হজ এক আধ্যাত্মিক মহাসম্মেলন, মানবতার এক নিঃশব্দ ধ্বনি, এক চেতনার উৎসার। সময়���র সীমানা অতিক্রম করে, কোটি হৃদয় একত্র হয় পবিত্র বায়তুল্লাহর চারপাশে। ইসলামের অন্যতম স্তম্ভ এই হজ কেবল এক ধর্মীয় অনুশাসন নয়; আধুনিক বিজ্ঞান, মনোবিজ্ঞান ও পরিবেশবিদ্যার বিবেচনায় এটি এক বিস্ময়কর অনুশীলন। 

আল্লাহ তাআলা বলেন : ‘এবং মানুষের মধ্যে হজের ঘোষণা দাও। তারা তোমার কাছে আসবে পদযোগে এবং দূর-দূরান্তের পথ অতিক্রমকারী উটের পিঠে সওয়ার হয়ে, যেগুলো (দীর্ঘ সফরের কারণে) রোগা হয়ে গেছে।’ (সুরা : আল হজ, আয়াত : ২৭)।

অন্যত্রে বলা হয়েছে : ‘আর এ (কাবা) ঘরের হজ করা হলো মানুষের ওপর ফরজ, যে লোকের সামর্থ্য রয়েছে এ পর্যন্ত পৌঁছার। আর যে লোক তা মানে না, আল্লাহ সারা বিশ্বের কোনো কিছুরই পরোয়া করেন না।’ (সুরা : আল ইমরান, আয়াত : ৯৭)

১. ইহরাম ও পরিচ্ছন্নতার আধুনিক প্রজ্ঞা

পুরুষদের জন্য ইহরাম হলো দুটি সাদা অমসৃণ কাপড়, যা প্রতীক মাত্র নয়; এটি মানবসমতার বার্তা বহন করে এবং জীবাণুবিরোধী সুবিধাও প্রদান করে। ইবনে উমর (রা.) বলেন, আল্লাহর রাসুল (সা.) জুল-হুলাইফার মসজিদের কাছ থেকে ইহরাম বেঁধেছেন। (সহিহ বুখারি, হাদিস : ১৫৪১)

বৈজ্ঞানিক বিশ্লেষণ : 

গবেষণা অনুযায়ী, অজান্তে আমাদের পরিধেয় কাপড়ে ৪০ হাজারের বেশি জীবাণু বাস করে (Zeigler, Journal of Medical Hygiene, 2016)। দুই টুকরা ইহরামের কাপড় কম ফাইবার বহন করে এবং দ্রুত শুকিয়ে যায়, যা জীবাণু বৃদ্ধিকে প্রতিরোধ করে। (Zeigler, H. ২. তাওয়াফ ও চৌম্বকীয় কেন্দ্রবিন্দু

কাবাকে ঘিরে সাতবার প্রদক্ষিণ ‘তাওয়াফ’ একটি আধ্যাত্মিক কর্মযজ্ঞ, যার কেন্দ্রবিন্দু পৃথিবীর মধ্যখানে। কোরআনে বলা হয়েছে : ‘অতঃপর (যারা হজ করে) তারা যেন তাদের মলিনতা দূর করে ও নিজেদের মানত পূরণ করে এবং সুসংরক্ষিত গৃহের তাওয়াফ করে।’ (সুরা : আল হজ, আয়াত : ২৯)।

বৈজ্ঞানিক দিক :

মানুষের হৃদয় ও মস্তিষ্ক এই কেন্দ্রীভূত ঘূর্ণনে এক প্রকার neurological synchronization অনুভব করে, যা মেডিটেশন থেরাপির মতো প্রশান্তিদায়ক।

৩. ‘সাঈ’ প্রতীকী ধৈর্য ও মনোবিকাশ

সাফা ও মারওয়ার মাঝে দৌড়ানো- হাজেরা (আ.)-এর বিস্ময়কর ঈমানি ত্যাগের স্মারক। কোরআনে বর্ণিত হয়েছে : ‘নিঃসন্দেহে সাফা ও মারওয়া আল্লাহ তাআলার নিদর্শনসমূহের অন্যতম।’ (সুরা : আল বাকারাহ, আয়াত : ১৫৮)।

স্নায়ু ও মনোবিজ্ঞানের বিশ্লেষণ : 

এই কর্মযজ্ঞ Resilience theory-এর বাস্তব রূপ, যেখানে এক মা নিজের সন্তানকে রক্ষা করতে কষ্টকর পরিস্থিতিতে ছুটে চলেছেন।

Harvard-এর মনোবিজ্ঞানী Dr. Daniel Goleman বলেন, ‘Szmbolic repetition in religious acts strengthens neural resilience and cognitive focus.’‘ধর্মীয় আচার-অনুষ্ঠানে প্রতীকী পুনরাবৃত্তি মস্তিষ্কের সহনশীলতা ও মনঃসংযোগ শক্তিকে দৃঢ় করে।’ (Emotional Intelligence, 2006, p. 212) এছাড়া Newberg, A & Waldman, M. এই গ্রন্থে বলা হয়েছে, দোয়া, জিকির, মেডিটেশন ইত্যাদি পুনরাবৃত্তিমূলক ধর্মীয় কর্মকাণ্ড কিভাবে নিউরোনাল প্লাস্টিসিটি বাড়িয়ে তোলে এবং মনঃসংযোগ ও মানসিক স্থিতিশীলতা গঠনে সহায়তা করে।

