This may i present you the Sea God Witsichillinoah (or just Witz). I had shown other pictures of him.
In Nina and 23 story Witz acts as a bit crazy god who wanted to have revenge on 23, who once was a weapon that killed Witz and locked his consciousness in a dark cold realm with ghosts of the sea creatures that died with him. Witz is the reason why Nina's life changed and she needed to join 23 in their adventures: he trapped her soul in his realm and used her body to investigate the human world and cause chaos.

Restoration for Israel
1 But the Lord will take pity on Jacob and again choose Israel, and will settle them on their own land; foreigners will join them and attach themselves to the house of Jacob. 2 The nations will take them and bring them to their place, and the house of Israel will possess them as male and female slaves on the Lord’s land; they will take captive their captors and rule over their oppressors.
Downfall of the King of Babylon
3 On the day when the Lord gives you rest from your sorrow and turmoil, from the hard service with which you served, 4 you will take up this taunt-song against the king of Babylon:
How the oppressor has come to an end! how the turmoil has ended! 5 The Lord has broken the rod of the wicked, the staff of the tyrants 6 That struck the peoples in wrath with relentless blows; That ruled the nations in anger, with boundless persecution. 7 The whole earth rests peacefully, song breaks forth; 8 The very cypresses rejoice over you, the cedars of Lebanon: “Now that you are laid to rest, no one comes to cut us down.” 9 Below, Sheol is all astir preparing for your coming; Awakening the shades to greet you, all the leaders of the earth; Making all the kings of the nations rise from their thrones. 10 All of them speak out and say to you, “You too have become weak like us, you are just like us! 11 Down to Sheol your pomp is brought, the sound of your harps. Maggots are the couch beneath you, worms your blanket.” 12 How you have fallen from the heavens, O Morning Star, son of the dawn! How you have been cut down to the earth, you who conquered nations! 13 In your heart you said: “I will scale the heavens; Above the stars of God I will set up my throne; I will take my seat on the Mount of Assembly, on the heights of Zaphon. 14 I will ascend above the tops of the clouds; I will be like the Most High!” 15 No! Down to Sheol you will be brought to the depths of the pit! 16 When they see you they will stare, pondering over you: “Is this the man who made the earth tremble, who shook kingdoms? 17 Who made the world a wilderness, razed its cities, and gave captives no release?” 18 All the kings of the nations lie in glory, each in his own tomb; 19 But you are cast forth without burial, like loathsome carrion, Covered with the slain, with those struck by the sword, a trampled corpse, Going down to the very stones of the pit. 20 You will never be together with them in the grave, For you have ruined your land, you have slain your people! Let him never be named, that offshoot of evil! 21 Make ready to slaughter his sons for the guilt of their fathers; Lest they rise and possess the earth, and fill the breadth of the world with cities.
22 I will rise up against them, says the Lord of hosts, and cut off from Babylon name and remnant, progeny and offspring, says the Lord. 23 I will make it a haunt of hoot owls and a marshland; I will sweep it with the broom of destruction, oracle of the Lord of hosts.
God’s Plan for Assyria
24 The Lord of hosts has sworn: As I have resolved, so shall it be; As I have planned, so shall it stand: 25 To break the Assyrian in my land and trample him on my mountains; Then his yoke shall be removed from them, and his burden from their shoulder. 26 This is the plan proposed for the whole earth, and this the hand outstretched over all the nations. 27 The Lord of hosts has planned; who can thwart him? His hand is stretched out; who can turn it back?
Philistia
28 In the year that King Ahaz died, there came this oracle:
29 Do not rejoice, Philistia, not one of you, that the rod which struck you is broken; For out of the serpent’s root shall come an adder, its offspring shall be a flying saraph. 30 In my pastures the poor shall graze, and the needy lie down in safety; But I will kill your root with famine that shall slay even your remnant. 31 Howl, O gate; cry out, O city! Philistia, all of you melts away! For there comes a smoke from the north, without a straggler in its ranks. 32 What will one answer the messengers of the nations? “The Lord has established Zion, and in her the afflicted of his people find refuge.” — Isaiah 14 | New American Bible Revised Edition (NABRE) The New American Bible, Revised edition © 2010, 1991, 1986, 1970 Confraternity of Christian Doctrine, Inc. 9 And Jabez was more honourable than his brethren: and his mother called his name Jabez, saying, Because I bare him with sorrow.
10 And Jabez called on the God of Israel, saying, Oh that thou wouldest bless me indeed, and enlarge my coast, and that thine hand might be with me, and that thou wouldest keep me from evil, that it may not grieve me! And God granted him that which he requested.
11 And Chelub the brother of Shuah begat Mehir, which was the father of Eshton.
12 And Eshton begat Bethrapha, and Paseah, and Tehinnah the father of Irnahash. These are the men of Rechah.
13 And the sons of Kenaz; Othniel, and Seraiah: and the sons of Othniel; Hathath.
14 And Meonothai begat Ophrah: and Seraiah begat Joab, the father of the valley of Charashim; for they were craftsmen.
15 And the sons of Caleb the son of Jephunneh; Iru, Elah, and Naam: and the sons of Elah, even Kenaz.
16 And the sons of Jehaleleel; Ziph, and Ziphah, Tiria, and Asareel.

18 And his wife Jehudijah bare Jered the father of Gedor, and Heber the father of Socho, and Jekuthiel the father of Zanoah. And these are the sons of Bithiah the daughter of Pharaoh, which Mered took.
19 And the sons of his wife Hodiah the sister of Naham, the father of Keilah the Garmite, and Eshtemoa the Maachathite.
20 And the sons of Shimon were, Amnon, and Rinnah, Benhanan, and Tilon. And the sons of Ishi were, Zoheth, and Benzoheth.
21 The sons of Shelah the son of Judah were, Er the father of Lecah, and Laadah the father of Mareshah, and the families of the house of them that wrought fine linen, of the house of Ashbea,
22 And Jokim, and the men of Chozeba, and Joash, and Saraph, who had the dominion in Moab, and Jashubilehem. And these are ancient things.
23 These were the potters, and those that dwelt among plants and hedges: there they dwelt with the king for his work.
24 The sons of Simeon were, Nemuel, and Jamin, Jarib, Zerah, and Shaul:
25 Shallum his son, Mibsam his son, Mishma his son.
26 And the sons of Mishma; Hamuel his son, Zacchur his son, Shimei his son.
27 And Shimei had sixteen sons and six daughters: but his brethren had not many children, neither did all their family multiply, like to the children of Judah.
28 And they dwelt at Beersheba, and Moladah, and Hazarshual,
29 And at Bilhah, and at Ezem, and at Tolad,
30 And at Bethuel, and at Hormah, and at Ziklag,

33 And all their villages that were round about the same cities, unto Baal. These were their habitations, and their genealogy.
34 And Meshobab, and Jamlech, and Joshah, the son of Amaziah,

37 And Ziza the son of Shiphi, the son of Allon, the son of Jedaiah, the son of Shimri, the son of Shemaiah;
38 These mentioned by their names were princes in their families: and the house of their fathers increased greatly.
39 And they went to the entrance of Gedor, even unto the east side of the valley, to seek pasture for their flocks.
40 And they found fat pasture and good, and the land was wide, and quiet, and peaceable; for they of Ham had dwelt there of old.
41 And these written by name came in the days of Hezekiah king of Judah, and smote their tents, and the habitations that were found there, and destroyed them utterly unto this day, and dwelt in their rooms: because there was pasture there for their flocks.
42 And some of them, even of the sons of Simeon, five hundred men, went to mount Seir, having for their captains Pelatiah, and Neariah, and Rephaiah, and Uzziel, the sons of Ishi.
43 And they smote the rest of the Amalekites that were escaped, and dwelt there unto this day.

