when i was working on the enchanted gems trilogy in high school, i actually saw a post that inspired me to take the series in a totally different direction that planned, and it made me fall in love with the idea even more!

however i see a lot more things that i want to write than i actually have the time / energy / motivation for so! most of them go in the hoard <3

first of all…. my favorite gojos :333

niku’s gojo in general is one of my favorites ever ever ever but i’m specifically adding a link to bten because . bten lives in my brain <3 and i adore both bten!reader & bten!gojo more than anything….. ANYWAY . niku’s gojo is my favorite for many reasons but above all else he just…. feels so real to me . sometimes i have to remind myself that i’m reading a fic and not canon content bc her gojo just FEELS like gojo . it’s a little scary. i read bten and heard kaiji tang’s voice in my ear 😭 i think it’s sooo difficult to capture the balance that canon!gojo has, but niku does it so effortlessly!!! he’s so charming and guarded and annoying and kind beneath it all and i’m just….. in love with him . that’s all. i do want to strangle him just a tiny bit but mostly i want to kiss him.

sel’s col!gojo…. my baby my husband the loml. i adoreeeee sel’s take on gojo and the way he views/approaches love ….. and just like niku her gojo feels so real and so grounded!!!! sel has a way of rounding out her characters and making them feel so human, which i. adore. and it works so well with gojo. col!gojo is canon to me idc. he’s so relatable to me and following his story with col!reader was just so touching 🥹🥹 i . cried . every time he blushed or got flustered i fell to my knees . flustered gojo is really hard to get right i think??? bc it’s just….. such a rare mood from him. but it feels so perfect in her fics. col!gojo reminds me of a plant in the softest, most loving way and i just want him to grow and embrace the sun !!!!!!!! i want him to be happy….

another general pick; alexis’s gojo!!!!!! (link goes straight to my personal fav which is a very bold statement to make but i think abt this fic constantly)…. this is another gojo that just feels. so canon to me somehow???? every time i read her gojo fics i’m just like yeah…. that’s gojo satoru. that’s the gojo satoru that i love and adore. it always reminds me of WHY i love him sm and it’s just….. such a wonderful feeling yk??? alexis rlly captures what i perceive as the core of his character!!!!! i can’t tell you what it is exactly but i feel that so strongly!!!!! he’s my baby and i love him so so bad. he makes me so happy and he feels so human:((((( i just love him…. him and his self-destructive little habits….. also special shoutout to idol!gojo bc he’s just soo. yeah.

then we have io’s flower shop!satoru <333 the fic isn’t out as of rn, but i added a link to a snippet that i’m still swooning over….. i ADORE this concept and it’s so perfect for io’s gorgeous and flowery writing!!!! he was made for her fr…… i just really love the idea of a soft, gentle, smitten satoru 🥺 and him being a flower boy rlly scratches an itch in my brain because of his canon ties to flowers!!! the fact that he kind of views other people as flowers. or at least compared them to flowers in ch. 236….. i just feel like this concept is . genius. nature loves satoru and he loves it back . he’s a nurturing soul at his core imo and that’s not something i see people explore super often, but this au captures it perfectly <33

lily’s poseidon!suguru stole my heart very recently and i have ….. not stopped thinking of him since. i love any take on suguru as a god and lily’s version is just so genius . suguru being a god of the sea????? it’s perfect….. and the fact that he’s so gentle and coaxing and sweet 😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫 just the way he speaks in this drabble had me captivated he is truly the god of all time….. and his DESIGN . the concept in itself. i know for a fact that he’s the most stunning man you’ll ever see. he’s so almighty and powerful and he speaks so softly and gently but you hear every word crystal clear because he just has this Presence…… i rlly can’t stop thinking about him.

you know you’re in trouble. you know you’ve done something bad.

with an even and borderline apathetic tone, he asks you when you were planning on telling him you had such a pretty little toy, slight sting gnawing on the very last word, suddenly spit from his tongue like it’s some sort of disgusting insult. when you can’t answer him, stuttering out some pathetic excuse of a response, half-finished and hiccuped, he laughs, cruel and void of humour, the melody furious, ringing with the implicit promise of retribution.

it’s cute that you thought you could hide this from him, he tells you as he picks up the vibe, turning it in nimble fingers, thoughtful. it’s cute that you think you can hide anything from him now, that he won’t always and inevitably figure out the truth, that he won’t swiftly and severely enact rightful punishment immediately following his discovery. how precious, how utterly idiotic.

he’s disappointed, he continues, solemn, and you think he really does sound upset, hurt—only contradicted by that blazing, unblinking sapphire scathing your face as it devours your guilt, and that slight sadistic twitch at the corner of his mouth, threatening to grow into his favourite lopsided grin when those thick tears finally spill past your lashes. you could’ve just asked; he probably would’ve said yes. but what’s done is done—you have it now, and it would be such a shame to let it go to waste, don’t you think?

he certainly does think so, which is exactly why he’s going to spend the rest of the night assaulting your cunt with the stupid fucking thing—until every muscle is quivering from extreme overstimulation, bones turned liquid, limbs aching with the heaviness of pleasure-tinged pain, everything gone useless; until your entire body is covered in a sheen layer of damp salt, sweat and tears and snot and cum slathered across your skin, saturating your sheets into something sticky and gross—and then maybe you’ll think twice about buying a toy without his express permission again.

