It’d tie in to the multilingual narrative if all players presented in their native language, and since they’re providing translated subtitles it wouldn’t hurt the experience. We all know Ned is in diapers full time but just imagine Henry getting a very gentle intervention from McDonald (and maybe Blanky) about wearing some protection. He’s already having a bad time on this stupid boat and now his boss and his friend Harry’s coworker are telling him he should wear a diaper?? Mr. Collins’ no good very bad day!

Poor guy might even pee his pants during the conversation and McDonald offers to help him only to put a diaper on him. He gets his hair stroked and told that “lots of people have trouble sometimes, that’s why we have swaddles stocked on the ship” but it doesn’t help Henry feel any better when he feels like everyone can tell that he has padding under his trousers. (Although maybe then he notices that he’s not the only one with a soggy bottom on the expedition)

Henry slowly getting to accept that it's okay. That somebody is willing to help and he doesn't have to face it alone. Getting used to the feeling of lying down and being so so so vulnerable and exposed, both literally and emotionally. *screams into my pillow*
