This pizza is based on Indian food and has the flavors of traditional Indian spices with the ease of a regular pizza. In just 15 minutes, you can make this quick and tasty dish!
Ingredients: 1 pizza dough. 1/2 cup tomato sauce. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. 1/2 cup cooked ground turkey. 1/4 cup sliced red onion. 1/4 cup sliced bell peppers. 1/4 cup sliced black olives. 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin. 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander. 1/2 teaspoon garam masala. 1/4 teaspoon chili powder. Salt and pepper to taste. Fresh cilantro leaves for garnish.
Instructions: Set your oven to 475F 245C before you start cooking. On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough to the thickness you want. To make the pizza dough even, spread the tomato sauce over it. Add the mozzarella cheese shreds on top of the sauce. Spread the cooked ground turkey, bell peppers, black olives, and sliced red onion out evenly on top of the cheese. Garam masala, chili powder, salt, and pepper should all be mixed together in a small bowl. Add this mix of spices to the pizza toppings. Put the pizza in an oven that has already been heated up. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly and a little browned. After taking the pizza out of the oven, add fresh cilantro leaves and let it cool a bit before cutting it. Enjoy your Indian Spiced Turkey Pizza while it's still hot!

Banana French Toast is a quick and easy treat that you can make in the Instant Pot for breakfast or brunch. Adding bananas to French toast makes it naturally sweet and gives it a unique flavor.
Ingredients: 4 slices of bread. 2 ripe bananas, mashed. 3 eggs. 1 cup milk. 1/4 cup maple syrup. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg. Pinch of salt. Butter for greasing.
Instructions: Beat the eggs, milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt together in a bowl with a whisk. The bread should be cut into small cubes and added to the egg mix. Turn the bread over slowly until it's well covered. Use butter to grease the Instant Pot so that food doesn't stick. Put the mixture for the bread into the Instant Pot. Place the Instant Pot's lid on top and set it to "Manual" mode. High pressure should be set for 20 minutes. After you're done, let the pressure drop naturally for five minutes and then do a quick drain. Open the lid slowly and stir the French toast mix. Serve hot with extra maple syrup or any toppings you like.
