“D-don’t worry. I am okay! Really! I have been through a lot worse!”

He attempted to get up as she dusted his jacket. Fireworks Guy was slightly hurt but tried not to show it to keep Kroto from being worried. Upon being kissed by her, he became red and covered his face with his hands.

“I-I have missed you too! It has been so long! Have you done any shows since we last spoke? Has there been anything big?” Fireworks guy says as if he doesn’t practically watch for her in the news everyday.

He hugged her back and smiled. This was the most happy and comfortable he had been in a while. Fireworks Guy just silently listened to her ramble.

"Boo! Guess who, honey!!"

Fireworks guy can feel a pair of gloved hands cover his eyes along with a familiar voice...Ooh who could it be!

The clown jumped back and flipped over as he hit the ground. He quickly looked up to see who it was that made him jump. He was pleasantly surprised to be met with the beautiful face of Kroto. "Oh, hello there! You scared me a little there!"

This is my first time running a blog like this. Sideblog of @thisforgottenevening

I am a resident Joker kinnie. I also kin Andrew.

I do prefer interaction from Hullabaloo Circus characters, but I do not mind interactions with other Identity V characters or even characters from another universe.

I accept asks and DMs. DMs are open for roleplay or planning of how our characters will interact publicly.

About how I will be roleplaying the character (not final):

I will selectively accept NSFW asks, and they will be tagged as such. In DMs, I am willing to consider participating in NSFW roleplay as Joker, but it isn't my first priority.

I do not do het ship rp, only slash, sorry.

I plan to mostly use text as in character comments and the tags as out of character comments.

His feelings towards Natasha/Natalie/Margaretha are purely platonic. I'm too gay to roleplay having a crush on a woman.

I will be roleplaying him, as Weeping Clown, acting more like how he was described to in the past (as in not like Sergei at all) and, as Smiley Face, more like Sergei.

I'm going for a more sympathetic portrayal of Joker.

I'll probably be Weeping Clown more than Smiley Face, but Smiley Face's text will be in red, as well as when a glimpse of Smiley Face can be seen in Weeping Clown. If it isn't specified if you are referring to Weeping Clown or Smiley Face, I will default to Weeping Clown.

If you ask for Fireworks Guy, I just might deliver. Fireworks Guy will get blue text because I can. And, honestly, this shade of blue looks nice against the grey. I'll try to keep him like how he is in The Phantom of the Crystal Palace.

About the world around the character:

This will be after the burning down (I'm not going to portray Joker as directly murdering anyone other than Sergei) of Moonlit River Park and during the games at the Oletus Manor. However, Closing Night will not happen, at least not entirely. I might follow similar plot points depending on my mood.

But the game will play out more like Dead by Daylight than Closing Night.

The games at the Oletus Manor will work more supernaturally, similar to Dead by Daylight's trials, where survivors don't actually die at the end and all the characters are forced to go through them again and again.

The supernatural aspects of the Manor will be used as an explanation for why I'll be Joker as both Weeping Clown and Smiley Face and they will operate as separate entities.

I've always wanted to visit the festivals, but... my health would never allow for me to do so. It's so difficult to walk around for even a short amount of time I always would clasp my hands together and pray for a miracle to happen...

"Huwah? Hey, you look sad."

A mysterious, young boy who appeared at the sick girl's doorstep the day after she made a wish on a falling star. He's a young, mischievous lad with the energy and boundless excitement of a kid in a candy store.

This character is based off of a kitsune who appeared at the wish of a sick young girl.

♡ A-Tier Costume: First Summer Festival - [ Ichika Hoshino ]

"Huh...? H-Hey wait! Put me down! Who even are you?!"

A sickly young girl who's always desired to go to a summer festival. However, due to her illness, she was never able to go due to how painful it would be to walk around. Despite this, she never stopped wishing for a miracle.

This character is a sickly young girl who will not live to see the next summer festival.

"Oh, why hello there! Why, you both look so cute in your festival attire, why not buy a mask to go with it?"

A young worker who sells Kitsune Masks at the festival.

"Hmm? How can I help you guys today? Oh, you want some takoyaki? I'll get you in a moment."

A young worker who sells street food at the festival, including takoyaki, candy apples, and boba.

"For 500 yen, you get the chance to catch your very own goldfish and bring them home! What do you guys say?"

A young worker who sells live goldfish at the festival.

"The fireworks are going to start soon! I'm so excited! Make sure you stay to watch them, they're so pretty!"

A fellow guest at the festival as well, one who is particularly excited to see the fireworks.

"Welcome to the Maradona Pop-up Shop! May I interest you in a book about the history of the festival?"

A vendor for a pop-up shop selling a small variety of books at the festival.

"It's not truly a summer festival without a kimono, you two! Come, let me take your measurements so you can enjoy this festival properly."

The owner of a nearby kimono shop who has been seeing a lot of traction due to the festival.

"Hmm..? Ah, it seems like you're eyeing that giant goldfish plush young lady! Why not test your luck and try to win one?"

A young worker at the festival who runs one of those "win a prize" stands.

♡ B-Tier Costume: Ice Cream Shop - [ Phineas - @idv-ask-the-showman ]

"Aww, are you two on a date? How cute! Now... would you like one scoop or two?"

A local employee at a nearby ice cream shop where the festival is being held.

Essence Project ♡ Rules and Additional Information

This essence is (for the most part) a happy and light-hearted essence that follows the story of a young girl and a kitsune going to a summer festival together!