1 Chronicles 4: History Record Of The Clans Of Judah
1 The descendants of Judah:
Perez, Hezron, Karmi, Hur and Shobal.
2 Reaiah son of Shobal was the father of Jahath, and Jahath the father of Ahumai and Lahad. These were the clans of the Zorathites.
3 These were the sons of Etam:
Jezreel, Ishma and Idbash. Their sister was named Hazzelelponi.
4 Penuel was the father of Gedor, and Ezer the father of Hushah.
These were the descendants of Hur, the firstborn of Ephrathah and father of Bethlehem.
5 Ashhur the father of Tekoa had two wives, Helah and Naarah.
6 Naarah bore him Ahuzzam, Hepher, Temeni and Haahashtari. These were the descendants of Naarah.
7 The sons of Helah:
Zereth, Zohar, Ethnan,
8 and Koz, who was the father of Anub and Hazzobebah and of the clans of Aharhel son of Harum.
9 Jabez was more honorable than his brothers. His mother had named him Jabez, saying, “I gave birth to him in pain.”
10 Jabez cried out to the God of Israel, “Oh, that you would bless me and enlarge my territory! Let your hand be with me, and keep me from harm so that I will be free from pain.” And God granted his request.
11 Kelub, Shuhah’s brother, was the father of Mehir, who was the father of Eshton.
12 Eshton was the father of Beth Rapha, Paseah and Tehinnah the father of Ir Nahash. These were the men of Rekah.
13 The sons of Kenaz:
Othniel and Seraiah.
The sons of Othniel:
Hathath and Meonothai.
14 Meonothai was the father of Ophrah.
Seraiah was the father of Joab,
the father of Ge Harashim. It was called this because its people were skilled workers.
15 The sons of Caleb son of Jephunneh:
Iru, Elah and Naam.
The son of Elah:
Kenaz.
16 The sons of Jehallelel:
Ziph, Ziphah, Tiria and Asarel.
17 The sons of Ezrah:
Jether, Mered, Epher and Jalon. One of Mered’s wives gave birth to Miriam, Shammai and Ishbah the father of Eshtemoa.
18 (His wife from the tribe of Judah gave birth to Jered the father of Gedor, Heber the father of Soko, and Jekuthiel the father of Zanoah.) These were the children of Pharaoh’s daughter Bithiah, whom Mered had married.
19 The sons of Hodiah’s wife, the sister of Naham:
the father of Keilah the Garmite, and Eshtemoa the Maakathite.
20 The sons of Shimon:
Amnon, Rinnah, Ben-Hanan and Tilon.
The descendants of Ishi:
Zoheth and Ben-Zoheth.
21 The sons of Shelah son of Judah:
Er the father of Lekah, Laadah the father of Mareshah and the clans of the linen workers at Beth Ashbea,
22 Jokim, the men of Kozeba, and Joash and Saraph, who ruled in Moab and Jashubi Lehem. (These records are from ancient times.)
23 They were the potters who lived at Netaim and Gederah; they stayed there and worked for the king.
Simeon
24 The descendants of Simeon:
Nemuel, Jamin, Jarib, Zerah and Shaul;
25 Shallum was Shaul’s son, Mibsam his son and Mishma his son.
26 The descendants of Mishma:
Hammuel his son, Zakkur his son and Shimei his son.
27 Shimei had sixteen sons and six daughters, but his brothers did not have many children; so their entire clan did not become as numerous as the people of Judah.
28 They lived in Beersheba, Moladah, Hazar Shual,
29 Bilhah, Ezem, Tolad, 30 Bethuel, Hormah, Ziklag,
31 Beth Markaboth, Hazar Susim, Beth Biri and Shaaraim. These were their towns until the reign of David.
32 Their surrounding villages were Etam, Ain, Rimmon, Token and Ashan—five towns—
33 and all the villages around these towns as far as Baalath. These were their settlements. And they kept a genealogical record.
34 Meshobab, Jamlech, Joshah son of Amaziah, 35 Joel, Jehu son of Joshibiah, the son of Seraiah, the son of Asiel,
36 also Elioenai, Jaakobah, Jeshohaiah, Asaiah, Adiel, Jesimiel, Benaiah,
37 and Ziza son of Shiphi, the son of Allon, the son of Jedaiah, the son of Shimri, the son of Shemaiah.
38 The men listed above by name were leaders of their clans. Their families increased greatly,
39 and they went to the outskirts of Gedor to the east of the valley in search of pasture for their flocks.
40 They found rich, good pasture, and the land was spacious, peaceful and quiet. Some Hamites had lived there formerly.
41 The men whose names were listed came in the days of Hezekiah king of Judah. They attacked the Hamites in their dwellings and also the Meunites who were there and completely destroyed them, as is evident to this day. Then they settled in their place, because there was pasture for their flocks.
42 And five hundred of these Simeonites, led by Pelatiah, Neariah, Rephaiah and Uzziel, the sons of Ishi, invaded the hill country of Seir.
43 They killed the remaining Amalekites who had escaped, and they have lived there to this day.

