Austria 2016
-I might have Pavlov-ed myself into believing that car sounds make me happy
-Nico Hulkenburg is p2??!
-Why are there so many grid penalties- what happened in this qualifying session?
-I hate watching races where Nico qualifies well, I always have to confront the fact that he actually never stays there in the end
-Oh it’s Seb’s birthday!
-“Could this be the day that Force India capitalize on Nico Hulkenburg’s top qualifying position?” Don’t make it worse please
-Oh that’s not a good start- Wehrlein is in the wrong grid spot
-“Nico Hulkenburg has lost a place or two” :/
-“Jenson Button already forming a bit of a buffer for his former teammate” Yay DRS train
-Aah Nico vs Nico
-“Hulkenburg’s lost two places in the span of two corners”
-Max really be just following the top cars and making everyone’s lives difficult
-Both Ferraris making moves at the same time>>
-Also Kimi p2!!
-“That’s Vettel on his former teammate”
-Nico has fallen to p8. I knew this was going to happen but it still sucks.
-Nico R overtaking here much faster than he did in Canada
-Nico H pitting already?
-“Okay Daniel, we might be stopping soon, push now, push now”
-Very impressed by Lewis going long on those tires and still maintaining pace
-“I do think we need to just keep Raikkonen in mind a little bit because he’s driving himself into contention” Yes, let’s go!
-No way Nico’s taking those tires to the end
-Nice, Hulkenburg’s still in the points
-Nevermind, I spoke that into non-existence
-Ohmygod no wait, Nico fought back
-And he’s lost it again
-Did Nico R just successfully undercut Lewis?
-Ayy Ferrari called in Kimi too late. They were 1-2 and now Kimi’s in p6
-Hehe Kevin being a menace
-Why is Nico H pitting again??
-Seb?? Ohmygod?? Did his tire just burst?
-“Has Ferrari left it too long to bring him into the pits?” Aaah I’m going to scream
-Him just sitting there on the track is awful
-I have realized just now, watching Nico leading this race, that I’ve never actually watched a race where he wins. What the hell?
-I completely missed the safety car pit stop games because of that realization
-I don’t think any of the top five cars pit again though?
-So cute all the cars following the safety car through the pit lane
-“Red Bull sitting pretty, Verstappen and Ricciardo 3 and 4”
-Whyyy is Nico Hulkenburg p16?!
-“There’s some Ferrari hanging off the front of that Mercedes” Hehe
-Yesss Checo! Double overtake!
-Checo practically carried that team fr
-Nico and Kevin getting penalties basically at the same time. Their teammate agenda started early
-Felipe Nasr leading a DRS train>>
-“Nico Rosberg leads by two seconds” Ohmygod am I finally about to watch him win?
-“There are twenty of them on track but it’s looks like there are thirty on there doesn’t it, with the amount of scraps” It really does! With everyone so bunched up
-Checo and Massa have been battling for so long, they overtook the same guy together to continue battling
-“I’m really missing radio communication in f1” I too would like to hear more radios
-“Jenson Button is having a good afternoon isn’t he?” WHY ISN’T NICO HULKENBURG??!
-“Verstappen- the non-Mercedes man, in a podium position”
-NH: “Guys I think I’m bailing out, there’s so much vibration” Ajhshsbsbhsggsg
-Man I forgot about his five second penalty, he might as well have retired
-LH: “Okay Lewis close that gap as much as you can, it’s hammer time”
-Ooh good pit stop for Lewis
-Good pit stop for Nico too
-They really be so evenly matched
-“This is going to get punchy isn’t it” Bring it on!
-LH: “Why is he on a softer tire than me?!”
-Huh when did Kvyat retire?
-It’ll be hilarious if Max wins this race by going till the end on those tires
-Honestly it must be so terrifying being hunted down by both Mercedes rocket ships
-Ah that was a good move from Nico
-Ughh traffic while trying to overtaking must be the worsttt
-Never seen Ricciardo and Button battling before. This is fun
-Yesss late on the breaks babyyy
-Massa, Alonso and Hulkenburg retiring?!
-Yes traffic must suck. I’m pretty sure Nico’s cursing them out right about now
-Ohmygodd no wayyyy!!!
-Checo?!
-“He’s been passed by the Red Bull and the Ferrari as well!”
-How did all of this happen in the last lap?!?
-I thought Nico was going to win!!!
