I had a shrink appointment today and while I could not see it I knew my doc was going through the five stages of grief while I explained my fool proof strategy for doing my t shots despite a crippling fear of needles: By abusing my vastly more crippling fear of being an inconvenience.

My mother and I play phasmophobia together every week. she usually has a pretty limited time to do this bc she's like. a doctor and a college professor whos always busy. So I asked her to just. hold me to doing them. We don't start playing until the shot is done. so my needle fear doesn't matter because now it's Wasting™ her time and I have to do it quick. Using one neurosis to defeat another.

It's a horrible coping mechanism because it's feeding the inconvenience fear, but it is definitionally a coping mechanism.

I'm convinced that anyone who refers to food service, retail, agriculture, or any other profession that doesn't require high levels of education as "unskilled labor" has never worked a single one of those jobs. I think anyone who says something like flipping burgers or making coffee is "unskilled" should be forced to work a full shift there with no training whatsoever and see how that goes for them

These are simple: your chosen character, framed by flora that represent them, they like, or simply ones that compliment them. While the title says 'Floral' these can be any plants- ferns to roses, witch hazel to basil, and anything in between.

You can give me a specific plant, we can work together to find one, or I can rifle through your character and pick one!

Future of the Fizzies

This is actually going to do a ton for my rps. Because, to start with, will Loo Loo Fizzy be up and running still? Will he be sold off?

If the latter, @rollinpinwheel Pinwheel is going to be A Problem to whoever thinks it's a wise financial decision to buy this piece of scrap metal.

As for the fizzies on @fizziefactory ...

Mortis would continue working for Satan I'm sure, no reason to cut that contract tbh.

Thizzy and Doc I've had involved with several Belphegors, so I consider them safe and connected too. If the Fizzy Clinic for some reason gets shut down because it loses profit however, they will be sold off as well, or scrapped. Godspeed to whoever put money into purchasing Doc-

Mizzy and Ginger are sold property, however, this also means that their novelty has ran out. Mizzy's owner might keep Mizzy around because she's a wish-fulfilment in general for his loser ass, but Ginger? She works really hard, yeah... but if the kids' parents think the kids will grow bored of him (even if some of them will protest really hard), he might end up tossed in the garbage.

And there Is the possibility that if the Glam Sisters become the new bots, Mizzy's owner Will throw her out too. She Just got there, he literally bought her After Fizzarolli quit, but it also means that he might very quickly grow bored of her if the twins become a better option.

As for the factory, FF-8842 would be scrapped and remade if the Glam Sisters will become a thing, but there's also the possibility that they'll be sold for the very first time. At a Really cheap price, considering they lack certain parts to fulfil their role as a sex robot... but sold nevertheless.

And the Manager... I'm torn. I see several possibilities.

He's remade into a Glam Sister, because Mammon can't stand looking at him (and he's nothing Like Fizz in the first place) but he's too good at what he does to throw away.

He is sold off like everyone else, which would leave you with the most bitter and condescending companion bot you've ever met, who's got 1 million better things to do than to please You

He'll be scrapped and remade, just like FF-8842.

He simply leaves on his own. He's got other businesses than the Fizzy Factory going on, and he is Good with the paperwork, writing himself out of this situation is not something I can't see him do.

Creating my own Self Service manual should have been a goddamn indicator for therapists, to my autism.

What is a Self Service Manual, precious?

Well. It's basically a ops manual for... Me. An actual manual. With diagrams and shit. Spreadsheets. Tick lists. Photos.

How many people do that? I have no idea if anyone else has done the same thing, I took my own initiative on it. I found myself needing to make one about 7 years ago because I was so lost in myself, and was still in Law of Attraction. I needed direction and clarity, something I could look at every day that had my reminders, affirmations, goals.

My last self service manual is full of shopping lists for life. The life before I was diagnosed autistic.

Now all I see is a legless person writing "I can walk" a million times in the hopes it might come true. Wondering why they struggle so much when others walk so easily. Surely writing it 20 more times will help?

Imma burn my last self service manual. It's going to be a fucking event. I'll dance naked like the devil witch I am.

But seriously. Past therapists of mine... When a person spreadsheets their life to such mechanical detail, I suggest maybe considering neurodivergency.

Bad news: my car has decided to have every problem all at once and show me all the warning lights all at once, as well as judder and shake violently whenever I accelerate. Or decelerate. Or just driving at a constant speed.

Good news: This happened the day after my road trip, so at least my car is not going to break in the middle of bumfuck nowhere hundreds of miles away from anywhere important
