Hello!! Okay, so, this may or may not be a bit awkward because your girl's not posted here before, HOWEVER, I joined this for the cutesy fandoms and all of my favourite books. So, I just wanted to list down my favourite books and if anyone has any interesting theories, head canons or heck maybe even a scene that didn't happen but they wish did get put into words, go for it and toss them at me. (I'm rather experienced in writing as an author and I'd love taking little fanfic requests! I try my best to adapt to the writing style of the author of the og book to make it as immersive as possible.)

All time favourites (kind of in order?): -Once Upon A Broken Heart series -Caraval series -Heartless (Marissa Meyer, not Elsie Silver) -The Night Circus (still reading it but I know it's already amazing) -The Cruel Prince (also not finished but slightly read) -Kingdom Of The Wicked -Powerful (Lauren Roberts)

“The Rule Book” follows Nora Mackenzie, a sports agent whose first client is famous NFL tight end Derek Pender. He also happens to be her ex-boyfriend and he’s still holding a grudge. He’s determined to make her life difficult, but when a wild night in Vegas leads to an accidental marriage, they have to rekindle their relationship to save their careers.

Reading this book was like getting a warm hug and its all because I really adored the characters. Nora is my favorite of Sarah’s female main characters because she is so inspiring, unapologetically herself, and hardworking. Adams gives her so much personality and I found myself relating to her organization skills (specifically color-coding), can-do attitude, and love of sweet treats. I also saw a lot of myself in Derek. Though I do not have a shared experience with a learning disability diagnosis, I’ve felt inadequate before and I resonated with his internal struggle. Both Nora and Derek really moved me and I now consider them my comfort characters.

Nora and Derek’s second chance romance had me feeling so giddy! Adams does a great job establishing what their relationship was like in college and why it eventually fell apart. She executes the “right person, wrong time” narrative so well and weaves in some of my other favorite tropes like accidental marriage/marriage of convenience, only one bed, and “that’s my wife” flawlessly without overwhelming the reader. The inclusion of such tropes push Nora and Derek to face their lingering feelings for each other and act on them to give their relationship another shot. I couldn’t get enough of the mutual pining, the tension, and the way they continuously uplift each other. Thank you Sarah for this masterpiece! I’m so obsessed with this book that it hurts.

Sarah Adams does cute rom coms like no other and this one is no exception (but the enemy is my favourite one). This novel is about bestfriends to lovers,fake dating with a cheat sheet and is a fun read.

**SPOILER ALERT**

Nathan and Bree have been bestfriends for years with both harbouring feelings and not saying it loud because that might ruin the friendship that they have. Nathan is a baseball player (one who comes from wealth) while Bree is a ballet dancer instructor (struggling to make ends meet). Nathan secretly pays half of Bree's rent as he cant see her suffering,while she bakes him brownies and get donuts and coffe so he wouldn't feel lonely. Due to an accidental confession by Bree to a journalist,they both have to fake date for a contract for which Nathan's friends had him a cheat sheet.Slowly yet gradually they confess their feelings for one another.

Nathan's vulnerability with panic attacks,his calling her Bree Cheese & they getting married within hours was heart warming to the core.