Yokai to Human Form Tidbit

Ok so there's human designs/ forms for Caspian's yokai friends 1, for fun, and 2, cause there's some situations where it's convenient/just better to have some in human forms (EX: Whisper coming to Caspian's choir concerts and conferences bc his parents are. fairly absent). Everyone has their own opinions on it and stuff and in this post I'ma talk about Baddinyan's!!

So fun little fact he does Not Like being human. This is mostly for body dysphoria adjacent feelings, like all of a sudden he has different hair, no fur, different ear placement, etc. The 'phantom limb' thing tends to happen with his tails, too, which is trippy and kinda uncomfortable. He also hates that a lot of his senses are dulled. smell, hearing, sight (especially in the dark), it makes everything feel kinda hazy and causes him to be a lot more stressed about everything.

Idk maybe I just think it's kinda funny to see a character thrown into a whole new form and reasonably be like. what. the hell this sucks. His easygoing (nice way of me saying his lazy ahh) and usually pretty chill/surprisingly level-headed mood is def worsened when he's constantly feeling skin that doesn't technically belong to him. A form he shouldn't really have.

As a result, he's oftentimes irritable and anxious in this form, with some days being better than others. He typically avoids having to use it unless he needs to though, and refuses to take his glasses off for anything. Has to be bribed with a Chocobar to enma forbid go out in public. He's also less used to it than most due to his extreme aversion to it. He just hates it and everything is physically gross and cloudy and nothing's in the right place and he can't explain why.

Badude, on the other hand, doesn't mind being human! It feels more similar to his body than it does for Baddinyan, and is kind of a fun change of pace every now and then. He's Baddinyan's like. closest friend besides Caspian in this AU, so he's typically who's convincing him to not kill everyone in the room and/or take off the stupid leaf in public lol. Their convos can sometimes go like

"C'mon, it's just until we get outta the store. Don't get your non-existent tails in a twist-"

"Shut up and do nyot remind me right nyeow."

"(Oh it's like. that kind of day whoopsies) Mbmb, we can ditch these nerds and go look at the candy isle or somethin' for a bit..?"

He stinks at comforting people or anything like that but tries. Sometimes. idiots

Writing! Clancy loves to write letters to people and journal out his feelings, it helps him keep track of them. Especially when he has trouble identifying his own feelings. It sooths him to be able to put his thoughts into words.

I'm the same way. We write together and sometimes lay in fields and discuss ideas and other writing things, yapping away as we watch the clouds.

Happy Birthday: What are you/your f/o's thoughts about birthdays?

We never celebrated them in DEMA, really. Any sense of joy was pretty much illegal, meant to keep us down and malleable. No one got to know their birthdays. Their aged changed on IDs, or on documents somehow without knowledge, but never a birthday.

So it doesn't really matter. It's a day to us, and every day with one another is the most important day there is.

Hi lovely! Not a stupid question at all thank you for asking this 🥺

He actually is very much in love with the reader but it’s such a toxic and controlling love it can definitely be misconstrued as other feelings. Megumi is very very very insecure in that particular story I wrote because he knows the reader is very beautiful and popular and worries she’ll leave him eventually. But he’s also very smart and because of his manipulative nature he knows how to get her exactly where he wants. He wants her to need him and be addicted to him and she unfortunately plays right into his hand every time. They both cheat on each other bc they are both super toxic but in the end he knows he can get away with murder when it comes to the reader because she’ll never be able to give up on him and how much she loves him. It would take a huge influence to make her leave him, it’s more or less impossible. He cheats bc he knows she’ll be angry but ultimately it scares her more than anything that she’ll lose him. She’ll cheat as an act of revenge but she and Megumi both know she’ll never find a good enough replacement for him no matter what.

So yeah in short, he does love her and he’s just a horrendous prick about it.

And if the end of the fic is the part that confused you, he didn’t say it back because he rarely does! He’ll say it at random times that give her hope that they have a good relationship but it’s, again, just to keep her under control. She worries when he doesn’t say it back to her and makes her want to make him love her back. So it’s just a never ending cycle really 😭

hm that's a toughie. maybe the fact that she does genuinely care for her family a lot. she's practically characterised by her loyalty to haki and arleon so it's easily overshadowed, plus there's that conspiracy theory/rumour that she killed her brother herself to steal his title, so only the people she's close to are really aware of how much her family matters to her.

