With the growing Felicity Giles lovers I’ve seen some posts about people hating Arturo more because of their love for Felicity. I wanted to give my thoughts on it

I think that Arturo genuinely loves and cares about his sister. And I think she feels similarly about him, the drdt devs even said that she admires him. So it’s not like he was actively hurting her or trying to get her to kill herself.

I think that their relationship was just a bit, complicated, because of the not so great household/parents they had. I don’t think Arturo is truly at fault for his sisters death, I think that the wording was chosen carefully to make it seem like it was so people would turn on him.

My thought is that they grew up in an abusive household, and with that Arturo fled the house as soon as he was of age. (Who wouldn’t try to leave an abuse place once they could?) but that unintentionally left Felicity all alone in that type of place without her brother with her anymore. I think that’s what led to her eventual death.

I think he gets upset and angry when people bring her up cause one he doesn’t want people to think he had an active role in her death. And also because he’s upset she’s gone and doesn’t want these people (who don’t know her at all) bringing up his deceased sisters death like they did know her

So you can have your own opinions, of course, I just wanted to put my own idea out there. (I just get a little upset when people say they hate Arturo more because they love Felicity and ‘can’t believe Arturo would hurt her’ or something along those lines) Thanks for reading and hearing me out