1 Chronicles 4: 21-23. "The Emissary."
Tumblr media
The Gematria for this section comes from Beth Ashbeah, the Linen Workers. Linen has to be growen, harvested, retted, then spun into fibers and then woven.
Linen garments are a sign of intense refinement. The Gematria says:
"Kabbalah changes the Bible. Decode the Bible. Hitler and Armageddon caused the codes to be hidden. Decode the Record and the world will become Shabbathai, the Bride of the King.
Use charisma to speak against the fake people and the pedophile, and a snake will be killed."
This obviously refers to the problem posed by the terrorists of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and their leader, Mitt Romney, who are by far the worst enemies of a global Shabbat since Hitler.
Once we decide to fully enforce laws prohibiting domestic terrorism and those against the Mormon's predilections for pedophilia and human trafficking, significant progress towards Shabbathai will be made.
This will require the closure of the Church for good along with the Republican Party and its support mechanisms lest the world once again fall prey to its rhetorics of violence, bigotry, anti-Semitism, homophobia and terracide.
21 The sons of Shelah "The Emissary" son of Judah:
Er the father of Lekah, Laadah the father of Mareshah and the clans of the linen workers at Beth Ashbea,
er=the wild ass vs. the donkey that conveys Mashiach.
Lekah=goes forth
Laadah=talk widly
Mareshah=the summit
Beth Ashbea=house of the oath
22 Jokim, the men of Kozeba, and Joash and Saraph, who ruled in Moab and Jashubi Lehem. (These records are from ancient times.)
Jokim=the Lord will raise up
Kozeba=lying
Joash=Yah has grasped
Saraph=burning serpent
Moab=who is your father?
Jashubi Lehem=war is returning
23 They were the potters who lived at Netaim and Gederah; they stayed there and worked for the king.
Netaim=plantations
Gederah=wall
The Gematria for this section comes from the word Shelah:
"There is an alarm. Cancer booms the meaning. The Hidden Code has changed. Changed, changed.
Decode Me, All of Me, I am the Beach by the Black Sea, I am the Egg and the Thigh, I am the Face. I am God."
The Torah Tantra for the above is:
"The antichrist goes forth and talks wildly in the House of the Oath. The Lord has seen, war has come and He and His Prophets will rise up against the Liar, and protect the Garden Behind the Wall."
God is speaking to directly to His prophets through the Gematria, the Burning Serpent, telling them the world must do something to protect this place, the Garden Behind the Wall, from the Republicans and their imp, Donald Trump, a liar who took and oath. He had lots of help in this effort and now our world is now turning on borrowed time.
The evidence of Trump's betrayal is in the movie the Widows. Someone has extensive footage regarding Barbara and David Green's theft of Blue State Digital telemarketing lists from the Clinton campaign and the role the Family Research Council and Senator Hawley played in it. To pretend Trump et al are not guilty and to allow them to survive is to Bear False Witness against God and this cannot be tolerated.
Joe Biden must prosecute the Trump Administration, the Republican Party, the Family Research Council, the Greens, Waltons, the Kochs, the Heritage Foundation the RNC and every lawmaker and page that knew what happened at Josh Hawley's house and said nothing or our government should no longer be considered sovereign over us.
Donald Trump is a War Criminal. If the Biden Administration refuses to prosecute him for his crimes, then President Biden also needs to be arrested. Tolerance of election fraud and despotism undermines the edifice of modern civilzation. Public Servants who understand and respect the importance of this will arrest Donald Trump and Joe Biden if necessary this very instant.
To "ret" the sins of the former generation away from the present and weave the future together as if all were linen workers is how freedom from corruption and apartheid called Shabbathai will last.

My contribution to the Aromantic awareness week. You need to be aware not only of me, but also of these characters. And i don't GIVE A F*CK IF MY COUNTRY DOESN'T ALLOW ME TO CELEBRATE.
People say it's not ok to make aromantic characters not human. well 3 (and a half... or not) of them are people and also you can't stop me from thinking that being not a human is a bad thing.
So here's an aromantic gang to save world from the zombie apocalypse:
Magnu (a detective from Berellian republic) - diplomat (negotiates with zombies for a can of stew. accidentally bargains for satan's soul.)
Jadwiga (worked on robots. at some point was a ruler of Berellian Empire. can kill with her food) - Doctor (no) and cook (HELL NO)
Adao (an artificial human being. head of the alchemy department of pomelian witch organisation) - brain of the team (has memory problems)
Eolos (android from a pathfinder party. worked as worked as an accountant. was made as a war robot, so he shoots well) - will help them to pay taxes (why) (well, they need to pay taxes for the bunch of canned stew and the satan's soul they got)
nina (just a pomelian girl who worked on a train station) - (the mascot) (neurodivergent teen) the normal one TM
23 (a saraph, being that was created by ancient gods. can destroy galaxies. nina's friend) - the ancient interdimentional being (actually the normal one 2.0)
most of them are also asexual (cause i am) except for Jadwiga (who's a lesbian)

Tuesday of the Fifth Week of Lent
Tumblr media
Daily Readings of Tuesday 23 March, 2021
Reading 1
NM 21:4-9
From Mount Hor the children of Israel set out on the Red Sea road, to bypass the land of Edom. But with their patience worn out by the journey, the people complained against God and Moses, “Why have you brought us up from Egypt to die in this desert, where there is no food or water? We are disgusted with this wretched food!”
In punishment the LORD sent among the people saraph serpents, which bit the people so that many of them died. Then the people came to Moses and said, “We have sinned in complaining against the LORD and you. Pray the LORD to take the serpents away from us.” So Moses prayed for the people, and the LORD said to Moses, “Make a saraph and mount it on a pole, and whoever looks at it after being bitten will live.” Moses accordingly made a bronze serpent and mounted it on a pole, and whenever anyone who had been bitten by a serpent  looked at the bronze serpent, he lived.
Responsorial Psalm
PS 102:2-3, 16-18, 19-21
R./ O Lord, hear my prayer, and let my cry come to you.
O LORD, hear my prayer, and let my cry come to you. Hide not your face from me in the day of my distress. Incline your ear to me;     in the day when I call, answer me speedily. R./ O Lord, hear my prayer, and let my cry come to you.
The nations shall revere your name, O LORD, and all the kings of the earth your glory, When the LORD has rebuilt Zion and appeared in his glory; When he has regarded the prayer of the destitute, and not despised their prayer. R./ O Lord, hear my prayer, and let my cry come to you.
Let this be written for the generation to come, and let his future creatures praise the LORD: “The LORD looked down from his holy height, from heaven he beheld the earth, To hear the groaning of the prisoners, to release those doomed to die.” R./ O Lord, hear my prayer, and let my cry come to you.
Gospel
JN 8:21-30
Jesus said to the Pharisees: “I am going away and you will look for me, but you will die in your sin. Where I am going you cannot come.” So the Jews said, “He is not going to kill himself, is he, because he said, ‘Where I am going you cannot come’?” He said to them, “You belong to what is below, I belong to what is above. You belong to this world, but I do not belong to this world. That is why I told you that you will die in your sins. For if you do not believe that I AM, you will die in your sins.” So they said to him, “Who are you?” Jesus said to them, “What I told you from the beginning. I have much to say about you in condemnation. But the one who sent me is true, and what I heard from him I tell the world.” They did not realize that he was speaking to them of the Father. So Jesus said to them, “When you lift up the Son of Man, then you will realize that I AM, and that I do nothing on my own, but I say only what the Father taught me. The one who sent me is with me.  He has not left me alone, because I always do what is pleasing to him.” Because he spoke this way, many came to believe in him.