-LH: “I was on the outside. It wasn’t me that crashed”
-I’m in such shock, I’m still reeling
-“I don’t think there will be a hug between the two drivers” These commentators just do their best to add more drama don’t they?
-On the flip side though, Kimi podium!! (Also Carlos points!)
-Ooh this is Max’ second podium (Man’s first podium was a win- how cool)
-MV: “What happened there?”
LH: “ *scoffs* He made a mistake into turn 1 in the last lap”
KR: *watching with interest *
-I love debriefs with the older drivers

Kimi Antonelli is now following the GPDA Instagram account!
As well as dropping their statement regarding "Driver Misconduct" this morning, the account now follows and is followed back by Kimi. This almost certainly happened this morning, but definitely sometime between my checks at 10.11pm last night (6th Nov) and 11am this morning (7th Nov)
Kimi joins Ollie in being the only non-full time drivers that the account follows - if you needed any more confirmation that this account is being run by George Russell.
Full list of drivers who are currently following the account below the cut
Before 11.49pm 4/11: Max, Checo, Charles, Oscar, Fernando, Nico, Kevin, Pierre, Esteban, Alex Albon, Valtteri (plus GPDA director Alex Wurz)
Before 3.35pm 5/11: George, Ollie, Mick, Felipe (plus GPDA director Anastasia Fowle)
Before 11.40pm 5/11: Jack
Before 8:10pm 5/11: Carlos
Before 11.00am 7/11: Kimi

Do you think that in the ccc universe the 2010s grid would have (or try to) an orgy that ended up in disastrous consequences for everyone involved?
STOPPPP this made me laugh so hard okay details under the cut for Obvious reasons (explicit. be aware.) (it’s also… long…)
Firstly!!! everyone is sleeping with everyone let’s be clear here… Seb in particular is quite happy getting around, as is Jenson…
I think the dynamic these two have is very much just friends with benefits except to the Extreme… like they’re discussing a movie they both watched while Seb is tied to the bed with Jenson’s fist up his ass type of dynamic so. I think the idea of the orgy probably starts from them. They’re kissing and telling and sharing notes and it just spirals from there!
Mark is the first victim of their note swapping, for obvious reasons. He’s Jenson’s best friend, he’s the guy Seb is pretending he doesn’t have a massive crush on, they’ve both had sex with him, obviously it’s a topic of conversation! And it’s Jenson that suggests a threesome. Seb tries very hard to be chill about how into the idea of it he is, Jenson sees right through him, one thing leads to another and the three of them have a Great night together.
After, Seb and Jenson do their usual casually chatting about the most absurd things, like Seb asks Jenson something about Nico and Mark is like what the fuck do you two just… talk about the other people you’re having sex with? And he gets a bit weird about it and Obviously Seb and Jenson take that as their cue to be Annoying and Seb goes “Maybe you should invite Nico to our next threesome” and Mark is bright red at this point and Jenson just grins and is like “only if you invite Lewis” which makes Seb howl with laughter because can you imagine???? Those two???? (who are a very toxic on again off again couple at this point) and Mark, flustered and awkward but trying to joke around too goes “might as well just invite the whole building”
And that is where the orgy idea Starts.
Now not everyone is involved, some of them are smart and know to stay the hell away from that mess, some of them are happily married (Felipe’s husband is Rob because I love them with my whole heart), but it’s surprisingly easy to convince a large group once Seb and Jenson start floating the idea past their hookups… Lewis and Nico are the first ones roped in, and it’s partly as some weird psychosexual play against each other where like they both want to be super chill about the orgy to piss the other one off.
Seb tells Kimi who shrugs and is like why not, I’ll bring the little Finn…
Romain somehow just Knows and informs Jenson he’ll be there, much to Jenson’s bewilderment
Seb invites Nico, who invites Checo, who invites Kevin (all of them show up simply out of curiosity)
Mark accidentally ropes Fernando into it when he’s bemoaning what he got himself into and Fernando is like well there is no way I am missing out on this orgy I will come too. This does not help Mark feel better about it at all.
And then Jenson decides to invite the new kid too, which Seb thinks is hilarious, and the two of them corner a recently moved in Daniel who gets all flustered by being cornered by two hot blonds and isn’t quite sure what the hell he’s got himself into by moving here but no way is he turning down an opportunity for an orgy
Somehow a time and a date gets set and people awkwardly rock up to the orgy, all very unsure but intrigued nonetheless, and they walk in on an absolute Scene.
