Also I have some headcanons that I didn’t mention in my last post w bluu lol

- They aren’t AU versions of c00l in my Forsaken. The Spectre knows about their close friendship and thought it’d be cute to have them all have matching appearances AND abilities (except for c00l’s gui). Yknow, totally so they won’t fight about which is the best between them, totally nooott

-They have a friendship dynamic where they constantly rip on each other, but it’s obvious deep down they do care for each other a whole lot. They’re super close, and if they do make it out of the Spectre’s realm, I’m sure they’d kill people who make fun of one of them

-After getting forsaken they probably started to hate and physically hurt each other, since the Spectre thrives on that conflict. Most likely they’ll come to their senses, maybe a while into being there, and return to how things used to be, but only stronger

-They’re all outcasts in their own way. Bluu and priincess had a close friendship before meeting c00l. Bluu was outed for being frail and weak when he was younger and priincess because she was bullied for looking like a drakobloxxer. They’re more outwardly social as they’re older but they’re definitely meaner to people they don’t know. C00l hasn’t copied that behavior

-Bluu, priincess, and c00l are still 12, 11, and 10 respectively. Bluu is one grade higher than both

-Had they grown up normally and not forsakened, priincess would’ve outgrown them by height when she reached 13. Bluu would follow later on, being taller than her, but funny enough c00l would have a surprise growth spurt and surpass bluu (since he stays up most nights gaming that sorta stunted his growth lol)

-Bluu is the physically strongest out of them all, but c00l has the most advantage since he has his own c00lgui

-Bluu was still hit by a car when he was younger, which coupled by his frail body back then, landed him in the ICU. That was the only period in their friendship where they stopped ripping on each other and outwardly showed concern for each other’s health. Ofc when he recovered it was back to teasing and borderline verbal abuse (the close friendship kind!!)

-Their preferred hangout spot was in c00l’s house since n7 was the kids’ idol for being a cool hacker guy. He’d always try to tell them he stopped doing that a decade ago but kids will be kids

-priincess loves stickers, and loves to put them all over her or her friends, especially when they don’t notice and get mad about it later (“hehehe it took you dolts THAT long?”)

-Bluu is the only one who actively swears. C00l refuses to do it (bless n7’s parenting) but priincess occasionally does it when the time is right, obviously not overusing it. Swearing is unbecoming of a fine lady

-When c00l was younger, and definitely didn’t set fire to Builder Brother’s Pizza yet, bluu and priincess would always ask him to use c00lgui to steal free pizza. With enough peer pressure and reminders that his cool dad used to do it, he always gives in. He does enjoy the free pizza so it’s a win-win! (Lose for Elliot)

-The only type of threat c00l would do is to threaten with unanchoring people. Bluu and priincess have experienced it before and would back down almost immediately if c00l brings it up (it was unpleasant)

I'm still copying the stories and building the comm, fixing tags and whatnot, but they will all be available over there, in full -- including the longer ones and the handful of (non-doctor superion, true) drabbles I never archived on AO3. Just a PSA, I guess. Carry on!

i'm gonna mom's spaghetti all over my floor—I got my computer setup from my new job today and like 😭😭😭 I had my brother (terminal Gamer™, builds PCs, in school for IT, etc.) take a look, and I guess the monitors alone are fucking fantastic for a corporate setup. like the baby graphic designer's dream for colour accuracy/reproduction,,, AND it's properly calibrated 😭 I'm so fucking hype but also anxious enough that my brain is jello and bees

for comparison: I'm currently working from a 2015 MacBook Pro (13" display, no external monitors) that I won from a portfolio entrance award back in 2019. I've worked that poor thing to the gates of hell and back. And now the old girl sounds like a jet engine if I dare open Photoshop with one (1) chrome tab in the background (not to mention those instances where you need Photoshop + illustrator + InDesign open at the same time. I am constantly in fear that I'll give it a circuit board stroke or something)

Working on putting together a music server application for my personal use (basically, you have your music storage on a local server, and you can access it via a music application from any device on your network, essentially -- Plex if it didn't suck ass for music), and I'm pretty heavily considering whether this might be a good fit for kickstarter...