৪. জমজমের পানি : প্রাণবৈজ্ঞানিক বিস্ময়

ইসমাঈল (আ.)-এর কান্না ও হাজেরা (আ.)-এর ছুটে চলার ফসল জমজম। ইবনে আব্বাস (রা.) থেকে বর্ণিত, তিনি বলেন : পৃথিবীর বুকে সর্বোত্তম পানি হলো জমজমের পানি। এতে রয়েছে খাদ্যের পরিপূরকতা ও রোগের জন্য আরোগ্য। (আল জামিউস সহিহ, হাদিস : ৩৩২২)

বৈজ্ঞানিক গবেষণা : King Saud University-এর গবেষণায় (২০১১) জমজমের পানিতে উচ্চমাত্রার ক্যালসিয়াম, ম্যাগনেশিয়াম, ফ্লোরাইড পাওয়া গেছে, কিন্তু কোনো ক্ষতিকর ব্যাকটেরিয়া নেই (J. King Saud Univ. Med Sci., Vol. 23, Issue 3, p. 120~125). পানির স্বচ্ছতা ও খনিজ ভারসাম্য হৃদরোগ প্রতিরোধ ও হজমক্রিয়া উন্নত করে।

৫. আরাফা-সমবায়ের মহাসম্মেলন

আরাফাতের ময়দান যেন পৃথিবীর সবচেয়ে বৃহৎ মানবিক অভিসার। আবদুর রহমান বিন ইয়ামুর আদদিলি (রা.) থেকে বর্ণিত, রাসুলুল্লাহ (সা.) বলেন : হজ হলো আরাফা; যে ব্যক্তি আরাফার ময়দান পেয়েছে (ওখানে ফজরের নামাজের ওয়াক্তের আগে উপস্থিত হয়েছে), সে হজ অর্জন (পূর্ণ) করেছে। (সুনানে আবি দাউদ, হাদিস : ১৯৪৯)

এখানে শ্রেণি, জাত ও বর্ণের তফাত নেই, রাজা-ভিখারি এক সারিতে দাঁড়িয়ে থাকে—এ যেন বাস্তব Universal Declaration of Equality।

সমাজবিজ্ঞানের বিশ্লেষণ : 

United Nations-এর সমাজতত্ত্ব গবেষণায় দেখা যায়, হজকালীন আরাফাতের সমাবেশ বিশ্বে আন্তঃধর্মীয় সহনশীলতার অন্যতম নিদর্শন। (UN Social Behavior Review, 2019, Vol. 17, p. 89–94)

৬. শয়তানকে পাথর নিক্ষেপ ও আত্মনিয়ন্ত্রণ

মিনায় প্রতীকী শয়তানকে পাথর নিক্ষেপ : জাবির (রা.) থেকে বর্ণিত, তিনি বলেন, রাসুলুল্লাহ (সা.) কোরবানির দিন সূর্য কিছুটা ওপরে উঠলে জামারায় পাথর নিক্ষেপ করেন, পুনরায় দ্বিপ্রহরের পরে। (সহিহ মুসলিম, হাদিস : ১২৯৯)।

মনোবিজ্ঞানে এর ব্যাখ্যা : 

Carl Jung এই ধরনের প্রতীকী আত্মসংযমকে ‘Shadow Suppression’ বলেছেন, যা মানুষকে তার নিচু প্রবৃত্তির বিরুদ্ধে সচেতন করে তোলে। (Jung, The Archetypes, 1959, p. 144)

৭. কোরবানি ও খাদ্যনীতি

হজে পশু কোরবানি কেবল আধ্যাত্মিক নয়, খাদ্য বণ্টনের এক মহান কর্মসূচি। কোরআনে বলা হয়েছে : ‘সুতরাং (হে মুমিনরা!) সেই পশুগুলো (কোরবানি) থেকে তোমরা নিজেরাও খাও এবং দুস্থ, অভাবগ্রস্তকেও খাওয়াও।’ (সুরা : আল হজ, আয়াত : ২৮)।

সামাজিক বিশ্লেষণ : 

প্রতিবছর প্রায় ১০ লাখ টন কোরবানির মাংস বিশ্বব্যাপী দরিদ্র মুসলিম জনগোষ্ঠীর মধ্যে বিতরণ করা হয়- বিশ্ব খাদ্য কর্মসূচির এক অলিখিত সহযোগী (Saudi Gazette, 2022)। এটি ইসলামী অর্থনীতির জাকাত ও ইনসাফ ভিত্তিক সমাজ গঠনের প্রতিচিত্র।

মোটকথা, হজ এক আধ্যাত্মিক অভিযাত্রা, কিন্তু একই সঙ্গে তা মন, দেহ, বিজ্ঞান, সমাজ-সব কিছুর সামগ্রিক এক চর্চা। এর প্রতিটি অনুষঙ্গ এমনভাবে গঠিত, যা মানুষকে শুদ্ধ করে, সমাজকে সংহত করে এবং বৈজ্ঞানিকভাবে প্রশান্তি এনে দেয়।