Nico, in lingerie, with a sheer fluffy dressing gown on, mid screaming match with Lewis (thankfully fully dressed), while hand cuffed to Seb (only in an oversized shirt and briefs) who’s clearly trying as hard as he can not to laugh, while Jenson (in jeans but shirtless) desperately tries to pick the lock of the handcuffs somehow looking deeply stressed and deeply amused at the same time. Mark and Fernando are sitting on the couch behind them with expressions of distaste and glee respectively.
Upon seeing this almost everyone nopes the fuck out right there and then and the orgy plan quickly falls apart… the only people who don’t choose to close the door and slowly back away are Kimi, who rolls his eyes before shoving Jenson out of the way and picking the lock in three seconds flat, and Daniel, who’s a little confused but thinks it would be rude to turn down the invitation when he’s still so new
No one’s much in the mood for sex after that

You asked, and I answered.
Alright, buckle up folks here is my overanalyzed date possibilities list.
First, let’s list out everyone who has been a driver since Max joined in 2015. There are 46 of them (including temporary subs and those who didn’t finish seasons).
Now, let’s cut everyone who joined after 2021 as per your previous answer. Down to 41:
Lando Norris,Yuki Tsunoda, Lance Stroll, Mick Schumacher, Nikita Mazepin, Charles Leclerc, George Russell, Max Verstappen, Alex Albon, Pierre Gasly, Esteban Ocon, Sergey Sirotkin, Nicholas Latifi, Pascal Werhlein, Carlos Sainz, Antonio Giovinazzi, Daniil Kvyat, Kevin Magnussen, Rio Haryanto, Stoffel Vandoorne, Felipe Nasr, Jolyon Palmer, Esteban Gutierrez, Will Stevens, Roberto Merhi, Sergio Perez, Marcus Ericsson, Brendon Hartley, Valtteri Bottas, Daniel Ricciardo, Nico Hulkenberg, Sebastian Vettel, Romain Grosjean, Lewis Hamilton, Robert Kubica, Nico Rosberg, Pastor Moldonado, Fernando Alonso, Felipe Massa, Kimi Raikkonen, and Jenson Button.
Age has to come in now. No one more than 10 years older. That leaves us 33 people:
Lando Norris,Yuki Tsunoda, Lance Stroll, Mick Schumacher, Nikita Mazepin, Charles Leclerc, George Russell, Max Verstappen, Alex Albon, Pierre Gasly, Esteban Ocon, Sergey Sirotkin, Nicholas Latifi, Pascal Werhlein, Carlos Sainz, Antonio Giovinazzi, Daniil Kvyat, Kevin Magnussen, Rio Haryanto, Stoffel Vandoorne, Felipe Nasr, Jolyon Palmer, Esteban Gutierrez, Will Stevens, Roberto Merhi, Sergio Perez, Marcus Ericsson, Brendon Hartley, Valtteri Bottas, Daniel Ricciardo, Nico Hulkenberg, and Sebastian Vettel.
Then we can cut the REALLY irrelevant (aka people everyone forgets existed) drivers because she simply would never date one of them. Now we’re at 25 options:
Lando Norris, Yuki Tsunoda, Lance Stroll, Mick Schumacher, Nikita Mazepin, Charles Leclerc, George Russell, Max Verstappen, Alex Albon, Pierre Gasly, Esteban Ocon, Nicholas Latifi, Carlos Sainz, Antonio Giovinazzi, Daniil Kvyat, Kevin Magnussen, Stoffel Vandoorne, Felipe Nasr, Sergio Perez, Marcus Ericsson, Brendon Hartley, Valtteri Bottas, Daniel Ricciardo, Nico Hulkenberg, and Sebastian Vettel.
Let’s cut people based on whose vibes would NEVER work with her (and Estie Bestie because he doesn’t work with Max so by extension her). Down to 15 options:
Lando Norris, Lance Stroll, Mick Schumacher, Charles Leclerc, George Russell, Max Verstappen, Alex Albon, Pierre Gasly, Nicholas Latifi, Carlos Sainz, Kevin Magnussen, Stoffel Vandoorne, Marcus Ericsson, Daniel Ricciardo, and Sebastian Vettel.
Now we can cut Max and Mick. So 13 options.
Then we can cut some for not being willing to make a move or not interested. Which leaves us 10 options:
Lando Norris, Lance Stroll, Charles Leclerc, George Russell, Alex Albon, Pierre Gasly, Nicholas Latifi, Carlos Sainz, Stoffel Vandoorne, and Marcus Ericsson.
