Anyways, BOB!! I love this guy so much, he was among my top favorites when I first watched the show back in middle school and tbh? I had great taste, what a guy. His theatrics and murderous rage are crazy entertaining

God and the political jokes... Of course they had to make him a raging republican LMFAO it's so fitting and they play it in such a hilarious manner I'm never tired of it.

And his voice? Absolutely one of the very best in the entire show, not only the voice itself but the incredible delivery of his (masterfully written) lines... AND his magnificent singing.

Honestly what's not to love?

Thoughts on Drikora? (Drifter x Ikora)

hmmm.... I've never considered it before, but I'm starting to. I think it could be cute. maybe Drifter expresses interest and tries to frame it as a joke, but immediately backtracks at the look Ikora gives him (because she knew he wasn't joking). I've always enjoyed the idea of Ikora/Drifter/Eris, too.

I will continue to ponder this. I'm beginning to enjoy thinking about it. Plus, putting Drifter in a relationship with any and every Vanguard member has always been a fun pastime for me.

Hi! I have the curiosity for Kore and the deep green. I see you talking about it a lot and was wondering what it was. Could you ramble about it to me? I am fascinated by this

I’d love to ramble about the deep green >:D!!

So! The Deep Green is a little minecraft server that mainly revolves around these three guys. Three traumatized friends who all care about eachother but are really bad at showing it and end up doing terrible things to eachother. It’s okay, they’ll sort it out eventually. (The one rule we have for this story is that it has to end happy. So happy it shall end! But we’re not there yet so lemme recount some of the things that have happened so far)

Kore is my gal!! A headstrong sorta immortal goddess who’s been around for a bit. She came from a different land (minecraft bedrock lol) and has made a home in the deep green. Or well more like On top of the deep green. Instead of living in the caves like everyone else, she instead resides on the surface next to the Resurrection Lake. She has a… strong aversion to caves and cramped, underground spaces. No one really understands why yet :)

She is very emotionally constipated and standoffish which makes becoming her friend very, very difficult as you will soon learn. Her main goal is maintaining her freedom and autonomy. She will do anything to stay in control of her life.

Upon meeting Sisyphus, Kore immediately labels them as a potential threat due to how capable they are. (and how skilled they are at minecraft lol) This threat is proven right in her eyes when one fateful day they use a /kill command that massacres all life on the server. A court meeting is held and even though it was made clear that it was a huge accident on Sisyphus’s part, Kore still votes in favor of executing them as punishment. She then becomes Sisyphus’s Executioner and shoots them with a firework rocket launcher.

Why? Kore couldn’t care less about justice. The lives lost did hurt her but that wasn’t what was on her mind during the execution.

No, Kore wanted Sisyphus to be afraid of her. Because she was afraid of them.

She wanted to snuff out any ideas of rebellion because she could see what they were capable of.

But sometime after this Sisyphus starts growing skulk in their basement and it quickly spirals out of hand. Skulk starts spreading across the server and starts growing on Sisyphus and they, yet again, are proven to be a big threat.

After going through a whole labyrinth created by Sisyphus (long story) and learning more about their past, Kore’s views shift. She sees Sisyphus as weaker than what she originally thought for daring to *gasp* have emotions! How disgusting! Ok, well, she’s more mad about the harm and stress they caused all because they were having a self loathing pity party. (At least in her eyes. That girl does not care one bit about peoples emotional problems 😔)

Kore’s friendship with Icarus is a lot less tense, atleast in the beginning. She is not intimidated by Icarus at all and just tends to get annoyed at her nosiness.

When Sisyphus leaves to start up their skulky business, Icarus leans on Kore for support and moves in with her for a bit. Kore isnt great at the emotional support part so she instead helps gather netherite for Icarus and trains her for battle (I’ll Make a Man Out of You starts playing) They become a team!

Now since the beginning theres been a.. mystical force on the server. Or more like the mystical force is the server. It’s been brewing in the background, leaving cryptic messages for Sisyphus aswell as it being the one to make it possible for all of them to respawn from death and use various commands. So in the wake of the skulk infestation, Kore and Icarus create a shrine to try and contact the magical deity of the server.

And contact they do! What will be known as The Magic from now on, it communicates to them using the weather and time of day. When asked about what to do about Sisyphus and the skulk, it calls Icarus “Their Savior“ and Kore “The Hero”. It then solemnly commands that Sisyphus should be killed.

Now despite Kore’s weariness of Sisyphus, she’s not too eager to kill them. (again) Especially if some magical deity is telling her to do so. So she rejects the hero title (cue Nobody’s Soldier by hozier) and her and Icarus agree to not listen to The Magic and only attack Sisyphus if they attack first. But The Magic’s request doesn’t quite leave Icarus’s mind. And when they confront Sisyphus in the Labyrinth, Icarus kills them, desperate to get her friend back. But when they respawn, the skulk that had taken over part of their body only spreads more. So Icarus kills them again. And again. And again. Despite Kore screaming at her to stop, screaming that it’s not working, Icarus doesn’t listen.