🟠 Orange- What is a trait your OC hides about themself from others? Do they refuse to acknowledge it or begrudgingly accept it?

so the obvious answer is her crush on haki except no one doesn't know so...

probably her attachment to lilias as a whole. it was a means to an end at first, or a halfway escape. she started out as a knight trainee there to stay just close enough to haki when her playing at haki's knight stopped being cute to the countess, then when her brother died she left to assume his title and handle family matters to give his wife and son space to grieve. shoftly afterwards, the rumours about her killing him started up and only got more insistent the more time passed that she still held the title, so she gave that up and moved back to lilias.

it's like the halfway point between her home and haki (not geographically bc i don't understand ans geography. or geography in general.) but it became a place all its own over the years even if she wants to pretend it's easy to leave it behind a second time when haki gets married and lilias supposedly loses its purpose for her. but she doesn't have an excuse to be there anymore and also her poor overworked vicecaptain deserves the captaincy for all that he practically runs the place for her anyway, so she steps back again. she's good at letting go.

🟡 Yellow- What is something your OC wants but knows they can never have? How does it feel to never get this specific desire?

all roads lead to haki 😔 aside from that, she really misses her brother. him and his wife practically raised her because their parents died while she was very young and there's like a fifteen year age gap between her and her brother. he dies when she's about sixteen. she tries not to think about him and it's part of the reason why she avoids going home.

not an exact moment perse, but probably when she was first brought into the duke's household. she was an illegitimate child and grew up with only her commoner mother as family. it was definitely a learning curve and she had to get used to always being around people in a different way than before.

⚽️ Soccer Ball- Who is someone that your OC believes in and roots for? Are they private about their admiration or do they make it well known?

her older sister! amira looks up to her sister a lot and it shows very much. they're half-siblings and her sister is currently the head of their family (duchess). it's nearly to the point of blind loyalty and it worries her friends (mostly kiki and zen) because she doesn't really get the same energy back.

... so both amira and retsu have sibling issues. oops.

mhm this is actually very common! some alters only front when needed (like if it’s their job or something) or perhaps if they get triggered out. (i should mention not all triggers are bad! like Kyle usually gets close to the front when the body smells cinnamon hehe) but yes typically the host or main fronter willll be out most, while others will front when needed / when they want ^^

absolutely in love with this question anon EEEEE omg!!! you bring up such a good point, and not only that, but WHO is tattooing this teenager illegally, and how did touya meet them??? it raises a red flag for sure, but by the time touya begins getting his sleeves done (around the age of 16), rei already knows he’s been up to something illegal and dangerous for a good while now. those flags began waving when he started handing her wads of cash at the age of 14, to ‘help out with living expenses’—something rei vehemently insisted he did not have to do, and something he viciously ignored.

rei struggles with properly disciplining touya; he’s meticulously private and fantastic at hiding things, even as a teenager, and her word carries absolutely no weight in his mind. she can tell him to stop sneaking out until she’s blue in the face, but it’ll never make a difference; he’s doing what he wants to do, and what he feels is necessary to do, whether she likes it or not.

they get into a few blowout fights in his early teenage years, but it’s hard for rei to truly pin anything on him because aside from the ridiculous amounts of money he’s bringing home for a kid of 14/15, she’s got literally no evidence that he’s doing anything wrong. he swears to the heavens and back that he got a normal part-time job, and he’s so goddamn convincing that for a moment, she’s nearly gaslit herself into believing she made it all up, too paranoid and stressed out after everything that happened with the divorce. he seemingly isn’t missing school—his grades are still stellar, and she’s received no complaints from his teachers. he sneaks out at night, but she’s got no idea how he does it or where the fuck he goes, just that his bed is suddenly empty at the odd hours of the night. his desk drawer is always locked, and his bedroom is so minimalistic that she’s searched it thoroughly three times and come up completely empty-handed. he’s just too smart for her.

SO! when he starts coming home with tattoos, she’s definitely upset, but he makes the case that this is him reclaiming his body after everything that happened to him, and she finds it pretty hard to argue against that. touya knows how to wear his mother down quick, wielding wit, charm, slyness, and her love for him as his weapons, all while convincing himself that he is either in the right or doing it for her benefit.

hello lovely anon !! (ㅅ´ ˘ `) i have been able to get out a few times and enjoy the warmer weather..! the other week i got one of those spiderman popsicles from 7/11 and sat on an old train caboose near my house and it was a very nice moment of existing. things have been tough recently im not gonna lie, but we keep on keeping on. there actually is some media stuff that im pretty excited for !! i'm really looking forward to Thunderbolts, its the first marvel thing ive been genuinely interested in seeing in a while. it's got 3 of my fav characters (bucky, yelena, taskmaster) plus bucky finally has his beautiful long hair back <3333. also (of course) deltarune ch1-4 coming out in june...!!!!! im so excited !! 🌷🌼🌿