Now, I think we can cut Alex and George because I don’t think they would get along. So we have 8 left. So we need to consider Lando, Pierre, Carlos, Lance, Charles, Latifi, Vandoorne, and Ericsson. All could vibe IMO.
One date with Lando. I know they’re friends now but I could see him making a move when he realized Max wasn’t before a mutual friend zoning occurred.
Pierre and Carlos would both be ballsy enough to ask her out and I think she would consider a date with either of them. Both are former Max teammates too so they could’ve gotten close then. Both kinda cocky.
Lance is one of my personal favorites. He’s funny, kinda fiesty at times. I don’t think she would care about the nepo aspect and he’s friends with Mick so the intro is there. Plus we’ve seen the pic of her and Lance so we know they’re at least casual friends.
Charles could work too. Casual with Max, not over the top, good driver. No obvious reason against him.
Latifi is funny, doesn’t take himself too seriously, and could’ve been a single date.
Vandornne is also Dutch. Could be a pro there for them. Maybe met him a bit growing up because of it. Don’t know enough about his vibes to totally rule him out. He’s a Formula E champ, which would be a pro.
Ericsson is also there. Does decent in Indy which is a plus. I just have a feeling it’s not him for truly no real reason.
My guesses at which I’m order or likelihood is:
Lando
Lance
Pierre
Vandornne
Carlos
Latifi
Charles
Ericsson
I feel like I have to have at least 1 of the 3 in those final 10. I’d like to think all 3 but there could be a curevball in there idk. There’s also a shot in potentially missing someone in my original 46.
- 🤠

can i ask what drivers you write for? ive seen the drivers you accept requests for but i know that youve written fics for other ones. so is there like a list of drivers that you will pretty much always write, maybe write for, and then never write for if that makes sense?
That does make sense! I never really thought about making a list like that, but I of course can! Now these categories can change (though the drivers under never will most likely never change). The maybe category is more like I have to be in the mood (so to speak) to write for that driver.
Also I don't know if you just want current f1 drivers or not, so I'm just listing like any driver that I've written for/can think of that's had fics written for them. (under the cut, cause it's a lot of names)
Always: Charles Leclerc, Max Verstappen, Ollie Bearman, Logan Sargeant, Jenson Button, Callum Ilott, Alexander Rossi, Daniel Ricciardo
Maybe: Pierre Gasly, Alex Albon, George Russell, Marcus Armstrong, Clement Novalak, Oscar Piastri, Mark Webber, Sebastian Vettel, Arthur Leclerc, David Malukas, Pato O'Ward, Jak Crawford, Frederik Vesti, Pepe Marti, Fernando Alonso, Lance Stroll, Felipe Drugovitch, Luke Browning, Dino Beganovic, Nico Rosberg, Liam Lawson
Never: Lewis Hamilton, Lando Norris, Yuki Tsunoda, Carlos Sainz, Esteban Ocon, Zhou Guanyu, Valterri Bottas, Nico Hulkenberg, Kevin Magnussen, Kimi Antonelli, Franco Colapinto, Mick Schumacher,
Now, I have previously written a few fics for Lando (nearly a year ago) and he is in the 'never' category for the same reason as everyone else in that category, I just don't see him or any of those drivers that way. And I am past that point as a writer where I'm going to force myself to write for someone that I just don't see like that.

Monaco 2007, post-race press conference
Interviewer: "Lewis, you certainly caught him, but then did you just ease off? Did you just decide that there was no point fighting for this?" Lewis: "I caught him up and… It's extremely difficult to overtake here in Monaco and he was obviously close to me, and I was told to take it easy. There was no point in pressuring him into a mistake, and then when he did make a mistake, crash into him, so it was best to finish one-two. But to be honest, I pushed as hard as I could to the end. I never give up, no matter what, and so I didn't really take too much notice and I kept going." Interviewer: "How did you feel about your start?" Lewis: "I thought my start was quite good. The key was to slot in behind Fernando. Obviously he starts on the better side of the grid, which sort of sets him up for turn one. I wasn't going to do anything crazy. We're both leading the world championship and we want to keep it like that. But I think I had quite good pace for the first couple of laps, and you just can't follow. It's been proved that even up to four seconds behind someone you still lose downforce, so considering I was that close to him for quite some time, it was good. But then I had quite a bit of graining with the front tyres and I couldn't get the car 'round the corners." Interviewer: "And I guess you hoped that three lap difference between your first pits stops for you…" Lewis: "Yeah, I was actually quite surprised because I was fueled to do five laps, maybe six laps longer than Fernando and they stopped me with three laps, so there wasn't much time to pull out a gap or improve my time. I wasn't really given much time for it. I came in two or three laps after. That was unfortunate, but that's the way it goes."
