Is it normal if you like liminal spaces?

I always thought I had a weirdo taste for liking liminal spaces all the way from childhood and even had dreams about it. Also I liked cruising these places in games where developers put minimal effort on maps but somehow made us like the environment more. but when I found other people are interested in this topic too it made me wonder. Is it normal to like this kind of stuff?

When I found out. The answer is: Clearly Yes! You can like liminal spaces and there is no weirdness for it at all. Here are some reasons why It's completely normal like being or imagining these kind of environments;

The fascination with liminal spaces can be attributed to several psychological factors:

Sense of Mystery and Intrigue: Liminal spaces often evoke a sense of mystery and intrigue because they exist in a state of transition or ambiguity. The uncertainty about what lies beyond or the history behind these spaces can stimulate curiosity and imagination.

Sense of Adventure: Exploring liminal spaces can provide a sense of adventure and excitement, as individuals venture into unknown or off-limits areas. The thrill of exploration and discovery can be inherently rewarding and satisfying.

We did that cabinet for @highland_interiors .. I just love how it came out!!! In this post I would like to explain how we trim window with oversized extension, casing, sill, and apron. As you go thru slides you can see that we do "flush" window sill with extension, we are using kreg pocket system for perfect joints and then we sand that molding with precision. Normally those extensions should be made from plywood but in THIS case homeowner wanted to buy mdf. It is ok for first and 2nd floor but I would never recommend it in basements, also if you do use mdf always use "window's foam insulation" we used it here also. As you see job looks very nice and clean and could be left like this without even painting it.
