Random DP x DC Though #10:
I blame @stealingyourbones for this one, cause I recall seeing a thread at one point about Blue Devil and then this eventually cropped up in my brain.
Blue Devil & Constantine just not having a good time of dealing with some green magic schmuck that decided to interrupts Daniel's day when he was with Constantine.
Needing a bit more oomph to deal with things, Constantine sets up a quick summoning circle intended to use a focus to bring something in to help deal with them (ideally without going overkill and causing more destruction). He even had his own focus for summoning something at the ready.
Which is just his luck when the bastard knocks that away and the spell pulls in... some green baton?
"Behold! I am Technus! Thank you for freeing me into this world once more dirty trench coat man!" "First of all, git. Second of all, just do your bloody job and get rid of this tosser."
So Technus does, by possessing the closest and most powerful tech he can see. Which just so happens to be one Blue Devil exoskeleton.
One fight later and the two unhappy body-time-share occupants are informed by Constantine that Technus is a bit stuck onto Daniel.
Daniel being fused with his suit means he's overshadowed in a sense, with the ability to wrest control from Technus when he wants.
Technus possessing the suit however means that undoing the summoning and sending him back could have some unfortunate side effects on Daniel's long term health. (RE: People usually don't do well when the outer layers of their body go poof)
So yeah. Constantine will look into it. And whatever the green attack dog that went after them was. Surely it can't worse right?
"HEY! That baton belongs to me, thank you very much."
"I'll have you know-" Gasp.
"Oh my gosh- are you Daniel Cassidy?"
Right. Random blonde civilian now. Why not.
- - - - -
In which Blue Devil, Constantine, and one Star from Amity Park in the midwest are forced into a paranormal investigation involving the company Star works at.
Blue Devil and Technus are forced to try and figure out how to cooperate on things.
And despite their efforts to dissuade her, Star refuses to give up a chance to hang out with her secret movie favorite.
Just randomly making it up that Star knew of the movies Daniel Cassidy worked on and had a secret love for the effects and stunts so she was actually a huge fan.
Also that she just never actually gave back the anti-ghost weapon the kids were given in Pirate Radio. Cause why not keep an anti-ghost weapon when living Amity Part? Plus it works just as fine for beating off creeps in everyday life.
Hoping that my brief wiki-skimming means I haven't overlooked anything too huge but feel free to make corrections or such.

But at the Same time all those bullshit disroupting idea, Plots that go no where is Exactly Why The Phandom thrive so hard and able to improved it emmensely As each Fanartist and Fiction Writer are able take one of those idea from the jumble mess and Fully Fleshed it out. To me Danny Phantom (2004) is alway the golden age comic foundation equivalent of the Phandom, a mess but beloved mess . and the Phandom in all it Glory is the Bronze, The Silver, the Resonace and the Mutiversal age. The Coral that Grow on it foundation stone
idk the more you watch DP the more you realize there is absolutely no Plots
Vlad was obviously make to be one off charater that ended up doing too much stuff that his charater wasn't supposed to do. There is no fore shadow , it just bullshit made up on the way to maintain shock elements