[QUESTIONS FROM THE FLOOR:] Journalist: "Mark Hughes, Autosport. Lewis, at the first stops you stopped about three laps later and a second and a half longer, when we expected you to run maybe five laps longer. Was there a problem at the first stop, or were you called in early at the second?" Lewis: "No, I really... I'm looking forward to speaking to my engineers. I'm pretty sure the reason they called me in earlier than I had fuel for is because of the safety car. If the safety car had come out they could really have changed the result, so it was better to get the pit stop done. Felipe had made his pit stop so he was no trouble to me and I could have kept my position, so they brought me in after three laps and I thought we were going to go shorter on the middle stint, but we didn't." Journalist: "Mark Hughes, Autosport. Does that suggest you were gambling on a safety car period?" Lewis: "To be honest, I have no clue. I just did my race and the team took care of it all." Journalist: "Ian Parkes, Associated Press. Lewis, it was noticeable that after the podium ceremony you handed your trophy to your brother, Nic. Is there any significance in that? Did you dedicate it to him in any way?" Hamilton: "No, not really. My brother supports me in every race, and it's good to have him there and he loves to be a part of it, and I'm proud to have him with me and it's great when he comes up and I can give him the trophy and make him feel important and just show him that he is."
Journalist: "Lionel Froissart, Liberation. Lewis, did you touch the rail two or three times in your last stint?" Lewis: "Yes." Journalist: "Lionel Froissart, Liberation. Where? Mirabeau?" Lewis: "I hit a couple of barriers. I'm not really sure which ones. I just tapped them." Journalist: "Kevin Garside, The Daily Telegraph. Lewis, for the first time this season you looked disappointed with second place today. It seems the pattern developing is that you' a're always heavier in the third qualifying session, which gives the world champion, Fernando, the best shot at pole. Is this hampering you? Do you feel frustrated?" Lewis: "At the end of the day, I'm a rookie. I'm in my first season in Formula 1 and I've finished second in only my first Monaco Grand Prix, so I really can't complain, but to see that I' a'm of a similar pace to Fernando is a positive for me. But it's something I have to live with. I've got number two on my car. I'm the number two driver." Journalist: "Juha Paatalo, Financial Times Germany. What was the team's explanation for you pitting early?" Lewis: "I just said I haven't spoken to my engineers, so I don't really know. I can only assume, as we were all on a two stop strategy, that if the safety car came out it really could have had a big effect and we wouldn't have ended up with the points we ended up with. It was important to get us in because anything could have happened, and so it was the safe route." Journalist: "Ian Parkes, Associated Press. Lewis, you mentioned that there were team orders towards the end of the race, that you are the number two driver. Is this something that you find difficult to come to terms with?"
Lewis: "There weren't necessarily any team orders. They didn't say that I had to stay behind Fernando. But the goal of the team is to score as many points as possible, and we want to pull away from the Ferraris, and the only way we can do that is to finish in first and second or ahead of them. It was easy for me to maybe push a bit harder and to touch the barrier and maybe to crash or push Fernando into a mistake, but that would have been a negative on the team. Coming into the season, I expect to be the number two driver. I'm a rookie, it's my first season, but I'm just pleased to be here and it really is a great feeling for me to be sitting next to these drivers and still living my dream and to be on the podium in all five of my first grands prix. I hope to continue like that." Journalist: "Rodrigo Franca, Racing Magazine. Lewis, what did you learn from the GP2 series and who do you see from your old GP2 rivals who could do a good job in Formula 1?" Lewis: "GP2 was a great category, obviously, and it helped boost my opportunity to get into Formula 1 and is a great stepping stone for anyone's career. I haven't really had the opportunity to watch it, as I'm so busy during the weekends, but there are lots of drivers there, without giving any names, who did a great job and they all have the potential.