So Kore gives up on her. After the skulk situation is dealt with and Sisyphus is no longer a threat, Kore kicks Icarus out of her house and keeps away from her. From both of them. She’s sick of everyone acting on their emotions and she’s hurt that Icarus discarded their plan and basically chose The Magic over her.

(She’s also mad that Icarus is proving to be more than a harmless, predicable little bird. Hrmm…)

And that’s where we left off for now! Kore is off on her own sulking lol. Well Atleast she still has her camel and her freedom.

I ACTUALLY DO NOT KNOW MUCH ABOUT TROPES AND DYNAMICS........ i had to google a lot. and most dont fit them. so many boil down to 'opposites attract' but coffi and wade are attracted because they are quite alike LOL.

from what i can find, obvs they're celebrity x bodyguard, but they're also very unstoppable force x immovable object (they LOVE to fight)

i could see them as sun x moon a little, coffi being the sun and wade being her little moon in the background somewhere.

all in all their dynamic is chaotic 4 chaotic. like two bugs bunnys in a relationship. what if two people who were sooooo annoying was fuckin?

william doesn't generally wear earrings - but this is mostly because 1. he doesn't have pierced ears and 2. he thinks its not masculine enough (gets in the way of his need to be seen as perfect). but given a reason to be would 100% wear them cause i think he does like the idea of them. he likes to look fancy! as for jewelry - at most he's usually wearing his wedding ring, i think he's not super big on rings or necklaces in general. so yeah :3

Do you ever wonder what johnny might be up to in our modern day?

LMAO listen. i was on superwholock tumblr AND homestuck tumblr, which means i'm essentially impervious to fandom bullshit/drama. the block button is my best friend and i simply turn a blind eye to headcanons/ships i don't vibe with! i refuse to let a few loud annoying ppl ruin a fandom for me! that being said, interacting with other supernatural fans irl does cause me to take mild psychic damage

FINALLY getting to these questions tonight! TY FOR SENDING THEM! Always happy to rant about my awful woman Salice<3

9. Do they swear? Do they remember their first swear word?

As she was raised by one, it is no surprise that Salice literally swears like a sailor. It is hard for me to reproduce in English what in Italian can get surprisingly complex and creative when it comes to expletives, but I can say that she is much more fluent in Italian (specifically Venetian dialect) than in English when she has to throw curses left and right - when she's particularly mad she'll entirely forgo English and switch to her mother tongue too.

Her first swear word was probably something like "bàsime i durèi" (literally meaning "kiss my balls"), spoken at the tender age of 7, which she caught from her father while he was bantering with a colleague. Best not to go into detail of how she was reprimanded for simply copying her father.

17. Are they easily embarrassed?

It really depends on context. I would say that in most cases, it is hard to make her embarrassed but it is not hard to fluster her? How she reacts hinges mostly on what's happening around her. It is not hard to elicit a sputtering reaction from her by making fun of some of her silly habits or poking at her "nerdy" interests (like her passion for ants) but while she may be embarrassed as a result, she will also get mad, so it's not very worth it.

It also varies based on whether or not it's about lust or feelings. If it's a situation in which someone is making advances towards her for things like sex, Salice tends to deflect really easily, as something like that feeds into her ego and makes her smug rather than anything else; if the advances come out of nowhere and seem more sentimental in nature, something like an invite to a coffee date, Salice will legitimately be shocked and embarrassed because she genuinely wouldn't know how to react to that (and she will probably avoid this person as a result because she is allergic to feelings #emotionalconstipation).

So on a scale from 1 to 10, I'd say... a solid 7 maybe.

23. How does envy manifest itself in them (they take what they want, they become resentful, etc)?

Salice most of all becomes resentful. Though it is more of a subdued force compared to other things in her life, envy definitely is one of the main reasons she is the way she is today. Envy simultaneously eats at her from the inside and also spurs her forwards, to make something more of herself - whether that is in the best or worst way. (She would say best, but it's a skewed perception).

In general, though, she tends to let it fester long enough that it just becomes hatred. It happened with her father and it also has happened with some of her colleagues as of now, with the sole exception of Allen. But she tends not to do much else of it rather than obsessively try to be "better" than she perceives others to be when she feels like they have what she doesn't - a nicer brand of suits, a more particular tie, a much more fragrant cologne, a fancier selection of interior decor, etc. It's honestly somewhat of a problem at home too because Adona cannot fucking stand just how much shit Salice will buy because it's "the hip thing of the now"...