An anonymous asker requested a fic where Danny was eaten and reborn. Hope you enjoy. :3
.
In the Infinite Realms, the closest thing to death was rebirth. There were, after all, very few things that could die twice, and they could not die permanently.
That being said, there were many ways to be reborn. By forgetting one's past, like those who drank from the Lethe. By being exalted into something higher. By being reduced to something lesser. By changing, as the butterfly in its cocoon, or a larva fed on honey. By the force of one's own awakening power, or by the manipulations of another. By curses. By blessings. By incautious wishes. By consumption.
In the Far Frozen, there was a great dragon. An ice wyrm. It sported elegant horns, proud antlers, a flowing mane, and sharp teeth. Ice like diamonds gleamed from its hide, nestled within fur and feathers both. Its wings and legs were small, compared to its great length, but it had many of them, all of them tipped with talons of ice. It brought clouds and snow in its wake, and, when it was angry, blizzards and thundersnow.
Some stories claimed that it could, if it chose, take the form of a noble-featured man or woman, and speak on things like science and poetry with the ease of one who had studied those disciplines for lifetimes. Others framed the dragon as a monstrosity, a violent beast made for destruction. Still others had it as a simple force of nature, born of the Realms.
Every one hundred years, the fiercest warriors of the Far Frozen would hunt it - an endeavor that might last years in and of itself - carve its meat from its bones, mount the antlers, and feast. Then, they would place those bones on a frozen river and bury them in snow, so that it would reform, gathering that snow and ice and turning it into flesh.
That hunt would begin soon. The dragon had been spotted, and each of its antlers had the requisite one hundred points.
Danny, flying to the Far Frozen because he'd caught a cold that was messing with his powers, knew none of this. Most of the time, he got over colds within a day or so, if he caught anything at all. He was worried that this was some kind of ghost sickness.
But he wasn't thinking about that right now, even as he passed over the floating icebergs that made up the Far Frozen's borders, because he had more immediate problems.
"Whelp!" shouted Skulker from somewhere behind him.
"Ghost boy!" trilled Technus, from not much further behind that.
They'd started chasing him about half an hour ago, and they were persistent. Whenever he thought he'd lost them, they'd found him again within minutes. One of them must have picked up a reliable tracking tool, because they weren't this competent on their own, usually.
Well, Technus might have been. That ghost knew how to think out of the box.
Danny could probably beat them, even with them working together, but he didn’t want to fight. He wasn't in Amity Park, where he had to if he didn't want the city in ruins, and with his powers acting up--
A missile streaked by him and he banked, knowing that wasn't a miss. Sure enough, it exploded ahead of him, knocking him out of the sky and into an iceberg.
"Ha! Soon, I will have your pelt at the foot of my bed!"
"And my plans for WORLD DOMINATION will be unopposed!"
"Oh my God," said Danny, shoving them both back with a wave of snow. "Just because I'm not there downstairs mean people will just let you take over the world! It's like all the times you've attacked me in social studies means nothing to you!"
A net dropped on Danny. Then, it shocked him.
"How do you like my new drone--"
It was like a dam breaking. Danny's control was already frayed thin, and he was always weak against electricity. He screamed, and that scream turned into a frost-touched wail, ice growing into huge crystals around him. He didn't stop wailing so much as he ran out of energy, dropping to the ground, his vision wavering and his transformation rings flickering around him.
No. No, no, no. If he lost consciousness and his transformation both, he'd... Well, he didn't know if he'd freeze to death, but he didn't want to test it. He forced the transformation rings away and his ghost form seemed to... settle, somehow. He slid down to rest among the bases of the enormous ice crystals he'd made and closed his eyes. He'd worry about that... later.
Danny regained consciousness to the feeling of something - someone? - shaking him. No, someone rolling him over. And rolling him over again. He grumbled, not sure why Jazz was so insistent he wake up and less sure why his bed suddenly felt like the floor of a meat locker.
Something cold caught on the collar of his suit, and then there was a ripping sound. Danny flailed himself awake, losing most of the upper half of his suit to the dragon's claws. Then, he froze, trying to process what he was seeing.
That. That was a dragon. A huge dragon.
Unlike what many of Danny's enemies thought, he wasn't an idiot and he knew when to run from a fight he couldn't win. He made the snap decision to turn human and phase through the iceberg so he could get away.
But, when he called for them, his transformation rings didn't come.
Danny's transformation required power. Energy. Usually, when he approached the lower threshold of that energy, his body would flip him back to the lower energy state of 'human.' But he'd resisted that instinctual, automatic flip, this time. If he were not in the Ghost Zone, he would likely be having trouble staying both visible and solid.
He didn't know that, of course. This situation had only been made possible by a combination of poor sleep, illness, his growing ice powers, and incredibly poor luck.
When the dragon resumed its attempt to peel him with its claws, Danny decided to go with plan B: scream for help. However, he only managed a pitiful rasp. He'd wailed too long and too hard and, well, he was sick. Losing one's voice wasn't exactly an unusual symptom of a cold.
Plan C was fight, but that went about as well as Danny had thought it would. That was to say, it didn't. But he had to do something, and he wasn't going to just let the dragon eat him, which had to be what was going on here, right?
It pinned him down and dragged off the rest off what remained of his suit by the boots. Then, it immediately went to work on Danny's t-shirt, pants, and underthings, which were made of far less sturdy material and shredded easily.
Even for a cold core ghost, being naked in the snow like this wasn't pleasant. It was less pleasant when the dragon started licking him. Danny wriggled and squirmed, anything to get out from under the dragon's claws and away from its tongue, but it was through and careful, seeming to want to get every single part of him.
The tongue was wider than Danny was tall and covered with large, knobbly bumps that slid across Danny's skin like ice. It was wet. It dripped with thick, clinging saliva that smelled faintly floral. It stuck to Danny, making his skin feel slimy and tingly everywhere it touched, like some of his parents' more gooey weapons. Whatever it was, it wasn't made mostly of water.
Then, when Danny was completely covered from head to toe, the dragon let go and breathed on him.
The saliva on Danny's skin froze instantly into a hard, clear layer. His cold core - still developing and often forced to be in much warmer environments than it liked - thrilled at the effect, much to Danny's general discomfort and displeasure.
The dragon flipped Danny over and breathed again, making sure that side of him was also frozen. Then, it started licking him again. All over.
Only once three layers of saliva-ice had been deposited did the dragon open its lips wide and close them around Danny.
The dragon was large enough to hold Danny in its mouth easily, trapped between soft tongue and rigid roof. It turned him over several times, and Danny could feel the ice around him continue to build. The tongue licked and touched and almost played with him. And then, it swallowed, pressing him back into the dragon's throat.
So. Danny had been swallowed before. Not when he was also immobilized and so weak, but it had happened. Most ghosts that tried to eat him, he had found, were not actually designed to eat things. Not in the way that living things ate things. Their throats and 'stomachs' were little more than voids, with little structure.
The fact that this wasn't like that, that the dragon's throat was seemingly made of strong, constricting muscle that pushed him down with rippling squeezes was... concerning. The ripples were slow, but steady, and the pressure of each of them was immense. Danny could feel it through the ice.
It was... not soothing, exactly. Being eaten wasn't soothing. But it was sort of like being hugged by something very large, and being held still... being worn from being sick... being in the dark... It was a regular motion, and one that conspired with the temperature to be very physically comfortable.
(If his cold was caused by something like being too hot, Danny was going to throw a fit.)
And then, with little warning, Danny was extruded into a larger pocket of flesh. He dropped a few feet, then hit something liquid and glowing. He sank down into it and floated for a few minutes.
Then, the folds of flesh around him - the dragon's stomach? - contracted and the liquid began to drain.
Once it was empty, the temperature in the dragon's stomach warmed just enough for the layer of ice on Danny's skin to start to slough off... And to take with it a layer of Danny's skin.
In ghost form, Danny was just as plastic as any other ghost, and his skin reformed quickly over his ectoplasmic muscle. It prickled.
But, now that he wasn't frozen solid, Danny was in a position to actually try to escape. He tried to call energy to his hands, but his powers still weren't responding. He tried to kick and punch his way into at least giving the dragon indigestion, but the walls of the stomach absorbed all the attacks. Then he tried to scratch and bite, but the skin was too tough. Before he could try a different method of attack, the walls of the stomach contracted again, forcing him into a fetal position.
And the stomach started to fill up with liquid again.
Now that he was no longer encased in ice, Danny could tell that the liquid was thick, viscous, blue, and far, far below the freezing temperature of water. It made his new skin feel fragile, delicate, almost... crispy. It was freezing, he realized, it, and the layer of muscle immediately under it, trapping him in this position even as the liquid rose and the stomach relaxed and cooled, freezing a thicker layer around him.
Then, the liquid drained away and the stomach contracted again. And Danny lost another layer of ectoplasm, his body morphing to accommodate the loss. This time, he could also detect a pervasive, low-pitched, vibrating hum all around him. The dragon's core, maybe? Even as Danny started to struggle again, the liquid returned and the stomach relaxed.
And it happened again. And again. And again. Each time, Danny lost more of his substance and his struggles became weaker and weaker, until they stopped entirely, his resistance exhausted. He was still half-human, and he needed sleep more than most other ghosts, but even without that, continually reforming himself so that he wasn't just raw meat was tiring, and the hum of the dragon's core had taken on a distinctly hypnotic cadence.
Danny's body's automatic repairs started to grow... lazier, for lack of a better word. Sloppier. Details were left out. Shapes were smoothed over and made simpler.
And then, just when Danny was starting to nod off, the stomach spasmed and pushed Danny - and the stomach liquid he was marinating in - off into a separate, spherical chamber. It was small enough that even Danny's much reduced form felt cramped.
There was a tickle, near his abdomen, and Danny blearily looked down, through the distortion of the liquid, to see a spiderweb-thin line connecting his navel to the outside of the sphere. As he watched, it grew thicker and thicker, and he could feel his remaining strength flowing out of him along its length.
He should break it.
He couldn't make himself move.
He closed his eyes. So. He'd really been eaten. Successfully. This was, he thought, a really annoying way to go.
.
"Hold," said Frostbite, raising his hand. The dragon was nestled in a hollow in the ice far below them, curled in on itself over and over. It seemed to be sleeping, making this the ideal time to attack. Yet, there was something off. Something different from the usual hunt, from the many times Frostbite had seen the dragon before. Then, he spotted it. "We must stop the hunt."
"But Chief--!" protested Sleetfall, the youngest of the tribe's hunters.
"Hush," said Snowdrift. "Listen."
"Look," said Frostbite. "Do you see what it holds between its foreclaws?"
"Ah," said Snowdrift. "Yes. I see."
"What?" asked Sleetfall. "All I see is a ball of ice."
"Ah, you were not yet an adult when this last happened," said Frostbite. Even though Sleetfall was both young and eager, it had been long enough since they come of age that sometimes Frostbite forgot. "It is not a ball of ice. Or, it not only a ball of ice. That is an egg. Someone has been eaten and waits to be reborn within. We must respect the great dragon's role in their rebirth."
He could see in Sleetfall's eyes. They did not want to stop the hunt, the first with such storied prey. But the youth's shoulders slumped and they nodded. "But, Chief, who even would it have eaten? None of the tribe have been missing."
"I have my thoughts," said Frostbite. There were very few visitors to the Far Frozen. "But, come, do not be so grim. A dragon child is cause enough for celebration, even if they do not join the tribe." He patted Sleetfall on the back. "Think about what you could teach them."
Sleetfall brightened. It was well enough. Even if it was Phantom in that egg, he would have much to learn and much to relearn. A rebirth was, after all, still a birth.

all the terrible terrible things that happened in DP but got glossed over because it's a cartoon show (aka the source of all the phandom's horror inspirations)
Dissection (mentioned several times. attempted by Maddie Masters although it was more of a threaten for answers kind of thing. also attempted by Vlad to determine why Dani lasted longer than other clones)
Brainwash (Plantwash by Undergrowth via invasive plant tentacles, Musicwash by Ember's music)
Possession (out of context of cartoon shows, if someone loses autonomy to an unknown someone else controlling their body, this would be terrifying. this happened on massive scale in this cartoon show several times and more frequently on smaller scale) (Freakshow's red orb staff fits here more than in the Brainwash section)
Spectra's quest for immortal youth (because this is a kid's show, instead of bathing in virgin's blood for immortal youth like Bathory, Spectra made do with binging on teenagers' emotions. depression isn't a joke but Spectra hands it out like candy)
Can it be gore if there's no red? all the ghosts that were implied to have been caught by the Fentons, the GIW, and Vlad for the purpose of experimentation to develop their ectoequipments (bonus: the melted Danny clones that were implied sentient and aware)
Dehumanization (all the ghost hunters did this to validate their actions. Vlad where did you draw your mental line between the melted Danny clones and the prime clone?)
the Mutant Food (the Fentons are lucky that those things haven't gained enough intelligence to take over their weapon stash yet. re: crab with a knife)
Cannibalism?? (this one is debatable since all the materials in ghost zone are made out of ectoplasm, are all ghosts the same species? where's the line drawn at?)
OSHA violations (let's see.. resulted in the creation of Vlad Plasmius, Danny Phantom, mutant food. possibly an on-going process of creating a haunted FentonWorks except Danny is already haunting FW.) (also ectoplasm glows. is it radioactive? highly mutagenic- see: mutant food. the Fentons claims their ectoweapons are safe but they're wearing hazmats, the people they sometimes accidentally shoot ectoplasmic goo at don't have hazmat protective suits) (do they have proper disposal protocols? or are they polluting Amity Park with highly mutagenic and likely radioactive ectoplasm?)
Technus' world domination (why wait for AI domination like skynet and the matrix when we have Technus)- this one is underutilized plot but Technus can become a high level threat without proper counter (reminder: he had access to nuclear weapons for a hot minute)
the Plasmius-Phantom merge into Dan/Dark Danny/Dark Phantom (they just merged grieving kid's soul with the soul of an old man obsessed with the kid's mom, is it any wonder that they didn't come out sane?)
Danny's repeated deaths (death by portal zap count: 2)
the time GIW tried to nuke Ghost Zone (and consequently, the Reality out of sheer ignorance)
The reblog with Vlad's list of crimes here

No, but you don't understand, Technus is so fucking funny, and without even trying. Like, imagine telling somebody about his whole deal, it'd be a trainwreck lmao.
"So there's this ghost who can control all kinds of technology."
"Okay."
"He looks like an off brand cosplay of Nikola Tesla and can and will villain monologue you to death."
"Yeah, okay, continue."
"One of his plans of world domination was fully dependant on making his favourite enemies-to-lovers ship canon."
"I'm sorry, what."
The most outrageous thing, tho! The thing that drives me up the wall!! Is that his convoluted plans work like clockwork!!! If Sam wasn't an MVP that she is, then Technus' plan to take over the internet by playing a fucking videogame would have been successful. Combining Technus' technology and Skulker's mastery with weapons was a real pro gamer move, and they did almost beat Danny's ass in under 5 minutes. His plan to distract both Danny and Valerie by matchmaking them was stupid as fuck and yet it fucking worked!! How the fuck did it work.
His downfalls are literally 1) his arrogance, and 2) simple dumb bad luck. The reason why he and Skulker failed was because they both were pretentious fucks and were too prideful to cooperate with each other properly despite literally sharing a body. And if Danny and Valerie were a little less afraid of the other getting hurt, he'd have succeeded there, like, for real-real.
His failings more often than not are really just unlucky coincidencies. What a loser lmao.