1 Chronicles 3-4
Descendants of David
3 These are the sons of David who were born to him in Hebron: the firstborn, Amnon, by Ahinoam the Jezreelite; the second, Daniel, by Abigail the Carmelite, 2 the third, Absalom, whose mother was Maacah, the daughter of Talmai, king of Geshur; the fourth, Adonijah, whose mother was Haggith; 3 the fifth, Shephatiah, by Abital; the sixth, Ithream, by his wife Eglah; 4 six were born to him in Hebron, where he reigned for seven years and six months. And the sons of Shemaiah: Hattush, Igal, Bariah, Neariah, and Shaphat, six. 23 The sons of Neariah: Elioenai, Hizkiah, and Azrikam, three. 24 The sons of Elioenai: Hodaviah, Eliashib, Pelaiah, Akkub, Johanan, Delaiah, and Anani, seven.
Descendants of Judah
4 The sons of Judah: Perez, Hezron, Carmi, Hur, and Shobal. 2 Reaiah the son of Shobal fathered Jahath, and Jahath fathered Ahumai and Lahad. These were the clans of the Zorathites. 3 These were the sons[c] of Etam: Jezreel, Ishma, and Idbash; and the name of their sister was Hazzelelponi, 4 and Penuel fathered Gedor, and Ezer fathered Hushah. These are the men of Recah. 13 The sons of Kenaz: Othniel and Seraiah; and the sons of Othniel: Hathath and Meonothai.[f] 14 Meonothai fathered Ophrah; and Seraiah fathered Joab, the father of Ge-harashim,[g] so-called because they were craftsmen. 15 The sons of Caleb the son of Jephunneh: Iru, Elah, and Naam; and the son[h] of Elah: Kenaz. 16 The sons of Jehallelel: Ziph, Ziphah, Tiria, and Asarel. 17 The sons of Ezrah: Jether, Mered, Epher, and Jalon. The sons of Ishi: Zoheth and Ben-zoheth. 21 The sons of Shelah the son of Judah: Er the father of Lecah, Laadah the father of Mareshah, and the clans of the house of linen workers at Beth-ashbea; 22 and Jokim, and the men of Cozeba, and Joash, and Saraph, who ruled in Moab and returned to Lehem[k] (now the records[l] are ancient). 23 These were the potters who were inhabitants of Netaim and Gederah. They lived there in the king’s service.
Descendants of Simeon
24 The sons of Simeon: Nemuel, Jamin, Jarib, Zerah, Shaul; 25 Shallum was his son, Mibsam his son, Mishma his son. 26 The sons of Mishma: Hammuel his son, Zaccur his son, Shimei his son. 27 Shimei had sixteen sons and six daughters; but his brothers did not have many children, nor did all their clan multiply like the men of Judah. 28 They lived in Beersheba, Moladah, Hazar-shual, 29 Bilhah, Ezem, Tolad, 30 Bethuel, Hormah, Ziklag, 31 Beth-marcaboth, Hazar-susim, Beth-biri, and Shaaraim. These were their cities until David reigned. 32 And their villages were Etam, Ain, Rimmon, Tochen, and Ashan, five cities, 33 along with all their villages that were around these cities as far as Baal. These were their settlements, and they kept a genealogical record.

1 Corinthians 6
Lawsuits Against Believers
6 When one of you has a grievance against another, does he dare go to law before the unrighteous instead of the saints? 2 Or do you not know that the saints will judge the world? And if the world is to be judged by you, are you incompetent to try trivial cases? 3 Do you not know that we are to judge angels? How much more, then, matters pertaining to this life! 4 So if you have such cases, why do you lay them before those who have no standing in the church? 5 I say this to your shame. Can it be that there is no one among you wise enough to settle a dispute between the brothers, 6 but brother goes to law against brother, and that before unbelievers? 7 To have lawsuits at all with one another is already a defeat for you. Why not rather suffer wrong? Why not rather be defrauded? 8 But you yourselves wrong and defraud—even your own brothers![a]
9 Or do you not know that the unrighteous[b] will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor men who practice homosexuality,[c] 10 nor thieves, nor the greedy, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God. 11 And such were some of you. But you were washed, you were sanctified, you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God.
Flee Sexual Immorality
12 “All things are lawful for me,” but not all things are helpful. “All things are lawful for me,” but I will not be dominated by anything. 13 “Food is meant for the stomach and the stomach for food”—and God will destroy both one and the other. The body is not meant for sexual immorality, but for the Lord, and the Lord for the body. 14 And God raised the Lord and will also raise us up by his power. 15 Do you not know that your bodies are members of Christ? Shall I then take the members of Christ and make them members of a prostitute? Never! 16 Or do you not know that he who is joined[d] to a prostitute becomes one body with her? For, as it is written, “The two will become one flesh.” 17 But he who is joined to the Lord becomes one spirit with him. 18 Flee from sexual immorality. Every other sin[e] a person commits is outside the body, but the sexually immoral person sins against his own body. 19 Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, 20 for you were bought with a price. So glorify God in your body.
Psalm 2-3
The Reign of the Lord‘s Anointed
2 Why do the nations rage[a]     and the peoples plot in vain? 2 The kings of the earth set themselves,     and the rulers take counsel together,     against the Lord and against his Anointed, saying, 3 “Let us burst their bonds apart     and cast away their cords from us.”
4 He who sits in the heavens laughs;     the Lord holds them in derision. 5 Then he will speak to them in his wrath,     and terrify them in his fury, saying, 6 “As for me, I have set my King     on Zion, my holy hill.”
7 I will tell of the decree: The Lord said to me, “You are my Son;     today I have begotten you. 8 Ask of me, and I will make the nations your heritage,     and the ends of the earth your possession. 9 You shall break[b] them with a rod of iron     and dash them in pieces like a potter’s vessel.”
10 Now therefore, O kings, be wise;     be warned, O rulers of the earth. 11 Serve the Lord with fear,     and rejoice with trembling. 12 Kiss the Son,     lest he be angry, and you perish in the way,     for his wrath is quickly kindled. Blessed are all who take refuge in him.
Save Me, O My God
A Psalm of David, when he fled from Absalom his son.
3 O Lord, how many are my foes!     Many are rising against me; 2 many are saying of my soul,     “There is no salvation for him in God.” Selah[c]
3 But you, O Lord, are a shield about me,     my glory, and the lifter of my head. 4 I cried aloud to the Lord,     and he answered me from his holy hill. Selah
5 I lay down and slept;     I woke again, for the Lord sustained me. 6 I will not be afraid of many thousands of people     who have set themselves against me all around.
7 Arise, O Lord!     Save me, O my God! For you strike all my enemies on the cheek;     you break the teeth of the wicked.
8 Salvation belongs to the Lord;     your blessing be on your people! Selah
Proverbs 18:17-18
17 The one who states his case first seems right,     until the other comes and examines him. 18 The lot puts an end to quarrels     and decides between powerful contenders.