বৈজ্ঞানিক গবেষণা : King Saud University-এর গবেষণায় (২০১১) জমজমের পানিতে উচ্চমাত্রার ক্যালসিয়াম, ম্যাগনেশিয়াম, ফ্লোরাইড পাওয়া গেছে, কিন্তু কোনো ক্ষতিকর ব্যাকটেরিয়া নেই (J. King Saud Univ. এখানে শ্রেণি, জাত ও বর্ণের তফাত নেই, রাজা-ভিখারি এক সারিতে দাঁড়িয়ে থাকে—এ যেন বাস্তব Universal Declaration of Equality।

৪. জমজমের পানি : প্রাণবৈজ্ঞানিক বিস্ময়

ইসমাঈল (আ.)-এর কান্না ও হাজেরা (আ.)-এর ছুটে চলার ফসল জমজম। ইবনে আব্বাস (রা.) থেকে বর্ণিত, তিনি বলেন : পৃথিবীর বুকে সর্বোত্তম পানি হলো জমজমের পানি। এতে রয়েছে খাদ্যের পরিপূরকতা ও রোগের জন্য আরোগ্য। (আল জামিউস সহিহ, হাদিস : ৩৩২২)

বৈজ্ঞানিক গবেষণা : King Saud University-এর গবেষণায় (২০১১) জমজমের পানিতে উচ্চমাত্রার ক্যালসিয়াম, ম্যাগনেশিয়াম, ফ্লোরাইড পাওয়া গেছে, কিন্তু কোনো ক্ষতিকর ব্যাকটেরিয়া নেই (J. King Saud Univ. Med Sci., Vol. 23, Issue 3, p. 120~125). পানির স্বচ্ছতা ও খনিজ ভারসাম্য হৃদরোগ প্রতিরোধ ও হজমক্রিয়া উন্নত করে।

৫. আরাফা-সমবায়ের মহাসম্মেলন

আরাফাতের ময়দান যেন পৃথিবীর সবচেয়ে বৃহৎ মানবিক অভিসার। আবদুর রহমান বিন ইয়ামুর আদদিলি (রা.) থেকে বর্ণিত, রাসুলুল্লাহ (সা.) বলেন : হজ হলো আরাফা; যে ব্যক্তি আরাফার ময়দান পেয়েছে (ওখানে ফজরের নামাজের ওয়াক্তের আগে উপস্থিত হয়েছে), সে হজ অর্জন (পূর্ণ) করেছে। (সুনানে আবি দাউদ, হাদিস : ১৯৪৯)

এখানে শ্রেণি, জাত ও বর্ণের তফাত নেই, রাজা-ভিখারি এক সারিতে দাঁড়িয়ে থাকে—এ যেন বাস্তব Universal Declaration of Equality।

সমাজবিজ্ঞানের বিশ্লেষণ :

মিনায় প্রতীকী শয়তানকে পাথর নিক্ষেপ : জাবির (রা.) থেকে বর্ণিত, তিনি বলেন, রাসুলুল্লাহ (সা.) কোরবানির দিন সূর্য কিছুটা ওপরে উঠলে জামারায় পাথর নিক্ষেপ করেন, পুনরায় দ্বিপ্রহরের পরে। (সহিহ মুসলিম, হাদিস : ১২৯৯)।

মনোবিজ্ঞানে এর ব্যাখ্যা : 

Carl Jung এই ধরনের প্রতীকী আত্মসংযমকে ‘Shadow Suppression’ বলেছেন, যা মানুষকে তার নিচু প্রবৃত্তির বিরুদ্ধে সচেতন করে তোলে। (Jung, The Archetypes, 1959, p. 144)

হজে পশু কোরবানি কেবল আধ্যাত্মিক নয়, খাদ্য বণ্টনের এক মহান কর্মসূচি। কোরআনে বলা হয়েছে : ‘সুতরাং (হে মুমিনরা!) সেই পশুগুলো (কোরবানি) থেকে তোমরা নিজেরাও খাও এবং দুস্থ, অভাবগ্রস্তকেও খাওয়াও।’ (সুরা : আল হজ, আয়াত : ২৮)।

প্রতিবছর প্রায় ১০ লাখ টন কোরবানির মাংস বিশ্বব্যাপী দরিদ্র মুসলিম জনগোষ্ঠীর মধ্যে বিতরণ করা হয়- বিশ্ব খাদ্য কর্মসূচির এক অলিখিত সহযোগী (Saudi Gazette, 2022)। এটি ইসলামী অর্থনীতির জাকাত ও ইনসাফ ভিত্তিক সমাজ গঠনের প্রতিচিত্র।

হজ এক আধ্যাত্মিক মহাসম্মেলন, মানবতার এক নিঃশব্দ ধ্বনি, এক চেতনার উৎসার। সময়ের সীমানা অতিক্রম করে, কোটি হৃদয় একত্র হয় পবিত্র বায়তুল্লাহর চারপাশে। ইসলামের অন্যতম স্তম্ভ এই হজ কেবল এক ধর্মীয় অনুশাসন নয়; আধুনিক বিজ্ঞান, মনোবিজ্ঞান ও পরিবেশবিদ্যার বিবেচনায় এটি এক বিস্ময়কর অনুশীলন। 