Actual Scientists Jack & Maddie AU Part 4
Part 1 & 2
Part 3
Explaining The Papers (™) to Frostbite takes a While (also ™).
Though with no more imminent threat of “Vlad maybe finding out he’s the ghost king and becoming Insufferable (also also ™) about it” Danny was feeling a lot less stressed - Sam and Tucker, too, if the fact that they were actually drinking their tea now instead of just barely sipping at it was any indication - or they could’ve only just cooled enough to actually drink, the FF did tend to overestimate the level of heat they could tolerate just a tad.
Not to say that he wasn’t still stressed, given the whole “the Justice League is trying to summon ME” thing. But like. They were reaching out hoping for peace, not hoping to skin/dissect/exterminate him.
Plus they don’t know how to summon him; he figures he has time. Hopefully enough to get Frostbite’s advice.
And mostly to cool his own nerves, because now that he knows they did try to help and are helping the Justice League is Cool again! And they want to meet him!
Well, they want to meet the ghost king, but they already watched him! They thought he was a capable hero!
Danny isn’t really used to getting positive feedback, so being called “good hands” by Superman - Superman! The hero! The Alien hero! (well, one of them. Martian Manhunter is also amazing but he hasn’t complimented Danny in person yet so he doesn’t have any expectations for Danny to live up to. Maybe. Hypothetically).
The JL is so cool and they think he’s cool! Or at least capable! Except now he has to impress them not just as a hero but as a king?
Yeah.
Suffice to say, Danny is now a little nervous.
(And also maybe redirecting his nerves intentionally to be about the JL so he doesn’t have to breathe into a bag about being probably the only thing between the Zone and eventual total dimensional collapse because Frostbite was very ‘this is normal and okay’ about it but it’s eventual total dimensional collapse [ALL OF THEM] and it is Danny’s problem. But no, he’s just nervous about meeting the JL. Totally.)
Reciting pretty much his whole life story - well, the basics of his parents’ work and then pretty much everything from the portal onward - gives him time to untense, and honestly, getting it all out to a mostly uninvolved third party - one he likes and trusts - really is a weight off his shoulders.
He’ll never tell Jazz; the amount of I-told-you-so-energy she’d leech into the air would be unbearable.
Sam and Tucker tag in here and there too, and mostly take over when they get to the part where the GIW bought Fenton Works for a short while to try and destroy the zone. Danny winces at the memory of his behavior back then.
The explanation runs for longer than it could have, given the aside they make when they get to his parents’ theories.
Frostbite is quick to confirm the combat-as-a-positive-social-behavior thing, and it turns out Sam is right about how to tell the difference.
Of course, Danny thinks they were all trying to kill him the rest of the way, but then that’s not a concern most ghosts have, so Frostbite offers his own perspective.
Skulker wants to hang his pelt on a wall: clearly unfriendly.
Technus is just having fun - enjoying playing with new technology in the living realm and throwing Danny around/being thrown around. He’s a friend. The whole world domination idea isn’t malicious as far as he’s concerned, because damage to the living realm doesn’t mean much to ghosts. What do they care about the living? What is the value of a single world as collateral when weighed against the games of ghosts?
If Danny wants him to stop that, Frostbite tells him, he can just propose a new game.
Ember genuinely just wanted a powerboost from the Earth that first time, but her returns since are a gesture of friendship.
Spectra definitely hates him though. Which is good. He wouldn’t know how to feel if Frostbite had said that that whole mess was an attempt at friendship.
As for the thing with his parents, Frostbite compares it to winning a tournament only to find out the other participants lost intentionally. You haven’t really won a competition if the competitors were not competing.
Like going in for a handshake only to get a “too slow” - even more insulting if it’s the first “too slow” you’ve ever gotten - Tucker suggests.
Or like asking a parent to a hug and only getting a wave. Not even a high-five.
They each go through another three cups of tea before the story winds down, Frostbite doing adding little more than the occasional nod or noise of acknowledgement - barring the social combat explanation, of course.
It’s nice, Danny thinks, to have an adult that actually listens. Even if said adult is a dead yeti.
“You have given me much to think on Great One, Friends Sam and Tucker,” he says after the three of them finally run out of words, giving each of them a nod. “And soon, we shall have much more to discuss. First, however, it seems that I have a meeting to call. And you have living needs that require attending to yet. Eat, rest, and, if you would, return here… let’s say the day after tomorrow? Then we can begin to discuss the…issues. At hand.”
Back in the Specter Speeder, Tucker wonders aloud if “call a meeting” is code for yelling at the Observants.
Then he looks at his PDA and realizes how late it’s gotten - namely, past all of their curfews - and they promptly turn the conversation to getting their story straight (and three backups because they’re all feeling paranoid with how high-stakes everything suddenly became. Not that the occasional ghost looking to wreck earth wasn't already high-stakes, but the whole political aspect made it feel... different).
***
Danny is thankful it’s summer vacation at the moment, because the next morning is a Monday.
He doesn’t know how he’d manage school with his mind miles away wondering about things like “how to king” and “how to maintain the fabric of reality” and other totally normal, non-stressful topics.
Just normal high schooler things.
His parents are gone before he’s even up, leaving a note for him and Jazz on the kitchen table.
They eat a quiet breakfast together.
The whole house is quiet. It’s unnatural, he thinks, and the small frown on Jazz’ face tells him she feels the same.
They normally enjoy the brief lulls of quiet that their parents leave behind, but this is perhaps the first time they’ve ever missed breakfast - well, the first time they haven’t been in the house during breakfast at least. A welding torch, clanging metal, clinking glass, minor explosions, and excited shouting is the usual background noise of their morning meal - whether from the basement door or at the table itself.
This time, the silence is disquieting.
Even more so since it means that Danny could, at any time, be teleported somewhere. He really should have asked Frostbite about how that works before they left - they’d already missed curfew anyway.
After they’ve both finished eating, he takes the opportunity to fill Jazz in on the whole… everything.
She is, to put it lightly, Not Impressed.
“-s bad enough they let you fight Pariah Dark in the first place! You should never have been in that position! I know that you’re a capable fighter Danny, but you’re fourteen-”
“I’m almost fifteen,” he grumbles.
“You’re not yet fifteen,” she says, glaring into the distance, expression practically snarling. Danny thinks she might be imagining strangling an Observant, based on the… choice words she’d had for them earlier. “And they want you to be a king!”
Tucker chooses that moment to arrive, walking right into the path of where Jazz is glaring and freezing until Sam shoves him out of her way to close the door and drag him into the kitchen.
“Who spat in your cereal?” she asks, moving to sit and kicking the fourth chair out for Tucker.
“Whoever or whatever is responsible for deciding that a fourteen year old child should be king when there are no doubt numerous thousand-plus year old candidates who don’t have human lives they still need to attend to!” She bellows, throwing her hands up in frustration.
The trio exchange a glance while she takes a few calming breaths.
Danny kind of wants to point out that he isn’t a child, he’s a teenager. And she’s barely older than him.
But he does have some sense of self-preservation, even if there’s only so much self left to preserve. Heh.
Then she gasps.
“Danny! You’re still half alive!”
“Er, yes?”
“Maybe that’s why the Watching Wraiths didn’t say anything! Maybe you can’t be the Ghost King if you’re still partly alive!”
“But Frostbite said-” Tucker starts, only to be cut off by Jazz.
“Frostbite could be wrong.” She sniffs. “And even if he isn’t you there are millenia before it becomes a problem. The Zone can wait for you to graduate high school before it goes demanding things of you. Or longer.”
The words are decisive.
Still….
“The Justice League-”
“Can cope. They’ll be a little paranoid about retaliation, but a little paranoia won’t kill them. And maybe letting them stew a bit will teach them to be more active about taking down genocidal organizations before they hurt so many people.”
“That’s a great idea,” Sam says, tone saying the opposite, “except the part where they’re actively working on figuring out how to summon the ghost king - who is Danny - and are probably also going to try and make contact with Phantom at some point - who is also Danny.”
Jazz frowns.
“Well. You don’t have to be a king to talk to the Justice League. Just tell them you’re still too young - which is true - or that the coronation is going to take a long time to plan - which, according to Frostbite, would be a reasonable claim. And also true since you will not be taking the throne until you are at least 18 if the Fenton Peeler and I have anything to say about it.”
“Uh. I don’t know if the Peeler is the best idea. With your…aim.” Tucker cringes, shrinking back in his seat when her unhappy frown snaps to him.
Then she looks thoughtful.
“You know what. I’ll just use a specter deflector. You mentioned before how humans are ghosts in the ghosts zone; see if they still feel like making a child a king when they’ve got an unstrikable target punching their lights out about it.”
“Please don’t antagonize a bunch of ghosts who could try and attack you while you're sleeping,” Danny pleads.
“It’s bad enough that all this has impacted your sleep and grades and attendance records so much; I’m not going to let a bunch of ghost nobles - or whatever they’re called - mess things up for you even more. If they don’t like my proposals they can un-friendly fight me about it, and if you’re worried about retribution I can turn on the house defenses in my room when I sleep. But I am not letting this go.”
She stands.
“Since he didn’t give you a time, we’ll leave to visit Frostbite after breakfast tomorrow-”
“We?” the trio ask hesitantly.
“Of course. But for now, there’s something else we need to do, little brother.”
That said, she turns and heads for the basement.
Danny and Tucker blink at the abrupt departure, while Sam just frowns thoughtfully.
The three exchange one more meaningful glance, before sharing a shrug and moving to follow her.
They arrive in the basement to Fenton Fighting Ring rising out of the floor.
“Uh, Jazz?” Danny tries.
“We’re going to fight!”
In stark contrast to both her words and her furious demeanor upstairs, her tone and expression are bright and eager.
“Um. That’s. Nice, but you know that’s a ghost thing, right?” he offers hesitantly.
“I mean, I still fight with Dora,” Sam adds, the traitor.
“Thank you Sam,” Jazz starts. “But even without that example; you are part ghost, brother mine. That means fighting loved ones is a you thing. I love you, so of course I’m going to fight you.”
“Mom and Dad theorized - and Frostbite confirmed - that the fighting is a social behavior. Many social behaviors are also needs. Members of social species that are not allowed to socialize become stressed and their health worsens. Humans who don’t communicate with other humans for too long experience negative side effects, too little physical contact can lead to depressed mood and so forth,” she monologues as she moves into the ring.
“As you’re still half human, neglecting the social needs of your ghost half could negatively impact your wellbeing. Also. I’m your sister and I love you. If I could never hug you I’d be bummed. This is like the ghost equivalent of that. So. Square up, little brother.”
Danny is kind of touched, actually.
Still.
“...Don’t you at least want an anti-creep stick?” he asks, gesturing at her general lack of ghost gear as he slips intangibly through the ropes around the ring.
“Nope!” She says cheerfully. “For this match we’ll be doing no powers and no weapons - just basic human strength and skill. We can try other kinds of fights later.”
Danny pales.
“No way! You’re a 4th degree black belt!”
“9th!” she corrects, still cheerfully - and she clearly means well, but for Danny that smile is beginning to look like an omen of ill fortune.
“That’s even worse!” he cries. “I’m only a blue belt! Barely!”
“I ~told~ you you should’ve stuck with mom’s training,” she sing-songs teasingly.
He cringes, but takes a stance.
“Now let's see how much you remember.”
That’s the only warning he gets before she’s in his face.
His strength, speed, stamina, endurance, and durability are all completely back to baseline in human form unless he actively uses his flight to compensate, but one thing he notes as the fight draws on is that his reaction speed is still the same.
Even so, it’s painfully obvious just how beyond him she is in terms of skill.
Without any powers to fall back on, Jazz runs circles around him like it’s nothing.
His reaction speed means that he sees everything she’s doing and that he has time to bring his arms up, but he keeps lagging trying to recall forms and getting shoved around for it, the defenses he manages too poor to be of any use.
Other times he lags because he’s suppressing instinctual power usage.
And multiple times he accidentally, instinctively abandons proper stance all together, habitually falling into the stance of his usual “feral racoon” style of fighting - as Jazz had one called it - which isn’t much of a stance at all in a fight with no powers. Especially given how it's not made for someone fighting on the ground. She takes brutal advantage of every opening.
He’s on the back foot from the first second of the fight, and it’s obvious that it only lasted for longer than one because Jazz allowed it to, testing him.
It’s frustrating that he’s doing so poorly - he knows he’s doing poorly - but despite that, he really is having fun.
It reminds him of the training spars at the Far Frozen - restrained skill set, fight with defined boundaries and win conditions-
Aaaaand evidently he let his mind wander too much.
And Jazz noticed.
And flipped him.
He’s thoroughly pinned in short order and he cannot for the life of him remember how to escape the hold short of cheating with intangibility.
“Uncle,” he calls.
Jazz pulls him to his feet and ruffles his hair.
He squawks indignantly, but she just chuckles.
"Good fight little brother," she calls as she slips between the ropes out of the ring.
"Our hero," Sam drawls as he follows.
Danny just pouts.
"That was just sad, man," Tucker ribs. "And I thought your early ghost fights were bad."
"I'd like to you do better against the 9th degree blackbelt," he grumbles.
"Don't fret, little brother. You'll improve with time," Jazz says as she rejoins them. "Though we'll have to do refreshers of all the previous levels first, given the amount of skill degradation I just saw. But with regular practice you'll back to your previous level and more in no time!"
"Uh. Refreshers?"
"Of course!"
"That seems a bit overkill just for sparring. Couldn't you just...wear a specter deflector or something? Then I can just not use karate."
Jazz, for the first time in a long time, levels him with a very serious look.
"You said that the reason Frostbite can't be the king instead is because he can't beat you in an all out fight. You told me the alternative."
She grabs him by the shoulders and stares into his eyes.
"Danny, Vlad already made a way to shut you away from your ghost powers. Frostbite may be unwilling to end you, and I don't think Vlad would. But you and I both know there are ghosts out there who would destroy you in a heartbeat for that power. And if Vlad has that kind of device, someone else could get one too. Ecto-weapons can give you a leg up if you get sealed away from your ghost powers, but you'll also need the skill to use them successfuly."
She lets go and steps back, tilting her head thoughtfully.
"Even with the ghost powers it's probably a good idea; the crown and ring might power you up but so did the exoskeleton. Clearly they aren’t the only power-ups out there so you can’t rely on strength alone. Skill could be the determining factor one day. And you already said you had fun," she smiles. "Come on little brother, give in to the karate side."
He grimaces.
"Didn't you say you were gonna make the royalty thing a non-issue for like three more years at least," he whines, slumping dramatically.
She raises a brow.
"A blackbelt isn't made in a day."
"Ugh, fine."
He's actually looking forward to it, but Jazz doesn't need to know that. He's duty-bound as a brother to be as annoyingly contrary about sibling bonding as possible, after all.
When Sam asks if they'll teach her and Tucker as well, Jazz is all too happy to include them - best not to have only one sparring partner, avoid forming bad habits and all that.
Both girls dutifully ignore Tucker's protests while they hash out a schedule. Danny pats his shoulder consolingly.

