1-Hour Study with Me / Japanese Music & 3D Art Animation / Pomodoro 25-5 / Sakura Theme
Today I prepared a special 1-hour study video with beautiful Japanese music. During the focus sessions, you will enjoy traditional Japanese melodies that create a peaceful atmosphere, and during the breaks, you can relax your mind. We are following the Pomodoro technique with two 25-minute focus sessions and 5-minute breaks for a balanced and productive study experience.🌸 ▹ This video is available in HD quality This video is designed to help you focus more easily and bring a fresh vibe to your study environment. I’m here to boost your productivity with the calm and serenity of traditional Japanese music. In all my videos, I work with a wonderful 3D artist who creates the opening and break scenes. However, in this video, we are watching a special animation entirely made from their work. The scene perfectly captures the mood and spirit I wanted to share, and it was crafted with great care and dedication. Where are you watching from? What are you working on today? Feel free to share in the comments and inspire others too. Thank you so much for your support and kind feedback. If you enjoyed the video, please share it and don’t forget to subscribe.

Here's how my last post about how studying with music improves focus applies to the memory aspect as well :)
I wanted to reference a deeper look into the cognitive approach to how music in the background of studies and activities improves focus. So, to address the memory component---since this blog is called "Melodies & Memories," music activates both the left and right brain hemispheres at the same time. This means that the left hemisphere, responsible for logic & reasoning, and the right hemisphere, responsible for spatial awareness & emotional processing would both be lit and in-color in a fMRI data image to show activation. Both hemispheres being activated at the same time maximizes learning and memory skills, according to several university psychology studies. From this, we can conclude that perhaps listening to convenient(non-distracting) music while studying can enhance your ability to remember what you are studying! (especially if it is direct, flashcard-type information that is being studied that primarily requires memorization.) Below is a fMRI image from a study in which music is played for fibromyalgia patients....while this imaging is for a study about pain alleviation & music's correlation rather than cognition & music's correlation, I just want readers to get a feel for what the brain looks like in an fMRI scan when activated by music.

A lot of my other friends in college (and myself) love to study or craft with lofi beats in the background, jazz instrumentals, classical instrumentals, white noise.
Here's a link to my study playlists:
