EXCUSES We can rationalize out way into and out of — anything The mind (#mindset) is the most powerful tool (🧠) we have to get anything, and everything we want in life We can excuse our way to success, and away from failure “Fake it, till you make it”, means move forward, in spite of FEAR = “false events appearing real” Overcoming why you do what you do (or don’t do), will bring you closer to happiness, and expose your true self Life is a journey, as long as you learn, adapt, grow you will get 🦄 THERE There are times when it will be uncomfortable to move forward, but use that as a sign that you are moving 🚗 in the right 👉direction Let’s examine seven (7) of the the most popular excuses we rationalize our way out of success when it comes to training & nutrition: 1️⃣I don’t have time 2️⃣I cannot afford it - gym, PT, coaching 3️⃣I have kids 4️⃣I have to work. My schedule is too tight. I’m too busy 5️⃣It is hard. I cannot commit right now 6️⃣I don’t know how to get started. I lack commitment 7️⃣I don’t have the energy ————————- Seven (7) SHIFT IN MINDSET solutions TOWARDS successful training & fitness lifestyle career ⏰I make time to exercise. It is a lifelong commitment I have made to myself. To do better, each day, each week 💵The money I spend on coaching is an investment, in self-improvement, and my health 🧒🏻I want to be a role model for my kids. They need to see a strong, fit parent, who will be around to see them grow, and have families of their own 📈My work is important, but my mental & physical health, will help me to be a better human, more efficient, energized to bring my best everyday 🗓I choose workout plans that fit my lifestyle, and current life situation (work, family, friends), it is not my idea of perfect, but it is perfect for me right now 🏋️♀️Training, gives me energy, makes me feel good, and no one every said, “Wow, I really regret that workout” 𐂷 Starting something new is always hard; but with practice, I will get better. ♨️FOCUS♨️ When you walk into the gym, where is your focus? | Ask yourself these questions: Are you focused on your end goal? Are you focused on your workout in that moment? Are you thinking about what muscle group you are specifically working on? Because if you’re not thinking about what you’re doing, if your focus is on things outside of these walls, you won’t reach your goals. This is important! It’s important to know what you’re focused on; because when things get hard, your focus is what will drive you through.