New fic : Nocturnal Thrones
Nocturnal Thrones
by thechesapeakeslayer
Oscar, a young vampire, reflects on his new life, which began just a month ago after an encounter that left him "practically dead." Once an engineering student, he now struggles with his thirst for blood and the responsibility of mastering his powers. Craving solitude, he ventures into the forest at night, still learning how to control his vampiric urges.
While in the woods, he hears a distant howl, which leads him to encounter a werewolf, a creature feared for its venomous bite. After a tense chase, Oscar escapes and returns to the vampire mansion, where he informs his fellow vampires about the werewolf. The group, led by the charismatic Lewis, decides to capture it.

Europe 2016
-This is an interesting looking track
-“We have a Mercedes and a Red Bull in the front row here”
-Wait -this is Baku- why did I not make that connection earlier? My brain is fried, excuse me
-Oh Lewis is starting p10?! Am I finally about to see a Nico win?!!???
-Ohmygod this is the first ever F1 race at Baku?
-Did Lewis lose places??
-Checo!
-Where did Max start? Why is he p8?
-So many yellow flags already
-Oh okay Max started p9
-I’m assuming qualifying at a new track threw some drivers off
-“He’s got Hulkenburg right behind, and that car is capable of good things” please please please please
-Woah that move from both Valterri and Lewis on Max?!
-Valterri has been that man, even in a Williams (will forever be salty about his time at Sauber- I will however always cherish Zhou and Valterri being teammates)
-Max may not be having a good race but Daniel is
-Aaah Sebastian!! That was so quick!
-Spoke too soon about Danny staying p2
-Max and Fernando pitting early?
-People thinking of one stopping?
-KR: “There was some ******* plastic flying around, I had to avoid it”
-Oh who’s retiring? Kvyat
-“Hamilton’s getting the double tow from both Williams cars”
-Max p16 😭😭
-Nico took off so fast, they haven’t commented on him since the start
-“Box, Sebastian, box”
SV: “Are we sure about this? Tires are looking fine”
“We are about to be undercut by Ricciardo”
-“Interestingly Hulkenburg is quite ahead of anyone else who was on the same tire” please please please please
-Sebastian actually hasn’t boxed yet. Neither have the Mercedes
-Checo p3! (Don’t think he’s boxed either actually)
-Woo Lewis p4!
-Come on Max
-Five seconds for Kimi?!? Ughh
-Yes Max!!
- All top five cars haven’t boxed yet
- Hulkenburg p7 (please please please please)
- Max back in points!!
- LH: “I’m struggling with the breaks. I’ve got vibration”
- “Hulkenburg and Raikkonen going wheel to wheel” That was such a good move from Kimi
- Such a consistent race from Checo- if he loses track position because of a pit stop I will scream
- Yesss he overcut Lewis!
- “Rosberg can pretty much make a pit stop from the lead now and still get track position”
- “Let’s have him Kimi, it will change our race if we have him” Yesss Kimi…ohmygod why did I have to get reminded of the penalty?!
- So not used to Max having such a quiet race
- Also kind of want to see Nico win from further back on the grid..any recs?
- Let’s go Checo!!
- Apparently Valterri and Max have been beefing cause the commentators keep getting excited when they’re close together on track
- Ayy are Force India going to pull team orders?
- I get it though, Checo definitely has more pace (plus he’s on a completely different strategy)
- Seb finally pitting. Ah Nico too
- Oh Max pitting again?? How come?
- I really need to learn more about tires
- “And in comes our race leader” Honestly I forgot all about him
- Checo holding back Lewis is just everything
- Where has Max come out?
- Nico back down in p13. For my sake, please please make your way back up
- “Okay Pascal, please be careful on turn 8, please be careful on turn 8, we’ve got a final warning”
PW: “I’m not cutting turn 8 with all four tires”
That was so whiny. I love it
- Yesss Nico!!
-Honestly confused on Red Bull strategy
-Where has Max come out?? Why is no one telling me??
-Kimi p2!
-Nico back in points!
-Carlos leading a DRS train. Daniel stuck right at the end of it?!
-Max p17?!?
-What is Red Bull doing??
-Ferrari 2-3! You don’t see that much (this 2016 season)
-So annoying that Kimi is p2 but has a penalty
-“Hulkenburg, drives past Carlos Sainz, very easy that” Yess Hulk p8!
-LH: “Is there no solution to this?”