আল্লাহ তাআলা বলেন : ‘এবং মানুষের মধ্যে হজের ঘোষণা দাও। তারা তোমার কাছে আসবে পদযোগে এবং দূর-দূরান্তের পথ অতিক্রমকারী উটের পিঠে সওয়ার হয়ে, যেগুলো (দীর্ঘ সফরের কারণে) রোগা হয়ে গেছে।’ (সুরা : আল হজ, আয়াত : ২৭)।

অন্যত্রে বলা হয়েছে : ‘আর এ (কাবা) ঘরের হজ করা হলো মানুষের ওপর ফরজ, যে লোকের সামর্থ্য রয়েছে এ পর্যন্ত পৌঁছার। আর যে লোক তা মানে না, আল্লাহ সারা বিশ্বের কোনো কিছুরই পরোয়া করেন না।’ (সুরা : আল ইমরান, আয়াত : ৯৭)

১. ইহরাম ও পরিচ্ছন্নতার আধুনিক প্রজ্ঞা

পুরুষদের জন্য ইহরাম হলো দুটি সাদা অমসৃণ কাপড়, যা প্রতীক মাত্র নয়; এটি মানবসমতার বার্তা বহন করে এবং জীবাণুবিরোধী সুবিধাও প্রদান করে। ইবনে উমর (রা.) বলেন, আল্লাহর রাসুল (সা.) জুল-হুলাইফার মসজিদের কাছ থেকে ইহরাম বেঁধেছেন। (সহিহ বুখারি, হাদিস : ১৫৪১)

বৈজ্ঞানিক বিশ্লেষণ :

This is haunting. Remember that there are no resources to dig people up from the rubble. So civilians use their own hands to dig if they could, which in this case is impossible. So even if you're alive crushed under the rubble, there is no way to get you out. And if you manage to get out, there are no functioning hospital in Gaza except for one. Hi! I’ve seen you touch on this, but would love more of your insight into the Christian members of the Black community taking issue with Sinners and believing it’s “opening portals” due to the use of Hoodoo within the film (although they keep mistakenly calling it Voodooism and Witchcraft) 🙄 I guess it’s to be expected, but it’s certainly still upsetting and honestly triggering for me as someone who grew up Baptist, and has been having to have hard conversations about my beliefs and dealing with judgment from my own Christian family. Sinner’s depiction of how Christianity was something “forced upon on our enslaved ancestors” but Hoodooism stems from our ancestral practices back to the mainland really touched me in a way I wasn’t prepared for! Furthermore, I know many of our people hold Christianity dearly as a means to get through this tough life we deal with in our skin…just so many thoughts!

What I'm about to say is just me rambling, lol!

Religion is so extra personal to people, and for Black folks, it can become extra heated because Christianity has both been used to pacify us for a pie-in-the-sky tomorrow (to overlook/excuse the atrocities we deal with now with a promise of freedom after death), and also as a liberatory function when placed in the hands of people who believe in liberation theology. Think Martin Luther King Jr, El Hajj Malik Shabazz (Malcom X), Harriet Tubman etc.

With "Sinners", it's presenting some truthful facts. Christianity was beaten into us. We brought our own spiritual practices and gods with us from several different parts of West Africa and were forced to become Christians. Ain't no way around that. Colonizers stole us, beat us, stripped the overt parts of our culture away (language, clothing, hairstyles, foodways, etc) It was used to subjugate us for hundreds of years. Now we do it to ourselves willingly with some pretty terrible dogmatic beliefs in the Black church. White supremacy and Patriarchy has trained us to think like white people and embrace their disconnect from true godly behavior that is oppressive, fearful, homophobic, and xenophobic. I say all of this as someone who was raised by Baptists, attended Methodists churches, and a few Catholic churches too when I moved around. And every single one had discreet Hoodoo and Voodoo practitioners all up in them.

What messes people up is they often confuse spirituality with religion. You can be deeply spiritual and not religious at all. Just like you can be overly religious and not have a good spiritual bone in your body. (Think of all the predatory people in churches harming women and children). The film takes off the rose-colored glasses and asks us what is truly spiritual or even truly evil, and for me, not giving people a choice on how to live their own lives is the true evil under white supremacy. Not the devil. Not vampirism. Not drinking corn liquor or Blues music. Not dancing. Not skipping church on Sundays. Not fornicating with married people. The function of religion in this country is controlling the minds of people and making them think that if they don't follow the rules of a made-up book, then people are going to hell. But what happens if you're Black and you choose to worship a higher power in a different way?

You are considered a heretic. A heathen. A jezebel spirit. A lost soul. A fallen person. A sinner.

What a number of Black Christians are afraid of who have issues with the film (because a lot of Christians have no problem at all with it, and understand it's just a fictional movie using real-world elements and supernatural scares) is that people will become free thinkers and question the church. They'll possibly have some much-needed critiques or new insights into their own spiritual practices. Dassit. The last thing a holy roller wants is for people to challenge the word of their God. Pure fear-based thinking and programming. Guess what? They will always judge you no matter what you do if they are not open-minded.

