You might recall that a whiiiiiile ago I wrote that one Sparrow/Cassandra fic (I'm pretty sure you read that one), and I'll be honest, I stopped talking about my funky little crackship rarepair but I never stopped thinking about them lol, I do plan on writing more with them eventually even if it's just for me and like 2 friends haha.

🤔 So one thing I'd been thinking about was essentially the following scenario:

It's post-canon, a couple years have passed (since the end of canon) and Sparrow and Cass are in an established qpr (also Sparrow is alloaro in this it's Sparo lol). In the prologue, it's either their anniversary or Cass's birthday idk, and Sparrow gives Cassandra this little. Booklet? She opens it, and it basically contains all these little "coupons" (not real ones but ones Sparrow made) for all sorts of different favors and other things, and Sparrow explains that she can basically "cash in" the coupons whenever she wants and he'll fulfill whatever it is. Hopefully the way I explained that makes sense haha. Each chapter would be Cassandra using a different one of the coupons, and I suppose through these I'd wanna explore the dynamics of their relationship, but also how things have changed since canon a bit more generally? And uuuuh yeah! :3

Ooh, that's a good question!! I think the best gift she got for me was a set of new tools. She gave them to me when I first got my workshop set up. I still use them now. Every time I do, it's like a silent reminder that she believes in me and my inventions.

Hah, good question. Like how I refer to Cait as 'cupcake,' huh? Hm... I think she'd be like a cake pop - just as sweet as any other kind of cake but like smaller.

Hm. Perhaps some kind of cookie - either something with white chocolate chips or those ones with cinnamon sugar she's so fond of. Essentially warm and soft and utterly sweet.

honestly i feel like there are so many cool fish out there and i don't really know enough about any of them to have favorites but here are some nice ones i found!!!!!!

1. betta fish. only thing i have to say is: what are you, as a fish, so damn pretty for ✋😭

2. leafy seadragon. this is indeed considered a fish and it's really no wonder they made a pokemon out of it because LOOK AT IT.

3. chalk bass. tiny friend who can swap gender up to 20 times a day!!!!!!! and spend its life in a monogamous relationship!!!!!!! what an absolute unit.

4. mandarinfish. such an interesting little dude!!!!! apparently they are the only known animals to have blue coloration created by cellular pigments and they also do not have scales but are covered in tiny spikes that deliver toxic mucus.

5. flying fish. I BELIEVE I CAN FLYYYYYY!!!!!!! (i mean i know they don't really fly but still)

The goal Zera most wants to acomplish…hm, I think in a way she already has acomplished that goal 🤔! The goal she wanted to achieve most in her life was to open her own flower shop, and she managed to do it. So maybe, if she were to have another goal, it would be to start a “franchise” and have many more ‘Cinnamon’s Flower Shops’ all over the world 😆!

18. What advice would they give to their younger self?

“ Be careful who you play pranks on! Because one day you might come across the wrong person and they take your joke sooo seriously that you find yourself in a situation that you can’t really get yourself out of! But at the same time…you may find that you don’t want to get out of it…oh! And you’re going to want to be even sneakier when you smuggle, because that’ll come back to bite you in the butt!”

19. What does a perfect world look like to them?

A perfect world to Zera is one where she still runs her Flower Shop, is happily married to William, and is surrounded by a group of their children. On the weekends the family goes to William’s childhood home, which is vacant after his mothers passing, where they get to relax and have peace and quiet. When they go back to Clover she gets to spend time with all of her friends and have “Wine Nights” where they laugh, giggle, and talk about many different things. She gets to watch her kids grow up, fall in love, get married, and maybe even have kids of their own.

That’s Zera’s perfect world!

8. Is there a ship that makes the most sense for this character (can be romantic or platonic)?

Both platonically and romantically I feel like the ship that makes the most sense is Finesse. She helps keep him calm, and gives Langris a different perspective to look through (if that makes sense). She also knows just what life was like in House Vaude for him and Finral, so she understands him a bit differently then others. She also has no issue scolding him if he needs it (it isn’t a harsh scolding, but more of a “gentle” one). So whether it’s platonic or romantic I thinj Langris and Finesse make a good pair!

14. What trait do they find most admirable and how often do they find it?

I think Langris admires strength the most 🤔! As for how often he finds it…not very. I think Langris has such a high standard for strength that he rarely finds anyone that “meets it”. I think the two people he’s met that has met that standard are Yuno and William (eventually Finral joins that list)!