The Number 4
written by Will Schumaker
Whenever I have read what the number 4 symbolizes, it is usually said to symbolize creation.  I thought I would do a study of the number 4 in the Bible to see if there is any additional insights to be gleaned.
4 is the first composite number, therefore it carries with it the idea of division.
Verse 4 - the first division in the Bible ...
Genesis 1:4 And God saw the light, that it was good: and God divided the light from the darkness.
Strong’s H914 = division, separation, distinction, to set apart
The first verse about the fourth day, again Strong’s H914 = division.
Genesis 1:14  And God said, Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and years:
The 4th chapter of the Bible contains the idea of setting apart and dividing.  Abel’s sacrifice was accepted and Cain’s was not.  God set a distinction between them.  Cain killed Abel which is a separation.  Cain was given a mark and sent out, again a distinction and separation.
The 4th letter of the Hebrew alphabet is the dalet.  Its pictograph is a door.  A door divides what is inside to what is outside.
The first time the number 4 is mentioned in the Bible, again division ...
Genesis 2:10 And a river went out of Eden to water the garden; and from thence it was parted, and became into four heads
Other occurrences of 4 and division.
Zec 1:18  Then lifted I up mine eyes, and saw, and behold four horns.
Zec 1:19  And I said unto the angel that talked with me, What be these? And he answered me, These are the horns which have scattered Judah, Israel, and Jerusalem.
Zec 1:20  And the LORD shewed me four carpenters.
Zec 1:21  Then said I, What come these to do? And he spake, saying, These are the horns which have scattered Judah, so that no man did lift up his head: but these are come to fray them, to cast out the horns of the Gentiles, which lifted up their horn over the land of Judah to scatter it.
Matthew 24:31 And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other
John 4:35 Say not ye, There are yet four months, and then cometh harvest? behold, I say unto you, Lift up your eyes, and look on the fields; for they are white already to harvest.
John 11:17  Then when Jesus came, he found that he had lain in the grave four days already ….Joh11:43  And when he thus had spoken, he cried with a loud voice, Lazarus, come forth.
John 19:23 Then the soldiers, when they had crucified Jesus, took his garments, and made four parts, to every soldier a part; and also his coat: now the coat was without seam, woven from the top throughout .
It seems pretty clear that there is a continual theme of division or separation with the number 4.  I believe the meaning of the number 4 is summarized by this verse.
John 4:35 Say not ye, There are yet four months, and then cometh harvest? behold, I say unto you, Lift up your eyes, and look on the fields; for they are white already to harvest.
Within this physical world we have a choice to either obey and follow God or to love ourselves and not follow God.  So the number 4 is the setting apart within this physical world.   It is the time of testing or choosing, who is set apart and holy and who is not.
Daniel’s vision was of 4 kingdoms.  It is the time of testing to see who is holy and who is not.
The 4th commandment is to keep the 7th day set apart or holy.
The gematria of the word “holy” is 404.
The 4th verse and the 4th day are about dividing the day from night and the light from darkness and Paul writes we who are holy are children of the light and the day.
1 Thessalonians 5:5 Ye are all the children of light, and the children of the day: we are not of the night, nor of darkness
The 4th book of the Bible is about separating.  Israel chose to not trust God and wandered in the wilderness for 40 years.  Only Caleb and Joshua, who wanted to trust God, were allowed to enter the promised land with the younger generation.  The wanderings of Israel in the wilderness learning and choosing to trust God are a picture of our journey in this physical world choosing and learning to trust God.
The reason I wanted to study the number 4 is because of the 4 beasts of Revelation 4. Who are they?
Revelation 4:6  And before the throne there was a sea of glass like unto crystal: and in the midst of the throne, and round about the throne, were four beasts full of eyes before and behind.
Revelation 4:7  And the first beast was like a lion, and the second beast like a calf, and the third beast had a face as a man, and the fourth beast was like a flying eagle.
Revelation 4:8  And the four beasts had each of them six wings about him; and they were full of eyes within: and they rest not day and night, saying, Holy, holy, holy, Lord God Almighty, which was, and is, and is to come.
Revelation 4:9  And when those beasts give glory and honour and thanks to him that sat on the throne, who liveth for ever and ever,
I believe It is clear they are involved in the process of separating the holy from the unholy in this physical world.  However my belief that they are a picture of the Holy Spirit can not be confirmed by the study of the number 4.
I won’t bore you with why I believe they are a picture of the work of the Holy Spirit, but I will offer a few points to consider.
The first time in Isaiah 6 (at his sending out) they are called Seraphim from the Hebrew word Strong’s H8314 saraph= meaning fiery.  The Holy Spirit came in the form of fire at Pentecost in Acts 2.
Interesting that they can forgive sin.  Only God Himself can forgive sins.
Isaiah 6:7 And he laid it upon my mouth, and said, Lo, this hath touched thy lips; and thine iniquity is taken away, and thy sin purged.
In Ezekiel 1 (at his sending out again) they are associated with fire and lamps again.
Ezekiel 1:24 says the sound of their wings is like the voice of the Almighty.
They are covered with eyes - a picture of God’s all knowing all seeing.  In Revelation 5:6 the Lamb-Jesus - has 7 eyes which are the 7 Spirits.  So eyes relate to the Holy Spirit.
The 4 faces of the 4 beasts match the standards of the 4 encampments of Israel around the tabernacle in Numbers, the 4th book.  Recall the gematria of the 12 tribes is 3390.  Strong’s H3390 is Jerusalem.  The encampment is a picture of Revelation 4.
The Holy Spirit’s role is to convict the world concerning sin, righteousness, and judgement(john 16:8). His goal is to separate the holy form the unholy.
What is further interesting about the number 4 is it seems related to 7.
The 4th commandment is about the 7th day.
The 4th feast is Pentecost - it is called the feast of weeks or sevens.  Weeks is Strong’s H7620 and means sevens.
Enoch, the 7th, was born and taken on the 4th feast.
4 plants are used to celebrate the 7th feast, the Feast of Tabernacles.
Jesus says there are 4 months and then comes the harvest.  The harvest is the 7th month.  4 months prior is Pentecost, the 4th feast.
7 loaves fed 4000 and 7 baskets were left.
Although Enoch is the 7th in Genesis 5, another Enoch is also the 4th in Genesis 4.  Adam had Cain and Abel.  Cain gave birth to Enoch.
So my theory about 4 and 7 is this: 4 represents the time here in the physical world of separating the holy from the unholy. 7 is a picture of the holy coming out of the time period denoted by 4.

Snakes in the Bible: A word study
Using the New American Study Bible, I will share with you my analysis of each different use of the English words "serpent" and "viper" in the Old and New Testaments.
Serpent
Hebrew: Nachash
First occurrence: Genesis 3:1
Now the serpent was more cunning than any animal of the field which the Lord God had made. And he said to the woman, “Has God really said, ‘You shall not eat from any tree of the garden’?”
This word is also used to assign the symbol of a serpent to the tribe of Dan in Genesis 49:17:
Dan shall be a serpent in the way, A horned viper in the path, That bites the horse’s heels, So that its rider falls backward.
Serpent, dragon or sea monster
Hebrew: Tanin
First occurrence: Exodus 7:9
“When Pharaoh speaks to you, saying, ‘Work a miracle,’ then you shall say to Aaron, ‘Take your staff and throw it down before Pharaoh, so that it may turn into a serpent.’”
Interestingly, the word "nachash" is used just six verses later to refer to the same event.
Fiery serpent, flying serpent
Hebrew: Saraph
First occurrence: Numbers 21:6
Then the Lord sent fiery serpents among the people and they bit the people, so that many people of Israel died.
This term is used interchangeably with "nachash" when referring to this event. The "fire" refers to the pain of the bites, which are probably from a parent species of Echis coloratus, the primary venomous snake found in the Negev Desert of Israel.
Isaiah twice uses this word to describe a flying serpent, along with the word for a viper.
Viper
Hebrew: Akhshuv
Only occurrence: Psalm 140:3
They sharpen their tongues like a snake; The venom of a viper is under their lips.
Viper, serpent
Hebrew: Tsepha
First occurrence: Proverbs 23:32
In the end it bites like a snake And stings like a viper.
Viper
Hebrew: Epheh
First occurrence: Job 20:16
He sucks the poison of cobras; The viper’s tongue kills him.