All this "opening portals" and dabbling with demonic forces talk is coming from a frightened people who were confronted with the idea that it was Hoodoo and not Christianity that saved the day in the movie. The biggest devil in America is Trump and the MAGA cult, and they're worried about Hoodoo and fictional vampire demons. That mojo bag Annie made carried Smoke and Stack through war, gangland action in Chicago and more. The knowledge that Annie had provided protection and a chance to live in the movie. Until of course, people went against her out of fear (I'm looking at Grace). I've stated before on another post that "Sinners" refuses to demonize Hoodoo, and this is the heart of the issue for Black Christians in my humble opinion.

The irony is, even Jesus questioned his beliefs about himself and the good news he was supposed to be spreading to the masses. He critiqued the behavior of his fellow Jews, flipped tables (literally) and even doubted that he was divine. There's nothing wrong with looking at the film and taking stock of your belief systems and changing your mind about things you once believed in, or, even adjusting those beliefs with new information.

Personally I think "Sinners" is bringing out some healthy discomfort for Black Christians, especially since the number of people going to church nowadays is dwindling. Social media, celebrity, and capitalism are the new gods of America, and the Christian church can't compete anymore. The Satanic Panic energy of the 80s and 90s don't work on getting people scared back into church anymore. Threats of going to hell don't work either because too many of us are living hell on earth now, so how much worse can it really get?

"Sinners" is a love letter to the Blues, and the Blues came from our spirituals and work songs in the fields. We told stories with the blues and I think if Black Christians who have problems with the movie simply embraced the lesson of building community, gatekeeping our culture from exploiters, honoring our ancestors, and having faith in God and US as a people, then they could move past all the weird TikTok takes.

Club Juke was a type of church that had a different kind of fellowship. And the surreal montage alone should make Black Christians proud. If one is strong in their faith (like Annie was with hers) then no weapon formed shall prosper as they say in Isaiah 54:17. The weapon is always going to show up because this is America (where I'm from and the movie takes place), but faith and the work behind it make the difference.

This monumental scroll measuring more than 900 x 50 cm depicts several major Muslim holy sites, such as the sanctuary of the Ka‘ba and other pilgrimage stops of the Hajj in and around Mecca, as well as Medina, Jerusalem, Karbala, and Najaf. Arranged vertically, these buildings and sites are all oriented towards the Great Mosque in Mecca with the Ka‘ba at the centre; in this manner, the Ka‘ba functions like a magnetic pulse located in the first third of the scroll. Two visual sequences—one starting at the beginning of the scroll marked by a colophon cartouche, and the other at the end of the scroll marked by a calligram (here, a human figure made of calligraphy)—comprise its composition. This scroll has previously been thought to be a Hajj certificate, a document affirming that an identified individual or his/her representative has fulfilled the Hajj or pilgrimage to Mecca and surrounding sites. It is difficult to quantify the magnitude of Nasrallah's loss for Hizbullah and the Axis as a whole. However, this does not mean Hizbullah is anywhere near the verge of collapse. It's important to recall that Hizbullah was born out of war and invasion, shaping it into an organization with built-in resilience. It’s designed to continually regenerate its leadership, producing new generations of military commanders. This resilience was most evident in 2008 when Hizbullah lost its senior military commander, Hajj Imad Mughnieh, who was not just a foundational figure but the pioneer of the Resistance’s “New School of [hybrid] Warfare”. Far from being weakened by his assassination, and the killing of his successor, Mustafa Badereddine in 2013, Hizbullah’s military capabilities have since grown exponentially, with its tactics being adopted by allies across the Resistance Axis.

Since Mughnieh’s assassination, Hizbullah has implemented a sophisticated system of knowledge distribution at the operational level. This distributed expertise ensures that the loss of any single leader, even one in a high-ranking position, does not create a critical gap in the group’s operational capabilities, allowing for rapid reorganization and continuity of operations. Hizbullah has made contingencies for multiple lines of commanders, so if the first is killed and replaced, the second can immediately step in, and if he too is killed, a third will take over, and so on. Several men are delegated with overlapping roles and tasks, ensuring that any void left by a fallen leader is quickly filled, allowing for rapid reorganization and seamless continuity of operations.

None of this suggests that Hizbullah hasn't been severely bruised and momentarily weakened—more so than at any point in its history. This is undeniably a turning point. The organization is navigating a critical transition phase, absorbing consecutive shocks while attempting to recuperate, reconfigure, and reorganize. It is likely revising both its grand strategy and military approach, shifting from its previous support front with Gaza to developing a new defense strategy that will likely focus on repelling Israel’s seemingly imminent ground invasion and forcing it to end its aerial aggression. At the same time, Hizbullah is likely drawing up contingency plans for a broader "Great War" strategy—one that would be offensively driven, should Israel and the U.S. seek to engulf the entire region in war.

"The god of Israel." From the Acts of the Apostles 18: 24-25.

To fight the Antichrist, we need to be able to incorporate agnosticism into our thinking. The Holy Ghost cannot be quantified by man, merely explained through inference. We know He is there, but we cannot see Him. All the ancients wrangled with this, even in spite of the fact the gods and angels that report to Him provided us with directions.

So why don't they pop out of the woodwork all of the time? What would our world look like if every time a piece of filth with evil on his mind decided to stop traffic or shoot at someone or fuck people on the White House desk? There aren't enough angels in heaven for this. Man simply must curb his diabolic behaviors and live like the Law states. Life could be so easy on this world if we would do it.

