My idea for Spamton, the one I draw usually, was that he was made into a puppet by Mike so yeah he'd look really different from his Big shot era self. Like yeah he blames Tenna for some of this but it'd still hurt to not be recognized by the person he was so close to (doesn't really sound like a non canon thing when I think about it tho... it's been a while)
