Who knew eventually my light would shine

Illuminate any room until darkness is blind

To follow You Lord is simply divine

Used to living life in a hurry

Became best friends with Anxiety

And had a relationship with Worry

Walked side by side with Stress…

Plus I occasionally dodged calls from Death

Now Peace moved next door

Joy comes over and we talk for days

Goodness follows me, the Word tells me how to walk in His ways

Now it’s like God smiles on his own child

Favor holds my hand, Grace comes over and stays for awhile.

Wisdom teaches me to slow down…
