Who wants a bit of Minecraft spec bio?

In my headcanon for Minecraft the majority of mobs share a very recent common ancestor with a slime-mold adjacent organism called the "root node," meaning most mobs (villagers, illagers, skeletons, zombies, mooshrooms, others) are fungoid/plantoid-appearing creatures.

Villagers are among the most complex of them all, boasting an intricate method of expression through extendable facial "petals" (thin, mostly transparent membranes) that shift in color, pattern, and intensity to express a vast and dynamic field of emotions. The protrusions on their head resembling eyebrows and a nose light up in patterns to convey information. Conversation is occasionally emphasized by vocal cues (the iconic "hrms").

While impossible to translate standard villager conversation into something intelligible to humans without advanced technology, Steve is the most "fluent in villager," with a baseline understanding of what different colors mean on a villager's petals and even dyed paper cards to replicate the expressions himself. He also has established a rudimentary sign language with the nearby village.

Steve works with a certain villager he's nicknamed The Language Guy, or "TLG," to propose new signs or revise existing ones. TLG distributes language updates to the village when they happen. TLG is the most "fluent in human," so they are the village's Steve equivalent when it comes to diplomacy with humans. They are also working on writing a book with every established sign and its definition. Since villagers don't have a written language yet, it consists of easily interpreted pictograms.

Humans and villagers have rather shallow avenues of communication due to their complete lack of intuition about each other's natures. However, due to their frequent interactions, TLG and Steve are very close friends for creatures with a compatibility gap bigger than the Grand Canyon.

نبتون السابع :

نبتون عندما يقابل الطالع يحجب هوية المرء !

تجده يعرض الهوية المثالية الذي يرغب بها الناس والشركاء فقط !

يشعر ان شخصيته الأساسية قد تخذل الناس من حوله ولايريد تحطيم حلمهم !

وهذا مايجعله يفقد هويته الاصلية ويصعب عليه العثور على نفسه !

زهرة الدلو :

قد تتعرض للكراهية بسبب انها تعطي الحب للجميع بشكل متساوي ولاتستطيع تخصيص الحب لشخص واحد فقط !

خوفاً من فقدان هويتها ،

وذلك مايجعلها تبدو بلا إخلاص او ولاء ،

واحياناً يتم إتهامها بأنها بلا روح ،،

غالباً المريخ في البيوت 1/4/9/10 مدافعين شرسين عن ممتلكاتهم ومُعتقداتهم او عن أي شيء قريب من قلوبهم !

المريخ في البيوت 7/8/12 هؤلاء يميلون إلى إخفاء مُعتقداتهم والأشياء القريبة من قلوبهم ولايرغبون ان تكون مطروحه للنقاش او تحت وجهات نظر الآخرين !

I upgraded my Toon Boom from Advanced to the Premium version and took some lessons to learn the nodes system and THIS IS HARD XD

But it's really interesting and I have to get used to the nodes for work anyway now, so working hard to keep learning ahah. The storyboard images were real deleted boards from the show (so not drawn by me), I have a bunch more but I'm pretty much doing an exercise to re animate some of those deleted boards and I'll see if I can blend them in seamlessly in the show (I also saved some of the music suites from Youtube, so far it's working just fine) I have some voice actors doing dialogue for these too :) The scenes will also have backgrounds, I just haven't drawn them yet.

I wanted to have something I could post before my big episode that could also be an animation exercise from me so my channel isn't dead for almost a year lol. The other one I'm working on now is the alternate version from the "The trees there are green" scene from Eclipse Lake. I'm trying to re animate the movement from the show but changing the dialogue and the poses very slightly to match the storyboards more, I know it's not super creative but it's a really good practice thing to do.

(This one is VERY unfinished still - those hair lines are killing me lmao)

I'm also recording my animating process for these, but also to put as a disclaimer : I'm using the storyboards as a main guide like this but as you can see the boards aren't exactly on model so I'm eyeballing the actual show as reference and I'm re drawing the frames from the show from scratch (I have a ref from the show playing on the side)

So for example here his scars will look like they do in Eclipse Lake and not like they did in the storyboards etc. For the King's Tide one above I kept the line under his eye because I felt like it still worked and also added a lot to the expression

I will post my full process video etc after I finish all those scenes :)
