Most of the main area of the town is on assumedly flat ground with mostly only bushes and like 3 trees, and theres been at least one river and decent sized lake seen in a couple of toons, so I can only assume that as someone who lives in a place that also floods like a motherfucker it must suck SO BAD especially during the transition period between winter and spring when all that snow is melting and it starts to rain like nuts

On the plus side though, knowing how these characters are it would be so funny if the town had a flood regardless of how or why if im being honest