1 Sa 20;1 Chr 4; Ps 56, 57, 142; Acts 14
Discuss in the comments section.
The following text is from the Common English Bible. Occasionally we will rotate the translations just to have some variety.
1 Sa 20
20:1 Then David fled from Naioth in Ramah and came and said before Jonathan, “What have I done? What is my guilt? And what is my sin before your father, that he seeks my life?” 2 And he said to him, “Far from it! You shall not die. Behold, my father does nothing either great or small without disclosing it to me. And why should my father hide this from me? It is not so.” 3 But David vowed again, saying, “Your father knows well that I have found favor in your eyes, and he thinks, ‘Do not let Jonathan know this, lest he be grieved.’ But truly, as the Lord lives and as your soul lives, there is but a step between me and death.” 4 Then Jonathan said to David, “Whatever you say, I will do for you.” 5 David said to Jonathan, “Behold, tomorrow is the new moon, and I should not fail to sit at table with the king. But let me go, that I may hide myself in the field till the third day at evening. 6 If your father misses me at all, then say, ‘David earnestly asked leave of me to run to Bethlehem his city, for there is a yearly sacrifice there for all the clan.’ 7 If he says, ‘Good!’ it will be well with your servant, but if he is angry, then know that harm is determined by him. 8 Therefore deal kindly with your servant, for you have brought your servant into a covenant of the Lord with you. But if there is guilt in me, kill me yourself, for why should you bring me to your father?” 9 And Jonathan said, “Far be it from you! If I knew that it was determined by my father that harm should come to you, would I not tell you?” 10 Then David said to Jonathan, “Who will tell me if your father answers you roughly?” 11 And Jonathan said to David, “Come, let us go out into the field.” So they both went out into the field.
12 And Jonathan said to David, “The Lord, the God of Israel, be witness! When I have sounded out my father, about this time tomorrow, or the third day, behold, if he is well disposed toward David, shall I not then send and disclose it to you? 13 But should it please my father to do you harm, the Lord do so to Jonathan and more also if I do not disclose it to you and send you away, that you may go in safety. May the Lord be with you, as he has been with my father. 14 If I am still alive, show me the steadfast love of the Lord, that I may not die; 15 and do not cut off your steadfast love from my house forever, when the Lord cuts off every one of the enemies of David from the face of the earth.” 16 And Jonathan made a covenant with the house of David, saying, “May the Lord take vengeance on David's enemies.” 17 And Jonathan made David swear again by his love for him, for he loved him as he loved his own soul.
18 Then Jonathan said to him, “Tomorrow is the new moon, and you will be missed, because your seat will be empty. 19 On the third day go down quickly to the place where you hid yourself when the matter was in hand, and remain beside the stone heap. 20 And I will shoot three arrows to the side of it, as though I shot at a mark. 21 And behold, I will send the young man, saying, ‘Go, find the arrows.’ If I say to the young man, ‘Look, the arrows are on this side of you, take them,’ then you are to come, for, as the Lord lives, it is safe for you and there is no danger. 22 But if I say to the youth, ‘Look, the arrows are beyond you,’ then go, for the Lord has sent you away. 23 And as for the matter of which you and I have spoken, behold, the Lord is between you and me forever.”
24 So David hid himself in the field. And when the new moon came, the king sat down to eat food. 25 The king sat on his seat, as at other times, on the seat by the wall. Jonathan sat opposite, and Abner sat by Saul's side, but David's place was empty.
26 Yet Saul did not say anything that day, for he thought, “Something has happened to him. He is not clean; surely he is not clean.” 27 But on the second day, the day after the new moon, David's place was empty. And Saul said to Jonathan his son, “Why has not the son of Jesse come to the meal, either yesterday or today?” 28 Jonathan answered Saul, “David earnestly asked leave of me to go to Bethlehem. 29 He said, ‘Let me go, for our clan holds a sacrifice in the city, and my brother has commanded me to be there. So now, if I have found favor in your eyes, let me get away and see my brothers.’ For this reason he has not come to the king's table.”
30 Then Saul's anger was kindled against Jonathan, and he said to him, “You son of a perverse, rebellious woman, do I not know that you have chosen the son of Jesse to your own shame, and to the shame of your mother's nakedness? 31 For as long as the son of Jesse lives on the earth, neither you nor your kingdom shall be established. Therefore send and bring him to me, for he shall surely die.” 32 Then Jonathan answered Saul his father, “Why should he be put to death? What has he done?” 33 But Saul hurled his spear at him to strike him. So Jonathan knew that his father was determined to put David to death. 34 And Jonathan rose from the table in fierce anger and ate no food the second day of the month, for he was grieved for David, because his father had disgraced him.
35 In the morning Jonathan went out into the field to the appointment with David, and with him a little boy. 36 And he said to his boy, “Run and find the arrows that I shoot.” As the boy ran, he shot an arrow beyond him. 37 And when the boy came to the place of the arrow that Jonathan had shot, Jonathan called after the boy and said, “Is not the arrow beyond you?” 38 And Jonathan called after the boy, “Hurry! Be quick! Do not stay!” So Jonathan's boy gathered up the arrows and came to his master. 39 But the boy knew nothing. Only Jonathan and David knew the matter. 40 And Jonathan gave his weapons to his boy and said to him, “Go and carry them to the city.” 41 And as soon as the boy had gone, David rose from beside the stone heap and fell on his face to the ground and bowed three times. And they kissed one another and wept with one another, David weeping the most. 42 Then Jonathan said to David, “Go in peace, because we have sworn both of us in the name of the Lord, saying, ‘The Lord shall be between me and you, and between my offspring and your offspring, forever.’” And he rose and departed, and Jonathan went into the city. 1 Chr 4
4:1 The sons of Judah: Perez, Hezron, Carmi, Hur, and Shobal. 2 Reaiah the son of Shobal fathered Jahath, and Jahath fathered Ahumai and Lahad. These were the clans of the Zorathites. 3 These were the sons of Etam: Jezreel, Ishma, and Idbash; and the name of their sister was Hazzelelponi, 4 and Penuel fathered Gedor, and Ezer fathered Hushah. These were the sons of Hur, the firstborn of Ephrathah, the father of Bethlehem. 5 Ashhur, the father of Tekoa, had two wives, Helah and Naarah; 6 Naarah bore him Ahuzzam, Hepher, Temeni, and Haahashtari. These were the sons of Naarah. 7 The sons of Helah: Zereth, Izhar, and Ethnan. 8 Koz fathered Anub, Zobebah, and the clans of Aharhel, the son of Harum. 9 Jabez was more honorable than his brothers; and his mother called his name Jabez, saying, “Because I bore him in pain.” 10 Jabez called upon the God of Israel, saying, “Oh that you would bless me and enlarge my border, and that your hand might be with me, and that you would keep me from harm so that it might not bring me pain!” And God granted what he asked. 11 Chelub, the brother of Shuhah, fathered Mehir, who fathered Eshton. 12 Eshton fathered Beth-rapha, Paseah, and Tehinnah, the father of Ir-nahash. These are the men of Recah. 13 The sons of Kenaz: Othniel and Seraiah; and the sons of Othniel: Hathath and Meonothai. 14 Meonothai fathered Ophrah; and Seraiah fathered Joab, the father of Ge-harashim, so-called because they were craftsmen. 15 The sons of Caleb the son of Jephunneh: Iru, Elah, and Naam; and the son of Elah: Kenaz. 16 The sons of Jehallelel: Ziph, Ziphah, Tiria, and Asarel. 17 The sons of Ezrah: Jether, Mered, Epher, and Jalon. These are the sons of Bithiah, the daughter of Pharaoh, whom Mered married; and she conceived and bore Miriam, Shammai, and Ishbah, the father of Eshtemoa. 18 And his Judahite wife bore Jered the father of Gedor, Heber the father of Soco, and Jekuthiel the father of Zanoah. 19 The sons of the wife of Hodiah, the sister of Naham, were the fathers of Keilah the Garmite and Eshtemoa the Maacathite. 20 The sons of Shimon: Amnon, Rinnah, Ben-hanan, and Tilon. The sons of Ishi: Zoheth and Ben-zoheth. 21 The sons of Shelah the son of Judah: Er the father of Lecah, Laadah the father of Mareshah, and the clans of the house of linen workers at Beth-ashbea; 22 and Jokim, and the men of Cozeba, and Joash, and Saraph, who ruled in Moab and returned to Lehem (now the records are ancient). 23 These were the potters who were inhabitants of Netaim and Gederah. They lived there in the king's service.
34 Meshobab, Jamlech, Joshah the son of Amaziah, 35 Joel, Jehu the son of Joshibiah, son of Seraiah, son of Asiel, 36 Elioenai, Jaakobah, Jeshohaiah, Asaiah, Adiel, Jesimiel, Benaiah, 37 Ziza the son of Shiphi, son of Allon, son of Jedaiah, son of Shimri, son of Shemaiah— 38 these mentioned by name were princes in their clans, and their fathers' houses increased greatly. 39 They journeyed to the entrance of Gedor, to the east side of the valley, to seek pasture for their flocks, 40 where they found rich, good pasture, and the land was very broad, quiet, and peaceful, for the former inhabitants there belonged to Ham. 41 These, registered by name, came in the days of Hezekiah, king of Judah, and destroyed their tents and the Meunites who were found there, and marked them for destruction to this day, and settled in their place, because there was pasture there for their flocks. 42 And some of them, five hundred men of the Simeonites, went to Mount Seir, having as their leaders Pelatiah, Neariah, Rephaiah, and Uzziel, the sons of Ishi. 43 And they defeated the remnant of the Amalekites who had escaped, and they have lived there to this day. Ps 56, 57, 142; Acts 14
To the choirmaster: according to The Dove on Far-off Terebinths. A Miktam of David, when the Philistines seized him in Gath.
