As Chad and Roper race against time as ZAX gains access to a larger network, Commander Johns fights for his life inside the Nuclear Winter Simulation in Vault 51. The sun is setting and before this final match is through, winning will come at a great cost.

These episodes are in loving memory to long time Bethesda Game Studios developer Ferret Baudoin, who recorded his lines prior to his untimely passing. His family has graciously allowed us to use them posthumously and it is fitting that in these episodes he will save the day, one last time.

I have a headcannon that there is some sort of dark mysterious reason why that side of the family lost their surname. Some very big sort of banishment from Bart's side of the family that has affected the family line. Perhaps something Bart and his siblings did or something Bart did/Monroe's family did during Monroe's lifetime. Perhaps even something he was involved in that caused a schism so big that it split the family and caused them to lose their claim to the rest of the historical line.

We know Alice's last name was Dietrich as Felix is her brother and his last name is Dietrich. I'm also really curious as to why Alice ended up in the U.S. while Felix stayed in Germany. I have some headcannons about that as well.

I think it's a cool idea to have had Monroe take Rosalee's name. Monroe Calvert has a cool ring to it. But I'd be just as happy if Rosalee took Monroe's single name as her last. Monroe and Rosalee Monroe.

There is a "family crest" that decorates both the front door of Monroe's house and his cutlery that reads Blutbad. But that would be some sort of ridiculous if their last name was blood bath. A bit redundant too. Like Moon Moon kinda shit.

Anyway, I think the creators and writers just continued to keep it a running gag and never intended to answer why or how or what. They did nix "Eddie" but they seemed to have never had any intention of explaining the single name otherwise! So we are left to our own devices. And, trust me, my devices are just awful. They reek of trauma and hurt/comfort motifs.

So...good job writers.

One of my favorite things about the Grimm fandom is the creation of Monroe’s name.

He’s only ever referred to as “Monroe” in the series, so fans took it upon themselves to give him the first name Eddie.

Monroe’s actor then outwardly claimed that Monroe’s name is not Eddie, and yet the fans are like

“….so anyway, Eddie Monroe—”

About a week ago, I posted a WIP graphic that represented a bunch of the Apollo kids (mostly ocs but including canon) using their camp necklaces.  At the time, it went back to only kids that were in camp when Will was, but that’s now been expanded as far back as all the kids Lee ever knew!

Another change is the post-TOA year bead; originally I had a design for The Sun and the Stars, but as that book’s looking more and more like it’s taking place the same summer as TON and therefore won’t have its own bead, I’ve replaced it with a new design!

As always, bead designs are free to borrow with credit, but please don’t use my ocs’ names!  (You are, however, welcome to use the full names I’ve assigned to Yan, Jerry and Gracie, once again with credit).
