!! they're still up! i locked them all so they're only accessible for archive users due to the recent AI data scrape of ao3 [link to reddit post here]. you'll be able to see them if you're logged in (and if you don't have an account yet, get on that <3)

in general, i recommend creating an account as a lot of people are locking fics because of the same reason.

I love them to bits…. The more you learn of their past together and the more they warm up to each other at canaan house the better….. oughhh. They’re both so so darling it’s hard to pick a favorite. I am quite partial to Harrow though. Little weirdo<3

I also ADORED Dulcinea(OH MY GODDDD) At first I found her charming if a bit dubious but ough. Oh my godddd. The Reveal was fucking awesome are u kidding me. Ans that final battle…… felt like dark souls or some shit. i’m also just a sucker for disabled characters and her having to suffer along for so many years and deep down. Truly honestly wanting to die around those she loved (yes I do think that was the truth!!!) is. Oughhhh. And when harrow/griddle finally killed her she felt satisfied. I’ll cryyyyy. (Also her and Gideon are so neat. To me)

The sixth house also have my heart completely<3 ahhh I love that sort of duo bvery much…. Hopefully cam is ok. (Shakes)

nice segue into talking abt the book as a whole. HI I AM OBSESSED. With the necromancer/cavalier dynamic. How it’s perceived by the general populace vs what it’s actually like vs the intended purpose. Ohhh it’s so fucking good. One Flesh One End indeed. I really love how much the necros and cavs seem to love each other … uaaaaa. Some of these duos have me weeping into the earth. It’s such a sacred bond and I’m obsessed with how the intended purpose almost bastardizes that trust. Like. Holy fuck. Yeah u love ur cav? Trust em with ur life? They trust u with theirs? Good. I never knew Miyabi x Harumasa existed until the previous confessions blog was filled with hate towards it. Personally speaking, I don't like how the hate would point and say "Miyabi's trauma is a reason why this ship is problematic." Cause saying her trauma would keep her from forming a relationship with Harumasa belittles her and ignores how Miyabi used that trauma to motivate her to become a strong hero people can depend on. That trauma isn't something that holds her back, it is what gives her strength to keep pushing forward

Hi ok so Tobias head canon. He’s super nonchalant all the time but the minute he sees a video about cats or dogs getting rehomed (especially if they’re older or haven’t been adopted) he’s a blubbering mess.

Bonus point; Gabin does not cry at these videos, panics when he sees Tobias crying so starts randomly bringing pets home to try and stop the crying

if they get a pet its a pet they get together because tobias doesnt trust himself to take care of a pet on his own still and he’s traveling all over the place and forgets things. but they seem like a cat couple. 🤔

But I did!! It was wonderful!! We hit Yosemite and Sequoia! As a total nut for Red Wood trees I was thriving much more at their then Yosemite. However I did climb the lower half of the Yosemite waterfall. Exhilarating lemme tell ya >;3

I’ll post some photos below, but it was really fun and I actually came back feeling refreshed and my burnout has subsided some!! I actually want to draw again lol

Yosemite had cool rocks, but big trees… ehehehehehehhe

sooo this is the third sequel to crimson blood, and the second short. basiclaly ive got a bunch of shorts planned and then like 2 longer ish ones. so i have planned what this one is but i havent started it, and i just worked on it so HERE is the first 300 words!

“Well now there’s a sight.”

Bradley grinned, unable to stop himself as he turned, staring at Jake who was leaning against the doorframe to the bedroom. He was dressed in a pair of dark gray slacks and a blue button down, unbuttoned at the collar and untucked from his pants. Bradley leaned back, turning and hooking one arm over the back of the couch as he blatantly gave Jake a long once over, cataloging everything he could see to try and track any differences.

“Right back atcha.”

It had been five weeks since he had seen Jake, although they had talked here and there over the phone, little snippets of conversation that Bradley tried to glean any information about but it had been few and far between. Jake was close lipped, and Bradley knew that he only let slip what he wanted to let slip. Which is why Bradley knew Jake had been in Madrid, and then Hong Kong before he bounced into Montreal and down to New Orleans. It had been quiet for the past week, but Bradley would be lying he wasn’t excited to see Jake.

“How long you here for?” Bradley asked when it looked like Jake wasn’t going to pick up the threads of conversation.

Jake shrugged, wandering over to lean against the back of the couch, near Bradley’s arm. “Not long. You look busy though.”

Bradley looked at the various guns he had spread across his coffee table, all in the middle of being cleaned on a rare evening when Bradley actually had a moment of free time and shrugged. “Nothing that can’t wait,” he said, reaching up to wrap a hand around the back of Jake’s neck to tug him closer, pushing up and smirking when Jake let himself get pulled into a kiss.