56:1 Be gracious to me, O God, for man tramples on me; all day long an attacker oppresses me; 2 my enemies trample on me all day long, for many attack me proudly. 3 When I am afraid, I put my trust in you. 4 In God, whose word I praise, in God I trust; I shall not be afraid. What can flesh do to me?
5 All day long they injure my cause; all their thoughts are against me for evil. 6 They stir up strife, they lurk; they watch my steps, as they have waited for my life. 7 For their crime will they escape? In wrath cast down the peoples, O God!
8 You have kept count of my tossings; put my tears in your bottle. Are they not in your book? 9 Then my enemies will turn back in the day when I call. This I know, that God is for me. 10 In God, whose word I praise, in the Lord, whose word I praise, 11 in God I trust; I shall not be afraid. What can man do to me?
12 I must perform my vows to you, O God; I will render thank offerings to you. 13 For you have delivered my soul from death, yes, my feet from falling, that I may walk before God in the light of life.
To the choirmaster: according to Do Not Destroy. A Miktam of David, when he fled from Saul, in the cave.
57:1 Be merciful to me, O God, be merciful to me, for in you my soul takes refuge; in the shadow of your wings I will take refuge, till the storms of destruction pass by. 2 I cry out to God Most High, to God who fulfills his purpose for me. 3 He will send from heaven and save me; he will put to shame him who tramples on me. Selah God will send out his steadfast love and his faithfulness!
4 My soul is in the midst of lions; I lie down amid fiery beasts— the children of man, whose teeth are spears and arrows, whose tongues are sharp swords.
5 Be exalted, O God, above the heavens! Let your glory be over all the earth!
6 They set a net for my steps; my soul was bowed down. They dug a pit in my way, but they have fallen into it themselves. Selah 7 My heart is steadfast, O God, my heart is steadfast! I will sing and make melody! 8 Awake, my glory! Awake, O harp and lyre! I will awake the dawn! 9 I will give thanks to you, O Lord, among the peoples; I will sing praises to you among the nations. 10 For your steadfast love is great to the heavens, your faithfulness to the clouds.
11 Be exalted, O God, above the heavens! Let your glory be over all the earth!
A Maskil of David, when he was in the cave. A Prayer.
142:1 With my voice I cry out to the Lord; with my voice I plead for mercy to the Lord. 2 I pour out my complaint before him; I tell my trouble before him.
3 When my spirit faints within me, you know my way! In the path where I walk they have hidden a trap for me. 4 Look to the right and see: there is none who takes notice of me; no refuge remains to me; no one cares for my soul.
5 I cry to you, O Lord; I say, “You are my refuge, my portion in the land of the living.” 6 Attend to my cry, for I am brought very low! Deliver me from my persecutors, for they are too strong for me! 7 Bring me out of prison, that I may give thanks to your name! The righteous will surround me, for you will deal bountifully with me.
14:1 Now at Iconium they entered together into the Jewish synagogue and spoke in such a way that a great number of both Jews and Greeks believed. 2 But the unbelieving Jews stirred up the Gentiles and poisoned their minds against the brothers. 3 So they remained for a long time, speaking boldly for the Lord, who bore witness to the word of his grace, granting signs and wonders to be done by their hands. 4 But the people of the city were divided; some sided with the Jews and some with the apostles. 5 When an attempt was made by both Gentiles and Jews, with their rulers, to mistreat them and to stone them, 6 they learned of it and fled to Lystra and Derbe, cities of Lycaonia, and to the surrounding country, 7 and there they continued to preach the gospel.
8 Now at Lystra there was a man sitting who could not use his feet. He was crippled from birth and had never walked. 9 He listened to Paul speaking. And Paul, looking intently at him and seeing that he had faith to be made well, 10 said in a loud voice, “Stand upright on your feet.” And he sprang up and began walking. 11 And when the crowds saw what Paul had done, they lifted up their voices, saying in Lycaonian, “The gods have come down to us in the likeness of men!” 12 Barnabas they called Zeus, and Paul, Hermes, because he was the chief speaker. 13 And the priest of Zeus, whose temple was at the entrance to the city, brought oxen and garlands to the gates and wanted to offer sacrifice with the crowds. 14 But when the apostles Barnabas and Paul heard of it, they tore their garments and rushed out into the crowd, crying out, 15 “Men, why are you doing these things? We also are men, of like nature with you, and we bring you good news, that you should turn from these vain things to a living God, who made the heaven and the earth and the sea and all that is in them. 16 In past generations he allowed all the nations to walk in their own ways. 17 Yet he did not leave himself without witness, for he did good by giving you rains from heaven and fruitful seasons, satisfying your hearts with food and gladness.” 18 Even with these words they scarcely restrained the people from offering sacrifice to them.
19 But Jews came from Antioch and Iconium, and having persuaded the crowds, they stoned Paul and dragged him out of the city, supposing that he was dead. 20 But when the disciples gathered about him, he rose up and entered the city, and on the next day he went on with Barnabas to Derbe. 21 When they had preached the gospel to that city and had made many disciples, they returned to Lystra and to Iconium and to Antioch, 22 strengthening the souls of the disciples, encouraging them to continue in the faith, and saying that through many tribulations we must enter the kingdom of God. 23 And when they had appointed elders for them in every church, with prayer and fasting they committed them to the Lord in whom they had believed.
24 Then they passed through Pisidia and came to Pamphylia. 25 And when they had spoken the word in Perga, they went down to Attalia, 26 and from there they sailed to Antioch, where they had been commended to the grace of God for the work that they had fulfilled. 27 And when they arrived and gathered the church together, they declared all that God had done with them, and how he had opened a door of faith to the Gentiles. 28 And they remained no little time with the disciples. Tumblr media
Some time ago i said i was working on the little art project on saraph 23. So here we go. I already stated that saraphs are creatures of the Night Pomel, the first layer of reality. They are powerful creatures made by Ancient Gods for serving their needs. Saraphs don't have names, their own ego nor free will. 23 was a project initiated by Witsichillinoah, the god of destruction. The purpose of their existence was to see the core of everything in this universe and destroy it in few moments. And this was fine till in their universe appeared something from another world. It was the human named Kazimir Fintou, who became the favourite creature of the oldest god Enmaru. 23 could hear Kazimir, but couldn't see or touch him. So when Enmaru asked 23 to imitate human appearance to not scare Kazimir, the appearance 23 took was some abstract mess based on what 23 heard of Kazimir.
Tumblr media
When 23 was in the process of developing, gods already thought that this creature would be too powerful that it could kill a god or destroy the whole universe. The ancient gods once saw a catastrophe that almost caused the collapse of their world. Even though they never witnessed death, they were afraid of it, except for Witsichillinoah, the youngest of them, and Enmaru, who was almost killed then and don't remember much about these events. So gods heavily edited the project of saraph 23, to make it more controllable and less pleasant in communication so nobody would feel pity to 23 if something would go wrong and the only option would be to kill this saraph.
At first there were thousands of 23s. Gods found them pretty usefull for cleaning big areas in universe. But they still thought that even one of these things could kill them. And once they tested it. Witslichillinoah violated the rules of the ancient gods and attacked one of them. 23 was used to wipe existence of the young god out of their reality. After this gods decided to eliminate all 23s and put data of existence of every 23 in one of them. But since 23s didn't feel anything they were ok with it.
Tumblr media
When the Day Pomel, the second reality, was created by Kazimir Fintou (or Dievas), the Night Guard was established to control the movement between the two realities. 23 was the head of this organisation cause it was loyal to gods as a saraph, had the ability to see when someone is affected by Distortion and could punish those who violated the contract between Invure (the oldest god after Enmaru's death) and Dievas. And again 23 needed to change their appearance to look less intimidating to rare humans accidently getting into the Night Pomel.
Once the Night Guard arrested someone called Witimur Forvardo. It was a man who turned himself into an immortal monster and performed a murder of a village with about 50 citizens. 23 usually dealt with spirits who lost their mind because of Distortion. So the human affected by Distortion was something new to them. Other problem was that Witimur was indestructible even for 23. The following events shew that Witimur left notes someone on Pomel started using for creating things similar to Witimur.
23 tried to investigate that case and something was off. They went to the second reality too often. But the case was becoming more and more weird so 23 decided to let Witimur help in solving it. And 23 let Witimur go. Even though after this Witimur didn't kill anyone, Invure gathered a meeting with other ancient gods to judge if 23 was acting under the affect of Distortion. They decided that even if 23 didn't act because of Distortion, it is poisoned by it quite enough, so it needs to reset the saraph's settings. And it was the first time 23 felt something. They wanted to solve the case. So they didn't want their memory to be erased. They asked Invure to seal their power of destruction so if they would be completely distorted they could not harm the universe. Invure agreed on this terms and 23 left the Night Pomel.