Dannymay 2025, meowing in ghost
Horror (AO3)
He has to hide. He has to hide! HE HAS TO HIDE!
Technus was scared. He didn't imagine that coming to the living world today to try another plan for world domination would make him face such horror.
The ghost had everything ready to face the guardian cat of the day. He knew Phantom used varied forms but he didn't expect the thing that appeared and crushed his technological armor so easily.
The sight of that cat was so terrifying that Technus decided to run away and hide. He was too scared to face against that specific cat.
The technological ghost found a dark corner in an unused warehouse and hid inside an old computer, praying that the cat wouldn't find him.
“Meeeoooowww” but his prayers were unanswered as the cat found him in no time.
Technus used the computer camera to peek at his surroundings and there he saw it. The black mass of fur creeping on the entrance, the shadows dripping from the cat as if it was blood, and then he saw the face or what could pass as one. The cat did not have a face. It was just a conglomeration of fangs ready to tear apart everything in front of it, like Technus’ armor.
Then the cat made the most horrifying sound.
“Hiiiiyyyiiiissssss” the fangs on its face shook and clashed against each other, making a sound resembling a rattlesnake. The high pitched hiss did not help to subdue the horror of hearing that sound.
“Aaaaahhhh!” Technus did not scream like a girl. No matter what Phantom says, he didn't.
The ghost tried to fly away but a blue beam stopped him and sucked him into the ghost container. Once inside Technus sighed in relief. Inside of the thermos he was safe from the horrifying cat.

I know it is probably ¨animated show logic¨ but why a lot of ghosts have like ¨world domination¨ as their main goal in the series?
It would make sense for them to cause chaos but not world domination. Technus is one that comes to mind, he feels more like the guy who would try hacking the last electronic device or get his hands in powerful machinery, not trying to conquer the world.

The Syndicate: MRU Edition
I said the Nicktoons games are canon to the MRU version of Fairly Oddparents and I meant it. And, given that Timmy now has powerful new allies and an entirely new type of multiverse lies before them, Crocker proposes to the rest of the Syndicate that they recruit some villains from these new worlds, as well as bring some villains from their own universes and the Nickverse into the fold.
The O.G.s
Professor Finbarr Calamitous
Vlad Masters/Plasmius
Denzel Q. Crocker
Sheldon Plankton
Karen Plankton
Beautiful Gorgeous
Tlaloc the Shaman
Nicolai Technus
Dib Membrane
Nicktoons Villains
Jimmy Neutron
King Goobot (+ Yolkians in general)
The Junkman
Eustace Strych
Grandma Taters
Baby Eddy Neutron
Dorkus Aurelius (I know he's from Planet Sheen it's in the same universe leave me alone)
Fairly Oddparents
Dark Laser
Foop (+Anti-Cosmo and Anti-Wanda when they find out)
Vicky (sort of)
The Nega Chin
Danny Phantom (note: all of these are on a scheme-by-scheme Basis, as Vlad and Technus are not on good enough terms with other ghosts to do long-term team-ups)
Skulker the Hunter
Ember McLain
Johny 13, Kitty, & Shadow
Warden Walker
Desiree
Penelope Spectra & Bertrand
Fright Knight
Spongebob Squarepants
Probably a few of Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy's many, many archenemies.
Other Nick Shows
Queen Vexus (+Cluster Loyalists) (My Life as a Teenage Robot)
Kilgore (MLaaTR)
...there should probably be some El Tigre villains on here but honestly I don't know enough about the show to know who would work with these guys
Doctor Blowhole (Penguins of Madagascar)
Hypno-Potamus & Warren Stone (Rise of the TMNT)
Skrawl (ChalkZone)
Verminious Snaptrap (+D.O.O.M.) (T.U.F.F. Puppy)
Swiper (Dora the Explorer) (This is a meme-fueled multiverse he totally counts)
Tak and Zim don't get any new villains because Tak doesn't have any other villains worth a damn and all of Zim's enemies are either also Dib's enemies or have never met him but probably would be his enemies if they did.
MRU Multiverse
Master Kohga The local version, not the one that's currently Director K.
Ganon The version from the 80's cartoon, since he's both Not Currently Dead and has the right personality to work with these weirdos.
Vaati
Chancellor Cole That one leprechaun-looking dude from Spirit Tracks.
Tingle We don't know why he's here. He shouldn't be here. We don't want him here. Here he is anyway.
Lady Maud From Triforce Heroes.
Professor Incisor The mad scientist who created the Hamtors in an attempt to make his own personal army to take over the world with. Instead, Doc led an uprising, and the two are now rivals in World Domination.
Queen Lokoko Of course she'd be here.
...Janitor of Heart doesn't have any reoccurring villains yet apart from The Stain, and that's really more of a corruptive mystical force than an actual sentient being. The Syndicate could probably acquire a sample and study it to see if they can harness its power but that's about it.

Astrotech Dragon Au thoughts compiled
I have apparently made a whole ass au now so here’s a compilation of it since I can’t think of a new flavor of Prisoner’s of Love yet
Parental Bonding: Danny uses his powers like he has a brain and Sam goes on an adventure with Dora while Danny and Tucker explore the world of actually going on a date. Sam winds up with Aragon’s amulet. (Maybe she has to attune with it or something to be able to control it and when it harmonizes with her, it turns her into a smaller dragon which must grow in power)
One of a Kind: Skulker is given the appropriate amount of fear reaction in at least commentary, and Jazz’s interview stunt gets word out about Fentonworks’ technological wonders via the magazine.
Splitting Images: Danny befriends Sidney Poindexter and they prank Dash deviously until Sidney decides to try and just kill Dash to make an example out of him. Danny stops him as Fenton, gaining Dash’s respect and admiration (and perhaps infatuation who knows?)
Attack of the Killer Garage Sale: Dash invites Danny to his party because of The Big Gay, Danny acts the way he did also because of The Big Gay. Dash sees Danny transform, the trio + Sidney convince Technus to abandon world domination (which is lame) and challenge himself to fix the world’s problems through technological innovation.
What you Want: Danny jokingly wishes for a dick when he meets Desiree, who’s wish granting smoke he mistakes for an attack, triggering his first ghostray. Tucker, jealous of Sidney’s new bond with Danny and Danny’s cool powers, wishes to have spirit powers like Danny. Desiree grants this in that Tucker experiences being struck by lightning in a thick cloud of pure ectoplasm. Danny wishes Desiree to the worst part of the deepest pits of the Spirit World and does his best to comfort Tuck through becoming Ghoul.
Bitter Reunions: Vlad’s first reaction to the ghost of a child telling him not to hurt Mr.Masters’ guest is to reveal himself as Mr.Masters. Danny reveals himself in turn. Vlad makes the plan to endear himself to Maddie and Jazz while teaching Danny how to half ghost, and possess Jack every now and then to escalate his behavior into the realm of unbearability for Maddie. Harriet Chin gets the promise of an interview regarding Jack and Maddie’s technology out of them at the party.

