Summary:

what is hopes role in sotw?? i didnt actually know he was a villain until your last post regarding sotw and now im pretty interested.

Ahhhhh yes, that's because until recently I didn't figure out how to fit him in as a villain!  :D  Hope's role is to run Life's army.  Madam Peixes wants the "normals" bowing down to her and what Madame Peixes wants, Madame Peixes gets.  The Amporas are in the same boat as the Pyropes in that their actual abilities aren't very combat-oriented, but in their field they can be terrifying.  

Hope's power is like one of those ones in an RPG where you hit somebody and at first it doesn't seem to do anything so everybody's like "haha you got junk powers dude".  But the thing is that the longer he's around somebody the more they like him, they want to be around him, the more sway he has over them.  And eventually they'll do what he says, they'll tell him things, they'll compete for his favor.  They'll obey every order he gives them.  

With large groups it takes effect over several days, a week or two if there are a lot of people.  When it's him and another person one-on-one and he's intentionally turning his powers on them, it takes a massive force of will not to be falling over yourself to serve him.  And they look just like normal people and think just like normal people until he requires them to do something.  They melt into a crowd and show up with a knife to try to stab members of team Alpha in the backs.  They pretend to be trapped in buildings to lead the Gamma kids in after them to get swarmed by imps.  Hope's soldiers are terrifying.

what happened to sotw Eridan (Like when Gamzee invaded his mind, what were those memories about?)

Saviors Eridan was very very badly bullied by a group of kids at his school who were scared of his weird ability to say and do things that just got to people, and who reacted to their fear with anger.  They forced him to do some things he's very much not proud of, filmed it and held that over his head for years.  They started in on him early in his schooling and didn't let up until the day he was apparently found dead in the school pool.  

So yes, there was a lot of give and take of painful memories going on there, and neither of them enjoyed it very much.  Which is the point of Eridan's powers, in the end, if somebody messes with him he can mess with them right back.

May you give us any updates of SOTW Nepeta? Like how is she with other people, or if she has any quadrants filled out. Sorry for bothering you.

Saviors Nepeta?  Yeah, I can do that. :D  Currently the only quadrant I know for sure is that she's pale with Equius (obvs), although I could definitely see her being a very very effective auspistice for somebody if they needed it, and I'm gonna try bashing people together to see who throws off enough pitch sparks to need separating.  Terezi and somebody, maybe.  (Although she's really very fond of Terezi so I'm not sure they could be ashen since that's technically a hate quadrant...? Hm. >:I  Maybe with Eridan now that he's no longer in an ashen relationship with Sollux and Gamzee...)  (What I'm saying is that it's still under consideration. XD)  

As for how she is with other people: when she first showed up, everybody way underestimated her, especially Equius.  During their first sparring matches, he requested another partner because he was sure if he so much as touched her, she would die--and then she backflipped onto his shoulders and held a knife to his throat.  :)  Everybody took her considerably more seriously after that.

in relation to the fighting styles ask, wouldn't karkat be able to hold his own? cause of the situation he grew up in?

So I didn't put Karkat in there. :) Let me rectify this. Fighting technique before being 'recovered'-->fighting technique after.

Aradia: None-->you didn't fight her, you were across the room and a beam happened to fall on you. 0u0 what a coincidence.  Also she's trying to work out how to fight with a whip, with surprising success.

Tavros: Just punch shit--> grappling, battering winds and flight (you don't want to be divebombed by someone that size, not fun)

Sollux: None-->throw them at a wall with your brain.

Karkat: Nails, teeth, and brute force--> Same+better technique and mind-reading.

Nepeta: Bits of various martial arts, primarily capoeira-->same+the ability to make you cripplingly affectionate and enchanted with her every time you try to hit her.

Kanaya: Self-defense classes--> Blind them with massive light-flares and knock them out. Or teleport them several yards above the ground and drop them. :I

Terezi: Judo-->Judo and cane-fighting (it's a thing, forreal. Look it up.)

Vriska: Every dirty trick ever --> same+luck-theft, and a few tricks she stole from MMA.

Equius: Boxing --> Boxing + previously-lacking fine control + confidence

Gamzee: punch them till they stop moving--> weaponised juggling clubs

Eridan: Gentlemanly fist-fighting--> fist-fighting + devastating psychological warfare

Feferi: None--> staff-fighting

All of them received at least a little bit of some sort of unarmed-combat training, regardless. U_U
