had enough energy while recovering for some quick headshots, so i did a spin on that 'give me 6 clangens' thing & just drew some characters from different comics i've read & been inspired by c:

WILDFIRECRY (@loudclan-clangen) - im still not recovered from You Know What but his revenge bit was both badass and cathartic. the artists who can commit to character deaths are always really impressive to me!

HERONSTAR (@juniper-clan) - i've been dying to draw heron since she got her adult glo-up, i think her design is really fun. simple & strikingly effective! her very specific fur design was a nice challenge (i hope i got it right).

SNAILSTEP (@snailstep-and-her-clan) - i couldn't not draw the titular girl, especially when she inspired me to start this blog!! i really love her wild mane of fur so much & it was delightful to draw.

RUNNINGSTAR (@darkest-before-dawnclan) - i had a hard time picking just one character since they're all so interesting & well designed... but i ended up going with an as-yet only briefly shown character bc i really vibed with him!

VANILLABRIGHT (@moons-of-dewclan) - i don't know if i could ever do these characters justice, but dewclan is a longtime fav, and i love seeing other adult warriors fans, haha. i know the comic is kind of on hiatus, but i look forward to seeing whatever comes next!

CLOWNWISH (@circus-clangen) - absolutely a must-draw here, the setup for this clan is so unique & fun & the puzzles are just so creative! i haven't solved a single one bc i suck at puzzles, but still a huge inspo for me.

i'm always excited to see what other clangens pop up in the tags, i know most of these are more popular ones, but i'm hoping i get to draw fanart of some off the lesser-known ones soon!

Mud'star other ex friends he used to be friends with

Fern'nettle is Drowny'claw, Crystal'heart and Cinder'song littermate/sister while Whirl'scratch is Plum'willow, Mallow'quiver and Quiver'blossom littermate/brother, who were all Mud'star ex friends from kithood to app & warrior hood (expect for fern'nettle)

Mud'star did infact murder almost half of his ex friends except for Plum'willow and Mallow'quiver who is still currently alive, while the others are killed off by Mud'star during the beginning of him leading the clan as a newly made king and he was able to killed them off by baiting them as to become the clan guard(dep) even tho it was against the warrior code they have in their universe

Before right off the bait to murder them once the clan thinks they are perfectly leading the clan and protecting Mud'star, safely and smoothly even tho the whole point of Mud'star doing that was because how pretty much his ex friends was treating and talking shit about him after the badgers incident he got into and was recovering from it when he was app still.

For Fern'nettle there isn't much about her as she pretty much had a small crush of Mud'star due to her feeling really bad for him and have hopes that she would become Mud'star mate so the clan could have peace and could have help him cope through his problems but if only Mud'star have seen that in her bc of how he was more obsessed with Whirl'scratch sisters(expect for Quiver'blossom) bc he wanted them to become his mate instead the cats Mallow'quiver and Plum'willow were mates with before Mud'star fail and realize that fern'nettle liked him but instead fern'nettle would lose feelings for him as she realized what he was doing was wrong and rejected him which didn't stop him before he eventually mentor Sneeze'fur and right after he murder Whirl'scratch. Before moons later when Sneeze'fur and Bristle'heart were warrior where both Mud'star and Sneeze'fur were becoming close Sneeze'fur would eventually be told by her Bristle'heart that

Fern'nettle like Mud'star and there was a chance that Mud'star might pick fern'nettle instead of her (mostly likely it was a bait bc of how Bristle'heart hates her sister taste of toms) so instead Sneeze'fur would just bully fern'nettle out of petty before she would eventually chase her off to else where where she was chosen as Mud'star mate after few days later before fern'nettle would have returned back moons after Sneeze'fur and Mud'star both have their 2nd litter of kits