If You're Watching This...Wait, Don't Watch This
Hello, here I am again with another fic. I don't know if this is what people envisioned with this prompt; it certainly wasn't what I had, but I think it came out okay. I was trying to make it a little funny, but that fell flat, and it came out like...this. Anyway, enjoy!
Technus floated through the ghost boy’s personal computer.
He had fought the ghost boy again and lost…again.
Technus was angry. It wasn’t fair that the ghost boy constantly thwarted his plans for world domination.
This time, though, Technus was going to have a better plan. He had hidden in the boy’s computer to find something that could help him conquer the world. So far, he had only found files on the ghost boy’s enemies, a few files of the game Doom, and pictures—nothing he could use.
“Hello, what’s this?”
Technus opened the file and saw the juiciest video. He grinned; it looked like he wouldn’t have to do much to get rid of the ghost boy.
____
Bruce Wayne had been in the middle of reading a report for Wayne Enterprises.
An email notification suddenly popped up. He took a quick glance and did a double-take.
The subject header read: An Email from Your Son.
Bruce quickly went through every last one of his children but couldn’t think of anyone who would send him an email instead of a text.
Bruce ensured all his malware protection made by Barbara was up and running before opening the suspicious email. A video was attached to it, which made Bruce’s paranoia ricochet up. He hesitated for a few moments before his curiosity got the best of him. He pressed on the link and waited with growing trepidation as the video downloaded.
When he pressed on it, he saw a boy who looked like Damian but wasn’t. First, he had blue eyes. Blue eyes like Bruce’s. Secondly, he was paler than Damian, and his hair was longer and shaggier. The boy also held himself differently. While Damian stood and sat straight and proud with a haughty look most of the time, the boy on the screen hunched and didn’t seem to have any confidence.
“This video is for the eyes of Bruce Wayne only. If anyone other than Bruce Wayne sees this, well, let’s say it isn’t gonna be pretty for you, and your life will be in danger. Honestly, even if you are Bruce Wayne, your life will be in danger anyway.”
“Cool, now that we have established that,” the boy took a deep breath. “Hi, Dad. Sorry for throwing that out there, but I couldn’t think of another way to tell you who I am. My name is Danny Fenton, but I was born Danyal Al Ghul, the younger twin brother of Damian Al Ghul, heir to the demon head. This email is set to be sent automatically three days if I haven’t opened it. If you’re seeing this message, then I’m dead. Or at least, more dead than I already am,” Danny mumbled the last part.
Bruce felt his heart fall to the bottom of his stomach. He had another child…one who was dead if this video was to be believed.
“It may be cruel of me to send you a to send you a message post-mortem, but you deserve the truth, and telling you earlier would’ve put you in danger. As to how this video wasn’t sent earlier, well, when I know I’ll be on vacation or something else comes up, I set it up in a way to give me more time so there’s no way for this to be sent by accident.”
Danny took another deep breath and straightened his shoulders. Bruce could see the remnants of Bruce and Talia in him as his eyes sharpened with determination.
“I don’t know how I died, or should I say, who most likely killed me. I have a lot of enemies. It could’ve been the GIW; maybe it was one of my rouges or even my adoptive parents, the Fentons. I was a superhero, Phantom, in my small town. Not everyone saw me as one.”
Bruce could see the haunting look in his son’s eyes—the same look he saw every morning in the mirror, the same one that shone in his other children’s eyes.
“When I was fourteen, I died. It was a stupid accident. My parents had built a portal to the afterlife. It didn’t work. I was being stupid. My friend wanted me to go into it so she could take a picture. My parents are smart but airheaded. They put the power switch inside the portal. I tripped and accidentally turned it on.”
“Dying sucked. I’ll spare you the details, but it wasn’t pretty. When I got out of the portal, I was alive but changed. I had ghost powers. It turns out that having an interdimensional portal opening on top of you can turn you into a half ghost-half human freak of nature.”
“Thanks to my fuck up, pardon the French, a bunch of ghosts were now able to freely come to our world through the portal and cause chaos. I had powers, and I could stop them. It’s not like I couldn’t do anything, so I started fighting them, and voila, I became a superhero.”
“My parents are ghost hunters and have vowed to get rid of ghosts ‘molecule by molecule,’ and since they don’t know I’m Phantom, that includes me. So, if it turns out that they did kill me, please don’t judge them. They didn’t know it was their son, and I take full responsibility for that. Oh, also, due to the whole ‘molecule by molecule’ thing, the chances of there being a body to be buried is basically zilch. Sorry about that.”
Bruce made a distressed noise at his son, apologizing for there being no body to bury. Were all his children cursed to suffer?
“Now that that is out of the way, I’m sending this email because now that I am gone, no one is left to save Damian from the League of Assassins. We were raised in an assassin cult. I faked my death at six years old and escaped. My biggest regret was leaving Damian behind to suffer at the hands of our grandfather, Ra’s Al Ghul.”
“You’re a civilian. If you learn too much about the League of Assassins, you'll be in danger, but I need you to save Damian. He’s likely still there. Damian took great pride in being the Demon’s Head heir. He’ll be a little stabby, a by-product of being raised by our fruit loop of our grandfather. Our grandfather also brainwashed him. He tried with me, too, but Damian was a bit more susceptible because he was raised to believe he would be the best in the world after our grandfather.”
“It’s not his fault, so please be patient with him and save him. I’m begging you. My biggest regret was not getting him out of the League; now, I’m dead. But you, father, you have a chance to save him. I can only hope the rumors that you have connections with the Justice League are true.”
Tears streamed down Danny’s face, and Bruce was close to following his son’s footsteps.
“Please, please, save him.”
Danny stared straight at the screen, piercing Bruce’s soul.
“My second regret was not being able to get to know you. From what I’ve seen with your older kids, you seem like a cool dad. I bet you’re the same way with the youngest one you hide from the public. I wish you all the best, dad. Thank you for listening. From Danny Fenton, your almost certainly dead by now, son.”
The screen went blank, and what he had just seen finally hit Bruce. He had another son—one who was most likely dead. One who followed Bruce Wayne. If Bruce had just let Damian be seen by the public more, Danny would’ve seen his twin and most likely made contact sooner.
Bruce let himself wallow a bit more in pity and grief and then picked up his phone.
“Father,” Damian answered instead of a greeting.
Bruce ignored the curt greeting and went straight to the point.
“Damian, did you have a twin brother named Danyal?”
“Who told you,” Damian asked in a tight voice. That was all the confirmation Bruce needed. He hung up on his youngest, afraid he would say something stupid. Damian called as soon as Bruce hung up.
Bruce ignored his (second) youngest and texted Damian the video.
A few minutes later, Damian called back.
“Father, I don’t care what state he is in. We must discover the truth of what happened to my brother. I don’t care if only a single molecule is left; we must find the truth.”
“I couldn’t agree more.”
____
Danny was lounging on the sofa watching TV.
He had failed to find Technus, but he knew the boisterous ghost would reappear. For the time being, Danny could relax and catch up on his shows. Danny was about to pop a handful of popcorn when the doorbell rang.
He frowned. He didn’t want to get up.
“Door,” he yelled into the house.
Silence answered him.
Danny got up and grumbled to the door. He didn’t think to see who it was before opening. It was Amity. Ghosts didn’t knock, and the GIW crashed instead of knocking, so it couldn’t be them.
Danny opened the door and came face-to-face with a frowning Damian Al Ghul.
Danny’s mouth fell open.
“Dami—Damian?! What—how?”
Damian tackled Danny.
“Akhi, you’re alive!”
“How—what, of course, I’m alive, why wouldn’t I be? How did you find me?”
“Danny,” a deep voice said. For the first time in his life, Danny saw his father in real life instead of the covers of a magazine or through a screen.
Danny looked behind, making sure his parents hadn’t heard the door. Danny could hear his parents tinkering away still in the basement, engrossed in their latest project.
“Let’s take this outside,” he said while closing the door. He didn’t think their neighbors would even bat an eye at two strangers at the Fenton’s door. After all, they were weird people with multiple people coming and going.
“How did you find me,” Danny asked again.
Damian folded his arms and scowled at Danny.
“Well, it was the weirdest thing. Father got an email saying that you were dead and who or what could’ve caused it. We, of course, came right away to avenge you, but we came to find out that Daniel Fenton had just been to school today.”
“That’s impossible! I just reset the codes to the video. Nobody knows about it—Technus!”
That’s why Danny hadn’t been able to find the ghost; he had been in Danny’s computer messing around.
His brother’s scowl deepened.
“So you weren’t going to tell me you were alive! I mourned you all these years!”
“Damian,” Bruce Wayne, his father, spoke for the first time. He had a deep baritone voice that somehow soothed and scared Danny simultaneously.
“Give Danny some space. He’s been through a lot.”
“Tt,” Damian turned his face away from Danny.
“Dami, you’re out of the League,” Danny whispered, “I’m so glad you got out.”
Damian turned back to Danny, “You left without me. Why?”
“I—I knew I couldn’t convince you to come with me. I’ve been planning, though, to get you out. I was so close, too; I was going to get you out and deprogram you.”
“Well, I got out a long time ago. Why didn’t you go to father?”
Danny looked at Bruce Wayne, “He’s a civilian. I couldn’t bring him into this world.”
“Father is more than a civilian.”
“Damian, we can talk about this later. What’s this about a Technus?”
Danny sighed.
“Yeah, I should fix that. Come on, you might as well enter.”
Bruce frowned, “Wouldn’t your parents get angry for letting strangers in?”
Danny rolled his eyes, “Oh please, they’re so absorbed by their current project I might as well be invisible, pun intended.”
Damian groaned. Bruce, however, frowned. As he walked through the house, he became increasingly disturbed. Weapons were left out in the open. The security system attacked Danny randomly, and a mysterious green substance leaked from the walls. Bruce was also nervous about the huge addition added on top of the house. Damian and Bruce frowned at each other as they got deeper and deeper into the house.
The three of them entered Danny’s room. Damian couldn’t help but look around, wanting to know more about his long-lost twin. Danny liked space if the NASA posters and the hanging planets were anything to go by. He was messy. He had clothes thrown all over the place, and his bed was unkempt.
Danny opened his laptop and started looking through it. He let his brother and father look through his room. First, he had a job to do. He clicked the file he had his video saved and looked for any bugs.
It didn’t take long. Technus was still chilling in the file.
“Technus, you have five seconds to get out, or I go in there and kick your ass.”
“You cannot defeat me, ghost child, for I, Technus, am the master of all techn—.”
Danny didn’t let the ghost finish. He transformed and entered his computer, leaving behind a stunned Bruce and Damian.
It didn’t take long, and a few seconds later, Technus had been kicked out of his laptop. Danny was too angry to joke around. It didn’t take long for him to suck Technus up in the thermos.
A part of Danny was tempted to fly away and let all of this blow over, but deep down, he knew that was no longer possible. He looked into the horizon and turned back.
After all, his brother and father were here. He might as well face the future head-on and let it unfold.
Danny doesn't want to leave the Fentons at first, but little by little, he comes to see how toxic it is to live with people who want to kill a part of him. Eventually, he destroys the portal and leaves Amity Park to live with Bruce and his new siblings. He still talks to Jazz but has cut off the Fentons from his life.
The Fentons barely notice trying to recreate the portal with no success.
The JL found out about the GIW and Anti-Ecto Laws and had them repealed.
DPxDC prompt (demon twins au)
A video from your son, the email was titled. Bruce was confused. Which of his kids would send a video to his public work email??
Bruce clicked play.
On the screen was a boy who look a lot like Damian, but most certainly wasn’t him.
“This video is for the eyes of Bruce Wayne only.
Hi Dad. I’m Danny. You likely don’t know I exist, and if you’re receiving this, I’m already dead. Well, more dead than I already was. Maybe it’s cruel of me to send you a message post-mortem, but you deserve the truth, and telling you earlier would’ve put you in danger.
This email is set to automatically send if I haven’t opened my computer for 3 days. I sometimes set it longer if I’m on vacation or expecting trouble, but I’ve mostly likely been away from home for a bit over three days if you’re receiving this.
I don’t know who killed me. Obviously. I’m recording this in advance. But it was probably either the GIW or my adoptive parents, the Fentons. I half-died at 14 and became a local ghost superhero, but they never realized I was trying to help and kept talking about tearing ghost-me apart molecule by molecule, so I bet that’s what happened. There will be nothing left of me to bury. Sorry about that!
The rest of the story is this. I was raised in an assassin cult, eventually escaping at the age of 6 when they sent me on mission and I successfully faked my death.
My biggest regret is that I escaped alone. And that’s the reason I’m reaching out to you.
You’re a civilian. If you know too much about the League of Assassins you’ll be in danger. But I need you to save my twin Damian. He’s likely still there after all these years. He never wanted to escape; he took pride in being the heir to the league. He’s probably going to be stabby; he’s an assassin after all. But it’s not his fault. Ra’s - our grandfather - brainwashed him a lot more than he brainwashed me because Damian was more susceptible to it. It’s not his fault. Please. Save him. I’m begging you. My biggest regret is leaving Damian in the league. You have a chance to save him. Please, please do it.
I wish it would’ve been safe for me to get to know you. You seem like a cool dad, from what I’ve seen of you on the news with your oldest kids. I bet you’re like that with the youngest you hide from the public too. I wish you all the best. Thank you for listening.
Your long lost almost certainly dead by now son, Danny Fenton.”
Bruce took a second to process this, then picked up his phone and dialed his youngest’s number.
“Father.”
“Damian, did you have a twin named Danny?”
“…Who told you?”
Bruce hung up and sent Damian the video. He needed a minute to process this anyway.
Damian called back a few minutes later, after watching the video.
“Father. I do not care what state he is in. We must discover exactly what happened to Danny. Even if there is only a single molecule left. We must discover the truth.”
“I couldn’t agree more, Damian.”
Dealer’s choice on whether Danny is alive. The few ideas I have for this are:
- they find him mid-vivisection and rescue him
- they find what’s left of him post-vivisection and post his core being crushed
- he’s perfectly fine and just forgot to open his computer (maybe clockwork made sure he forgot?) and now he’s panicking about the fact that his family knows about him and could be in danger. He wanted them to know he existed, not make themselves a walking target for the league by finding him and trying to bring him home!
- Jazz found the automatic email and, deciding to meddle in her brother’s life and him back to his family and maybe get a good parent for herself as a bonus, sent it early
- Technus decided to start shit and sent it while haunting Danny’s computer
- Clockwork screwed with time to make sure it got sent
Lmk what yall do with this!

