wants them checking in on it for such small actions such as "do you really want to be making coffee right now or is that automatic routine" or if that would be seen as nagging every action whumpee takes.

Whumpee who needs a surgery but they have Trauma about being knocked out and things Done to them.
Do they get the surgery while paralyzed and numb, but awake? Is caretaker there to still walk them through what's happening to them?
Do they agree to go under full anesthesia but only if caretaker is there both when they go under and wake up, and very specific instructions about how they want to be treated during the process?
"Fine, just, can you be there when I'm waking up? And please don't judge me if I react poorly to you, I- I don't always know where I am when I'm coming out of it."
"Let me hold the gas to my own face. Don't touch me until I'm out. Make sure I'm dressed the same by the time I'm coming up. Do what you have to do while I'm out, I don't want to hear details about it unless I ask, just get it done."

Whumpee who goes in a slightly different direction mentally than 'caretaker is new master. New master won't give rules. Means punishment is around every corner, landmine of unsaid rules.'
It initially go through that phase, but quickly realize caretaker isn't punishing it for following whumper's old rules. Which obviously means they want it to continue following those rules.
So it does. It keeps calling them sir, keeps it's eyes down, doesn't eat without asking. Clearly caretaker wants this, and what they want is all that matters, right? If they didn't want whumpee to continue, they would have made that painfully obvious.
Just, a whumpee who is so sure of its ability to follow the rules, the habit. It's easier to follow the rules it knows than to find out they were lying, or testing it by telling it that its free.

"Ok, who the hell gave whumpee a knife?"
"Oh I'm sorry. Did you think ya'll kidnapped me to sit around? Or would you rather being the one to wash peel and cut these carrots? No? Then step aside you're in my light."

I need to look up if this is a thing actually in any slight way, but imagining in a world where vampires are common, a common accessory for their thralls is a sleeve to go over/keep bandages in place.
This sleeve would be form fitting but not tight. Waterproof if the materials are available. Could be unbuttoned, or zipped, or simply slid off depending on the style.
Could be a show of dominance from the vampire. Gifting your thrall a sleeve would be a very easy way to show you intend to keep them. Good way to tag your thrall with your own name, or clan if you have one.
Some thralls might get one of their own accord out of convenience and practicality. Some unenthralled humans might wear one to ward off vampires that wouldn't want to get in a fight with whoever supposedly claimed them.
Sleeves might also be used outside the direct context of vampires, for medical reasons on a temporary basis if they're practical enough for non-vampire related wounds, which might cause a stir or two of gossip.
Thralls that have multiple sleeves to match with outfits. A thrall relieved to be given a sleeve because it means they will be treated like a proper thrall who will be taken care of and be treated like a person, as opposed to a common bloodbag to be turned out at the first sign of infection, or drained at the vampires whim or apathy.

"Only slaves and dogs stand to eat"
A phrase that's been ringing in my head lately which I first heard on reddit years ago. Idk if it's an actual turn of phrase in the right circles, or if it was just this one guy being really poetic about his opinion workers should be given time to sit and eat for lunch, but it's stuck with me. So, whump prompt.

Whumpee who pulls at their hair like a parrot does their feathers when they're stressed.
Whumper who wants their whumpee presentable not liking the way clumps have been torn out, and blood matting the rest.
Whumper who uses this as an excuse to tear out more of whumpee's hair, or cuts it off.
Caretaker who tries to get whumpee to stop
Caretaker can't just restrain whumpee but it's like every second their back is turned there's another clump in whumpee's hand.
Caretaker who tries regularly brushing whumpee's hair to give them sensation, but gently. Or who pets and scratches their head, but gently.
Caretaker who cuts whumpee's hair too short for them to get a grip on it (consensually or not).
Half starved whumpee whose hair comes out easier than when they were fully fed.
Whumpee who would get punished by whumper for touching their hair, scared of punishment by caretaker for absentmindedly running their hands through it.

Magical Brands
Magical brands that give whumpee abilities or qualities that whumper wants them to have
A mark on whumpee's throat to make it impossible for them to choke, but still feels every bit like they're asphyxiating
Could be used for torture, it's always nice when the pain doesn't actually kill, and so you don't have to show restraint while waterboarding your interrogatee
More effective gags can be used, the kind that actually stuffs whumpee's airways and vocal cords up without worrying about them passing out
Perhaps the mark can let whumper mute whumpee altogether on a whim, or have them say the things they want
Magical brands enchanted to resist healing magic so it can't be erased
A useful brand on a visible spot that only slaves get
A brand on their tongue that glows and burns when whumpee lies
A brand that burns when whumpee uses their old name or otherwise disobeys orders - maybe this one fades after some time but reemerges when triggered
Instead of stamping sigils onto skin, maybe it needs to be drawn on with a woodburning pen - much slower and delicate
Marks on the bottom of whumpee's feet that burn when they go where they shouldn't
A collar burned into their neck that serves all the signaling to others as well as a way to inflict pain as a regular shock collar
A brand that grants fire magic to a living weapon, and of course it burns whenever that power is used

Whumpee doing an escape room as part of its recovery process.
For those who don't know, escape rooms are puzzle rooms you get locked in, and have to find clues around the room to open a series of locks to escape. You get like an hour, and there's a person watching you that will give you hints if you're getting stuck on one puzzle or falling too far behind.
Idk why I didn't make this post yet because the most recent room I did was serial killer themed, and we literally started chained together to the wall. So, now imagine a whumpee doing one of those exposure therapy style.
First time would be easy mode. Lights are brighter, fewer puzzles. The part with the drawer or any cramped space you have to climb into would be skipped over completely. If they do the chain puzzle at all whumpee would hold on to it instead of putting the velcro strap on.
Caretaker and whumpee would run it a few times, then up the difficulty level, rinse and repeat. The exact combinations would be changed but the process would start to become familiar.
Excellent opportunity for your whumpee to have a panic attack, or to feel useless or stupid for needing hints or caretaker's help.

whumper who gets their pet whumpee a chew toy to dehumanize them, mildly baffled to find whumpee actually using it. It says they're ""stimming"".
Whatever, as long as it appreciates all the gifts whumper gives them.

This isn't really a new idea, but I love giving whumpees little tiny tools to complete big projects.
Scrubbing the floor with a toothbrush, clipping the lawn with nail clippers.
Ooh scrubbing a floor with a flimsy bristled paint brush.
Or just giving them only slightly less effective tools that are still clearly not designed for the task to make them look like an idiot in public. Have you ever swept water into a drain when there wasn't a mop? Looks dumb but surprisingly effective.