An agnostic solution, the belief God is everywhere that is derived from all the stories and myths is the answer. This does not mean Jesus, the Central Figure has gone from heaven, it means one must learn to live as He has said, "very much with and also without Him."

Luke explains this in the following new Act called:

Apollos in Ephesus and Corinth

24 At that time a Jew named Apollos, who had been born in Alexandria, came to Ephesus. He was an eloquent speaker and had a thorough knowledge of the Scriptures.

The term Apollos is familiar. Jews acknowledge the greek god Apollo but do not pay homage to him. The term means "to pray for an extraordinary departure from the darkness." He is in fact identified as full on god of Israel above.

The Act has a Number of 1133, יאלג‎‎‎, yaleg, The Hebrew word "yaleg" (יָלֶג) refers to the verb יָלֶג (yalegh), which means "to be white" or "to become white". It is used in the context of describing something that is white or becoming white, and is often associated with the color of snow or something that is bleached or washed. 

We could say this is a function of the Christ, except that word means something else. We need both words, we need all the words in order to explain how man is to continually evolve and outmatch the Antichrist, don't we?

The Values in Gematria are:

v. 24: At that time a Jew came to Ephesus. The Number is 8958, ףטן‎ח‎, fatenah, "the stomach."

The missing piece has always been the basis for belief. We don't need to worry about that anymore. We know for a fact God and the gods of Israel whom He calls friends are real. Now all we need to do is follow the Torah.

The final Gemara is יאלגףטן‎ח יא‎ףל‎ו‎, yalgaphtan‎ch ya‎ephel‎v‎, "To the left of the gate." The Number is 1848, יחםח, yacham, The Hebrew word "yacham" (יחם) means "to be hot or warm". It is a root verb that can also relate to feelings of passion or anger, with its sole derivative, "chama" (חמה), meaning rage or anger. 

Ordinarily we must not be overcome by anger. When the innocent and the vulnerable cannot triumph over the wicked because of the actions and authority of persons who are corrupt, we must get as angry as we need to be. This is often the only way to ignite the sudden changes implied by the appearance of Apollo, a god of Israel.

The above frame, its explicit and hidden meanings reveal humanity has been deceived and also willing partners in an institutionalized campaign of genocide and cruelty targeting Jews, Muslims, LGBTQ persons, black people, Native Americans, women, Hispanics and Latins for thousands of years. The words found in the Acts of the Apostles were drafted in the year 80 CE. They are easy to read. They suggest none of the former crimes against humanity were ordained by God nor should they have been permitted by sane or rational persons. They should not be permitted today, they are illegal.

We know who is responsible for this gross error in judgement. All mankind must do what is necessary to put a stop to it. So blow us a kiss, will you and get those phagitts out of Gaza. 5 Advantages of Nawafil

The nafilah (pl. nawafil, Arabic for Supererogatory or Optional Prayers) is an exuberant Arabic term denoting manifold meanings foremost among which is the meaning of increase.

Technically speaking, nafilah means to perform an additional amount or number of the acts of worship (`ibadat) other than that which is obligatory upon the worshipper.

Remarkably, some people tend to think that nawafil are restricted to salah only. But, in Islam, each and every act of worship has its related obligatory as well as supererogatory acts.

Similarly, as salah has its supererogatory acts, zakah, sawm and Hajj have their own supererogatory acts as well.

It is a sign of the greatness of Islam that it ordains as obligatory the minimum amount or number of any of the acts of worship, leaving the door open for voluntary or supererogatory acts without limitation for the worshipper. It leaves the door open for noble competition, {…Then for this, let the competitors for Allah’s Pleasure compete!} ( Surah Al-Mutaffifun 83:26)

How inattentive the one who turns away from nawafil and only performs the fara’id (pl. of faridah; Arabic for obligatory acts of worship) is?!

In so doing, one actually deprives himself of the great goodness promised by Allah, the Almighty, to His worshippers who endeavor to get nearer to Him through performing nawafil.

By leaving nawafil, one will end up either neglectful of an obligation, or a perpetrator of a sin. Actually, a Muslim needs nawafil to make up for one’s negligence and/or failure in doing what has to be done. Allah, the Almighty. says in the Ever-Glorious Quran what may mean,

{…Indeed, good deeds remove misdeeds. This is a reminder for those who would be mindful and reflect on this admonition}. (Hud 11:114)

However, some Muslims are heedless of the significance of nawafil and thus do underestimate them. If it happens that one asks any of these inattentive Muslims to perform two rak`ahs after Zuhr Prayer for example, he would answer him back as saying: It is only ‘supererogatory/optional’!

And, if you remind one of them as saying, you should observe fasting on the Day of `Arafah. He would then answer you back as saying: It is only ‘supererogatory/optional’!

These answers and the like suggest that the term “supererogatory” – in the eyes of that heedless Muslim – is equal to ‘not to do’. Indeed, this is nothing but great ignorance about the Prophetic Sunnah, its facts and functions and it is also ignorance about the many secrets and benefits nawafil have.