23 spent 70 years in the human world. Even though they didn't have their ego in their past life the speed of human world was too fast for someone who existed for 132 millions of years. Another problem was that 23's vision wasn't made for the second reality so they could see only silhouettes of things around them. Most of these 70 years 23 spent on the witch base, helping them to make the plan on defeating Dievas and to communicate to the first reality. Even though witches could help 23 to manage Distortion, it was slowly consuming them. So after the fall of Dievas 23 almost never left the bathtube with alchemic concentrate.
And then someone found out that there's something on pomel that reminds the remainings of an ancient god but they weren't Enmaru and it's weirdly to active. 23 knew it should be Witsichillinoah, the god they once killed. Saraph felt guilt because of murder of their creator even though they were just an instrument of ancient gods. So 23 started searching for the remainings of Witslie. In the process they met Nina, who accidently got involved in this story. 23 never thought that a human would be so useful in their adventure (since Nina had a normal human vision she could get 23 where they needed)

The time was running. 23 met what remained of Witslie few times. Surprisingly, ego of the god was still alive. But something was happening to the world around. The Distortion was becoming stronger and though 23 thought they had few years more, it affected them too much and the saraph couldn't keep their human appearance anymore. Nina refused to leave 23 even though it was dangerous to stay near them.
The next part isn't written well yet. But these two managed to get rid of Distortion and in the process 23 couldn't survive in the form of distorted being from first reality.

So they got turned into a human. I guess they kept the name Twenty Three, but it would be funny if they would choose something like Steve or Lily (or the pomelian equivalent). Well, in any case, they're gonna have the greatest 60 or something years of human life. Twenty Three's sight wasn't formed normally and they see only the colorful areas around them. But they found out they don't like the black color. So them and Nina needed to find a lot of new clothes, cause their previous wardrobe was full of identical black costumes and blue sweaters (also Twenty Three got a bunch of tinted glasses of all colors cause they are funny to look through).
Well. That's all. Uphh. It was easier to draw the pictures than writing this post. I didn't tell a lot of details but i hope you could understand this mess, 23 is one of the most important figures in stories about pomel. Without them the plot would not be the same (lol they literally left a mark on Pomel surface). So there's a lot of more information about them left.
So. if you like it, reblog, if you can. I really put a lot of effort in this little project.
