Everyone here on Tumblr who uses things unalive and k!ll only do so to complain about people using it bc yall have never experienced the censorship of tiktok.

I got videos taking down for simply calling characters gay guys. I have to use code words to help get important and actually serious messages out on that app. I mean, sometimes I’m not careful and I get lucky, but you don’t usually get lucky if your important message actually starts to reach a shit ton of people. And you want an important message to reach a lot of people.

I know you all don’t understand because you mainly use fucking tumblr and twitter, but censorship on these other fucking apps DOES EXIST. Stop thinking you are morally superior because you have the ability and right to post what you want uncensored. Not everyone is able to do that.

And I do NOT want to hear people say “well I know many videos where they didn’t censor and it didn’t get taken down” think for five fucking seconds. Were those people white or a man or cis? If not, did the video not have that much reach?? I know you guys don’t know this but it was actually activists of color who started using those code words because they were getting so many videos taken down, and they didn’t want to get banned again. Because on tiktok the amount of followers you have actually matters if you want more people to be steadily seeing your stuff.

And when it comes to important shit you want as many people as possible listening.

If someone posts about a rude comment they received, your job is NOT to jump in there and say “well I accept ANY comments on my fics” or “I actually enjoy rude comments!” “At least you’re getting comments!”

Let the person be upset they received a rude comment. Just because you view them as helpful/etc doesn’t mean the vast majority does or should too.

You are aware that the point of Kuina's character is the unfairness of the world towards women in comparison to the privileges men have, like living in itself and fulfilling their dreams, right? Hello! This is just a post to warn about this user, because they keep harrassing Ichihime accounts, commenting against the ship on Ichihime's posts, being extremely misogynistic towards Orihime and reducing her to her body, also being aggresive, insulting everyone who doesn't agree with them, keeping going even when another user clearly does not want to interact with them and more, not even respecting the Ichihime tag by filling it with their posts insulting the ship, specially bashing Orihime and Kubo's writing, and commenting under actual Ichihime posts. Avoid speaking to them because it'll get you nowhere since there's no common sense.

These are just a few, there are many more, but I can just add 10 images, and trust me, you don't wanna see their account. It's just second hand embarassment.

And mind you, these are mostly under Ichihimes posts.

And as if that wasn't enough, they're stalking, reposting without crediting the artist, an Ichihime artist, cinderserra, and criticizing their art, accusing them from using AI, when the artist is clearly NOT doing that. It's obvious they're saying such harmful things solely because they dislike the ship the art is representing. This is crazy, and their comments about it are just disgusting. Also, the bodyshaming/misogyny towards Orihime is even clearer here + plus, unrelated, but them being disgusting and derisive regarding mentally illness / harrassing me through dms / being xenophobic towards me:

Don't piss of me with these cries about mischaracterization, fanon vs canon and everything related. If you don't like something DON'T JOIN THE TAG and if something you don't like is in the tag of what you like there is a feature called block/mute.

While you complain that people are mischaracterizing your favorites while you do nothing, don't produce anything and still want to complain to the fandom? Funny at the very least.

Batlantern is for people who like Batlantern and not for bitter haters and whiners who don't respect and don't know how to ignore what they don't like. So I tried to do some practice of TF One Optimus and Megatron, starting yesterday

It was because I was thinking about Lux and how I really should have tried to draw these two more beforehand, since I haven’t drawn them properly in a good while (not counting my more simple drawings of them), and I figured my old colors for them probably weren’t accurate anymore

First I just lined and colored the head sketches I had made on that initial Lux idea thing, and I ended up quite liking them in all honesty

But then I realized I probably need to do more so I can figure out all their colors (like for example, Optimus’ red is nowhere on his head). But I didn’t have premade sketches to draw and color over, so I had to draw new ones

I’m gone be honest, while I think yesterday’s Optimus turned out pretty well, Megatron on the other hand, not so much. His head’s fine, but the rest of his body, eh

I think it’s because while I have drawn Optimus before, and with actual screenshots from the movie, I’ve drawn Megatron far less, and I’m usually using this concept art that while generally accurate, has a bunch of details off from the final version. It’s probably also why I constantly forget his cannon, because it’s not here

Also my perspective generally isn’t the best, and it keeps changing from the initial rough shapes to the final. I was able to tweak for Optimus, but Megatron I couldn’t save much

Also my god, these designs are so complicated, they take so long to draw, it’s a whole ordeal. I’m probably spoiled by my own incredibly simple AU designs, but still. Doesn’t help I’m not very good/experienced at 3D. Apparently these two alone took a collective 3 and a half hours, while my normal drawings probably won’t be longer than 2

I’ve half a mind to simplify them more, maybe resemble the Animated style more, but I’m not sure. I’m trying to adhere to the movie’s style more at least in the eyes, and I don’t know if I want to change everything else while keeping that. Or maybe I should, especially since I already don’t make the plates look 3D enough, like they’re sheets rather than plates

I don’t know how people do this, it’s so difficult. But again, I’m probably just inexperienced and spoiled on oversimplification

My anatomy’s also off I think, I still need to figure out how the arms are supposed to work

But yeah, take these I suppose. They aren’t terrible, but they’re nowhere near the quality of someone who’s good at drawing these bots, particularly from TF One

mmmm musical cultivator shen yuan again. Feng Xuanlu, the Wind Song. He has this well-loved wooden pipe he inherited from is adoptive father that he uses on occasion. When the traveling day gets slow and he doesn't feel like singing, when he's stressed, when night falls and he's sitting around a fire with his troupe and they've all had a little bit to drink.

His hair is long and black, always tied up into a ponytail or a braid of some sort. When he's in camp he loosens it up until its splayed messily over his shoulder. He has crows feet around his eyes that scrunch up when he smiles. His eyes are bamboo green and his hands are rough and callused from years of plucking strings and work. He has scars on his back that he won't explain the origins of.

His voice is low and warm like a fire, it gets raspy in the mornings or when he's been humming or singing for too long. He speaks like there's sunshine dripping off his tongue. He speaks soft, he speaks and his voice takes up the entire room. He's spent over a decade hearing his praises getting sung and he still gets shy over it sometimes.

Whenever he goes into town he has to have at least three other musicians with him at all times -- not his decision of course, but the unanimous choice of his companions. Shen Yuan gathers admirers everywhere he goes, and his companions have long since learned that their dear friend and leader is completely unaware of it. So they have to beat off these suitors with sticks.
