Oh boy... Sans is nearly unflusterable. You gotta know him, or rather, he's gotta know you before there's any chance at getting him embarrassed like that. He’s so quick witted and sharp tongued, he's good at turning anything back on someone, it's practically second nature. Easy to annoy perhaps, but *fluster...

For the sake of this ask, let's say it is someone he knows (and trusts, at least as much as he can), I think it would actually, slightly convolutedly, be bantering around anyone else he knows. If you can get him to actually chuckle at a joke in front of Papyrus or Toriel, oh god, it's so joever. One quirk of his brother's brow bone, one smirk from Toriel, and he's flushed down to his cervicle vertebrae. Laughing at him in good nature will, of course, draw it out.

Being witnessed experiencing a genuine emotion? Agony.

Papyrus, on the other hand, is sooo easy to fluster. Literally just be nice to him. Anything. Sincerely complimenting him about something he can't "brag" his way out of, give him a gift, call him for help or make any sort of comment about him being the first person they thought of when they needed help or wanted to share something with him. Immediate blush, that boy is easy to make glow. And even though he’s not interested in romance really, an unexpected flirt has a similar impact on him as it does UT Papyrus, only about ten fold. Stuttering, stiff posture, overly loud (super unusual for him), he'll light up like a Christmas tree and may even jump out of a window in his distress