Prompt: There's talk that a new ghost has been haunting a certain website on the internet, where if you connect between 3:00 and 4:00 and do some steps, he'll end up jumping from the screen and strangling you... It's Technus, doing a prank... always Technus with a prank...
"Okay," said Tucker, sitting down across from Sam and waggling his PDA at her, "I've got some leads on ghost activity."
"Are they actual leads, or just more low-effort creepypastas?" asked Sam.
"They're actual leads. They're always actual leads."
"You tried to send us after Slenderman."
"Little kids were murdering each other over it, excuse me if I thought that maybe there was some other explanation."
"Can't really argue with that," said Danny, setting the frying pan down on the trivet in the middle of the table. "But Sam is right, too. You've given us a lot of false leads."
"Fine, whatever," said Tucker. "But I researched these more than that. So, first up, there's a pretty persistent rumor that if you go to the wiki page for Tesla at three in the morning, then search up Thomas Edison, and then--"
"It's Technus."
"What?"
"It's Technus," repeated Danny. "Technus, playing a prank."
"Wait, you already knew about this?" asked Sam, waving the serving spoon at him. "Why haven't you done anything about it?"
"Because while he's coming up with pranks, he isn't plotting world domination. Next."
"Okay, well, there's this company called Tesla Motors, and their website--"
"Still Technus." Danny took a bite of his broccoli and chewed loudly.
"Seriously?" asked Tucker. "That's Technus, too?"
"Just assume that anything that has anything to do with Tesla is Technus playing a prank."
Tucker sighed and made several swiping motions with his PDA stylus. "Alright, then. There's this website called ghoulishfascinationwithtechnology dot com that--"
"Yeah, that's also Technus."
"For real? The whole website?"
"Yeah, it's his website. I helped him set it up."
"Why?"
"Same reason?" Danny shrugged. "The more time he spends on that website, the less time he spends harassing me."
Tucker frowned down at his PDA, then put it to the side. "Can you maybe give me a list of things that are Technus? So I don't waste my Saturdays chasing his hobbies."
"Sure," said Danny. "It's on the computer in Technus's file."
"Great." Tucker looked at the frying pan and wrinkled his nose. "And what's that?"
"Broccoli, carrot, celery, onion, pepper, and tofu stir-fry," said Sam, "and we're very grateful to Danny for making it."
Danny leaned over. "I made some pork for you earlier, but you'll have to heat it up yourself."
"Ugh, fine."