“We are working on it
“You guys need to pick up the pace”
-I’m assuming it’s not fun being stuck behind the same guy for over half the race
-“And Raikkonen gets out of the way. Sensible move from Ferrari” Excuse me while I go cry (Yes,I know it was a strategic call. No, I will not like it unless it’s benefiting my driver)
-Whyyy is Max still out of the points
-“Thank you Kimi, thank you”
KR: “Yes, but now you tell him to push. I don’t want him right in front of me”
-“We haven’t really seen any big mistakes from the drivers” Whyyy do you want to?!
-Oh yay, Max points
-What do you mean telling drivers what modes to be on was banned under 2016 regulations? That’s not still in action is it?
-Carlos???
-What is going on with Lewis
-LH: “I haven’t changed anything or done anything that’s wrong”
-Still confused as to why they can’t tell him which setting is wrong?
-How has Daniel gone from p2 to now running p8? What was Red Bull even thinking?
-Shoutout to Kevin Magnussen for going from the pit lane to p11
-Nico back to p7!! (Yes yes yes yes)
-10 laps to go
-Aww Wehrlain has retired
-Really need Kevin to stay p11 actually
-Hahaaa Lewis has figured out the settings apparently
-Ayy Alonso retiring as well??
-✨ Baby Ocon ✨
-“He is amazing Sergio Perez” Always the tone of surprise
-“Verstappen getting past Felipe Massa for ninth place Man has come back to where he started
-“I can’t answer Kimi. I can’t answer”
KR: “For sure you can say yes or no”
-Why has this regulation thing not shown up in any other 2016 race I’ve watched
-“No one’s in the same race as Rosberg” This is how he won the championship
-Aww Kevin dropped to p14
-Checo frustrating Lewis while Nico frustrates Daniel
-“Nico Hulkenburg, who won Le Mans, this time last year” WHAT
-Nico Rosberg about to get the grand slam>>
-Ohmygod Checo’s about to make podium!!
-This was the most chill Azerbaijan race I’ve watched ever
-Ohmygod Max, how did he manage to get past the Force India so much faster than anyone else did??
-“Perez does not need to pass this Ferrari, just going to remind you here” He’s going to get past anyway!! Let’s go baby!!
-“Nico Rosberg has become the first ever formula one race winner at Baku”
-“Well done Checo, you did it in style there”
-Nico, Seb, Checo podium>>>

Starting order for Suzuka
Tumblr media
Here is the starting order for tomorrow's Japanese Grand Prix:
Max Verstappen (Red Bull)
Oscar Piastri (McLaren)
Lando Norris (McLaren)
Charles Leclerc (Ferrari)
Sergio Perez (Red Bull)
Carlos Sainz (Ferrari)
Lewis Hamilton (Mercedes)
George Russell (Mercedes)
Yuki Tsunoda (Alpha Tauri)
Fernando Alonso (Aston Martin)
Liam Lawson (Alpha Tauri)
Pierre Gasly (Alpine)
Alex Albon (Williams)
Esteban Ocon (Alpine)
Kevin Magnussen (Haas)
Valtteri Bottas (Alfa Romeo)
Lance Stroll (Aston Martin)
Nico Hülkenberg (Haas)
Guanyu Zhou (Alfa Romeo)
Logan Sargeant (Williams)
Logan Sargeant crashed in the last corner during Q1 and heavily damaged his car again. He caused a red flag. The pressure won't get lower, after his crashes during the last race weekends and other drivers like Mick Schumacher or Felipe Drugovich are waiting for their chance. I hope for Logan, that he gets the chance to continue his F1 career, but I would understand it if Williams would decide to replace him. Also I have to say that I'm a big fan of all Schumachers, so I would be happy to see him back on the grid, but I would hate to see him back because of someone getting fired during the season.

Jack Doohan has now followed the GPDA Instagram page!
Between my checks at 8.10pm and 11.40pm this evening, Jack joins Felipe, Mick and Ollie in following the GPDA account despite not being a full-time driver (yet).
So far Haas and Alpine are the only teams for which all the drivers associated with them (including reserve drivers) are following the account. What does this mean? Nothing probably. Just a fun fact!
Full list of drivers currently following the account below the cut
Before 11.49pm 4/11: Max, Checo, Charles, Oscar, Fernando, Nico, Kevin, Pierre, Esteban, Alex Albon, Valtteri (plus GPDA director Alex Wurz)
Before 3.35pm 5/11: George, Ollie, Mick, Felipe (plus GPDA director Anastasia Fowle)
Before 8.10pm 5/11: Carlos
Before 11.40pm 5/11: Jack