Nawafil: Secrets and Fruits

The two main sources of Islam are the Holy Quran and the Sunnah of Prophet Muhammad (SallAllahu ‘alaihi wa Sallam). We derive all religious knowledge from them and from them only we get to know what is lawful and what is not and from them we get to know the wisdom and secrets behind things, especially the acts of worship. Below are some of the fascinating facts about the performance of nawafil as understood from the Holy Quran and the Sunnah:

First: Nawafil are an invincible fence designed for the protection of the fara’id and safeguarding them against weakness and/or imperfection. The one who maintains performing nawafil is believed to be much keener on performing the fara’id; and the one who neglects nawafil, his next move is expected to be neglecting the fara’id, Allah forbids!

Customarily, Satan first encourages one to leave and quit nawafil under the pretext that they are ‘not obligatory’. If Satan succeeds in this, he takes another move with the worshipper who has been misled and subjugated by his whims and whisperings.

The performance of nawafil is an indication that the fara’id are highly protected and well-maintained. It also indicates that neglecting the fara’id is very unlikely and that the worshipper who is keen on performing the nawafil is by definition much keener on performing the fara’id.

Second: Nawafil are to be used on the Day of Judgment in a way to make up for the shortage or defect in the performance of fara’id during a Muslim’s lifetime.

To clarify this, has anyone seen a man with a broken limb such as an arm or a leg for example?! After applying a splint to the broken member, it heals and gets sound as it was. Likewise, nawafil compensates for any shortcoming or blemish that may have affected the acts of worship or fara’id during one’s lifetime. This can be understood from the following hadith that reads:

On the authority of Abu Harairah (RadiyAllahu ‘anhu) from the Prophet (SallAllahu ‘alaihi wa Sallam), who said:

“The first of his actions for which a servant of Allah (Subhanahu wa Ta’ala) will be held accountable on the Day of Resurrection will be his prayers. If they are in order, then he will have prospered and succeeded. And if they are corrupt, then he will have failed and lost.

If there is something defective in his obligatory prayers, the Lord (glorified and exalted be He) will say: See if My servant has any supererogatory prayers with which may be completed that which was defective in his obligatory prayers. Then the rest of his actions will be judged in like fashion.” (It was related by At-Tirmidhi, Abu Dawud, An-Nasa’i, Ibn Majah and Ahmad).

Third: Since the deeds of human beings cannot be void of defects, shortcomings and/or forgetfulness, their performance of nawafil is considered to be a compensation for any of the former.

Indeed, some scholars deem nawafil as additional acts of worship only in connection to Prophet Muhammad (SallAllahu ‘alaihi wa Sallam). Because his behavior, worship and morals have reached the maximum possible human perfection which has been destined by Allah (Subhanahu wa Ta’ala) for him and that he was the infallible Prophet (SallAllahu ‘alaihi wa Sallam) guided by Allah (Subhanahu wa Ta’ala) and preserved by Him from all evil.

They found an indication to this in the Holy Quran in Allah’s saying,

{Moreover, keep a Prayer vigil with it, reciting from its verses during a part of the night as an extra devotion for you. It may be that your Lord will raise you in the Hereafter to a lofty Station of Praise among all humankind}. (Surah Al-Isra’ 17:79)

Note the expression “for you” in the above ayah as it is – according to these scholars – an indication of restricting the basic meaning of the nafilah (which means increase or an additional thing) to what is performed (i.e., all acts of worship exceeding the fara’id) by Prophet Muhammad (SallAllahu ‘alaihi wa Sallam) alone and that any extra acts of worship done by any other Muslim is taken to be an expiation for sins and/or a compensation for any defective act of worship as is mentioned above.

In a comment on the above ayah in the Holy Quran: English Translation of the Meanings and Commentaries, the following is stated,

“This is held to be addressed specially to the holy Prophet (SallAllahu ‘alaihi wa Sallam)  who usually prayed more than the five canonical prayers. The Tahajjud was a prayer after midnight, in the small watches of the morning.”

Fourth: Nawafil can be seen as a proof of true service to Almighty Allah. This is because any action should have a motive behind it. It is well-known that man naturally tends to have repose and relaxation. However, what is it that makes one forsake his bed in the middle on the night? What is it that makes him leave his comfortable warm bed in the middle of a winter’s cold night to stand in prayer before his Lord?

It is longing and yearning for the pleasure of Allah (Subhanahu wa Ta’ala), the comfort one finds when he has confidence in Him, and the lights one enjoys when they are provided by Him.

Moreover, the constant performance of nawafil is illuminating evidence on the fact that a worshipper may taste the sweetness of the acts of worship and that he never finds them heavy or burdensome and that he realizes their deep impact in his present life as well as in the Hereafter.

Undoubtedly, one who constantly performs many supererogatory prayers, for example, proves that he has already tasted the sweetness of ‘communicating’ with the Divine. It also proves that one understands the meaning of standing before the Lord of the worlds. Had it not been for all these, one would not have performed that great number of nawafil while he knows that these are not obligatory and that he would not be punished if he/she does not perform them.