Dannymay 2025, meowing in ghost
Moon Landing (AO3)
This was an unusual form for Danny. He was a normal looking tom cat with a very accurate astronaut outfit, well accurate for cats that is. Getting a form that comes with clothes was the unusual part as cats didn't need clothes at all.
After defeating Technus in his attempt to utilize the TVs to spread his own annoying propaganda of world domination, Danny felt a strange urge. An urge to fly up, up, and up. To reach the skies and fly beyond them. To stare at the stars while walking on a grey dessert in which no one ever walked before.
“Nya!” Danny waved at his friends before following this weird but wonderful urge. After all, he did want to reach space.
Danny didn't wait for his friends’ response before flying upwards. Unexpectedly, Danny flew faster than he had ever flown before. The astronaut suit protected him from the wind and the excitement of going to space made him purr strongly.
Soon, Danny left the Earth's atmosphere and had a magnificent view of the stars. But that did not make him stop. Danny had a goal and he was going to reach it.
The moon.
The normal looking cat had his eyes set to the celestial body and sped up to reach it as fast as possible. He didn't know how long he could maintain this form so he had to hurry. It would be extremely bad if he were to change back to human in the void of space.
After what felt like hours but will turn out to be minutes, Danny finally made it. He was on the moon!
The astronaut cat realized ‘Moon Landing' on the dark side of the moon. It was cold and dark, but the view of the stars was wonderful. Danny walked around the unexplored desert, leaving behind little footprints with paw prints on the soles.
The half ghost enjoyed his time on the moon for a few hours until he felt the need to return. The urge to be on the moon lessened and now it was time to go home and tell Sam and Tucker his adventure.

Attack of the Killer Garage Sale au/thoughts
Since I’m whipping up a whole AU on here I guess, why don’t I swap things up? Taking place After Splitting Images for funsies. I’ve got purghaps two changes in mind.
So we’ve got a Dash who is In His Feelings after Sidney nearly murdered him and Danny Fentonio is the one who saved him. Unsure how to handle having what he knows is a crush, Dash decides to throw a party to celebrate being alive and invites Danny.
Danny finds himself also having a crush on Dash but unlike our simple jock, Danny doesn’t recognize that he’s queer and crushing. When he gets to the party and finds himself contemplating his treatment of Sam, Tucker, and Sidney in Dash’s room, things go a tiny bit differently.
Dash threw this party so he could talk to Danny, cause he’s nervous about doing that and a party can relax him. He’s definitely gonna follow the nerd into his own room. But then Dash’s computer comes to life and tries to kill Fenton, who transforms in a flash of light, and then they’re gone after a small fight in his room. So, Dash gets to have a new weird ass crisis about Danny.
Once Technus is beaten, The quartet come together and try to convince him how terrible an idea world domination is. Technus is, possibly, convinced and he goes out to see if he can figure out technologies that would improve the world.

Can we all agree John is trying to find an angle to pin it on the City’s location and pre-existing protection magic to keep Danny’s oblivious ass from being clocked?
Like danny is entirely unaware of ghost culture and maybe has a (mini) breakdown that lunchbox and Young Blood overhear, share a look and go ‘oh he doesn’t know ANYTHING! Where is (safe) adulty ghost to get help from?’
Bonus points if its Technus of all ghosts deciding to ‘take a break from world domination’ to teach danny about being a ghost with horrible picture slideshows with an OG light projector.
Sam and Tucker join as the entire ghost community is convinced they are a fright and haven’t decided if Jazz is fright or fright adjacent yet… as she does not hunt and playfight with Danny.
Sam realizes Danny could be targeted by all things supernatural that came post-pariah dark and hunts down Constantine.
Tucker is debating the merits of claiming Danny’s victory as his given he is able to manipulate all forms of silica and Sand and glass are excellent mediums for trapping these guys hunting his idiot bestie…
Sam is harassing John with her grandma (let her be one of john’s good term ex’s) and are playing whack-a-mole coverups.
Jazz is checking on the Fenton occult books and searching for a general banishing spell that excludes ghosts… she has found ones for many of the creatures there but not any that exclude ghosts…
She absolutely gets her mom in on this and asks her dad if can get the supplies.
Danny is fighting ghosts like usual. The ghosts are acting like a bubble and loudly opposed to the visitors going near him. He’s probably wrong, but he swore he heard lunchbox curse a demon out for getting ‘too close to our disable baby!’ But he must have heard wrong.
What if?
What if Pariah Dark getting out set off fireworks all across the supernatural community?
What if Danny was able to take care of things before anyone else that would have been able to do anything about it showed up?
Now Amity is crawling with supernatural types that want a piece of what ever was used to shove Pariah back into the sarcophagus, not realizing that it was the ghost kid that keeps play fighting with the other ghosts (and doesn't realize that the other ghosts are playing)?
Except John Constantine. He figures it out in ten minutes and started having a panic attack about how to keep the others from having the same realization.

Dimensional Game
After Tucker and Technus became friends and warmed to the idea of developing new technological gadgets together, Danny let the ghost experiment with the existing technology in his house. As long as Technus promised to prevent world domination.
The ghost in question was excited and began to develop a game with the descendant of the Pharaoh, they both assured it would be the best game they had ever seen. However, because the game was set between the world of the living and the Infinite Realms, it wasn't uniquely available to Danny's dimension.
The game went online for all possible dimensions. This very quickly caught the attention of a family of bats a dimension away, who had gathered that day for the typical family bonding game of the week.
Tim noted that the game's graphics were excellent, and he liked the visual scenes, so he recommended it. Jason and Damian were excited by the gameplay, Dick and Steph were absolutely thrilled to find out that the characters were customizable and you could carve some character lines into them, Cass was happy that it seemed to be an open world adventure and Duke liked the story the game had for those who were interested.
The game became popular quickly, but the creators seemed to be nowhere to be found, which was quite strange. The family decided that they would play it anyway.
Tim out of boredom decided to hack the game, he was surprised when the digital security walls were reinforced and a symbol resembling a combined DP on bright green was displayed on his screen.
He showed his siblings the symbol but none of them were familiar with it. In the end, he found nothing about it and decided to complain to his friends online.
That's how Team Phantom ended up listening to Batfam's lengthy speech about the game's mysterious ghost creator. Danny couldn't help but laugh at the unintentional pun. Too bad he couldn't meet his new friends, who kept insisting they lived in "Gotham", he supposed they would eventually tell him.