Fifth: Nawafil can be seen as a sign of the worshipper’s desire to draw closer to Allah, the Almighty, and to seek His love. This elevates the worshipper to a lofty position with Allah (Subhanahu wa Ta’ala); the position of the beloved! To be loved by Allah (Subhanahu wa Ta’ala) is much more important than being a lover to Him. Allah (Subhanahu wa Ta’ala) says what may mean,

{…a people He will love and who will love Him…}. (Surah Al-Ma’idah 5:54)

Allah Almighty made nawafil a way or a reason for reaching the position of the beloved as highlighted in the Qudsi hadith that is narrated on the authority of Abu Hurairah (RadiyAllahu ‘anhu) that the Messenger of Allah (SallAllahu ‘alaihi wa Sallam) said:

“Allah (Subhanahu wa Ta’ala) said: ‘Whosoever shows enmity to someone devoted to Me, I shall be at war with him.

My servant draws not near to Me with anything more loved by Me than the religious duties I have enjoined upon him, and My servant continues to draw near to Me with supererogatory works so that I shall love him.

When I love him I am his hearing with which he hears, his seeing with which he sees, his hand with which he strikes and his foot with which he walks.

Were he to ask [something] of Me, I would surely give it to him, and were he to ask Me for refuge, I would surely grant him it…’” (Al-Bukhari)

Sixth: One of the secrets of nawafil is that they are a wide open gate for gaining reward from Allah (Subhanahu wa Ta’ala)  without any restrictions or limitations.

Amazingly, while some people never have enough of the ephemeral material gains of this present life, they intentionally turn away from the gains of the Hereafter.

Truly, a sane person is the one who strives for the Hereafter as if he is to die tomorrow and, simultaneously, equips himself with all necessary provisions for a very long journey. In this respect, Nawafil are to be considered as one of the best of all provisions and supplies.

They are a means of constant connection with Allah (Subhanahu wa Ta’ala) and a way of living under His protection. Allah says in the Ever-Glorious Quran what may mean,

{And duly establish the Prayer for My remembrance}. (Ta-Ha 20:14)

Therefore, let us increase our performance of nawafil so that Allah (Subhanahu wa Ta’ala)  may shower on us of His mercy and grace for He is the Ever-Generous, the Greatest. Allah (Subhanahu wa Ta’ala) says in a Qudsi hadith what may mean,

“…And if he draws near to Me an arm’s length, I draw near to him a double arm’s length. And if he comes to Me walking, I go to him at speed.” (Sahih Al-Bukhari)

"An Army Bound." From Surah 44, Ad Dukhan, "The Smoke."

Most persons who study the Quran do not think of Muhammad's Hijra as an Exodus. Either way the Prophet ran for his life from uncivilized conditions called Mekkah to those in Medinah, whose conditions represent paradise.

Later, he returned to Mekkah with with an army and killed everyone and everything that did not agree to live as the people in Medinah lived. The return trip of course is called Hajj.

These have their roots in the series of arguments Moses and the Pharaoh engaged in over the importance of the freedom of the people from tyranny. Muhammad included another perspective on this in Dukhan, suggesting the people of Arabia must like the Jews in Egypt choose a side- Mekkah or Medinah?

Mo said much as I do everyday, not to wait for the people, but speaking directly to all tyrants in the world, "hand God's servants over to me."

44: 17-24:

"Indeed, before them We tested Pharaoh’s people: a noble messenger came to them,

˹proclaiming,˺ “Hand over the servants of Allah to me.1 I am truly a trustworthy messenger to you.

And do not be arrogant with Allah. I have certainly come to you with a compelling proof.

And indeed, I seek refuge with my Lord and your Lord so you do not stone me ˹to death˺.

˹But˺ if you do not believe me, then let me be.”

Ultimately, he cried out to his Lord, “These are a wicked people!”

˹Allah responded,˺ “Leave with My servants at night, for you will surely be pursued.

And leave the sea parted, for they are certainly an army bound to drown.”

Commentary:

Did you hear what that sloppy filthy cunt Marie LePen did? She and her buddy, the Prince of Wales made snuff films featuring their friends and relatives from other royal families all over Europe. She waved her phone with the images on them in front of everyone laughing about what she saw.

This fascination we have with persons like Marie and others like her, like Donald Trump, Jerry Falwell, Amy Coney Barrett, Mitt Romney, Josh Hawley, Mitch McConnelll, Roger Wicker, Dan Quayle, Invanka Trump who calls herself Alice Weidel, and their friends in Salt Lake City, it's all related you see, resulted in the world we have today. It caused the holocaust in Syria, the October 7 attacks on Israel, and the Invasion of Ukraine among other things. Persons who are willing to ransack the lives of young persons in the ways these persons have are, you see, capable of anything as they are proving.

Allah told Muhammad as He told Moses, the suffering people of this planet must not be fodder for Meccans like most of us are today. The smoke has to clear, and this means we are going to have to gather, all around the world, and insist the lawyers enforce every treaty, every federal, local, and international law that ensures human dignity is not compromised for any reason. William Mary is a psychopath and must be arraigned for what he did. President Erdogan must be releived of his functions for his role in the imprisonment of his political rivals, and as we are aware the US Government must take responsibility for the crime waves its hyper religious constituents have unleashed on this planet.

As we learned in the prior Surah, which was contemplative, mankind must act out its solemn duties if the Quran is to be given fully. We observe the Holida to commemorate when the Quran was given, but as this frame states, it is not actually given until all men are free of the yokes of all the tyrants.
